I recently bought my second suit at Suit Supply. Some things had to be entertained, so that an additional price was charged. However, when I came to collect the suit later, some things had to be changed. Initially, an additional price was charged for this.

Because I did not agree with this, I sent a message to Suit Supply. I was called immediately, apologies were offered and I got the amount back. Mistakes can be made and I am very satisfied with the way Suit Supply has dealt with this.
