Mike helped me with my Honda CR-V a few weeks ago and it was a great experience. I don't know too much about cars so I'm always a little worried going to get my car serviced, but here I felt super comfortable and informed during the whole process. He helped me track down an odd issue with my left front strut that I had been experiencing as well and gave me the information but never pressured me to rush into any kind of immediate repair, giving me time to research and confirm myself which was super great.

Calling to ask about service was pretty terrible. The automated system asked me 3 times for the department that I wanted to speak with. I think I must have hung up in frustration with that system at least 2-3 times. I was eventually able to get a hold of a person on the phone and learned they only take Walk-ins at 7am on weekdays. It's nice that they're open super early, but inconvenient that this is the only time offered, especially when my job schedule can change at a moment's notice.

When I got there, I was greeted kindly and was taken care of. Everyone there was very professional and they did a great job on the car. There were a few huge bird poops on my car when I picked it up, so that wasn't so pleasant.

Overall, good experience at the shop.

To the folks at Honda, please upgrade your automated phone system and park cars inside if possible.

I just had my front brake pad replaced & motor oil changed on Tuesday. The service Consultant, Dave T. had a very good attitude towards me while I was there. In addition, the service technician, Steven, is also great.

Overall, this Honda of Stevens Creek has an excellent customer service which made me feel comfortable and enjoyable while my car was being serviced on 6/21/2016.

I would strongly recommend customers like me bring their Honda cars there for service whenever is needed. Thank you for the excellent effort and service which I do appreciate!

Phil Ha was the sales person I received. The service was nothing but exceptional any questions I needed answered Phil was just a phone call or text away and response time was nearly instant. Everyone else who was involved in the process of purchasing my car was genuinely caring and made me feel part of the Honda Family. I had one of the worst customer experience in my life at Stevens Creek Honda dealership when had driving appointment with Abdulhussein (Sam) Hussein, who was extremely aggressive and rude with me when we were driving car on a highway. I asked him to turn on climate control in the car, but he start yelling on me "watch on the road" and told that he can turn it on only when we arrive to the dealership. He multiple times raised his voice at me and touched my arm when we were driving the car on highway that made situation very dangerous for me and my 5 years old daughter who was in the car with me. When we had arrived I asked him to see the manager, but he went angry.

I appreciated the "consultation" to determine what I wanted done with my car and what was needed based on the mileage and what wasn't needed based on earlier services. The work was completed in a timely manner.

Waited for around 2hrs to get a test drive and buy a car if everything goes well. But no one bothered to help me to get a test drive or at least show a car. Not a good place to buy a new car. You will definitely get better service at other dealers, which will help you in deciding and buying a new car.

Here is my experience in detail:
After discussion with their sales representative in last week today I went again to get a test drive of Honda CRV and buy a car if everything looks good. Before going there I called them to check if I can get appointment. Person on the other side said there is no rush you can come in. So I went there after some time and yes there was no rush. But the sales representative with whom I had a discussion was busy with some other customer and he said some one else will help me to get a test drive. I understood that and decided to wait for some one else to assist me.
But no other sales representative bothered to check me but I saw people coming after me are getting helped. After waiting for more than 40 min I asked again to another sales representative to assist me but he also said "some one else will help you shortly". I waited there for around 2hrs, asked 4 Sales representative for help, everyone said "some one else will assist you shortly". During my waiting period I saw many other people just walked in and got helped as well.

Not sure how they decide which customer to be given priority. Anyways I love honda cars and this is not the only place to buy. There are other good dealers which will explain you car features in detail, give you a test drive and will help you to decide and finalize your new car.

They were so friendly and they got me in and out before 9am. The waiting room is great, fresh coffee, ample seats and tables and chairs to do work. They make your experience painful and the are quick and efficient! I will be back!

I had recently purchased a 2019 Honda Accord 1.5T ...

I had recently purchased a 2019 Honda Accord 1.5T Sport, William being the salesman who closed the deal with me. The car had a quarter sized paint chip on the front bumper. I had brought it to the attention of William, he assured me that it would be taken care of which it eventually did. I had brought in the car a couple weeks after to take care of the damage, I had shown up on a Friday but the service manager recommended me not to leave it over the weekend for the sake of not having it just there. So I took his advice and drove back home to Hollister which is an hour or so drive. I had come back in again on Monday and by the time it was Thursday to pick up my car we found that nothing was done to fix the damage other than a car wash. William called the service department to find out what went wrong and also called one of his managers. The manager was helpful and understanding and offered me all season floor mats as compensation, which I greatly appreciated. I dropped the car back off a week later, again. This time I had a bigger mishap on behalf of the rental car I got from Enterprise. I waited 30 minutes because they were waiting on Honda for the reservation and once they set me up they put me in a 2019 Nissian Frontier with 16 miles, brand new and the transmission blew up on me. The whole day consisted of me going back and forth trying to get a car to get back home. I dropped my Accord off at the dealer at 8 and I didn t leave San Jose until 3. Johnny was my service advisor and he was on vacation which was why so many things went wrong. But at the end Johnny was friendly and extremely helpful and was understanding of my situation. He made sure to take care of me after the major inconvenience. Overall, Johnny and William were on it in regards to taking care of me and correcting any mistakes on behalf of the dealer. I took multiple trips from Hollister to the dealer to correct the mistakes.

Dropped my 08 Accord for air bag recall and routine oil change.
I complained that I have rattling sound when I start the engine cold.
They replaced the VTC actuator and cylinder gasket free of charge.
It was the best service I have experienced from anyone as long as I remember. This is my 4th Accord and I also had a Civic and currently have an Acura RSX. I will definitely get another Honda in the future.

I took my car in for AC diagnostic, Dan was my original advisor, he was SO patient and explained and answered all my questions. I was in and out within 2 hours. I was told to bring car next day for the problem to be fixed as the part needed was being shipped over night. That night my car died, so when I brought car the next day I told Dan, he wrote it on the paper and when I was called to come back to pick up car, Dan was no longer there. Jeff was my new advisor, I didn t see proof that battery was checked and when I asked him he said it was, but paper wasn t done yet. I told him I was going away for the weekend and needs to make sure car had to be good on the road and he ensured me that battery was good. It was 4:23pm when I was called to pick up car, 4:55pm when I got there. I am guessing they wanted to close up and didn t want to ask technician. I took my car and stopped at the store and then my car wouldn t turn ok again. Guess what? They never checked the battery. I had to ask a Good Samaritan to give me a jump. I drove to auto zone and o relly and they both confirmed I had a bad battery. I now had to take my car in for the 3rd time in the same week for something that could have been done when I was there. The 3rd time I had Steve as my advisor and he was trying to fix the problem that his coworker missed. I felt bad but I was upset. He was able to get car in and I was there for about 3 hours to get new battery. I wished they could have communicated better with technicians to make sure car was properly taken care of.

Each time I take one of my Honda's in for routine service or maintenance, the personnel at Honda have always been friendly, informative, professional and genuinely helpful!
My two Honda's both have over 100,000 miles and are still going strong thanks to the excellent care they receive at my Honda dealership!

Very kind and even though he told me that my car would be done within an hour and a half to two hours, my car was brought back in way less than an hour and I was set to go! Quick service and it was cool how coffee and donuts were available for customers. I would probably recommend putting in some outlets though but or else service was great!

My first service experience with Honda of Stevens Creek was great! I was able to anticipate an appointment from the afternoon to the morning on the same day. The waiting time was exactly what the service advisor told me it would be. Even though Honda of Stevens Creek does not work with the maintenance plan provider I hired in a different state, they actually called the provider and were able to provide service under that maintenance plan for no extra charge. Scheduled appointment was at 10:15, checkin was finished at 10:40. Huge lines of cars with seemingly few technicians doing checkins, lots of other people walking around. Waited 20 minutes for 5 minutes to turn over the car. Wish they could improve this process. Tech explained pricing options well, I went with basic service.

This is for the sales department only. We were looking for a minivan as the weekend family tour bus and had the Odyssey EX-L in mind. Checked out a number of dealers.

The test drive went well but then things went slightly off the rails with a misquote during negotiation.

But hey, everyone makes mistakes. And:

1) it was what I saw as an honest mistake in this case
2) as we all know, how a business deals with those mistakes is often what matters most

Pedram Baniamerian, Chadd (spelled with a double 'd') and the team at Honda of Stevens Creek made things right. And during the close, no one got carried away with the industry standard up and cross selling, push to finance, and so on.

I had an excellent experience that was facilitated by my personal service assistant. He was very helpful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. He even gave me special accommodation for the shuttle to take me slightly beyond the ten mile range so I could get to work when I needed to. He explained the services well before I signed for them so that I knew what I was paying for. Overall, I was more than satisfied and will come back for all of my Honda service needs.

I thought purchasing a car is a long process, but Honda of Stevens Creek made it a breeze. We had an excellent experience there with Tony's assistance. He is helpful to answer all of my questions. When I took my Honda 2019 Insight touring home, it was fine but next day it couldn't start the engine because of the security alarm setting. Tony took care of this issue right away as I called him. He is a good sales man and I knew he will be there always when I need a hand.

We bought a vehicle mid Jan. The price was low and the vehicle still had some warranty. We also went on a Saturday and that might have been a really busy day. We went in knowing the vehicle we wanted to purchase and did all the finance paperwork. We waited 4 hours just to sign all the paperwork. After those hours someone approached to inform us it will take 2 hours to get the car washed. So we left with a pretty dirty car. Did I mention? That in less than 2 months I had to call Mazda, because the vehicle electrical system failed and the brakes locked, the car turned off, and the brake lights didn't work.
The dealership failed to.mention that the vehicle wasn't up to California Code. When I asked the dealer about the recall on the vehicle they said it was normal without any further details. Also, the sticker to change the oil wasn't on the vehicle. We have no clue when the oil needs to be changed.

They also didn't provide with a spare key.

Now I have worked for a dealership and this was not the way we treated our customers. McDermott auto group made sure customers received the best experience. If the customer lived more than 45 mins away. If we couldn't get the vehicle fully inspected and clean it would be deliver. Something that this dealership wasn't willing to accomodate.

Service was excellent - Chanel was knowledgeable and up front. I scheduled a 7:15am and was blown away that an oil change wouldn t be complete until 10-10:30. She stayed calm and explained why the wait was longer than expected - then directed me to one of their free shuttles that would take me home so i could wait there. I returned at 10 and was called minutes after I sat - I was relieved their time was accurate.
