I was recommended by a friend to come here for maintenance and it is definitely worth trying. Making an appointment was super easy on their website and when you go to drop it off it is just as easy. They also do provide shuttles if you need a ride which is a great add on. The individual that helped me, Johnny Nguyen, was also super helpful there and listened to what I was asking for. I was in and thanks to his help I was able to go in and out with ease.

I will give 5 out of 5 when me and my husband entered we were greeted by Maya, she helped us from the start till the end. She was quick and the service she provided was excellent. We came in for the service of my car and some issue with the tail light. While we were talking to her and explaining our problem, she was listening it with cool mind and a was wearing a smile on her face, which built a trust. I own one more car but have not seen such great customer service, those guys are always in a hurry. But here I felt that I can at least talk about my problem and explain everything in detail. They repaired my car well on time. I was happy and thrilled with the prompt service and repair. Thank you guys

Kathy one of the employees at this dealership referred me to Phillip N., who made my experience as friction-less as possible. He took the time to go through each different vehicle model, explain the trim differences, and didn't even bombard me with any haggling, just went straight to crunching numbers to hit the price point I went in with. Would recommend sending friends and such to Phillip again if I knew anyone interested in getting a fair price and great service.

I came to the store on July 3rd and looked around the showroom trying to find a replacement for my car that was totaled. I noticed sales people who were busy on their phones, perhaps those were clients too so i understand why i wasn t being paid attention to. But turning heads and shifting path directions tells me i don t look like somebody who would buy a new car.
I was heading out the door thinking i might as well do my business with other dealers who has better customer service until one staff approached me and offered his time. He was patient enough to explain to me the features of the car and walked me through the lot to see other models and colors. I was running late for work so i made an appointment the next day.
I came back 4th of July, Koorosh Shahidzadeh greeted me in the lot, worked on the details and paperworks and gave me the BEST DEAL more than i asked for. This guy has excellent sales ethics! Thank you also to the manager, Amin, very nice guy!

When the car was delivered he went over how to work the technology and the other functionalities of the car. He was very nice and we didn't feel pressured to buy. I did end up purchasing a car! The reason which he gave me that Honda has a great road grip compared to Camry, Altima. Initially I talked to Honda Maita Sacramento and they gave me a price. I did not have well credit and this was my first time buying new car in USA. I randomly selected Honda of Stevens Creek and went to see the car. The staff is very professional, and helpful. There was a waiting time for the finance department but that is OK. My personal experience is that if you are looking for a right car with the right price in bay area. Bought an Odyssey from them, having negotiated a good price over email via many dealers. Pick up experience was good, but for a few months we've been having a battery warning. Call them to schedule a service appointment, and they first claimed that it will be $150 just to look at the car, and that this isn't covered under warranty. Then, they promise to have the service dept call back to schedule a time, but no call. So, I called again, same pattern. I called the sales agent directly, he promises to get a response, but a week later still nothing.

My car buying experience is unnecessary long. They can't find the car that we saw online. The second car that we like is 45 minutes away. After the test drive, we waited over an hour at the lobby for them to prepare paperwork. We paid in cash. I can't imagine the additional time needed for finance. After signing the papers, we waited another two hours for them to wash the car and gas up the tank. When they handed the keys to me, I was told to bring the car back in because they damaged the weather strip on the roof.

I think this place is a good choice for regular maintenance. The service is fast and a free ride is provided if you don't want to wait there (one-way only though). And the have discount if your company has a deal with them.

Our family needed a lease that was affordable. We selected this location due to refer of a friend. We had an appointment with the manager (Chadd) and quickly introduce us to our Sales Person (Ernesto).
Our Honda Pilot was already details and ready to go. Went for a quick drive and came back. Met up with customer relationship manager (Viet). They even installed our tow hitch on the same day. This is my Honda, the entire team was great and should get a 10 stars. Thanks guy!! Don t waste your time at other Honda dealers. Come see Chadd and Ernesto!!

Great service good cars. However when they sell you a car, they don't tell you that Hondas are probably the most theft prone cars. I love my 2018 Honda Accord Sport. On the other hand the dealership should have put wheel locks on the cars as a standard. I have had Honda rims stolen off my car 3x's in less than a year. The first time I had no wheel locks and after that I had wheel locks on and they still took the rims. So my advice is when you buy the car don't drive off the lot without making the dealer include wheel locks. After that I would recommend upgrading the car alarm, because each time my rims were stolen the factory alarm never went off. Hey even if they break your window the factory alarm will not go off. Great cars but thieves are always after Hondas.

I struggle to understand why the reviews are so high here. I've been twice and both times the customer service has been horrible. I'm in the market for a van and so that means Honda vs Toyota. The first time I came not only did I wait forever to be helped but the sales associate who helped me couldn't be bothered, clearly, and gave me erroneous information about what was available at each trim. He didn't seem to care at all about me or my purchase. We are now finally ready to buy so time to go back and start talking price. I waited for 20 minutes when I arrived at Honda of Stevens Creek. Nobody at the front desk to help me, but I sign in and wait. I saw several groups of sales associate standing around and talking. Some of them even came over to watch the football game on TV. I understand that things can get busy but the least I expect is for somebody to be there and give me an estimate of my wait time. I left and will not be going back. Regardless of the quality of cars the quality of customer service has pushed me to Toyota.

Stay away from this female named 'SUMMER' and 'JASON', they'l screw your happiness and over charge you..very arrogant,uptight..to the extent she says 'if your not interested, go else where and get it done, but you need to pay for 2 diagnostic charges of $300 total when nothing was fixed..EXTEMELY RUDE...She comes up with a big list and doesn't bother to hear what you are saying!! .Stay Far Away from this place!!!!!!!!!!! their prices are skyrocketing and they don't honor the coupons much..Also don't give the solutions to areas that they cannot fix..such as damaged wheel alloys..LOATHESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

My vehicle is an old Honda Odyssey it's a 2004 I took it in for an airbag recall I was treated very poorly by the service Manager. He was very gruff like he could barely be bothered with me he had a real attitude when I went to pick up my van. When I dropped the van off in the morning the windshield was clean, when I picked it up at the end of the day there was this white gooey stuff all over the driver side windshield it looked like they had washed a vehicle next to mine and I got some of the overspray and they didn't bother to clean it up when they were done anyway they had a real bad attitude I won't be going there again I don't go there anyway now because I had issues with them before a few years they told me I needed new brakes and i had better have them do it right then ,they said the pads were practically gone, so I went home and did my own brakes and I found out I could have waited they still had a lot left on them, they would have been fine for another month at least! All in all I think they're just out to make money, they don't really care about their customers just the $$$$. I only went there because it was a recall, if I had to spend money I would go to any other honda dealer before this one.

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Got there and was assisted IMMEDIATELY. Waiting area had coffee, donuts, free wifi so I was able to do some work while waiting. It took about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs for service to complete after which service agent (sorry I forgot his name) fully explained findings and recommendations. Very courteous and professional. Overall pleasant experience.

We just purchased a used vehicle at Honda of Stevens Creek for our son. I have to say it was the least painful car-buying experience we've had. We had narrowed our search to a Honda CR-V. After searching on Carfax for what we wanted, we would receive notifications when that particular model was available. We saw one at Stevens Creek Honda and made an appt. to go in and look at it. We met with Qadeer Nabi and test drove the car. It was sparking clean (engine was spotless).

He went over the CarFax history of the car and the maintenance checks they do on every vehicle. We could tell it was in great shape because of this and ended up buying the car.

We loved that the price is listed on CarFax and that was the price - we appreciated not having to try to negotiate a price.

Phillip took us through the documentation process, which was so much easier and quicker than the last time we bought a used car.

All in all we had a great experience at Stevens Creek Honda and are super happy with the car, and feel we got a really great deal and exactly what we were looking for in terms of price.
