Pretty good, nice and comfortable. The people at the reception speak Spanish and English. Transportation to punctual and convenient parks

It is a very nice resort, it has 10 swimming pools, playgrounds, lakes and a mini beach. The apartments are very nice and very comfortable, it is located 20 minutes from the Disney parks!

Hello my name Ahmed rodriguez I am a bronze member, I have had the most unpleasant experience of my life with the sales and finance departments they have treated me super badly they deceived me and from the beginning from the day of the sale where they promised a cruise for 4 people where it was only for two, they promised a special offer for 10 people where they would have a cheaper cost in the stay which never existed, it was also agreed that they would pay the maintenance month by month which is not true and they want a payment for the whole year in only one where I call and no department gives an answer to the problem The same people say they do not know what they say in each department
My advice is that you do not let your eyes fill with the luxuries of the resort and do not be fooled and do not buy a timeshare in that Resort, it is incredible and I hope you do not go through this bad experience

It was nice and clean.The people there was very nice even though it did rain the two days we was there.

Nice accommodations, clean resort, plenty of activities for the whole family. The man made beach was a neat addition. Location is very convenient for Disney and Universal.

The biggest issue is the fact that most amenities come at a cost... Some reasonable some on the pricey side.

The aforementioned beach was $12 per person (kid or adult) for a day.
We wanted to try the water park but it was closed for maintenance the entire week we were visiting. Not sure if it's worth the $25 or $27 per person per day either.

If you take a timeshare tour be sure to scope out your theme park ticket pricing or other reward to make sure you're actually getting a good deal. We found Busch Gardens tickets on sale (on their website) cheaper than the price the resort wanted us to pay for the "gift" tickets (not just a few dollars either like over $100 even with us paying for parking at the park of ~$20).

Beautiful pools, the resort supplies pool towels. Housekeeping is very good. Cool activities for the whole family.

Great arm band keys, spacious rooms... Love the heated pools, hot tubs, and so many options. Playground, covered hallways, entertainment center... Always something to do!

Stayed in a private house on the lake with a pool and it was amazing!

Stayed with my kids for four days and had a great time. Did not stay on the compound whole day because we were at Disney World for practically the whole day. I must say though there should be a change in the breakfast menu. Everyday was the same eggs and sausages.

The room is great, the staff is friendly, the becca are comfortable.

The room was spacious for a 1 bedroom with lots to love. We were close to the Recreation center and Big Laguna. The restaurant was pretty good for a poolside eatery and the Recreation center always has something going on. Overall I was really impressed at the quality of the resort. I look forward to potential future visits.

Time sharing complex with good rooms, threes pools and some aminities.

Excellent place to go and relax! There was plenty of activities to do for the young and old. Shopping right outside the gate.

It's okay. The major problem with this place is you are required to do the sales tour, which can take up most of a day you could be spending at the parks. It has the typical vacation pools, overpriced daiquiris and bar food, and dj offering line dancing in the evenings. Nothing special. Inside the unit was cramped and not very clean. Would not return or recommend.

Well where do I start! Well this is my third stay at Summer bay resorts, I stayed between the dates of March 24th thru the 28th, okay at in the young lady charge me 169 & I stated are you sure that is for a four day stay? She checked & checked & said yes! So my sister checks in she is charged the 679, so I am like okay, I must of had a credit with resort or Expedia & than she told us that a 150 dollars would be held also, OK no problem. Two days within our trip the office called & said there was a mistake & we need to charge your card for 509, so keep in mind it had been two whole days & plenty of money had been spent! Like I told them that was very inconvenient to us now & it was their mistake! They could of accommodated their mistake some how! 2nd was at the pool bar & bought two drinks that total 12.50 & I was charged 18.00 & the bar tender called the office & told them & it was supposedly a new menu that the bar didn't have, all of Sutton the prices went up! So if you were there during this dates you was 9 out of 10 over charged on drinks, because the bartender stated where a whole lot of ppl might not of notice & they didn't tell you guys either! Honesty was not shown here! & then at check out they said the water spots my kids did was 30 dollars @6am & I was no it was 10 a piece! So lucky I had the price paper that we seen & showed her & she was like Wow okay, I will let them know this! So everyone was just getting over charged! Last but not least! They are trying to tell me right now that no deposit was taking out on me, when I know it was because I track my accounts every move! And when did they stop holding deposit, said it was used for a payment from their mistake! They wouldn't let anyone stay there without a deposit on file! & they should owe me a 6 dollar difference from the drinks! I will never return to Summer Bay Resorts Clearmont again! I went to Westgate while there & that will be our new Orlando home! It is beautiful down there & even things to do when it rains for the kids & adults & you just don't waste money due to weather! And they don't charge you for every little thing! All the money you spend on this resort it shouldn't be a issue about money!

Expedia sell packages and uses a stay at Summer Bay Resort as a way of getting you interested in buying timeshare. OMG! What a total joke!! This is the WORST accommodation I have EVER stayed at. Their marketing department seriously needs to really look at their product. We supposedly 'won' an accommodation package. the costs over and above this 'package' outway accepting the package offer. It is a total scam.
And where do I start with the problems....and we have only been here two days. Rental car was supposed to be arranged for collection at the airport...this did not happen. We had to find out own way to the resort at midnight when we arrived. The room is incredibly average...leaking fridge, no jug, no cutlery or plates. Only some of the lights work. WIFI is hideously slow. Breakfasts are cold and totally limited in choice. So much so that even though we have paid for breakfasts, we went shopping to buy breakfast supplies, a toaster and jug so we can eat something reasonable. The only good thing about our room and stay is that the bed is comfortable and it is clean. The hot water from the first day has been negligible...it takes 15 minutes for it to come in before you can have a shower. And to make it even better...today the water was shut off completely in the morning...no shower...and at night...we still have NO hot water...still no shower. Unless you are a timeshare owner at this resort the care factor from Expedia is minimal. You don't earn them enough money obviously. There has been only three friendly and accommodating staff we have encountered. Yes, it is close to the parks and attractions, but OMG... you are not an owner and are just staying here...absolutely do not waste your money. The stay here is an absolute joke.

The best for vacations, entertainment with children and close to all outlets and parks!

Really had a horrible stay, long story short, upon arriving and checking in I am told EVERYHING COST EXTRA!!! Also that it's a card only resort so in order to let kids play not only did it cost Extra money but could only be paid by card, ok whatever we got it figured out (headache) then was told there was also a 150 fee and a 34 dollar additional tax, thank goodness we had extra, so ontop of all that we wound up paying the extra 184.xx to just get into our room after 7 hours of driving . Our kids had a blast so we decided to stay another day to drive to Orlando and see my grandparents well, when we called to ask to extend a day they were super rude and told us no, there was no availability and we had to check out by 10 am...... But finally after making 4 phones calls we were told there WAS availability and we could stay!! Figured they would jump on taking more money, so we extended our stay a day longer went and spent the day with family and went to go to check out and a girl at the desk tells us we could use our 150 "deposit" to go toward our 203.xx balance from adding the extra night and also some drinks at the bar plus tax etx etx ok great so I will only be charged 53.xx to my card? Yes!! That's all mam just 53.xx... well perfect right?!? Wrong ... At first I was only charged 53.xx then all of a sudden after spending money once back home, They charged my card a full 203.xx leaving me negative in my account and unwilling to see my side and see that I was told wrong information. I am livid to say the least, only thing I got was a "I'll have a talk with the young girl who gave you the misleading information" . Well I hope you do and I also hope you update your invoices and your customer service reps to be a little more information sharing bc the extra chargers and card only and activities costing more etx was never ONCE included in any information I received. And I can say the gentleman checking in I front of me said the same extra thing when I told the manager I was never told any of that!! He said he wasn't either and he wasn't happy about it! But what do you do once you have traveled 7 plus hours with 4 kids out of state to a room you already paid hundreds of dollars for?!? You gotta check in!! I was very disappointed with how the "heart" of the company was ran, but the resort itself was nice.

A very comfortable place with several places to entertain. Totally recommended!

Beautiful resort with an amazing selection of activities to choose from. I could have lounged by the beautiful pool for a full week and have every meal from the pool side bar and been happy, but the clubhouse, complete with gaming consoles, movies, an arcade with prizes and more kept us busy and my kids happy!

In Orlando with the family for a vacation. Summer bay was close to the parks and overall a great experience. The rooms are good and functional. The staff was very helpful and overall the experience was outstanding.

The units are nice and updated, and there are many things to do without leaving the complex, but the hard sell is very annoying especially when I showed no interest at all with what they were selling, turnover after turnover to other salesman.

Really love it here, it has been 10 years since ive been around and I'm still enjoying every bit of it I learned where to catch my first zapdos on Pokemon leaf green version here it holds great memories

Large, beautifully landscaped hotel complex with hotel rooms, apartments, apartments and holiday homes. The front area is very quiet, further back in the area is more bustle ...

Very comfortable and spacious, I want to stay again

Nice resort. Great for families with young children. We stayed at the express hotel and rooms were clean and very comfortable. Quick access to Walt Disney and other attractions. Professional staff. The kids loved the buccaneers park and the pavilion. The pools are nice and they also have water sports.

Free breakfast buffet needs better options, better quality and more variety.

Awesome resort! We stayed there for 10 days while going to Universal theme park. Resort is so nice and clean. The suite was great for a family of six and they have plenty of pools plus the beach on the lake. Great vacation!
Only negative point was the shuttle bus company (not associated to the resort) providing transport to the theme park: They were on time to pick you up in the morning but almost always late to pick you at night from the theme park. Better take your car and pay the parking at the theme park.

Nice and clean. Bus service to Disney world needs more bus times.

Nice resort with some quirks. For example Tidy Tuesday no one came by to exchange towels and when they came the next day, they don't speak English so good luck with that ordeal. Also unlike other sites, instead of leaving your bracelet key in the room on checkout, you're forced into returning to the front desk. Inconvenient of you're on a time crunch. Oh and they'll charge you if you don't bring it to the front desk. Other than that, it was nice.

The hot water doesn't work well. You only get some warm water. If multiple people need to bathe it's a problem.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I have never stayed at a more disappointing and poorly ran resort,EVER! We were placed in the Villas which is off the grid behind their hotel away from all amenities, could barely get a signal on my phone much less any internet.Bed was hard as a rock,it felt like I was on a box spring. Very dated facility, popcorn ceiling peeling off and bathtub was disgusting! Very small efficiency style kitchen. I own with RCI and they were helpful and moved us before we had to spend one night in that horrible place!

Beautiful place, very quiet, the staff is very kind, also has a transfer service to the supermarket, they take you, make the purchase and the supermarket calls again to be looked for in the parking lot. The surroundings are very well maintained and the facilities are in prefect maintenance

So many things for you and your kids to do without going to far from your room this is the second year my family and I have visited them and it's great..... the only thing is the time share thing it took all day after the presentation and that did not make me happy also the person giving the tour was a little rude so I just wouldn't get wrapped up in doing that other then that amazing place amazing rooms

My friend has a timeshare here and the property itself looks nice, we did have to call to let maintenance know busted pipe outside her patio. They offer a movie inside the clubhouse which looks like a real theater, movie was good. They played "I feel pretty" which is a pretty new movie I think. I would enjoy going back once the weather clears up.

Beautiful views, nice area. Convenient location. Lots of activities available for the kids. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Well maintained and newer rooms and decor.

This place is horrible. To start things off none of their featured attractions were open, only the pools. The rooms were very basic, the water pressure is terrible an the water temperature was like warm at best. An to top it off their so called free high speed WiFi was a joke, it rarely works for more than 10 to 15 mins at a time before it drops out.. Save your money an find a better Resort.

Great family location for holidays. Close to Disney, but there is plenty of on site activities to do. From swimming to movies, best fish and chips you've ever had to a great ruben sandwich. Go canoeing or just soak up the sun. There is fun for everyone.

Absolutely loved it !!! Great amenities, great staff located near a ton of local attractions. The room was clean and modern with a pleasant surprise of in room laundry facilities

Very large resort that caters to families, as well as folks without kids. The grounds are well cared for, so are the condos / rooms. The eateries are all casual, so if you want table service you need to go off-property, which is a drag with the traffic around Clermont.

Clean nice resort. Friendly staff and very courteous. I would recommend Summer Bay to friends and family.

We were visiting to see about our timeshare but they only wanted us to spend more money and buy another. The resort is nice but seems focused only on making money.

We have been coming here for the last 4-5 years and it has only gotten better since the first time. Great, Relaxing, Kid Friendly place to visit. Close to a lot of great activities.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The rooms are always well taken care of every day. The treatment of employees is very professional and with great care, they always look for ways to communicate with people. The breakfast is exquisite. It is a hotel that has many places to visit and have a good time, without having to leave the place. The prices and excellent offers. I recommend it 100%, I've had a spectacular vacation.
