I had my 2002 Honda Civic SI in for a diagnostic on an engine noise. Ryan was my service manager and he was very professional and transparent on my car and what needed to be done. The engine noise did not show up, but I did need to replace the front brakes, change the oil and rotate the tires. All is good and my car is running fine. I was also able to apply a service coupon for the overall repair expense. The coupons are self managed, so you have to pay attention to their website, otherwise I would have given this a 5 star.

I am happy with Honda of Stevens Creek maint done on my car, However Disappointed with Honda for questioning analysis done by Stevens Creek team particular to my dashboard issue. I will change rating from 4 to 5 Star once the replacement is taken care.
I had a recall on one part of my Honda so decided to drop my car off on the way to work. I also included an oil change while I was there. I recommend making a reservation as it expedited the process. I arrived 10 minutes after opening, and the lines were already long. Thankfully, due to making an appointment, my appointment went by quicker! Jeanette greeted me and even helped in the process and provided me with the shuttle service. What really impressed me was that they give me a free car wash :)

He assured her that he had the model and color of car we were looking for and presented her with an offer, all dependent upon me, her husband, coming in later to review the offer and close the deal.

I just bought a 2017 EX CR-V and it was a great car, but with my wife and three kids we were just not comfortable, cramped and squeezed together. So this coming Memorial Day I just passed by at Honda of Stevens Creek to say hi to Henry Ong, and guess what he was able to help us out swap our CR-V with a EX Pilot with $12 dollars more on our monthly payment. Great job and excellent service.
They hang the phone up in your face a lot. They also think their cars are better than everybody else's, which is acceptable to get your cars sold, but not when you are talking to prospective buyers and it comes of as "Everybody else sucks" or Buyer: Can you tell me more about the vehicle, i'm from out of state. Them: "The car's perfect, nothing is wrong with it, I built this car from the same material used in the Batmobile", etc. These guys are full of themselves. They also don't speak English very well.
Have been a loyal Honda fan for so long. Finally it was time to upgrade family car (2003 Honda Odyssey) came to Stevens creek Honda and a gentleman by the name of Ali was so helpful in getting me & family on a 2016 Honda Odyssey. Great service all around .would come again to purchase next vehicle in the future, better yet soon. Daughter will be needing a new car soon.
Really appreciate the effort put in by Maya and David Morroquin to make sure that the customers are satisfied and get what they expected. I would advise people to choose Stevens creek as they understand the customer well and connect with them more.
During the Covid 19 Stay at Home order we found a car on the dealer's online site. We texted a salesperson and had a quote in hours for an internet purchase. We agreed to buy. The dealer was closed Sunday but on Monday we Skyped with their Finance Manager and filled out a few online forms. The salesman delivered the car the next day. He described the procedures they used to clean the car and was wearing a mask and gloves and sitting on a paper seat cover. We signed documents maintaining social distance in a few minutes and he left the keys with us. He shared online videos to cover the operating instructions they would normally go over in person. Fastest and least hassle car purchase we have ever made.
Customer service was great; I made an online appointment to replace my serpentine belt, and showed up to find that they were ready to take care of the recall with my airbags as well. They set me up with a rental car and finished the same day. Great experience as usual.
I bought my car in for the free airbag inflator recall repair. If you haven't had yours done yet, do it NOW! Just because you've been lucky so far, that only means the chances of your luck running out are higher. As their service advisor wisely said, it's not worth risking your life! Plus with the recall, you get a free rental car.
I had a good experience with getting previous recall work done here, so I was glad to come back. While I was there, I also got the motor oil, transmission oil, and brake fluid replaced.
The Honda service advisor pointed out that even though my tires have plenty of tread left, they show signs of age, so for safety, I need to replace them soon. Great advice, because when I later checked my records, the tires are 10.5 years old. Thanks Johnny!

The customer representative Jeanett is extremely rude and pushy. If I were the boss, she would get fired immediately. She should get some professional training for sure. I think the technicians are all good. It is just the procedure to get to the technicians is corrupt.
I recently fixed my car in Honda -- replace the engine that costed ~$12K and I paid ~$1400 from my pocket. It took a while (> 2 weeks). I can understand it. But when I picked it up, it's dirty both inside and outside. Your shop did not even wash the car although the payment is not trivial.
Summer has been my adviser all along and she's always given great advise and money saving tips. She goes out of the way to help us out every time we drive in and very responsive. Great service indeed, can't ask for anything more

Updating with my recent experience... Went for an upgrade to CR-V from a Civic. The experience was awesome. Even though it was a memorial day weekend & I walked in without an appointment, one sales agent (Mike Collins) squeezed his time in to help me. All available options were put forward & the process was made to look too easy (Loan transfer, extended warranty removal for old car etc)). All minute points were considered & handled efficiently. I would definitely give a 5 star for this experience and would recommend anyone if they are looking to buy a Honda.

Very poor service. I booked up service online and supposed to be getting checked in at 11 a.m. but then I was waiting for an hour or so in the queue. Eventually I get off the car and speak with the office and then they sent someone straightaway. :(
I had the best experience at this dealership in San Jose. The salesperson David Nyam was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He gave me facts about all the cars. Took me for test ride in two of them. Pointed out all the features. Most importantly him as well as the finance manager Allen did not force anything on me in terms of extras. They never pushed me to make any decisions which was opposite from what I had experienced at San Francisco Honda dealer. The delivery manager Kathy was also a pleasure to work with. Since my car was not ready for pick up for an additional day due to extra customization I had requested, she gave me a loaner car free of cost. The entire team was very helpful. I would DEFINITELY recommend this to everyone, especially, David, Kathy and Allen.
Couldn't be happier. Went in for an oil change without appointment and my service adviser, C.D., checked the records and saw I needed airbag recall replacement. They had the parts and he got me a rental car and did all the work within 24 hours. He explained everything they were going to do and applied my coupon for an excellent price.
I had dreaded the visit, expecting to have to argue about getting the airbags. C.D. could not have been more cooperative and helpful. Everything went smoothly.
Horrible customer service in the service department. I called to make an appointment to get my Pilot's oil changed and brakes checked and was told they take walk ins only. Ok, fine. So two days later I took my car in. The man who greeted me told me since I didn't have an appointment they wouldn't be able to take my car. What??!! I expressed my anger and they finally agreed to try to fit me in. 3 hours later, and I need new brakes which they can't do until tomorrow. Ok, fine. I went to pick up the "free" rental and they told me it would be $45. Ummm, no! Car was supposed to be done by noon the next day. I called at 1145 since I hadn't heard from them. I was told they didn't have my car and I must have taken it somewhere else. WHAT!!??? Seriously, they insisted they doesn't have it. So I drove there, and the man at the desk said oh yeah, here it is. AAAHHHH!!! Just give me the car and get me out of here. Won't be back.
I had a great experience with Fycal and Carolina on the day that i bought my car, but that was the end of this "great experience". thereafter, everything went down! I was given 5 working days to find my own financing through my credit union. When i went to do the financing, taking time off of work, i.e., using my vacation time, i found out that the Finance manager decided to run it all in when he went to work on Sunday. Unbeknownst to me, the manager had sent the financing in through Wells Fargo. My finance person asked if they had sent had sent it through, i said that i had been given 5 working days to get it done through them. She advised me to call Stevens Creek and make sure. This is when i found out that it had been sent through Wells Fargo. the Stevens Creek Honda manager, Alex, said it was too late and i would have to wait until it had all gone through and then go back to my credit union and get the financing done. I was very upset and disappointed that they had lost my trust, especially when everyone was denying what they had said. I called Stevens Creek the following day, again using my time, and spoke to Allison, another "finance" manager," who was so rude. She said it could be taken care of if the credit union made a check out. I said that they could have told me the day before, she ignored me and said that the was the option i had and it would need to be done the following day by 3:30 pm. Kind of "take it or leave" it attitude. Needless to say, i was incensed that a person in that position, could not work with me and remedy their error. The following day, i had to take 4 hours off of work, again using my vacation time, to go back to my credit union and then back to Stevens Creek. I spoke to Carolina, Joel did not have the courtesy to apologize, but sent a new manager to talk to me. She was the nicest person, but had been there 3 weeks, i thought that was very cowardly of Joel. I hate to say it but this whole experience left a bad feeling about this whole experience. Stevens Creek Honda should compensate me for all my frustration, and the time off i have had to use from my vacation time. The contract was signed around 8:30pm Saturday, 8/27/16, they dared to count it as a full day, in their calculation. No i did NOT have a great experience...i have always owned a Honda, but this is the worst place and will NEVER go their again or recommend it to anyone. I am still waiting for them to call me re: compensation for my time and frustration that was solely due to their error. Oh, when i asked them for the corporate office Manager, they didn't have the name or phone number. Lord, what incompetence .
Did everything we asked on a timely basis. They called about something else they found,told us the cost and we gave our ok. It was all done very safely.
Needed to have a software upgrade due to the recent recall. Very lucky to have the appointment within 3 days while everyone else in the neighborhood said one week. I supposed to leave the car for half a day. When I drove in that morning, the lines were packed with cars. I was super happy when the service adviser told me he could have it done within 1.5 hours if I waited on the site. He did keep his promise! This was my first experience with Honda at this location. Great experience so far.

Perla was my sales person. She was up-front, and didn't waste my time. I walked in, I did a little research on the car, but still she explained me everything so nicely that it wasn t even required to think twice to search or consult anyone else about the car. She gave me the best deal and of course in my budget. Our sales person Perla was very helpful and went overboard to get us the car we wanted. We wanted a specific color so she said that she will check in a while and get back to me , she went to her office and checked for it , it was available so we were lucky. But when I went to other brand showroom; the sales person told me to check the color availability on my own as he has other customer to attend. That was the point I decided not to buy that specific brand. But here Perla and her team handled perfectly. Thanx for all your effort guys . I left paying what I decided and with my choice car.
I had an appt with Honda of Stevens Creek for a recall of my airbag. I made it for 8am, hoping that I would be done and on my way 2 - 4 hours. I arrived at 7:45am, was helped by Steven, who was very friendly and professional. At 8:40am Steven came and got me, said my car was done and I was on my way in less than an hour! I was very impressed with how friendly, efficient and professional how they treated me. I will continue bringing my 2006 Honda back to Honda of Stevens Creek for services!

Recently I took my 2014 Oddysey in to get some maintenance done. It was an oil change, a new cabin air filter and flush and replace the transmission fluid. Just like the previous visit it was a great experience. I scheduled the appointment and services online. I arrived and they processed my car and then I waited for a shuttle to return home. I was emailed promptly with a report on the work done and a request to replace a brake light. I was quoted a fair price and was very happy with the entire process. I d recommend this dealership to anyone who owns a Honda vehicle.
I had a starting engine issue with Odyssey 2015, but it was hard to be detected due to its intermittent manner. But Steven Munoz checked every step from manual and customer statement with patience. I took my vehicle in to have the air bags replaced with the recent recall. I called in advance and made an appointment. Upon arriving I expected they would have all the information I gave over the phone and be able to just drop my keys off and pick my vehicle up later. Pulling into the service station was chaos. There were long lines of cars and no one seemed to be helping organize the customers. Upon reaching the front of the line a man asked me to pull all the way forward and immediately walked away without asking why I was there. I began slowly pulling forward with no idea where I was supposed to be going. I reached the end of the drive and stopped. I waited for several moments and no one came to help me. I wasn't about to pull around and wait in the line a second time so I stopped my car and flagged down a technician asking where I should be. He said he would get someone to help me. A few minutes later another man came up to me with an IPad and asked why I was there. I explained I had an appointment and gave him my name. He then told me he didn't have me in his system. I asked if this was the Honda dealership on Stevens creek and he confirmed it was. I the told him the dealership had called to confirm my appointment on Thursday and showed him the number on my phone. He tried to tell me that wasn't their phone number. Now I'm getting very irritated because my ride is waiting on me. So I decided to dial the number and spoke with a young woman inside who confirmed I did have an appointment. I said "Great! Can you come outside and tell your technician that!" She came out and found us and had him follow her to check my car in. Then he left me waiting even longer to confirm my parts were there. After waiting another 15 minutes he returned to take my keys. Feeling very frustrated with the service I felt the least they could do was wash my car before returning it to me. I asked and he told me they only have hand washes and don't offer this service. When I returned to pick up my car no one could tell me where it was parked and I was sent to the wrong spot to get it. I eventually just found it on my own. Then when I got in my car I found they had left trash and wrapping papers presumably what the new airbags had come in inside my car. I don't think I will ever buy a Honda again.
Great place with great service. The manger Mr Di wang, and all the staff, specially Mr Hussein, went out of their way to guide and explain all details of the car review and buying process so patiently. Giving me all the time I needed. The staff members speak highly of their manger, which shows it s a great place to work. So happy employees make for great service to the clients. I will highly recommend this place for everyone.

Honda of Stevens Creek is good place that I take my Odyssey for regular service. Of course, the staffs in this dealership are very nice. You can schedule the appointment online. When the car job is done, they will either call you or text you to pick up the car. The environment is nice with free WiFi. I have my car oil changed and tire rotated recently. Service consultant Doris was very helpful. I changed 0W-20 oil. With a coupon, the total cost is very reasonable. And, this is Honda certified dealer, with genius parts/oil. I like this place as it's trusty, no hidden cost. Staff are very nice. It''s a good place you can trust.
Service was excellent. Service advisor Chanel Arreola was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did oil change and tire rotation and the charges were as expected. Also multi-point inspection resulted as I expected. So thumbs up.
Good customer service and they offer good prices too. The only major disappointment was when they weren't able to pull up my credit history. But even then they offered some good interest rates. Even though my agent was really busy that day he made sure to check on me throughout the process. Friendly and welcoming people!
Without doubt that is the worst Honda dealer I have been. Please keep in mind you can buy the car way cheaper in other branch. Only suggestion I have is shop around even if you want to buy from them. At least you can buy the same car from other dealer with 2000 cheaper. Also, look at people who rated this dealer more in debt, anyone can create a google account through a small web application. Just get price from website and other dealer.
I was very interested in buying a civic si. The sales guy said they had one in their extra lot. It was the exact car I wanted. I had cash and a trade with me. I asked when it would be at the dealership to see it. He said they would bring it over once they have talked numbers and have it sold. He was just to lazy to bother. This is a very unprofessional dealership.
The guy continued to try over charge me with my service, after I insisted to pay only the price on the coupon, he finally admitted that I don't need to pay the $100 extra money for the so called service 0 inspections. I will never come to Honda Stevens Creek again!
Great customer service by Bobby Nguyen. I was greeted with warmth and welcoming attitude by this gentleman. I came in mid day on Friday with an appointment so there was few customers ahead of me. My CRV needed its first 5k service, including oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within 1.5 hours max. Price was reasonable. This was not my first time here for service done on my CRV and I walked away satisfied and thankful for their positive attitude and responsiveness to the needs of my car. I will definitely come back.
Steven's Creek Honda service replaced the alternate in my 2003 Honda Element. The alternater was very expensive, but what are you going to do, you are at the dealers service department. The also told me that the car had an oil leak. They recommended to add an additive that could find the leak for $12.00, so I said find. Later I get a phone call stating that they have added the leak find additive and that they are going to charge $160.88 to find the leak. My first complaint is that the additional leak charge of $160.88 was not explained when they told me the leak additive would only be $12.00 dollars. My second complaint is that the leak is so small, that the oil leak does not ever make it to the ground. My third complaint is that they want to charge $800.00 to fix the leak. I declined.
I personally believe I got hustled out of $160.88 for a leak charge. And that they praying on customers for problems which are minor so they can make large profits...
It was a great experience. This was the first car I ever bought. Ernesto from the sales department and Jose from the service department were so helpful and patient. I asked so many questions and felt so nervous. Both of them were so helpful providing a well thought out detail on the vehicles and made this the best experience ever!

I have been coming to Honda of Stevens Creek for many years. I bought and service my current CRV there and also service our 2001 Accord there. They have always treated me well and there service team is very competent and professional. My recent service experience with service advisor Summer Petigrew was terrific, as usual.
