So far so great! Bought a 2013 Honda Fit from them about two weeks ago. Nice staff, good salespersons, they were reliable and up front about everything that I could tell. Car is in great shape.

Christina who works in the service department i believe she is the receptionist....sucks! She put me on hold twice & just hung up on me. Terrible, called twice to get an answer as to why they couldn't replace a tire my car has been sitting there for 4 days. They give me the same bullshit like the car is pre assigned to a tech. I wanted to pick the car up on Sunday, but they said sorry it is pre assigned. They have absolutely no customer service, no wonder there are so many bad reviews. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I never write reviews, but this place sucks to bad i just had to.

The service department does a good job overall, however, their receptionist needs to stop chewing gum while speaking with customers -- unprofessional.

I came in for an airbag recall for my Ridgeline. Upon coming in, I was greeted with a "hello" accompanied by the sound of bubblegum popping. For 20 minutes, I had to speak with this gum chewing receptionist, trying to pull up my appointment information.

Thankfully, Frances, my service tech guy, was around to help out and get things rolling. He basically saved my trip there.

I can't give a 4 star review because of what the receptionist put me through.

Called the dealership to see if I can schedule an oil change for my 2010 Honda Accord. They said to bring it in Friday. Immediately upon arrival I was greeted by Rick. Who took immediate interest in my car and asked if I had any other concerns before handing it over. I like that they always listen and follow trough with the things brought up to them. I didn't have to wait long for service my car was out in about an hr. I also like how Francis suggested services. It felt like I was talking to one of my buddies. He expressed why I needed the services done and suggested that I look into it on my next visit. I'm planing to go back before my next oil change to get them done. Thanks Rick and Francis for making a speedy and friendly experience!!!

I had a great experience purchasing a Honda Civic from Phillip at Honda Stevens Creek. After visiting several other dealerships and being given overpriced quotes with unnecessary add-ons, Phillip was completely transparent and gave me total peace of mind. In fact, there was hardly any negotiation at all. When the model I wanted was out of stock, he still held the price we discussed and called me the day it was available. First time car buyer.. After taking the delivery of car on 26th of august and driving certain distance i noticed that my car doesn't start with remote and when i gave a call back to the sales person, he asked me to come and drop the car for check up. As i was far away, i have to bring the car for service on 28th Aug and from there the team worked on it and they said everything is working as expected, which was not. As per honda specification, starting 2016 Honda Accord EX, EX-l and touring versions have remote start and a car can be started from 60 yards if there is no interference with any buildings. My car does not even start from 60 ft, however it starts from 20-30 Ft maximum. This issue was escalated to higher management as well and they promised to give me car in the expected condition after keeping it with them for more than a week and failed to get it worked. This is a very bad experience which i have ever faced so far.

I had a really good experience with this location from the get-go. Mike Djahra was an awesome salesman and did not attempt to try and sell me anything that I'm not looking for. He was also easy to reach out to when I e-mailed him and gave me my numbers in a zippy.

The majority of the transaction was with Masih Zamir who was one of the Finance Managers and he was easy to talk to! Sometimes Finance Managers tend to be monotone (trust me, I've been in this road too many times not to notice) but Masih did not disappoint! He gave me a great deal and was easy to negotiate the pricing with.

If you need top notch sales person/employees, look for either one of them the next time you want to buy a car. Definitely happy with mine and I know you will be too!

I came here to get an oil change first and foremost, however the person I worked with told me I needed to get new brake fluid as well and explained the reason why. Thankfully I came on a day where it was not very busy, but my car still took around 5 hours to get serviced, which has never happened to me before. I give the visit 3 stars due to the long wait and the individuals kept trying to make me get more work done on my car that wasn't absolutely necessary to spend more money.

I've been a regular customer with Stevens Creek Honda ever since we bought our car 4 years ago. The staff in all departments have always been helpful, friendly and professional especially the service. parts and billing sections. I strongly recommend them for all local Honda owners.

Very bad experience.
I made several phone call to get an agreement on the price and loan interest (1.9%)before I go to the store to buy the car. Then on the day I go to theire sotre, It took them hours just find the car I want, and then the funny part begin, after I filled some forms, a funny boy (said himslef the finance guy) come out ask me some very funy questions, like why you use finance service when bought your first car, and some other questions which totally doesn't make any sense, and told me, I am not qulified for the (1.9%) interest, and they will give the interest as (5.9%), i don't know if anyone will be sutpid egought to accept an interest as 5.9.
I have my first car month ago, and have financed, so I don't believe that I are not qualified for the low interest. I don't want to waste more time with them, (already waste about 3 hours for nothing), and just went to aother Honda store, and I get the price and the interest I want(1.9), in that store, those guys even don't mentioned any possibility I may not be qulified for the interest. I get my new car very easily and quickly in that new store.
I will not suggest this strore to any one, they are (or may some funny guy in the strore) are providing really bad services to their cusomter.
For the rating, the lowests is 1, actually, I would like to give 0, but I dont' know how to do that.

Steven's Creek Honda came through for me when I wanted a specific color and they didn't have it in stock. They called around and found the exact model I wanted the next day and agreed on the negotiated price without trying to haggle me when it came to signing the contract. Overall experience was pleasant. Both Koorosh and Daniel did an excellent job walking me through the features before and after I bought the van.

Really excellent service. The hosts were really helpful and genuinely cared about the car and the experience. The lobby is good too, with free wifi, sofas and coffee machine. Their timing is good too, with my car getting serviced and ready in 2 hours. Highly recommended.

I dropped it off super early and was given a ride home since the rental car place had not opened yet. The gentleman that brought me home was courteous and helped make this first time experience great! Steve was excellent in checking out my car and letting me know what to expect. Everyone was very friendly in the service department when I needed to replace my 2000 Civic sun visor. Price was $250, but they offered a small discount and then installed it for free right on the spot.

It was terrible! I was there last Sunday (June 21). The first guy hesitated to take me to the second test drive. He said Civic is smaller than Sentra and that is not good for me! Totally unfriendly! By the way I selected Civic and they started my paper work around 2:30 p. I had to go somewhere at 5:30 p. Can you believe it? 3 hrs later they could not finish my paper work! The other guy who was doing my credit paper work kinda threatened me while I was about to leave. He told me to stay other ways they were going to fire him! I had told them that I had to leave around 5 but they could not make it and I left there at 5:45 with nothing done.
Tomorrow they called me and told me to go back there and they would give me 200 discount! I would never go back there.

OTHER SALE PERSON CAME AND SAID HE IS MY TEAM SO MANAGER SAID YOU GO AND ATTEND , INSTEAD OF OFFERING US ANY SPACE TO SIT DOWN AND TALK , HE TALKED EVERY THING AT NEAR RECEPTION, WAS RUDE IN TALKING. Took my car in for service on Saturday morning and the Service was excellent. Although there was a line of cars ahead of me when I got there, they were pretty quick to get to me. I only needed an oil change, but they checked everything and made sure my car was working properly. Left my car there, went for lunch and when i came back after my car was ready. The service representative went over the paperwork with me and explained everything. Overall great experience, quick and easy.

I rep that helped me was Juan. Did a great job informing me of my benefits which I appreciated. I was going to ask about that but he already got that lined up for me. Went for an oil change and it was fairly quick, 1hr. Lobby was comfortable and spacious. And Juan was very responsive and helpful. I have a 4 star because of my previous experience too. Some workers just pass you by and don't even say hi lol.

Went to Honda of Stevens Creek for engine oil change and service and was helped soon by a service engineer. They do fast, complete work and have a nice lobby area to wait in. They also send coupons from time to time for oil changes and other few services. They did the oil change and few mandatory checks within few minutes of waiting time. Stevens Creek honda has excellent service specialists and their customer service skills are wonderful and they provide quality service at amazing prices. If you are looking for servicing your car we highly recommend Honda of Stevens Creek. All in all, it was an eventful and rewarding day for me.

60,000 service and additional repairs. The agent was knowledgeable and helpful. Technician clearly explained my options. I had some major repairs, including hoses and transmission repair. The agent did the best she could to give me a fair price. Honda coupons can give up to 20% discount, but there is a two hundred dollar maximum. Had to leave the car overnight, Honda provided a free rental through Enterprise. Agents called me at home with updates. My car runs like new. Very satisfied.

My Honda Civic was getting a bit older and definitely banged up a bit. I really wanted to upgrade to a CR-V. I had already done a bit of homework earlier in the summer so I was honestly ready to buy that day. Earlier in the day I went to a different dealer and was completely disappointed (Anderson Honda - separate review) so I went to Stevens Creek not really hopeful.

I had an appointment with MARK WRIGHT and he immediately greeted us and was ready to discuss the car. I had my trade in and so before Mark did anything I asked about the trade in. The other dealer offered me a pathetic amount for the trade in so I patiently waited as Mark took care of the trade in information.

About 20-30 minutes later he came back with an offer that was MORE THAN DOUBLE! I was shocked! Why did one dealer try to low ball me on the price? I was happy to proceed and purchase my new car now that my trade in was a reasonable offer.

Honestly the longest part of the entire day was waiting on the trade in offer and waiting for the new car to be moved from the storage lot (probably a total of an hour of my time). The rest of the time was simple paperwork and talking to Mark. Both my bf and I noted at how EASY the entire process was! My bf said he had never had such a simple time trying to buy a car! Even though he drives BMWs, he was impressed with the Honda I bought and how amazing Mark was/is.

Mark was NEVER pushy and when I wanted to pass on upgrades (extra paint protection, alarm, extended warranty, etc) he just said "ok" and moved on. He took the time to show me all the extra features of my car and stayed late to make sure everything was just right. Signing the documents with financing took no time at all. Plus I was elated at the 0.9% interest!

Seriously, go see Mark. He was honest and friendly and made buying my new car a pleasure.
