I had a good experience with the staff of the service center. My vehicle had got a recall for the Takata Air bag issue. I called the center up and scheduled an appointment and they also offered me a rental vehicle as they said the service could take a day. But it was completed within 5 hours and I got my car back soon.

After seeing some negative reviews about other dealers in the areas, I decided to go to Honda of Stevens Creek. I came in knowing what I wanted (a 2017 Fit EX) on fairly short notice and drove out of the dealership in my brand new car within a few hours. Amir Hosseinkhani was very efficient in the sales process and even helped the washers hand wash my new car to get it ready before closing. He also suggested that I could get the car serviced at a dealer closer to where I live rather than coming back to Stevens Creek. However, I don't mind the extra drive because of the excellent service I received. Highly recommended!

Usually have better communication regarding the completion of the vehicle. Was to be done at 3, but no call til 4 and was told it would be another 2 and a half hours. Enterprise did not show for 45 minutes. Ended up going home -
no further communication until 8 am the following morning and it still wasn't done until @9. Work being done was a 90k service, airbag recall and tpms. Brought vehicle in at 9. Just a different experience this time around.

I've bought a number of vehicles here over the years, and it has always been a great experience. My most recent purchase was at the beginning of February 2020. The sales staff I dealt with Sales Manager Amine Kedir and Sales Consultant Brian Plowman were top notch. I was debating between two different models and they made sure to have both models available for my wife and I to test drive. Brian answered any questions we had about the vehicles and once we made a decision on which model we wanted Amine found the color we wanted at another dealership and arranged for it to be transported to their dealership for pick up the next day. The financing portion was as fast as I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The general manager Joe Spurrier even stopped by to make sure things were going well and his staff was meeting our expectations. Not only did they meet our expectations, they exceeded them. If you are in the market for a Honda in the Bay Area you can not beat the experience of Honda of Stevens Creek.
Their service department is also top notch, I've been bringing vehicles here for over 13 years. It is always a good experience and fair pricing.

This review is for Long at the service department he took really good care of my 2018 honda accord 1.5 . I came in for routine maintenance and also there was a recall on my car for the rear camera. The rear camera had to be updated through a computer and that s what took the most time but it s understandable that wasn t no one s fault it s all computerized. He even discounted the price since it was my first service from them and i bought the car there 7 months ago and also discounted the price for my tire pressure service. I can easily go to a closer Honda dealer for my servicing since I live in Hayward but will be back and i m surely going to make my appointment with Long as my service advisor

I recently bought Honda CR-V 2017 from Honda of Stevens creek (4590 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129) and that was a very smooth and exciting experience for me. Initially i had gone to dealership for inquiring about Used cars, there i met Phillip Nguyen from sales department. He spent good amount of time explaining leasing options as well used car prices and how financing will work in both the cases since i was new to this process.

Then i continued thinking about the cars, if i should get used one or new one. I again went back to him and asked for the price of different models with different trims, trust me i had asked lot of questions and asked for the price of various models together. But he was very much helpful and always helped me with great prices which nobody else can beat. Finally i decided to go for CR-V and yet again i got the best price from this dealership compared to others. Phillip explained me all the various features, why should i buy it now vs few other down the line etc.

And finally now i am proud owner of Honda CR-V 2017 :)

I went to this dealer trying to buy a car and it was impossible. I asked someone to show me a car and I was treated very unprofessionally. I asked if they had the insight model and they said I don t know you can go and see outside if there are any. Once you find anything come and find me . I wasn t sure what car I wanted so I expected some assistance, I even said I am not sure between these models and the guy said well if you don t know I can t help you ... after this I left and went to a Nissan dealership but nothing convinced me so I came back to see if there was anybody else that could help me so I went back at around 7:00pm and it was the same thing. They said they didn t have time or knew if they had some of the cars... what bothered me is they even tried to help me.
Anyway, I ended up leaving and going to other Honda in San Jose were I actually found helpful and friendly staff. In fact I was able to buy the car with them.
If you want to be treated rudely go to the Honda at Stevens creek.

My first contact was with Ernesto the internet sales and he was quick to respond and gave me info on the vehicle. Then Ramon took over to help out with making a deal with the vehicle and getting it ready for me. He honestly told me that he cleaned the vehicle already before we got down to paper works. It s like he knew that the car was going home with me that day. Then we got to the finance where Ahmad help us tremendously he convince us to take the gap insurance for the vehicle with a whole lot of what if s, and finally my mom and I decided to take it. And the last thing before everything was complete I m really thankful that he gave me the 4 year maintenance for my car without adding a penny more to my payments. So, YES I made a great choice of coming to stevens creek Honda to get my new vehicle.

I checked out Honda dealers in Tracy, Livermore, Dublin and Concord. I live in the Tri Valley but decided to check out Honda of Stevens Creek and I m so glad I did. I had a set price I was willing to pay. The other dealers wouldn t meet it, but Honda of Stevens Creek did. My sales person was Koorosh and he was excellent. He wasn t pushy or aggressive. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Koorosh and this dealership!

Everything else was satisfactory and as per expectations, the only rant I have is that I didn't even got a complimentary car wash after the service. In my past experience, I have always got one after a service.

2017/11/22 - My experience post my last visit was not very 'well'. Follow up customer service is not very impressive, as I can say from my personal experience now. I took my car 2 weeks back for servicing and getting the trunk lid spring replaced as it broke. I was told the spring is not available because the specific combination of spoiler-trunk lid spring I have on my car is not easily available. However, I was told they will have the part in 2 days and will give me a call once it arrives. Its been 2 weeks, and I have called in twice to reach out to the customer rep who attended. Apparently, both times when I called, the rep was 'busy' and couldn't take the call. And i guess rep is still too busy to place a return call. I am not sure, if I should wait or take my car somewhere else to get the spring replaced.

On October 2012, Honda had my 2005 Accord recalled...

On October 2012, Honda had my 2005 Accord recalled because of the power steering hose leaking problem. On April 2013, I brought my car to the Honda of Stevens Creek for repair. I dropped off my in the early morning, and at around 10 AM, a representative at the shop called and told me that the brake pads on my front wheel have almost worn out, the pad s thickness has only 1.5 mm left. He said the front pads needed to be replaced right away and the cost is ONLY $299. If I don t replace them now, then the brake discs will eventually be damaged and it will cost me $700~$800 later.

It really puzzled me, because I had the brake pads changed not that long ago, and I had never noticed or heard any squeaking noise while applying the brake. So I refused to fix it. After I had my vehicle back, I brought it to couple local shops and had them check it out. Both shops told me that all the brake pads on my Accord are in very good shape (4mm~5mm) and there is no need to replace them at the moment.

This review is for the Service department at Stevens Creek Honda, and specifically for Service Manager Ricardo Pimentel and Service Advisor Summer Pettigrew. Do NOT bring your Honda to this service department if you want any semblance of Customer Service, or your vehicle to be correctly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner.

I brought my vehicle to this dealership on 5/17/18 because it was blowing hot air out of the A/C. Stevens Creek Honda did a diagnostic and determined that I needed a new A/C Compressor, which was covered under warranty but they could not complete the repair due to a nationwide backorder on a part, with no ETA. I waited two weeks to hear back from this dealership, leaving numerous voicemails for Summer Pettigrew but she failed to return a single call. Fed up with them not returning a single phone call, I stopped in one day to see Service Manager Ricardo Pimentel, who was rude, unapologetic, and refused to do anything to get me into a conforming vehicle. I asked him about a rental car because driving a car with a brand-new, under warranty car with black leather interior in June with no A/C and no ETA for a repair is not acceptable. He said he would "look into it" for me and get back to me the next day- It's been almost a month and I haven't received a single phone call about my car from Stevens Creek Honda. I called HondaCare to inquire about my warranty contract, which indeed say I'm entitled to a rental car while waiting for parts or the vehicle is being repaired, and the rep over the phone said in these cases they can make accommodations for extended rental car periods, but the case needs to be opened through the dealership and there has been no activity on my account, aka Ricardo Pimentel didn't even bother to pick up the phone regarding my issue.

I made complaints to Honda Corporate, who were communicative until they got back to me saying this dealership won't return their calls and there isn't anything they can do in this instance as they are privately owned and operated.

The best part? I was driving around with no A/C for two weeks after bring my car to this service department, which Stevens Creek Honda service reps told me "Just drive with your windows down", until I took my car to a different Honda dealership up the Peninsula- they were able to complete my repair in ONE DAY and my A/C seems to be working fine to this point.

These people, specifically Service Manager Ricardo Pimentel, are extremely dishonest and a disgrace to anybody that works in a customer-service type job. How hard is it to pick up the phone and return a phone call? Apparently it's very difficult for these people.

I recommend you take your car to any other Honda service department if you run into an issue. Anderson, Capitol, Serramonte- driving to any of these locations will serve you and your vehicle better. At the very least different dealerships give you the courtesy of returning your phone calls.

Do not trust Service Advisor Ricardo Pimentel or anything that he might promise you. This Service Department even refuses, to this day, to provide me with a completed work order stating their diagnosis and they were unable to fix the vehicle to conforming standards.

I did eventually get a call from a gentlemen named Richard Artell, who introduced himself as the Service/Parts Director for Stevens Creek Honda. He apologized on behalf of his incompetent staff and offered to take care of me when the next service is due, but when I call back the next week I was informed he no longer works at this dealership.

1) Test drives were quick.
2) Quotes were given quickly.
3) Competitive pricing.

Bad part - (It starts once you start asking questions)

1) Behaviour of the sales manager. They want you to purchase the car without questioning.

2) In case you have any doubts or questions like for insurance, sales manager will not answer or even suggest and makes you feel as if you asked the most stupid question ever asked on this planet. So if you are new to this place you are not going to get any help.

3) In my case the sales manager came up with a story which totally shocked me that I wanted my family to test drive the car and wanted the car to drive to my home. Instead I requested to pick up my family which the guy under him said immediate yes and asked me to wait in the parking till he grabs the keys for the car and also the sales manager told me that it is your problem. Never in my life I have heard this sentence from somebody from sales.

After this I managed to bring my family by asking one of my friends.

Even after this incident I decided to purchase the car thinking just because of one person's behaviour I should not change my decision and I had already spent my afternoon with them. Most of the people would have left the place after such a behavior.

After this we started to fill up the documents and meanwhile I informed another sales person who earlier left me in the parking lot that I am not happy with what has happened and I am going to give my reviews on google.

Within 2 minutes another sales manager comes and instead of asking why we are not happy tells us they dont want to do buisness with us because we are not going to give good reviews, another shocking behaviour for us.
We could not take this much insult and we left the place without a car.
And this made our first car buying experince( which we were so excited about) , the worst experience of our lives in the US.

From the moment someone picked up my call to set an appointment to the moment they pulled my vehicle out and gave me back the keys - this place was a breath of fresh air. The person who received my call was courteous, direct, and efficient. I was greeted upon arrival and the process for sanitizing the interior of the car was explained in detail with a rough time estimate for the service. Tam was especially helpful and informative.
My car came back faster than expected, and considering the extra measures that were needed to be taken due to the Covid-19 crisis, this was a very pleasant surprise!!
I previously took my car to a different local Honda dealership, and the experience was like night and day. This place will save you time and headaches. I will be going back here from now on.

This is the best place- Honda of Stevens Creek of San Jose to buy a car! Brad is a wonderful sales person. He kept me informed along the way when I transferred a car to this dealership. I had a chipped windshield and they replaced it without my having to ask. The service department (Josh I think) went out of their way to get my entry codes and to make sure I understood how to use my car alarm system. The sales process was smooth, quick and painless! The car was presented to me in immaculate condition. I will return to this location which makes you feel like a valued customer and they work very hard to please you at the highest level. An awesome experience.

Great customer service, especially for the weekend. Their system of streamlining customers as they enter the service reception is excellent. I recommend scheduling an appointment online with the service you need so you can get in and out fast. My advisor, Summer, was excellent as well. She was very nice and helpful about services and went above and beyond to discuss issues with my car and to get additional service for it at time of my appointment.

Overall, the experience was good. They had the only red Accord Sport 1.5T with a manual transmission in northern CA. They also worked with me on the price. I worked with 4 dealerships and Steven's Creek was great to work with and other dealers said they couldn't match or beat their price. Picking up the car was relatively easy. The sales person, Qadeer, was attentive and worked with me well. He actually washed the car himself before he drove it up to the front for me. One thing I'd like to see different: 1- take care of as much as possible BEFORE I get there. This includes getting paperwork started, wash the car and whatever other logistics are needed. I spent 3 hours there to just pick up the car, with probably 2.5 hours sitting around waiting. I'm sure there is a way to reduce the customer wait time.

They found that one of my wheel rims needed to be replaced. They gave me a good price on that. I called other dealerships and confirmed that it was indeed a good price. There are lots of systems in place that all interconnect. I appreciated the effort everyone went through to take care of my family in our purchase of our 2016 Civic. When we test drove the vehicle it was discovered the air conditioner was not funtioning properly. Everything else about the vehicle was sound. So we moved forward with the purchase. My recent car service was more then 5 stars it should be 10y advisor Chuong Nguyen Aka Bobby was awesome he explained everything to me when I first arrived I was there for a oli change but was also advised about a recall on my car so he needed to keep the car all day which was hard but it's for my safety so I waited in the waited area for my ride to arrive I also had my puppy Oreo which I was grateful they didn't ask me to wait outside since some places don't allow pets but Honda was very ok employees where as well this one place I will return even though they kept the car until the very end I'm grateful they took car of the problem with time because safety comes first like I was told there also one more service advisor that I want to mention I believe her name was chantel she had blonde hair very nice she helped when Bobby was tied up with someone and she also explained to me about my vehicle needed to one item repaired but my car was a great condition and mind you my car is a 2003 so it's good to hear that over all it was a great day there at Honda the cashiers where very friendly as well and they loved my puppy as well a cashier mentioned she had 2 puppies so that again will bring me back thank you again the staff at Honda of Stevens creek for making sure my puppy and I are safe on the road see you soon

I bought a 1995, used, Honda Civic. It was a deal that I couldn't pass up. The service was good, and I am happy with my purchase. My only wish, and it's my fault that I didn't check it, is that the A/C was working. I just found out that it doesn't work, so I have to get it fixed.
