Amazing staff. Superior cleanliness and Super close to all the Disney parks and other attractions.

This 2 bedroom condo was so spacious and we really enjoyed our stay here.

It's a beautiful place, but far from the parks and the wi-fi did not work, the bathroom does not have boxing just a handy curtain.

This place is very big with a lot of stuff to do very good staff very friendly highly recommended

I loved the condos. They were amazing, clean and huge. But everything on the resort costs to play. And it isn't cheap. Thank gosh we had other things planned or this trip would have been a bummer. Drinks are awesome but expensive and room service costs to. So beware if you want your room cleaned its $25 everyday you want it cleaned. Lake is disgusting and black. Stinks and not a good place to be in.

Our villa is nice and clean. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Pools are warm and clean . Will be back again

Great option to stay and save money with food. It has more utensils than our house.

Probably the worst vacation experience ever. It really shouldn't have been a surprise, because they called less than a week before we were to leave for Summer Bay to tell us that we had been bumped to another facility. When we arrived to the Denny's to check in, the employees are not that friendly to you. I filled out their information and they promptly got it mixed in with other forms and destroyed it. I had to fill it out again. I got the info for the room and had to drive about 20 miles away to stay, and it was no where near anything nor did it have any shuttles or services to Disney or Universal.

My brother and I decided to go down at the same time, and we told their reservation person that we were. That wasn't a problem, they took my money without any issue. We appear for the time share shakedown at different times, and my brother's family came to the resort a day after we did, and as soon as they figured out we were related, they flipped out. They insisted that my brother pay them 200.00 as we were a "group". How one is a group when you don't get to stay together, nor appear at the resort on the same day, is beyond me. They asked a lot of intrusive questions about how we arranged things and then wouldn't finish the time share drill with my family for over 30 minutes after it was really over. They were rude, liars, and have a very poor program overall.

You are not going to get the SummerBay unless you want to buy a ton of points. Nor will you get to stay anywhere nice without purchasing the points needed. The whole experience was a sham. After they finally released us, the 2 adult tickets we were promised were not there. They gave us 1 adult and one child ticket. The counter sales person said it was in the system and couldn't be changed yet they had not ordered the tickets.....

While my family was getting froze out and shafted, my brother's family was getting shook down for 200.00 still and finally settled on their family packing up and leaving the resort. This is ironic because he was on the "free" 3 day 2 night package they give.

Neither of our families will ever use nor recommend this group. They are poor salesmen, and lack the principles of business practice to run a respectable operation.

So much to do and such great staff. I absolutely loved this gem

Summer Bay Resort has been a great experience for me and my wife on our honeymoon. The locations of the pools and hot tubs is set for easy and quick access, the staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the room access keys which are easily magneticly disconfigured. Me and my wife were locked out of our room twice, the first time of such instance we were locked out for over an hour. Aside from that issue our stay has been enjoyable at Summer Bay Resort.

It is a nice place, well built, comfortable, accessible. I recommend it.

Worst vacation spot ever make sure. The maintenance runs around twenty-four hours a day as if they were working in an apartment complex that's falling apart

This is my 1st time stay at Summer Bay. We were owner in other resort, this time we book the exchange through RCI. I have to say I LOVE this resort.
6 pools, beautiful beach, mini golf, and activity center. Great amenities that you can just buy your grocery and just stay and enjoy.
Staff are very nice and professional.
Our villa is very clean. Kitchen is in a decent size. Balcony with great view.

I had a great time! I really enjoyed the multiple places to eat. 6 pools! Wow.
The only problem was... I didn't get good cell service or internet inside. If you are looking to be outside more and soak up the sun. This is the place for you! !WARNING! the people in the preview center will try to sell you a timeshare deal, so be ready. Enjoy!

Room was very old, in need of a complete remodel. I was shocked that they would put us in such a shabby room, while they were trying to sell us a time share. we were promised 2 Disney tickets , but had to pay $50.00 for them, which was $50.00 over what we could have paid at the gate.

The resort and complex is really nice. Everything is pretty new. They forgot to have the pull out sofa sheets in the room, so that was a slight inconvenience. The kitchen area has everything you need for a stay. Overall it is a great resort!

Stayed there the weekend before July 4th. Booked months in advance. Supposed to get 2 bedroom one with queen one with twin beds. We were told because of the holiday they were full and the only thing available was 2 bedroom each with queen beds but had a fold out couch. Couch was AWFUL! The couch was also the only piece of furniture to sit on in living room. Bucaneer Bay closed. Water sports very deceiving. Fire alarm randomly went off. Also had to pay an unexpected $66. cleaning fee for a 3 night 4 day stay?!? TV remote would not work but they sent a new one that had the batteries scotch taped in Would not recommend and will not book again.

Summer Bay was wonderful it's nice to be with be in a condo away from the businessness of Orlando.

It was awesome. Kids love the pools. Big kahuna grill has great food.

Summer Bay is a great resort! We have stayed here many times while we go to disney and universal parks. The pools are great and bars have great food and drinks for a reasonable price. This time around we had horrible neighbors above us. Stomping around 4 nights in a row until 3 or 4am. We call security but nothing changed only got worse if anything after they knew we complained. Called the front desk and they said we could move rooms. But we had 3 rooms in a row and didn't want move away from the rest of the family so had to deal with it for another 2 nights.

We were just stayed for visiting to Legoland and Disneyland. And we have found the great place for the whole future vacation.

Room was great, but both doors out to the patio were difficult to open and close. We also were only given 1 garbage bag for the week.
