Absolutely awesome service by Long Tong service advisor who handled my car. Very courteous, professional and extremely pleasant to work with and got the job done.
Dated August 14th : 2 months later , I am feeling great about this place , Thanks to MAYA. Post my first review , Maya has been in touch and responding very promptly.
My registration got delayed for some reason with DMV. When I called back the dealership , Maya really followed this up for me . I was even offered a rental car in case my registration got delayed. I finally got confirmation yesterday that my registration has been approved.
Additionally Maya ensured that I got my Hub plates replaced too.

Dated May 30th : Bought a Honda Civic here. First day experience was good. Bargained a bit and they reduced price . Not a fabulous sales deal but I was ok since i really wanted to buy a car . Trouble started the next day morning - When I viewed the car in bright sunlight , I saw paint spray marks all over . not sure why. was upset and suspicious if it was a broken car / a car met with accident - car fax was clean anyway . then the bumper paint started peeling. got very upset and gave the car back for fixing it. NO SALES PERSON gave a reason for why the car had spray marks or why the painting peeled off. The salesman I had (ASAD) helped me a lot though - by ensuring these things are fixed by the service department.
One SALES MANAGER (Kahssay M) was very rude - not understanding the trouble/issues of the customer. He even remarked " we cannot fix the car every time you break it" . He had the nerve to suggest that i messed up the car before bringing it back. That was VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IF one cannot pacify a upset customer - may be one should not be in sales. Thankfully not everyone are the same. The service guys turned my bad review around.
They fixed the car with all my complaints. looks good now. very prompt in returning calls and updating on status of car.
I am only OK with this dealership because i wish i didnt have all this trouble - But ASAD and the Service team ( Jim , Melissa , Adrian) are great !!!!. My thanks to them for fixing it up.
I have lingering doubts about the insides of the car - or whether it will give me problems later on ... well i just have to wait and see...
Points to watch out :
some cars in website are not available at this location , sales does not attempt to bring them over from other locations. may be that's how their business works. BUT then why list them on the website.
they offered only one key for my used car. as a courtesy they could have given me a key . it is not a big cost for them when I am spending close to 17000 $. But the service team said they will program a key for me free of cost if i buy the key . Service team to rescue again.
while bargaining - they suggested they will fill up the gas first but then they did not after they reduced the price by 100 bucks :-)
Lessons learnt : buy cars in bright light , verify every inch of car , ask a lot of questions , ask about accessories / gas and any thing else well in advance ----and if any sales guy is rude to you LEAVE - before you sign the papers. After you sign off the papers you are not going to be able to bargain much.
I don't think I will buy another car from this dealership. In July I contacted them as my airbags were defective and unsafe according to a recall notice. I called them and the ordered a new airbag for the driver side and passenger side was ordered. Weeks went by. I called again. Now I was told they were on back order. The gentlemen I spoke to stated he wouldn't not drive the car as it was unsafe. So I called again stated I felt unsafe and was told I could get a rental and to come in. I was told both bags would be done and in addition my side airbag not working. Two days go by and only the drivers airbag was fixed. Not the side and passenger airbag. I was told they are on back order. I explained I feel unsafe as this is our family car. The manger says to me " you have to cal the 800 number. " I stated I didn't have the letter and he says " find the letter with the number". He then says " just make sure no one sits there" I said we're a family of 4. He said there's nothing he can do.
Skip to October and we're still waiting on the passenger airbag.
My customer service experience has been terrible. To have managers that give you the run around to not give me the 800 number and to continually state that when we bring the car in it will be fixed in entirety.- this will be our third try if they ever call us back to get the passenger size air bag.
I took my old Odyssey in for routine maintenance. I was impressed by the very easy check in and check out process, work authorization, electronic status update, and mobile payment option. I am very happy about the overall experience, work getting done quickly and efficiently. I am also satisfied with the cost of service and quality of work performed.
GREAT EXPERIENCE! =) Even though I knew Labor Day weekend would be busy, my family and I decided to visit Honda of Stevens Creek after visiting Honda of Milpitas and Fremont. When we arrived, it took less than 5 minutes for a sales representative to approach us, which was great, because I didn t have to put my name on a waiting list and I got to look at my top choices (HRV or CRV) without anyone hovering. Antonio promptly introduced himself and got down to business. To summarize: he asked me what I was in the market for, test-drove the cars, explained the features of each car, I contemplated, completed the paper work, and I took home a new car =D. Antonio struck me as a friendly, honest, reliable working with his coworkers, able to adapt well, and hard working. He exceeds the expectations of the company.
In addition, I was also relieved that no one in this location forcefully told me I had to get the extended warranty, alarm system, permaplate, etc. Instead, after explaining how each additional feature worked and its costs, they clarified that they were merely options. Customer service, especially, paper work, was to the point, quick, and smooth. Most importantly, I never got the feeling that I was wasting the staff s time if I decided not to purchase a car.
I went car hunting knowing what I wanted, as well as on a budget as a recent college graduate, which this location provided me with the best customer service and packaged deal for my situation. Overall great customer service, professionalism, and welcoming qualities of the staff are why I chose to purchase from this location instead of the others we visited earlier that day. So great job Honda of Stevens Creek! Keep up the good work! =D
I start by email to ask a quote for HONDA ACCord EX 1.5 4drs. Sedan, I received the Email quote very soon, also they give a quot price I like. So, I make appointment by email. and set the deal in couple of hours. I didn't waste time for bargain.

Update 2: (10/4/19) - After repeatedly calls to this dealership without response, I reached out to Honda customer service. Got a feedback from Honda to go have my battery tested with Autozone, and voila the battery is bad as I initially suspected. Awaiting response from Honda for further action on the same.
Update (9/19/19): After the response on this post from Honda of Stevens Creek, I tried to call the manager on the number provided and still haven t been able to reach him or get a response on my voicemail. Not sure if the replies to these threads is automated.
Short description: Reached for an appointment here at 9 AM and was made to wait upto 940 AM just to have me signed in. Minimal shuttle service available. Never had this issue at Larry Hopkins Honda. Not sure if the two are under same management but recommend going to them.
Long description:
About three weeks before my second appointment, I had another appointment at Steven Creek Honda (SCH). I had come with a battery issue where the car wouldn t start randomly sometimes. Had the batteries checked in at SCH then but their diagnostics didn t apparently didn t show up anything wrong with the battery. Since my car mileage was ~35200 miles it was still under warranty and hence I checked to see if it could be replace given it had done this 2-3 times now. However SCH then said that they ll have us monitor this a bit more and would replace if the battery were to die once again.
Snap 3 weeks later, my battery dies once again and this is when I scheduled my 9 AM appointment that I mention above. This time the director of services tells me they can t do much since I had exceeded the 36000 miles warranty limit. I tried to explain that this is why I had asked for a replacement earlier and he said he can t help it because that is what Honda service terms are. Although the person was courteous, I was still disappointed in the way they tried to avoid replacing the faulty battery.
The dealer Ali really took care of me and helped me find a right car. He is patient and professional. But you need to be careful of the honda of stevens creek because they will try their best to make profits.
Service good, most of the service staff very friendly, amount of time it takes then to complete a simple service for scheduled appointment is not reasonable. Every time I'm here it takes hours for a basic service. I do believe they let your car sit there before it is worked on even if you've scheduled an appointment way ahead of time. They need to change their workflow. Walk ins last, less appointments per time slot, more employees. I know they want to make money but they do this every time.
I probably won't be coming back here. There were two problems. One, they tried to up-sell me pretty hard. They said I had all these urgent problems that would have come to almost $2000 to fix. I took it to another garage that said most of it was unnecessary and did the necessary repairs for a good deal less money than Honda would have charged. Two, more minor, was that the customer service was less than ideal. The guy who was helping me out was very nice, but I had to call three times to find out my car was ready. They offer a shuttle service which is nice, but it was very disorganized.
I brought a new 2018 civic from Honda of Stevens Creek last month. The sales representative, Quadeer, was very friendly to introduce the car to me. He also explained the basic function of the car patiently. When I had questions about the car, I text him, he can respond to me immediately. Good!

I have been taking my Civic to Stevens Creek Honda for 7 years. I can't think of any other service center that is so capable and friendly. They do excellent work and their staff is always exceptional and helpful.
Very fast service for my CR-V. Service was complete in less than two hours and I did not have an appointment (midday, midweek). Professional and friendly service staff.
Really good servicing experience. I waited there in the wait area and was given timely call updates. They also give very good advice and really value time and money of the customer. Will definitely continue going to this place for my future services!
The service was good and they did what was asked for. BUT the reason for dropping 2 stars is that they did something which was not even asked for. I went there for wheel alignment and I had my service done just 1500 miles before. But they reset my oil life meter and rotated the tyres back which were counter rotated in my last service. I believe this place is excellent for service only. Anything else and they would end up following processes for the service.
Honda of Stevens Creek is my go-to place for car servicing. The customer service is great with friendly service managers. They have prompt appointment schedules and even deliver the car before the promised time. All the staffs take safety precautions and sanitize the car for free after servicing. There is also a no-touch invoice signature option. I totally recommend this place for quality Honda servicing! Special mention to Joshua, the service manager who put in extra care on the details and made sure I understood every item on the service list.
After a negative feedback for the service, I like the response from their Service team to accept and understand the issue. Their concern over quality is very impressive, trying to understand and talk through if something went bad. They had explained on the Car wash they dont have local Service center and were ready to help on the next visit.
My husband and I are very happy with my new Honda 2018 Hatchback Sport. The service that was given to us was and is still is outstanding!!!!! Had a pleasant time during my visit to Stevens Creek Honda. I did come in knowing what I wanted, the gentlemen that assisted me where all very great! We were the last ones in the dealer but they never seemed rushed or impatience! They answered questions as needed. They were not at all pushy which was nice! I was scared to get overwhelmed by their attentiveness but they had a good balance! Overall a great experience!

Great, friendly customer service. They can sometimes take a while to do a standard oil change / service check, but they have a nice waiting area with WiFi and gourmet coffee.
Bad experience. Had my Odyssey serviced twice at this location - one time the steering wheel was off the center when I picked up my car after a 4-wheel alignment! Can you believe it! Another time was the door kept locking at low speed after they fixed a sliding door recall. Plus they could never ever reproduce my car's steering column rattle issue after three visits. Very disappointed with this dealer and Honda.
I purchased my Honda from them as well as have it serviced by them. They're courteous, professional and above all, do solid work. There have been multiple occasions when I asked them for a suggestion on fixing/replacing something and rather than make a quick buck, I was given honest advice and told that I can skip it for now.
Made my appointmen, was taken a bit early and the entire process was safe and smooth. Tan kept in touch all day and was very kind through out the process.

We were looking for either a Clarity Plug-In or Accord hybrid and found a Clarity that we liked. It was late in the day but Naresh didn't pressure us into making a rush decision. He just gave us all the information we needed to decide. Likewise with the guy in the finance department.
I honestly can't think of a single thing the folks at Stevens Creek Honda could do to improve the experience of buying a new car. Okay one: shorten the time it takes when completing the deal--but they really can't help that. At the age of 82, I've been buying new cars for many years. This is the only place that makes it a pleasure.

Purchasing anything new is hard especially when you have a plethora of options in front of you. Car purchase is a long arduous journey. Not only do you have to decide on the best car for you, one needs to consider post sale service and maintenance.
My journey started in 2014. Went through the regular grind of trying to find the best deal and visited lot of dealers. In the end, I decided to visit the dealer closest and to my surprise, I had the best experience there.
The sales representative Mr. Asad Hanif is a true gentleman. He never made me rush into making a decision. This was a big part in my purchasing the car at their dealership. He helped me with a variety of questions of I had (being a first time car buyer in the US), got me a good car loan and was there though out the process to help and guide me.
After sale service has been exceptionally good too. They have given me very professional advice and not sell unnecessary service. I have had around 3 services and had very pleasant experience always.
Service representative Dave in particular was very helpful and guided me well in selecting the appropriate service options for my usage. The personal touch makes it stand apart from other run-off-the-mill service joints.
Overall, Honda of Stevens Creek is a dealer I trust and would like to have continued relationship with. Please keep it up and do not let me down.

I had major service...I advised service advisor I was budgeted for $1000.00...she said she would try...also I needed the car by 3PM...sure enough the cost was just below $900.00...the car was ready at 2:45PM...I'm not sure if everybody has a great service advisor...but with out mentioning her name (initials SP), always comes thru. Thanks Honda...I have a 2008 CRV...100K miles...and have never had an unexpected problem....always serviced at Honda of Stevens Creek.
Brought my car here to get the Takata airbag replaced. Honda provided a free rental and was very timely and professional. Got a ride to enterprise for the rental, got a ride back to honda from enterprise, all free. 4 stars because: -Rental is only 'free' if you are ok with the car they have the most of on the lot, which happened to be 2 pretty large cars. Anything smaller and more easily managed will cost you extra (only $5) -Rental is only free if you aren't going to put any insurance on the car, the cheapest of which is a little less than $20. If you are only getting a 1 day repair, you might as well buy a lyft home and back if you live in the area, unless you desperately need to go to work that day, or you have great insurance. -They are going to do a diagnostic on the car and they are going to find something wrong with it. They will be honest and tell you what is necessary (a safety concern) and what is not, but even the repair that is a safety concern is going to cost you more than what you would pay somewhere else. I had to change my brake oil for $179, a repair that is by internet estimates $80 - $100 anywhere else. -The enterprise across the street is full of friendly people who don't care if you are introverted and sleep deprived. So, your mileage may vary.
Other than that, people were nice, professional, it was a good place to be. Worst they are going to do is overcharge you.
Had a good experience at your dealership. The service manager was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about the car. He explained what he had to do. Upon completition he explained what was done and why he thought we had a problem.
Had a great experience. Brought the car at 8:30am for a B123 service and they also offered to take care of a recall issue with the car. They replaced my breaks, which were noisy and a burned light. I got the car at 3pm that same day.

I had a very good buying experience from Honda of Stevens Creek. Phoebe Tan discussed the type of car I was looking for. She first showed me a couple of models with the options I wanted, then we took a test drive. She answered my questions and was very helpful. The next day we discussed the amount I wanted to pay and she worked with her manager to get me a very good price. When I picked up the car they had it all prepped and ready to go with a full fuel tank.
