Friendly and quick service, stores are beautifully designed.

Very bad quality, bought a suit (which I wear twice a week, 5 months long) and already holes in it underneath the arms and around the ellbow. No refunds possible as "this is normal for a Suitsupply suit". Extremely arrogant staff and very unhelpful.

Excellent service and the same answer to all my questions. My suit had to be explained on the thighs. I was told that this would take 3 days, but I was pleasantly surprised when 2 hours later I was called with the news that I could pick up the package the same afternoon. Top service!

Nicely designed mens store with a full range of formal and casual wear as well as accessories such as shoes, belts, wallets, bags, socks etc. Friendly and knowledgeable service including on-site tailoring. Made-to-measure store is across the road for bespoke tailoring. Good value for money.

I recently bought my second suit at Suit Supply. Some things had to be entertained, so that an additional price was charged. However, when I came to collect the suit later, some things had to be changed. Initially, an additional price was charged for this.

Because I did not agree with this, I sent a message to Suit Supply. I was called immediately, apologies were offered and I got the amount back. Mistakes can be made and I am very satisfied with the way Suit Supply has dealt with this.

2 bought expensive suits and let them have fun. Looks great just saw very quickly that the suits went back .. After a short time there are already holes in the jacket and I can almost throw my pants away after one tears to 2 x within 2 weeks ..

Bad customer service - 400 purchase for a pair of trousers (including alteration) and a rain coat. Come back to collect the altered trousers to discover they had ordered the wrong trousers size. Had to redo the entire thing from scratch and, then, forced to pay an additional 35 for the new alteration. Not even crossing their mind to waive the (additional) tailoring fees to compensate their mistake! What service is this?!?

Nice store for beautiful suits. The great price-quality ratio of earlier has decreased slightly, but you still can get beautiful stuff for a very reasonable price. The in-house tailors are professionals and deliver top work within minutes.

Horrible experience! I bought a suit at your store. I had no problem with the jacket, however, the trousers have been an adventure! First off, they tailored it in the wrong way, it was way too short. When I brought it there, they managed to make it longer, however, the left leg is noticeably longer than the right one. They re did it a couple of times and did not get it right even once! When I gave up and decided to live with one longer leg, it turns out that the top part of the pants (the thighs) are way wider than the lower part (the shin). I look stupid in these trousers, even though they were supposed to tailor it to me, right? Last, but definitely not least, they made me feel like a burden when trying to re-tailor it and did not even properly pay attention to me (because they had other customers who were prepared to spend money! - of course they are more important, right?). So, suitsupply, I'm left with pants that are wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, where am I supposed to seek blame - the incompetence of your tailors or the quality of the suit?

I don't know what type of training that the staff here uses, either for their fashion sense or their hospitality, but it's Amazing. Each time that I've walked into this place I have been impressed by the style of the men and women that work here. It also seems to be genuine because unlike many other stores they aren't only wearing the same clothes that are on the mannequins (who I would guess DO get some kind of help getting clothed) and when asked about certain articles they will say that it was from seasons and lines past. When you walk in you are asked by no less than 3 people if you require assistance, which to be fair is normal in retail but more so, here in the Netherlands. The clothing here is beautiful, the location seems scientifically engineered to deplete your savings. However, if you come with a budget and will power (I'm still searching for mine) you are assured to have a great shopping experience.

A suit store with a large number of suits, the style of the clerk and the price are cool.

Really helpful staff. The selection was a bit overwhelming, but they were very friendly.

Staff friendly. Unfortunately not amazingly well trained. Everyone has to learn, but letting junior staff fit EUR300+ suits when they themselves have what appears to zero training is a recipe for unimpressed customers. Trouser too tight? "Ah, we'll adjust the buttons!" Eh... no, how about trying a larger pair of trouser? "Yes that jacket looks good" - no, it's stretching all across the front when buttoned...

Also watch out for when the suit you pick and initially try doesn't fit, and they bring you a different size - they brought me a more expensive suit without mentioning it... My bad, but this is either bait-and-switch or badly trained staff. You decide.

Also, despite having a shop windows full of tailors, they can only adjust trouser lenght. It takes 6-7 days for them to adjust jacket sleeve lengths. If you know you need a suit of indeterminate price, that you fit yourself, in a week, this place might do the job...

Also, they charge for alterations - even trousers. So unless you have an inside leg of 96cm/38", you'll be paying more than the ticket price.

Some buiness model these guys have...

Edit: 2.5months daily office wear of suit and the pocket stitching has split. I'd avoid these chancers.

Professional staff that pays a lot of attention to you and listen to your preferences. Decent variation of suits, ties, etc.

My favorite classic clothing store. It is a pity that I am not represented in St. Petersburg I hope for online purchases with delivery to Russia.

Few good times helped but lately the service is deteriorating. Staff has less attention and clothing is often insufficiently in stock.

Stuffed store cannot compete with the clean and easy online experience but nice visit in any case. Fine suits at great prices if they fit you off the rack. Watch out for the steep staircases.

The search for the right and good fitting tuxedo has always been a stressfull challenge. Especially with several weeks to go before the (christmas) holidays. Overall my experience hasn t been always great with shop sellers of stores dedicated to suits and tuxedos. Your wishes are not heard and they truly believe that how they want the suit themself is also the way you want it. Also the so tiring unneccesary discussions about the width, length or even the color of the suit.

Good service but often too busy on the weekends and evenings. Often a lot products are no longer available in regular sizes and/or not possible to order (single batches).

Ready-made, customized, and fully tailored suits available. The staff is well informed and very helpful.

Good quality of suits and a wide range so that you can perfectly find your own look. The staff are friendly, very professional and knowledgeable. Great selection of suits available in numerous sizes. Went here as a bit of an "emergency" trip and the staff was quite helpful in finding me what I needed. They were able to make all necessary alterations within a day and a half as well, which was huge.

Suits were reasonably priced and seem to be high quality. I'll come back here when I need a new suit.

Top quality suits. Love this place. You get tailored advice and tailored suits with great service. Got my wedding suit and 3 more work suits from there and you can tell it is good quality. Price is very reasonable as well!

In the beginning I had my doubts, for example, whether the clothing would also be durable.

Lost sale due to staff s poor service

Management must do something about the staff s behavior.

Went yesterday to buy some shirts and after I tried on the fit shirt, the salesman left me hanging waiting while he took off with other client. The rest of the staff were simply useless as they carried on chitchatting with each other instead of helping me.
So I decided to leave and the store missed a sale.

Looking at the mixed comments below on the forum it s clear the issues with some of the staff members, as some clients seem very happy while others say they come across unprofessionally.

Quick and helpful staff that help you pick out an entire outfit and give advice on how to wear it. Also the tailor was super quick my pants were done in like 10 minutes. Suit fits perfectly
