Hi, my name is Alison and I was helped by Chanel for my appointment the other day. Went in to examine a scratch, service was free and it took as long as I expected. They didn't fully fix the scratch, just painted over it with trim paint which was understandable. It's not really visible unless you put your face right up to it which was fine. They aren't a body shop so I didn't expect them to fully fix it. They even gave me a free polish and buff around that particular area, along with free service. I'm giving 5 stars for the friendliness and attentiveness they provided. Thank you, Chanel! :)

Bought a used car at Honda of Stevens Creek. Test drove it on a Friday, had my independent inspector service (Safebuy) check it out on Saturday and made the purchase after that. The salesman Henry Ong was awesome to work with- absolutely no pressure, made me feel like he really wanted me to be happy with the purchase. He even picked up my son for me as the paper-signing process takes a long time. Am very pleased with my purchase- the price was fair and the experience was painless! And they have popcorn in the lobby :-)

I feel confident in coming to the dealer that I will get the best service for my model of car. They are always friendly and helpful to me. My one complaint is the surprise charges for service that it seems I am always hit with. I recently came in for an oil change and was told that it was recommended to change the transmission fluid as part of the scheduled maintenance. I was expecting to pay about $80 for the oil change and and ended up paying $350 when all the services were done. If this is part of scheduled maintenance, then there should be a way of notifying me before hand about this extra cost. I might have wanted to find a cheaper place to have this done, and I am unlikely to say "no" since I am having work done on my car anyway.

Recently I went to them for a recall and they did a complimentary inspection. And then they called me telling me that my brakes are at 2mm and I should get them changed. I did not get them changed at that time as i needed my car and went to Firestone next day to get them replaced faster. Firestone told me I don't need a brake change as they were at 7,7,4,6(mm). Then I pulled my service record from Larry Hopkins Honda from 4 months back. In that, they had mentioned 7,7,7,7(mm). Then I looked at service record from Steven Creek from 1.4 yrs back and in that also they mentioned 6,6,5,5(mm). Apparently, my brakes pad got better with time :p

I think they are in the business of robbing people.

Also, my oil life is at 50% still they advised me to get a proper service even though Honda doesn't recommend it.

Refered to this location by TechCu car buyer service. Auto price was lower than any other locally. Process of buying the car was made easy by all involved. I have not had a better car buying experience. Everyone we encountered were very professional and cheerful especially Koorosh who was helpful from the beginning. He started the process when I first called about the civic we were interested in, met us at the door, took us for a drive and made my wife and I feel comfortable. He stayed till the end and made the whole process painless also got us a great break on the cars asking price made me even more willing to put a plug in for Koorosh.

The online service appointment booking process is smooth. I could easily modify my bookings as per my convenience. At the service garage the service was really smooth and prompt. I enjoyed complimentary wifi to catch up with my work while my car was being serviced. They finished right on the committed time. So, overall the experience was really good.

Took vehicle in for airbag recall. I was expecting long lines and for it to take all day to do the work. As expected there were lots of customers waiting in line at the service drive. It was only 5 minutes before a service advisor came to check me in. Everything about the process was explained clearly including them making arrangements for a rental car for me. My car was completed in 4 hours. My service advisor was organized and precise about everything he said. I didnt purchase the vehicle at this dealership but I will definately be taking it here for service.

Arrived to my schedule appointment on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. I was given an estimated 2 hour wait time and chose to wait on site. There were coffee and snacks available. Waited approximately 2 hours for as estimated, overall I would say the service was pretty good.

I was very hesitant to go to the dealer for service but was very satisfied with my experience at Honda Stevens Creek. They are by far the best dealership in my area to deal with in terms of sales and service. They aren't pushy and are very accommodating. Johnny helped me with my service and even though it was a busy day was able to call and text me updates on my car and I had it back the same day. Very satisfied.

My experience was not good at all. Pointed out few reasons below. #2 and #3 are probably dealership issues - they booked too many appointments than they could handle with quality. However, #1 is likely because of overburdened service advision.

1) I requested that tire rotation should NOT be done as I just changed one tire and the new tire is supposed to be at the rear. They reduced the price of the service to remove charge for tire rotation. However, tire rotation was still done. Now, I have the new tire in the front which is not recommended.

2) When I dropped off my vehicle, I had to wait 45 minutes before anybody could see me. I would expect dealership should pay more attention to customer satisfaction than minting money. 45 minutes is a lot of time and I am not sure why dealership thinks that they can make customers wait for that long.

3) When I dropped off my vehicle, I was given an estimate of 3.5 hours. However, even after 6 hours I didn't receive any call from them. When i called, I had to call about 10 times before I could get any response if my car was ready. Rest of the time was like can you hold ( with call dropping after few minutes) or we will call you back ( without any call back).

Due to above reasons, I don't expect to go back to this dealership in future.

The sales person was very friendly and they spent good amount of time with showing me the car and meet whatever I was looking for in a car. They gave me good recommendation as well. I really enjoyed my cur purchase experience from them.
They should just refill their machines with their coffee beans and the trays with cookies more often on busy days. It ran out in a second!

Update 4/21/18 - As usual, I returned to the Honda dealership for the 5K interval maintenance. Juan took charge like last time in December, and he had everything under control despite servicing a high number of clients. The quality and trust factor are the key reason why I keep coming back to this specific dealership and service center. Reliability and overall cost of ownership are at the center of my decision to stay with Honda for the foreseeable future. The team has nailed down the maintenance process. Keep it up Juan and team!

Update 12/9/17 - As in the past, I returned to the Honda Dealership on Stevens Creek to service my Honda Civic which has been running smoothly since day one. Initially, I reserved a slot online and fortunately Juan Melendez proactively informed me the next day that a slot was available sooner also with the on-board maintenance code in mind. Juan is extremely customer focused, and he takes sufficient time to explain the required service, listing the pros and cons of each item. He is transparent and competent in his work and even gave an indication of potential service requirements in the next interval. Throughout this major service, I felt assured that the car was in good hands with the confidence to resume my commute for the foreseeable future.The trust in the Honda and Sonic teams is the reason why I keep returning as the prices are fair and the work is reliable. By far, the Civic is the most reliable car I have used over the past twenty years.

Update 7/24/17 - Again I returned to the official dealership for Service on my Honda. From start to finish, I am satisfied as posted below last year. Expectations are met and most of all I appreciate the reliability as well as the customer service! Thanks Summer and the team!

Starting with the process to register the appointment to the completion of the service, I am overall very satisfied. In my most recent experience, the representatives performed a quick assessment of the service code, and the estimate was accurate. Overall, the quality and maintenance standards are the reason why I keep returning to Honda for service. Ensuring that the staff is trustworthy and competent is my main criteria when deciding where to service my car.

Had regular service with SC Honda - external inspection, engine oil change, tire rotation, etc. I was in a rush and asked if service can be done fast, instead of 1.5 hours. Guys made it in 45 minutes.

Brought the car in for a safety checkup at 7:30AM since few days afterwards I was heading to Tahoe. Vin was my service advisor, took more than an hour and only oil change was found necessary, great, paid and went back home. Once home, the car wouldn t start anymore, not even the dashboard was lighting up. Called several times and finally someone was sent to my house one hour later, and only because my battery was in warranty. Guy, Johan, came and found that one of the battery connectors was left loose during the checkup (!), he was going away and I asked him to at least write down what he found or give me some kind of report, nothing. He even tightened back the bolt by hand because he didn t even bring any kind of tool to a service call. He was good to called his manager, and later told me his manager would have called me.
Now, did you hear from his manager? I didn t.
Terrible, terrible service, a morning lost with my relatives from oversea, not even the oil change being redound or a simple sorry being said.

We had planned a long drive and two days before that the "A1 service" notification started popping up. I immediately called up Honda of Stevens Creek and explained my situation and they gave me an appointment for the next day itself. As soon as I entered the service area I was greeted by my service manager Doris with a warm smile. Within minutes the car was on its way to service. I chose to wait in their customer waiting area that has some good coffee and donuts. After around 1.5-2 hours, the car was ready. Doris explained patiently what was taken care of as part of service. They even did a multi point inspection for free as a complimentary gift. Loved the entire experience and would definitely recommend this place for service.

Typically, the Finance team tries to up-sell car buyers too aggressively to the point where one feels like walking away, but that's not the experience at this dealership. The Finance person discussed various options without exerting undue pressure.

I really enjoy the service at this Honda dealership. The service personnel are great and take good care of you. Explaining things that need to be done and such. My only complaint is the amount of time it takes to get your car in and out of the service. Once the car is ready and you've paid, it can take a while to have the car brought. If you are in a hurry then it makes it difficult.

AWESOME!! Is one word to describe this place. Ive been to a few dealers for a while now and NONE of them even come close to comparing with the experience i had with Honda of Stevens Creek. As soon as i walked in i felt a good vibe. The employees were all very friendly since the beginning. Victor was the car seller i dealt with after a family member recommended him. He is without any doubt the best car salesman i have ever dealt with. He took his time to help me find my car and was able to explain everything about the cars I asked about. He never tried pushing any car on me and was actually invested in helping me find the perfect car for my needs and budget. Honda worked with me even though i don t have perfect credit they were able to help and that is something no other dealer has done for me. I will definitely recommend this place to friends/family and would definitely return in the future

I liked Honda brand and I like the car that I got from this location, but I had a difficult time interacting with the people there.

The main sales person was great. He helped us a lot with exactly what we wanted. His manager was helpful as well. The issue was with the induvial who helps with financing. The problem is I kept trying to say no to extras that I did not want or need. I continued to decline the extras. Eventually he added these extras anyway. I decided it was too much work to argue with him (I had already declined several times already), so I asked him if I could just cancel later and he said I could. I was also told several other misleading statements.

Overall I went in with clear expectations of what I wanted. It was very difficult to get what I wanted because of the constant attempts to up sale.

Every other part of my experience was great, but it was super painful to just buy the car I wanted.

This was my first time purchasing a brand new car. I wasn't sure where to start. I've emailed quite a few dealerships and of course, they all got back to me. But the reason I chose to purchase at this specific dealership was for one, the person communicating with me, Phil Ha, was very kind and communicative. He gave me what I was looking for: model, price, etc. I was then able to come in and although he wasn't able to be there to process paperwork and such, his colleague, Daniel Lee, was still able to provide excellent service. Both did an amazing job and made this first purchase absolutely wonderful. Everything went smoothly.
