Great service, great quality at a very competitive price point. You will get a made to measure suit starting from 460 EUR. Also in Amsterdam they have a special section for Women.

A wide selection, even for uncommon measurements. The prices are very decent and the service is skilled and friendly.

I got a fantastic suit for a very reasonable price, highly recommend this shop for their excellent selection and staff.

Context: I am attending my brothers wedding on the other side of the planet (where my brother is hiring the suit for the groomsmen to match) so I only needed to purchase shoes and a shirt and suit measurements.

I purchased shoes and a shirt from their store (which had excellent service) and then went to the suit measurement store. That's where it went downhill. The guy in the suit measurement store refused to measure me to give suit measurements to send to my brother. The guy was standing there with a measuring tape over his shoulder explaining how he can't do measurements. Why? My take: He was blatantly lieing and profiling me based on how I dress (I wasn't wearing a suit, just casual). Or he knew I wouldn't buy a suit that day so didnt want to do it. Smart? I think not. You need to earn goodwill with new customers to secure more business. His approach was not a good way to secure business for the long term. Better to keep a customer happy. I was planning to come back and buy a couple of suits, but probably won't now. In all they didn't solve my problem on that day and I ended up getting measurements from another place.

Difference between Suitsupply and the rest that fabricate its own fabric and do not work on the seller's commission. Linear company. Pak did not arrive at the agreed time, was badly entertained and, moreover, the quality of the fabric was poor. Is it worth the cheaper price for service, supply or fabric, no.

I walked in dressed like a hobo. 30 minutes later I walked out dressed like a king!

I needed a nice looking suit for my wedding and I chose suit supply to get one. I bought it two months before the wedding, and the shopkeeper suggested me to make small alterations to make it fit better. I left suit to be altered 7 days before the wedding. It was supposed to take three days and no one called me to take it from the store. I called them and they told me suit is ready to be picked up. I went to the store and the shopkeeper was very friendly. I unzipped the suit to check the alterations of the suit, the shop keeper told me it is very simple alterations and it does not really need to be checked. His confidence made me not to check the suit.

At home, one day before the wedding, I saw that all the pins are on the suit still. There were no alterations done. They just gave me the same suit again. I had to deal with the alterations the same day with the wedding. It was very stressful. I think communication between the shopkeepers and the tailors is not really good. What you have told to the shopkeeper is not reflected to the tailors. It is just ignored easily.

I might have some bad luck, my bad experience might not happen to everyone. But please do not trust what they deliver, and check it again. Even in the wedding day, when I was on the high prio list, they forgot to iron the suit although I told them many times.So please check again and again.

Very disappointed in the service and product quality of the online store. I bought a shirt around a year ago which has already ripped. When I contacted customer support, they offered only a 20% discount on a new shirt rather than a replacement saying this was due to "normal" wear and tear. This tells me they're fine if their products last less than a year (not like I wore it every day). I won't be back, rather spend my money on a company that stands with it's product.

Friendly help, I found the right suit. Had to wait a while but that is more than made up for.

One of the greatest suit stores. A bit expensive, but they provide good quality. They fixed the whole suit size in 3 days for free because I ordered it at the store and it was not well fitting me.

With the staff it became better, last year I myself was looking for someone to help me choose, this time there were no problems, coffee was not offered as it was three years ago, but nothing prevents me from asking myself for the main quality of the product and its cost, and here this parameter is at a height.

The range of suits aren't amazing, but the good service, knowledgeable staff, and value for money make this a good bet when suit shopping

Bought a tuxedo in Amsterdam store. The service was very nice, guys really tried to help. They insisted i bye trousers which are one size bigger than i usually wear. The also said that if I change my mind I could exchange for a smaller size. In the same time I was offered to slightly shorten the trousers which was reasonably good suggestion. This is where things go wrong! First of all I was charged me 20 eur for alterations of the 700 eur tuxedo! What is even worse when i wanted to swap trousers for my usual size I was told that returns are not acceptable if the trousers are altered! Staff should have transparently notified me about the policy! I don't claim they deliberately did that but I feel quite disappointed.

For years one of my favorite Suitsupply locations. In addition to the location in Wilp (stands out due to hospitality). Is this one of the best stores. Usually unlike many other branches, they have the most clothing available.

Came by the store to get my first suit because I needed it in two weeks. They did an outstanding job at helping me pick and tailor the right suit. Lars, was outstanding. He gave me all the tips I needed. I really enjoyed the whole process and I think it was really important that you are handled with the right people. Recommend this place absolutely! This is where I bought my first Suitsupply suit. The employees are very knowledgable, well dressed and kind. A employee took well over 30 minutes time to show me different suits. When I purchased it, I got it tailored. They told me I should just wait 1 hour and drink a coffee nearby and it will be finished. Great service

Bad service, arrogant sellers. Service definitly better in other locations. Sellers don't understand that their job is to provide service and sell clothes. Just picture young people that are not well trained, and are too content with themselves. Been twice, bought suits in other locations. Next time I will choose Bijenkorf.

Great men's fashion that always fits perfectly thanks to local tailors. Great cuts, great suits and shirts (also with extra long sleeves ).

Fabric is of a very low quality for this price.
Paid almost 600 euro for a suit, it wears like a disposable one. As inseam and so are outside parts show very visible signs of wear, like in 2 - 3 weeks time. This thing will last you 3 months max. Extremely disappointing. Dutch quality at it's best - taking leftovers and trying to sell them as a real deal. Strongly advise - buy suits some place else!

Was literally never been in one of the stores until today and staff are wonderfully nice without bothering you, just appropriate advice. The salesperson was really proactive and very patient. Be sure to come back to complete my closet with the beautiful things from suitsupply

I love this place, not too expensive but still great quality. They are also their own supplier and distributor and makers, that way they have the lowest prices for the highest quality!

Came in to buy coat. Friendly staff got lost in looking up availability in my size. Apparently their systems were "down all day". She told me to come back another day. I'm not coming back :)

Picking out a suit can be an incredibly intimidating experience for some. Many uncertainties can arise and sometimes you need just the right help to get the perfect suit. Mees was just the man for the job and through thick and thin, was able to help me construct indeed a perfect suit. Though incredibly professional, the adventure in crafting the suit became a personal one. Would highly recommend for all in need of a suit.

Some time ago I bought a suit, shirt and tie here.

In principle everything was just well and neatly arranged .. Until 2 weeks later I came back and needed a receipt. Since they wrote everything in my name and address, that shouldn't be a problem.

Still a problem, they had placed the receipt in the system in the name of a friend of the employee (This gentleman was then working as a manager at Philips (found it on linkedin;))). Probably to be able to declare it.

Since this is just serious fraud, this establishment will receive 1 star from me.

Disappointing, a store had expected with staff with a lot of expertise and who would like to help you, but it was very disappointing. I am 2 meters long and have a tummy, but trying to get me a suit size 28 was almost laughable ..

I had a wedding on the schedule, and not just one, but mine! So I needed a tight tuxedo. I must say that I was always skeptical when it came to buying a suit. It is not a small spending and the most annoying are the sellers who do not want to / can not be critical.

That day Ishmael helped me and that was a very nice experience! He thought along and every time I had put a wish on the table, he already had several suitable options at his disposal. In addition, he dared to express his opinion in a well-founded manner but left me free in my choice and I noticed that he sincerely thought along with me. Eventually he made sure that my tuxedo was poured on my big day! Where I more often have discussions with the sellers about taking my trouser legs because they (strangely enough) place restrictions on them, Ishmael was very simple: customer decides, but if it gets really crazy, you'll hear it.

I do not know to what extent it is allowed; but for those who pass by, ask for Ishmael! Absolute class in terms of customer service and service. I know from now on also to find my business suits!

Only announce the extra costs of entertainment at the checkout. Would be notified when the package can be picked up, but had to go after it himself. Finally received a suit that was not fully entertained. The suit must therefore be back

The Traveler shirt I bought a long time ago was torn at the crease of the sleeve when my arm was bent. Because the store on the A4 is more accessible, I drove there. I was told that this is normal and can happen over time by wearing, washing, drying and ironing. However, it is a non-iron shirt and is never ironed and not done in the dryer, just a short spin in the washing machine at 30 degrees. They could unfortunately do nothing for me. My peasant had two of these shirts that were torn in the same place. Well, I went to the store on the Willemsparkweg for my purchases, so I just drove by and did my story. Immediately it was said that this happened more often with this type of shirt and that I got a new one. After that, we were offered something to drink while we waited for the coup seams to be inserted. The new shirt is different from fabric but at least as beautiful. I think this service from the store on the Willemsparkweg is just top and did not expect anything else, was a big damper that the store on the A4 just let me go home with a broken shirt.

Great selection of suits. The custom made suits are second to none. I was very impressed with the highest quality of fabrics, details, and workmanship. I would definitely recommend Suitsupply to anyone who needs great clothes at a reasonable price.

Even though it was crazy busy, it was a nice experience buying a (very nice) suit here. The staff know what they're doing. You can go to the back of the shop and have free coffee in their coffee bar

Always good, this time no real attention because the employee was working with two customers at the same time. Many employees are busy with each other or with each other via the intercom. Something more personal and individual is allowed again. Too bad there are so many changes in the staff

I have never been helped in a decent way. Staff is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Horrible store and worst of all Suitsupply stores I ve been.

Suits are poorly played or entertained: at least the result seems to be nothing. After spending another 100 euros with my own clothing maker it is good. In addition, the suitsupply lost my belongings more than once. 1 extra star for the intentions.

I came to the Suitsupply with the intention to buy a suit. Wait a quarter of an hour, no employee who came to help us. The employee who was working with another customer also did not feel the need to speak to us that we would be helped quickly. Too bad, you spend a lot of money, but apparently Suitsupply does not want it. It's not like buying a t-shirt from the H & M. Leave property annoyed again.

Beautiful things. But you always feel like an ugly duckling between the staff. They are really selected on their looks, unfortunately.

I was left kindly surprised by the personal assistance that the staff gave me. The person spend hours with me finding the perfect suits and make the correct alterations. The suits are very nice quality and look sharp.Unfortunately, there was a mix with the suits and I ended up receiving a wrong one, but Suitsupply client service handled the issue very professionally and quickly. It definitely makes me want to return and get some more suits.

Always have good experiences at this Suitsupply. Came today to pick up an online order and even though it was very busy in the store they kept me updated and I was assisted in a timely manner. Even returning one of the items went easy and fast. Quality for their prices is amazing as I am used to from Suitsupply.

The way we were received was perfect. The atmosphere in the shop and our advisor Valentijn was great.

He helped three friends and I with our wedding suits. Between fitting we had a great cup of coffee and after the measurements we were all set!

One disappointing thing was the guy in a white suit. He was asking Valentijn if he sold the suits to ''the wedding guys'' not knowing it was us. making everybody feel awkward. My friends also heard him make some weird comments. Too bad, because Suit Supply doesn't need these kind of guys.

Friendly staff and a large selection of suit-related products. I went to get a tie and was satisfied both by the diversity of products and the price.

Great suits for reasonable prices. Wouldn't come here for shirts or accessories though, those are on the pricy side. The staff has a 'holier then thou' air or arrogance I dont like. They give off the impression you should be thankfull to be there.

But like I said, I'm there for the suits not the people .
