So we just been there today 09/24/20 and got my brother s (Arwynne) used car he like. The salesperson we had deal with is Sam Hussein. He was so polite and very accomodating. He was so helpful, very patient with us while I was calling an auto insurance company. Not a single bad attitude he showed, but a smile and so pleasant. We can t thank you enough Sam for your generousity on the price value of the car and will definitely recommend you to family and friends!!! You re so awesone and keep up the positive attitude towards your clients!!!

In late February early March 2020, I went to Stevens Creek Honda in San Jose California to get service. Honda replaced the side view mirror on my 2018 Honda Fit which by the way I LOVED. When I got the car back I noticed that some of the buttons on the steering wheel were not working, but after 20 minutes they began to work. The next day I turned on my lane-keeping assist like I always do (it is one of the best features of my car). When I began to use the lane-keeping assist I noticed that the car would not keep the lane. At times it would not stop me from going on to the other lane, which scares me. I am scared to get into an accident while I use the lane-keeping assist because the steering wheel turns stiffer when it is on, making it harder for me to steer; this overrides the benefit of the feature. I went back a week later to Stevens Creek Honda and told them what they somehow did to my vehicle. They told me that my tires were worn off and that I needed to replace them. They suggested that I replaced my two front tires, but I replaced all four and got an alignment. The car was still not keeping the lane as accurate as before.
I called the dealership and they asked to take in. They said that the car was not aligned properly, but that they took care of me and the car should be keeping the lane. When I left the dealership that day I went straight to the freeway to test the car. It was not keeping the lane as accurately as before which again scares me and makes me feel unsafe to drive the car. They asked me to take the car back and they would take me on a test drive again. The technician was able to see the problem. They asked me to go back the next day to test drive one of their vehicles that had the same features as mine. When I drove that car I noticed that it was keeping the lane as accurate as my fit was prior to me taking it to Steven Creek Honda. When we got back to the dealership after the test drive Rick said that my car was not designed to keep the lane or bring me back into the lane and sent me off. I opened a repurchase case because I feel unsafe driving this car. I also opened it because it is unfair for me to keep paying for a car that the dealership messed up and now is unsafe to drive. They called me saying they denied my repurchase request because the dealership says that my car is "working as designed". My car is not working as designed and they know it, but because they can not find the solution they say that my car is not supposed to assist me while driving. This is totally unfair. I just lost my job because of the pandemic and It is unfair that after messing up my car they are forcing me to drive and pay for a car that is unsafe now.

Daniel Lee was fantastic. He was responsive. He made the process easy and I got a great car for a great price. He took the time to walk me through the features of the car and took extra time to explain the safety features. However, when it was time to talk to the "finance guy" I was incredibly disappointed. He kept trying to add things on after I made it clear that I didn't want anything extra. Then, he started being rude. I was verifying there was no early payoff penalty for my loan and asked him where it was stated in the contract and he just tossed the paperwork across the desk and told me "it's all there, look for yourself if you won't take my word for it." I wanted to read the contract for myself before signing it and he acted as if that was a problem. I appreciate all of Daniel's help, but will not be back due to the rest of my experience at this location.

Ive had regular service appointments there several times. The service is always top notch and the wait is almost nonexistent with an appointment.

All repairs have been either at or under estimates and have been completed on time.

In this time of covid, I also appreciated their strict adherence to mask protocol.

We bought our first Honda Odyssey here, and for 12 years took it here for routine maintenance. There are often coupons that save you money for oil changes, point-inspections and more. The staff has always been great even though there is a high turnover of people (and I know as I rarely have the same person twice.

We got a great deal on our van and it has been a great car for 12+ years. We always make sure to take it in for service when required, which is part of why we feel the car maintained so well. If we could not stay for the process we could always get a ride home from the courtesy shuttle. There's popcorn, donuts and a coffee machine while you wait. A nice lobby with plenty of power outlets helps if you want to bring your laptop to keep working away from the office.

Overall we feel this is a reputable auto center for your Honda!

Besides the recall fixes done in my visit, staff helped to troubleshoot a problem in the second row seats reclining and found that Honda does not have a fix yet, reached out to Honda for recommendation.

I've taken my Honda Pilot to Stevens Creek Honda twice now. Once for maintenance on my DVD Player and the second time for an oil change and tire rotation. I have been very pleased both times and give a 5 out of 5 because it was easy, friendly service and I walked out of there confident in the services I had been provided. Additionally I have a plan of care for my Pilot moving forward! Highly recommend this as a high quality place to take your honda for any service.

Service was good they maintain my car and it performs reliably for 8 years of use, their recommendation always on right time, You have time to think of getting their services or check the price in other shop if you are not in warranty. In last appointment I didn't get a chance canvassing the scope of works. I just agree with the service advisor of all service recommendation. I thought maybe I'll get a price discounts but not really happy with the total price. IMHO Honda should consider giving a good discounts these days, as for my last appointment it shows that the basic oil change package even goes higher compare to the last appointment, I thought oil was cheaper nowadays.I have to split payments of credit card after signing the total charge(lol). Beside of this I still recommend Honda in Stevens Creek services. Place is good and no after service back job in my experience don't know anybody at the service department maybe they just good doing their job. I'm not sure if the service advisor have discretion to give discounts but it helps to always check the price.

I purchased a new car from this dealership. Victor Bradley was thorough, transparent, and he made sure to listen to what I was looking for in a car. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I felt absolutely no pressure when i purchased my vehicle and felt confident when signing the contract.

Next, i had the pleasure of meeting Fred Dominguez in the Finance Department. He made sure to answer any and all questions I had in regards to interest, the best way to utilize this purchase to boost my credit and overall thorough. I had many questions and not once did he seem annoyed or hurry me through the process.

Truth be told, I will NEVER take my car any where else to get serviced. Tam Nguyen went above and beyond to deliver efficient and fast service. Considering the volume of cars that pass through the service department, Tam has always made me feel like a valued client. He has been thorough, transparent and informative. He explained to me exactly what is covered in my warranties, what it means to have perma plate and interior protection - as well as things to look out for to make sure I keep my Honda in pristine condition.

I know that this review might seem repetitive for each department I had personally encountered, but the qualities and experience I shared are extremely important in my eyes. They were all professional, transparent, understanding and knowledgeable. If you are looking to purchase a car - I highly recommend Honda of Stevens Creek. They will not disappoint!

I took my Pilot to Honda of Stevens Creek for service. It can get expensive, but they do match other Honda dealer coupons. So, usually the price is only slightly higher and I do get a dealer to back up their work. This did happen in the past and this Honda dealer did take responsibility and fixed everything and even supplied a rental car. Rick the service manager is the best. He is on top of everything and sticks to his word. A true gentleman.

Service writer was great. Brought my Pilot in for B-1 service. He wrote it quickly, we went over a problem I was having, they fixed it. He and the service get 5 stars.

Needed a ride home. The shuttle service only runs at certain times. Since my appointment was at 8AM, I had just missed the shuttle. Next one was at 9AM. Not good enough. I had an appointment from the service center at 8:30AM. Being late was not an option. Shuttle service gets 2 stars. Service writer stepped up and made sure someone took me home to pick up my other car.

Was having a problem with the navigation system shutting down. The service guy downloaded an update and so far problem solved. 5 Stars for that.

Vehicle was ready when promised. I had a ride to the dealer, so shuttle wasnt needed. Picked up the car and went home.

Overall, I'd say 5 star service especially for the service writer.

1 star for the non stop request via email to write a survey. Maybe now the emails will stop.

Sam Hussein, the salesman at car dealership was courteous and co-ordinated to make sure that everything was setup on the date of delivery. First I wanted to go for a second hand car because of my budget but then I spoke to Steven and he helped me in the whole process and it was very convenient for me to talk to him openly because of his kindness he showed. Came to this dealership to lease Odyssey, met a guy with name Paul. explained to him that I have a quote from another dealership which is 1 hour away. I clearly told him the price I got in the quote, terms of the lease, the car I am trading in. He went to check with his manager and shortly came with a happy expression on his face that they can do the deal here and I don't have to go anywhere else.
I explained to him that I have always had a bad experience with Stevens Creek dealerships and I hope that this one will be different.
He assured me that he will do the deal and I just need to bring my old car for evaluation. I had to drive to my wife's job place, get a car, drive home to get a missing key, put back a middle row seat as it was removed.
I came back at 6 pm, another guy with name Raul did the evaluation of my old car, showed me a new car and then I found that the new car had some scratches inside.
I asked them to find another car. They start looking for another car and suddenly Paul told me that his manager doesn't want to do the deal.
He went back and forth, my wife came, my son was the whole time with me.
After unsuccessful attempts to get manger's approval, Paul brought his manager who came to me and told me that unfortunately they can't do the deal.
You can't imagine how frustrated was I ! I will go to Honda El Cerrito and get the car I was promised. This was the last time I come to Stevens Creek Dealership.
If you are looking for a car and want to get a great deal and friendly and trustworthy service, don't go to this dealership.

I cannot believe how great my experience in this branch was. I thought my 2017 Accord purchased at CarMax was okay and I comfortable with it (the payments not so much).
Victor Bradley was the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
I work in sales myself so I know what kind of customer service I was looking for and I m so glad that Victor was at the door when i walked in. Victor was so personable and helpful. He went out of his way to show me 4 different cars in detail and giving me numbers for all of them.
I know it can be frustrating (because I was frustrated at myself) but Victor was extremely patient.
After 4 days and finally deciding on a car, I was sealing the deal with the Finance department and Sid was able to help me lower my interest and make me even happier!
After receiving a great offer for my trade in, a nice car, a good deal and AMAZING support from Victor and Sid, I can honestly say that my standards are really high and my satisfaction with Honda itself is too!

Stevens Creek Honda has always been my go to place for getting service on my vehicles. I have been to couple other ones that were more convenient to my location but I keep coming back here. The service consultants that I have dealt with, Summer and Juan are excellent and very attentive to your needs. I would assume the rest are the same way too. The wifi is pretty good if you wait or you can always take a shuttle to drop you off.

Recently we bought new Pilot from Honda of Stevens Creek and our experience was piece of cake. Big kudos to Asad Hanif(Internet Sales Manager) and Chadd Clowes(Sales Manager) who made process so smooth. We had a little and they explained all the points at our pace and did all the paper work really fast. We were there less then 2 hours. Asad is great guy who followed up even after the vehicle is delivered and answered any question I had. Usually sales man once you take car they don;t response but both Asad and Chadd were there to answer and provide Sonic price which is much better then regular dealerships. I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy Honda work with these two guys who will make your life painless and smooth. Beyond that I called around so many dealers before I bought my car from Stevens Creek Honda and every single other dealers were showing so much attitude. Lastly want to buy new car + Asad & Chadd = Make things happen!

This was my first visit to Honda of Stevens Creek and I left with a very favorable impression. I had I got there in time for my appointment, they saw me right away. The maintenance foreman, Juan, went for a test drive with me and confirmed there was a problem. The service manager said it would take until 3PM just to diagnose, but the techs got to me by 1:30PM and said they found a service bulletin and the car was actually fixed by about 2:30PM. The techs are my guys!!!!! And it was all covered under warranty, too!

I went for my second regular service of my civic to Honda of Steven Creek. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and when I got there everything was organized nicely. Greeted by the service advisor, explained about different packages and he recommended the package that s appropriate and I agreed. The waiting room is nice with WiFi, coffee machine and even donuts. The wait felt fairly short as it was convenient, some people watch TV, work, reading magazines. And the service was great, no complaints. I highly recommend Honda of Steven Creek.

I took my car in for an airbag replacement recall, while It was a free service of Honda I have some complaints. My car was returned in a messier condition than when I dropped it off. In further detail this trip was to replace the passenger side airbag, however my cars floor is decorated by old nuts and remnants of my glovebox. I would've gladly taken most of my glove boxes contents out of the vehicle had I been told. Another issue I had was that my SRS light was never investigated, I get that the manufacturer is paying for this and not the dealership. Its nice to have a new airbag that won't shoot shrapnel in my face, but I'm wondering if my new airbag will even deploy. I feel that my the cleanliness of my car and my "safety" was worth as much as Honda was paying the dealership for its service. Getting a free car rental for a day was pretty cool tho.
