Clubhouse is still being renovated; therefore, check in was done in the hotel!

The place is beautiful with lots of services including water park and cinema. The service of the staff is excellent.
The flaws are the Internet service, bad and very slow. On the other hand, as they do not have a cleaning service they do not replace coffee or soap for their clothes, if you ask they give you but you have to go and ask for it.

Love this resort - you can call this your home away from home. You can choose a one or two bedroom room with your own kitchen and dining areas. The resort is close to the Disney resorts so you can still get to the parks early and not spend much on lodging. If you want to just relax and avoid the theme parks, you can also enjoy the day at the resort as they've got many activities for the entire family - you can go ziplining, rock climbing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, jet skiing, swimming, sunbathing, etc. There is a grocery store nearby (Publix) so you can get some items you forgot or will need for your week long vacation. They offer free transportation to/from the store and around the resort. They also have free shuttles to/from the theme parks. My kids enjoyed their stay here and we'll definitely be staying here again.

Be aware of this scam. I signed for Expos membership. Now I ll be my whole life eve my kids paying to this company. If I were you never ever signed to them.

I have a great time every time I go there, only thing that's inconvenient is that you have to pay everything to drink or eat inside the premises with card, no cash accepted.

Use to have some issues . BUT when its slowed by professional it s perfect. Giving 5* for the manager , not for the hotel :)

Everything was Great! Great location for quick trips to the grocery store, tourist attractions, tons of gift stores. Minutes from Disney World of Orlando

Nice resort but needs new beds. The oven we had in our unit didn't fully close. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. Very family friendly.

Great place! Love the mini golf which is free and the many pools! Friendly staff. Clean rooms. I recommend this place. Close to Disney also.

Needs updates. Good pillows and I had a good night sleep

It was ok. A little too far to visit Disney. Would rather be closer. Breakfast was ok with eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc....

Beautiful resort kid friendly. Nice large units all up to date and clean. Had an issue with the drier and they staff was prompt to fix and replace the unit with another one.

Very nice family friendly resort with lots of activities for the whole family.. jet ski rentals speed boat rentals water park for kids and zip lining and close to shopping

Stay in this place is like a paradise I just love it.

On premise food is mediocre, rooms are fantastic, pools are nice.

Just beware of the earth opening up and swallowing your timeshare whole! Hahaha

Daughter & husband stayed there - nice place & pool area. Some family did the timeshare talk for the facility & when they didn't buy, it got nasty!!

The blow up on the lake wasn't available but there is a lot of fun activities on property. They also provide rides to your designed destination on property.

Beautiful resort, nice and clean but not a lot to do in the evenings, everything closes at 11pm. Plus you have yo pay extra to use their facilities.

Condos need an upgrade. Not a place to let your hair down and enjoy yourself. They expect for you to be extremely quite. Save your money and go to Liki Tiki which is next door. I will never visit this place again.

3rd stay, still nice, they have bugged us with sales tho this time.

Awesome we spent a week here loved it we have 2 kids they had so much fun you really dont even have to leave the resort. Had a 2 bed room villa. 103 building best choice.

It is excellent, we have the place, it has a supermarket next door, it has different types of rooms and houses, good equipment and it is close to the Disney and Universal parks.

The biggest scam only people who want to take your money do not recommend it timeshare pure trash

We had reservations for a one bedroom suite they put us in a really little room (musty smell, noisy) with two small beds with worn out pillows definitely uncomfortable for my wife and I and our 2 kids, with hairs all over the bathroom floor i can only imagine what's in the dark carpet, no mini fridge we had to go to different floor just to get ice when we told the front desk that this is not what we had reserved, there response was (that's what they tell you over the phone to get you here but we call hotel rooms one bedroom suite because your in a one room suite) trust me nothing like suite and they would not upgrade..they also offer at the front desk (Discounted Tickets) for Disney and other parks but in reality they are selling them at a higher price than Disney's website or if you just buy them when you get there so ya there is no discounted tickets, i can go on on about this place, lie after lie so DECEIVING definitely the worst hotel room I've stayed in a LONG TIME ..

Great location. I just wish they provided more times for shuttle pick up from Disney Parks.

I've stayed here for years. Each year I feel welcomed. Every room I've stayed in has had no problems. I highly recommend Summer bay Resorts.

Great resort. Plenty of things to do. 2 problems I would recommend fixing is the slow wifi because if there is no wifi that means no life.The faboluso smell is terrible. Use pin Sol If they would just fix the wifi and the fabuloso smell that would be great.

I asked for a fridge. Recieved it in less than 20 minutes. Totally shocked. Breakfast was better than expected. Awesome price on the room. Lots of activities available to do.

Beautiful resort with great amenities! We enjoyed the pool at our resort, recreation center, pool-side restaurant and clubhouse. There is also a Starbucks coffee shop on site. Overall, a great resort!!

Place is very nice, great friendly knowledgeable staff, huge development with plenty to do, close to the parks with transportation available to take you to them.

Staying in a one bedroom suite and love the room. Walkout the balcony to a beautiful pool. Friendly staff and nice amenities. Clean suite and grounds. Would definitely come again.

My wife and I stayed their for two night's the room we had smelled so bad we not say anything cause we were only staying for two night's do not get room 2205

The Rooms were beautiful and very very clean. However , my brother called a radio station and was tricked into thinking he'd won a weekend by being the whatever caller. When he called to retrieve his trip.The Marketing people told him that he had to participate in the Time sharing seminar. When we got there we were told it was 90 minutes. After 2 hours my brother verbalized he had heard enough and was not interested in buying. Our sales person Julio said if your not interested we will shake hands and part ways. That was not true he kept insisting and insisting. When my brother didn't waver. He was rude no handshake just walked away and didn't speak again to him. Very rude and unprofessional.

Awesome overall experience. Room is great, location to all major attractions is good. Great vacation spot for the family.

It is a beautiful resort! Love the 24 hour pool! Bed was comfortable, kitchen had what you need. I really have no complaints!

Beautiful property! Very clean, top notch!They have 4 or 5 pools. There's a beach area. Property has security, I felt very safe. It's a very serene place. A good place for families. Peaceful and relaxing vibe. Resort has daily activities. There was a theater room, game room and activity center. I definitely will stay there again!!!! Restaurant on property, food was delicious.

The rooms were dirty. The carpets were stained. The furniture were dusty. There was hair on the sheets and in the shower. The door to the balcony was broken. Do not stay in the 200 bldg

This resort made up some what from my last one that was a complete nightmare. This hotel was so nice. Great clean rooms. Plenty activities and pools for kids. Over great experience.

We enjoyed this resort so much. I didn't even care about leaving the resort, everything was right there. Were able to book 4 days/3 nights for $99 if I went to a timeshare presentation. Worth it! The hotel rooms were beautiful & clean. Everything was convenient & well kept. The pools were so awesome! We loved the little beach & inflatables!! Would def go back!

So far, wonderful! Residents of 601 The Reserve must visit the rooftop bar. Amazing view and great place to watch the fireworks.

We can here to only visit our parents (Mothers) and we brought our 4 kids. Our mom's room is amazing. When we walked in we see the kitchen first ! The style they have is Modern life. The couch pulls out and was very comfortable. We went to THREE pools and 3 jacuzzies. The bathtub is a dam jacuzzi ! My wife used the bathtub 3 times in less than 24 hrs just to relax. Our kids had a great time visiting, I had an amazing time and my wife is planning to come back.

I'm not going to lie I actually really liked this place was really fun and seemed like they had alot to to do and was really pretty, the only problem was took forever to check in, then after the first day our access key to our room stopped working only one worked, and when my sister reported it cause she couldn't get back in, they wrote in issue about it and my sister had to get someone else to open the door for her, and when the complaint was filed they put it down wro n and said we complained about the house cleaning which we didn't , it actually is a really clean place ! The only thing is the room access it's not regular keys it's a wristband scanner which is cool and futuristic but if you have a lot of problems with that switch back to regular keys.
