Lost sale due to staff s poor service
Management must do something about the staff s behavior.
Went yesterday to buy some shirts and after I tried on the fit shirt, the salesman left me hanging waiting while he took off with other client. The rest of the staff were simply useless as they carried on chitchatting with each other instead of helping me.
So I decided to leave and the store missed a sale.
Looking at the mixed comments below on the forum it s clear the issues with some of the staff members, as some clients seem very happy while others say they come across unprofessionally.
