I worked with Ernesto when buying a new Honda Civic. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features and how those compared with competitor's similar models. He was very willing to break down and explain all of the different financing options and overall price. It was a smooth and relatively stress-free experience. 10/10!

I gave one of their Sales Associates, Mr. Gurwinder Singh, a call at 6 pm in the evening because I was looking to gift my Husband a Merc for his birthday and to my own surprise we walked out of the showroom with a car in a couple of hours after that!
Extraordinary service, extraordinary sales person. Double thumbs up for Mr. Singh, double thumbs up for Mercedes.

Looks like they are just defaming the name "Honda"..
My car tyre got flat..Just two.. because of hitting curb.. They charged $500. plus.. I went to other service center and ask them for the same and all were less than $300.. So two things-
1. What kind of quality of tyre Honda is providing that just hitting curb, make it flat.
2. Why honda services are too costly.

I would suggest, dont make haste, go for other service center before going to Honda service center.. They will just try to make money..

Service was very fast and when I arrived the representative who helped me was very helpful. However, when I returned for my car, the same representative was dismissive of me and told me to go to cashier (pretty sure she just didn't recognize me). I stood at cashier window for a few minutes watching lady scroll through Facebook on her phone before she told me to come around to other (non-labeled) window. Once I got my keys, I was directed outside. Unfortunately, nobody was outside to walk me through my new security system and when I asked the man who brought me my car he shrugged his shoulders, said he doesn't know and walked off. Disappointed in ending, however, the initial service was excellent.

Had a great experience buying a Clarity at Honda. Initially had an appointment with Daniel but since he was busy he introduced me to Jose. Jose was great, he was knowledge, friendly, down to earth. After test driving the car started paperwork and finished pretty quickly. Jose showed us the configuration on how to reset the defaults which were buried under several menus in the nav system console.

Met Daniel as well since he sent me the quote the previous night and I really like the zero pressure no haggle price.

Would I recommend this dealership to others? Yes and I ve now bought multiple cars here.

We had very great experience at Stevens Creek Honda. First the sales manager, JT, explained in detail what options are available in detail. Initially the color that we want wasn t available. They got the color we want in couple of days. The sales associate, Antonio Walker, was amazing. He was so prompt and updated us on every aspect of the deal. He was with us until the deal closes even though it is 10 pm and made sure we are taken care of. Very hardworking staff. Highly recommend..!!

I recently bought a Honda CRV EX 2017 at Honda of Stevens Creek. I visited the showroom on a Sunday evening just 10 minutes before closing time. Most of the staff were gone and there were just couple of sales people left in the building. I was attended by Antonio Walker who was very professional and keen to explain me about the car and the offering price. Negotiation was smooth and quick. I decided to buy the car that night and signed the papers. The car was ready for pickup in a couple of days. I received the car with a full tank of gas, which was awesome. Antonio was kind enough to assist me in understanding all the features of the car. As there was a delay of one day for the delivery, I received a cargo net as a free add-on. He also assisted me in getting the wheel locks installed. Overall it was a great experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. I would like to appreciate Antonio and all the folks for their service.

I got to the dealership I was always a little bit hesitant from bad experiences that I've had with dealerships in financing offices in the past these guys really went the extra mile to make sure that I got the right car at the right price they even lower the principal of the car a little to make sure that I would get accepted by the financing company with my poor credit I couldn't be happier with the amount of hard work that they put in for me and I'm eternally grateful that we have this opportunity to work with them

I had a very good service experience at Honda of Stevens creek. Dave Thomas took care of the service needs for my Accord. He was very cordial and polite and got the service done in quick time.

I don't normally think of taking my cars to a deal...

I don't normally think of taking my cars to a dealership for repairs unless it is for a recall. We opted to take our "new" 2012 Odyssey to Honda of Stevens Creek to have the roof rack and rails installed and to have key fob cut and programmed. Juan Melendez was my service advisor and he was amazing! He walked me through the process and we even discussed an issue that was happening with the sliding door. We both concluded that it would be best to get the vehicle back at a later date during the week to make sure parts can be ordered and available to get the door repaired quickly. We were there on a Saturday, so it may not be possible to have all three things done that day.

Thank you for making the whole dealership service experience smooth and seamless.

Richard was really helpful and not your typical car salesman. We had origin met him back in November when we were not ready to purchase. He didn t push us at all and asked us a few questions. Then said to visit him when we were ready. We came back in January ready, the process was over in a few hours as they had to pick up the car from their lot and wash it. We did not feel pressured at all with Richard, he really helped us and made sure all of our needs were met.

Dave was very helpful in making sure my car received the right service. I would encourage Dave to follow his fellow service advisors in finding me in the waiting area instead of yelling out my name. It was a little embarrassing to have my name yelled out incorrectly. But overall Dave did a good job for my car which is the important part of my visit.

I was impressed by CD's professionalism and friendly attitude. First time customer here for servicing. I went in for a basic oil change. What impressed me the most was the protocol. I was surprised when he ask me to open up my vehicle's hood and had me turn the wheel towards the right. The reason being was to check fluid levels and tire thread depth. None of the other Honda service center performed this. The other difference was that at the other Honda dealerships I was given an estimation copy of how much the service was going to cost. Here CD told me the estimation which I found quite odd. CD was also able to honor another Honda dealership's service coupon so as long as they were a Honda dealership working the South Bay. Let your service advisor know you have a coupon ahead of time. Will be returning again to service my additional Honda vehicles which I own. There is plenty of seating and a large tv in the waiting area as well as complimentary hot drinks and soda machines. Very impressive showroom. I was confused at first where to pay and walking through that area seemed convoluted with many service advisor desks. The lady though was nice enough to point me in the direction of the cashier.

Much more expensive than I expected. My outside of my car was very dirty. Not just from being left outside, but the front of the hood looked like a lot of debris was washed out but was all over the front grill.

The service is troubling, no coffee, they need to check the machine , nothing the entire 1.5 hours i was there waiting for a oil change. They should try to wash the car or do some sort of quick cleaning, a mess inside the car....to many customers and it seems service is out the door, typical of companies who have customers galore. I wasn't impressed, 2nd time going to get oil change, nothing is really explained either......just give us your money and goodbye

Had to get a replacement key and fob after losing the original. Phoned to book an appointment and it took about 15 minutes for anyone to answer in the service area. Service was great once I had the appointment but was unaware it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes to have a key cut! Total bill for getting a key and fob - over $260! People were great but the experience in general was not.

We wanted to buy the car using cash and didn't want extra warranty on it. The finance guy we talked to was super pushy and did not let us do what we wanted to do. We ended up financing and getting the warranty because we were there for 3 hours and were tired of arguing. Now we will have to cancel the warranty on Monday and figure out which bank we got the loan through so we can go pay for our car in cash there on Monday. It was frustrating, tiring, and infuriating. We will never buy a car from here again. I will never recommend anyone I know to go there to buy a car.

I wish I could give a review for just our salesman Victor. He was top notch. Patient with my crazy requests. Went above and beyond, we liked him so much that we referred our friend to him and she paid cash for a car with him before we finished our deal. Victor gets 5 stars . Now the rest of the team at this dealership 1 star. We have had nothing but issue after issue once we got inside. No one has any customer service. You leave messages and no one returns your calls immediately. They tell you what you want to hear but nothing gets done properly. I will never refer anyone to this dealership again. I even went as far as asking that the GM Joe co tact me. I left a voice-mail on his phone on Saturday, today is Wednesday still no call back.

FIVE STAR TREATMENT - This is our "go to" dealership. My 3 year old Koston ( and now 6 month old Quade) loves going to see "Steven at the shop" ( Steve Munoz our service manager) every time the van needs servicing. Koston gets to ring the bell on the floor ( great service bell), watch The Bee movie or Cars, and is allowed to have his favorite treat at Honda, a donut while I enjoy a coffee. Everyone that works there from reception ( who actually love to make baby Quade smile all the time we are there), to mgmt. to billing treats myself and kids like family. Honda is very busy come Saturday mornings but we get excellent care and service every single time, so in essence time flies by. Sometimes I will even have extra questions about some of my feature sets that the mechanics and Steven take time out of their busy run to help me better understand. I am very impressed with their quality of service and the next time the van service light comes on it is not something I dread as I know we will be well taken care of and treated like we like to teach our kids to treat others, with kindness and respect!

Really wanted to buy a Honda but this experience made me look elsewhere. Numbers and deal structure kept changing. When I went into sign final papers; numbers changed again and we aren't talking just a few bucks either. Very disappointed with this dealership.

I have to change my initial five star review after my experience post purchase of my car. It really seems like they don't care about the customers once the car is sold. I'm unable to get hold of anyone to talk about my contract. I have been trying for weeks to get hold of someone from finance but in vain. Their phone system does not seem to work properly. I've left several messages but have not heard back from them. I would not recommend !

Great customer service, very responsive and straightforward. I did not buy my car here but am still writing review, because of the stellar service I received from Brian Plowman. I was looking for a particular car and was a customer from out of the area. He was exceptionally helpful and worked with me by email. Offering competitive pricing, no BS, great transparency, and prompt communication. When I asked about leasing vs financing, he sent me a full and transparent comparison, no high pressure. In the end the car I wanted was not on their lot and they could not locate a suitable trade (only one other car of that type in NoCal). I have NEVER enjoyed negotiating with a car dealer before, but this time it really was a pleasure. Thanks Brian!

Place looks nice .. But, the salesman made me feel like I was wasting his time looking at the TypeR.
He didn't explain anything about the car without being asked and seemed like he had better things to do. By the time Walked out he wasn't even around anymore. I thought to myself .." He didn't even try to sell me that car".
I went in with a $10k down payment goal, high 780's credit and a $105k+ job. Maybe it was because I still had my work clothes on I guess.

The associate named CD who helped me with my Accord service was a 5 star quality service rep. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with my vehicle; get serviced quickly. He diagnosed the problem and service needed quickly and concisely, got me in and out of there in less than 15mins, he also gave me some very valuable insights about my car. CD gave me all-star service and I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Steven Creek Honda for service again. I recommend, especially CD.
