I had good experience with their service department. Visited once for air conditioner fix (covered by warranty). Second time for regular A1 service. Overall, no hiccups so far.
One of the worst sales departments I've been to. I went to this dealership back in 2015 when I wanted an Accord EX-L and the salesperson I sat down with with kept trying to get me interested in a Sport trim. When I said I wanted the EX-L, I was told I could walk the lot and find it. Really curt and rude - maybe the dealer needed to push their stock of that trim, but really do you treat someone who openly declaring they want that car this way? Couple of days ago I walked into this showroom twice to try and get a test drive for an SUV. The first time I was told 4 salespeople were out sick and to come back tomorrow before 6pm. I came back before 6pm the next day and a salesperson asked me if I was "shopping for a car?" to which replied: I'm looking to test drive X. After that the salesperson asked me if I checked in - to which I responded in the affirmative. The salesperson then said they would find someone who could help me. After which they walked away and didn't come back. After a while the same salesperson (who didn't look engaged in any useful work) saw me waiting and quickly walked away while avoiding my stare. Quite unprofessional overall.
Great customer service! I have had my van serviced at Honda of Stevens Creek twice. Booking online is easy and convenient, and someone is there to chat with you if you need help. Time estimate for the service was right on time for one of my appointments, and my van was done an hour early for my other appointment. Plenty of tables and chairs in the waiting area if you want to work while you wait for your car. Wifi worked great.
Phillip is a young man but he is very kind and professional. We were looking for a 2017 HONDA CRV EXL, but we were not familiar with the difference and features for all option, he is very patient with us.he did not push us to make the purchase. We waited to get a better deal and missed the chance to get the color we liked. It ended up we bought a 2018 model instead. We were really happy to work with him to complete the transaction.
I bought a Honda Pilot a few weeks ago. Phil was the car dealer. He was friendly and cool person helped us a lot. He showed us all the features of our new car and the technical details. We needed to service our Honda CR-V and fix a door issue and we went to Honda of Stevens Creek. During the original visit they did the servicing but didn't fix the door. I was frustrated about the door and gave them feedback to which Rick the service manager immediately called me to discuss - I was already surprised that he cared enough to do that. He then went the extra mile to investigate the issue and fix it at no cost. Their handing of my case was incredible and I will definitely go back there.
As always I had an amazing expierence at Honda of Stevens Creek. Unfortunelty my pilot had an emergency situation and some major problems that needed to be serviced right away (this was over New Year s Eve and New Years) The very same day Summer Pettigrew and Johnny Nguyen told me to have it towed in and they would have it looked at first thing Monday morning. They helped to calm my nerves/anxiety and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Best customer service ever!! I am definitely a loyal customer to Honda of Stevens Creek!
I got the best deal for Civic LX 2016 here after visiting 2 other dealerships. I met Antonio Walker here. He is very professional as he introduced the features of Civic during my test drive. He also helped me set up the bluetooth with my phone. I also asked him a few questions after purchasing and he always replied me in time. I would definitely recommend Honda of Stevens Creek, especially Mr. Walker to my friends.
I go here because it's the closest one to my house and so far so good. I've brought my car in for an airbag recall and an oil change. Both times have been smooth. The appointment was easy to make and at the service line, someone helped me immediately. For the oil change, I was helped by Francis and my car was ready much earlier than expected which frees up the rest of my day.
It was an awesome experience. My agent name Roman he's really good agent. And he provides good service. A part from customer service we were expecting free car wash at least for 6 months but it was not available so, it was kind of disappointing. Other then that it was an very good experience!!!!

I had an appointment for oil change. I was promptly attended, my service advisor Johnny was very courteous and customer oriented, addressed my concern, provided online estimate and called when my car service was completed. The service was completed within the timeframe.
It was a little crowded on Saturday , so a longer wait. Otherwise, the agents are pretty helpful and I got a good price. The waiting room had coffee and snacks. Also had a good experience getting my car serviced here recently.

This is the second recommendation I offer for the service department of Honda of Stevens Creek. Specifically, I must commend Service Advisor Johnny Nguyen for his personal service with attention to every detail. Johnny reviewed in advance over the phone every aspect of service needed by my wife's 2000 Accord, followed by my 2000 Accord; such that when I brought in my cars, I knew exactly what would be done at what cost. The discount coupons I had already received in the mail further made my Honda quality service at Stevens Creek competitive with other mechanic shops. And Johnny even had both cars washed and detailed. I've found benefit in being a regular customer of Honda of Stevens Creek.

I m fairly new to Stevens Creek Honda Service. I m very impressed with the work they ve done, I came from another Honda dealership that changed hands, and never thought I d feel comfortable anywhere else. Tam is awesome, I feel he knows what he s talking about, personable, and honest with me. He s the only person I work with. I would definitely recommend this Service Dept and Tam as the service advisor.

Absolutely *flawless* experience! One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I am so impressively amazed at how far Amine went out of his way to make sure we not only left happy, but had a great car buying experience. I came in after having a pretty frustrating experience at another Honda dealership. I talked to Amine and he promised me a relaxed, comfortable, no pressure experience. He did everything he promised and so much more.
I called another dealership because I had just bought a new Honda Accord from them about six months ago. Although their quote was absolutely rock bottom, I wanted another discount for buying a second new car in six months. If their offer to me was the same as their offer to a first-time car buyer, I might as well take my money somewhere else.
Not only did Amine match their rock bottom quote, he even ended up beating it to make up for something in the contract I wasnt happy about. An honestly genuine guy. I mean, he's a salesman, dont get me wrong, but I work in the customer service industry and we really threw a lot of curveballs at him and he handled them all with patience and respect.
We arrived at the dealership and looked at some color samples. We wanted blue, but it was the only color they didnt have. We decided on silver on black but the car wasnt at the dealership. Amine was going to have someone drive the car over to the dealership, but my wife and I wanted to be the first ones to drive the car so Amine drove us over to their storage lot to look at the car.
We got to the lot and the car wasnt there. We decided to buy a black on black Civic because they didnt have any other interior/exterior color schemes that we liked. Amine had someone from the dealership drive over the other set of keys and while we were waiting, it was a little hot outside so Amine drove us down the street and bought us some cold water. My wife is six months pregnant, so I cant explain how much of an ace move that was!
Maybe Amine was just great at his job, but I really felt like he cared. This guy finally comes with the correct set of keys. We check out the car and it had 33 miles on it and we were both pretty bummed about that. The Accord had 4 miles when we bought it. I told him I wanted a new car, something with less than 10 miles on it. Amine explained that they always take delivery of new vehicles at the dealership and then re-position cars between the dealership and this storage lot, which is about 10 or 15 miles from the dealership and that ALL of their new cars have about 20 or 30 miles on them. I told him I couldnt buy a "new" car with that many miles on it. He said, "Okay, no problem" and drove us back to the dealership.
I wish I could explain how genuinely Amine wanted us to be happy. I came over from Anderson Honda pretty upset and was very direct with what I wanted. Amine kept repeating, "I just want you to feel comfortable with your decision." I felt bad for having him drive us all the way over to the lot because we insisted on driving the car first, then felt worse for making him drive us back to the dealership because the car had too many miles on it. We decided to buy the car anyway, partly because I was so upset with Anderson Honda, but mainly because Ive never had a customer service experience where my perspective and experience was such a priority and focus.
Like I said, maybe he was just good at what he did, but I wait tables for a living, I can smell BS a mile away, and I get paid to sell people things. I make more money when I sell more things. I felt absolutely ZERO pressure to buy, and even better, I felt ZERO pressure in the finance office. Bottom line, Ive never been more happy to buy something from someone because Ive never been treated better. Absolutely flawless and hassle-free experience. Thank you very much, Amine!
Great! It was well coordinated (no wondering where to drive into, who to talk to), everyone was very helpful, and although the wait that day was longer than normal, it was a comfortable wait in their cushioned leather seats, and complimentary coffee and donuts!
Do not trust their service department! I took my car their for the low pressure tire notification three times now, the first time they totally forgot about it!! Instead they suggest a 30k miles service and bill me for $600. The second time they apologized kept my car another whole day I came at the end of the day my car was untouched they asked me to wait another 40min until they take care of it! A week after the notification pop up and I m here again, they finally decided it s serious and ACTUALLY(!!) checked my tire and found a nail in it asked me to wait for an hour to fix it! In times in between I drove my car and travel with it so I was in danger. Literally my tire could have blowout and get me to an accident!
At this point I do not trust them will never go back and have no idea if they actually took care of 30k miles service! And will definitely take it to another mechanic for checkup!
Spent a total of 10 minutes with a salesman - complete apathy and I felt like I was there to buy a vacuum cleaner. Incorrect information was given and I sensed no interest in trying to sell me a vehicle.

The team at Honda of Stevens Creek was absolutely phenomenal! I was greeted by the extremely friendly Qadeer Nabi who was helpful in showing me the various CR-V models that I was interested in. After I had decided on the model I wanted, Amine Kedir took over to help me with my financing. This man is AMAZING! Amine is so knowledgeable and really works with you! He is also the sweetest guy ever and a pleasure to work with! Finally, to close the final paperwork, I worked with Amine's protege, Phillip Nguyen. Philip was knowledgeable, efficient, and he and Amine managed to provide me with an all encompassing package. The service at this dealership is trustworthy, straightforward, efficient and kind. Good place and honest people. I was cheated in another dealer, they said they dont have the model I want, and asked me to buy different color or more expensive one. However, they changed to said they have the one I want after I planned to leave....Finally, I go to this dealer ship, they gave me good price.
Had a very challenging issue with my Accord resulting in a variety of symptoms from transmission shifting to electric system resets. After multiple attempts to diagnose, team was finally able to identify faulty alternator. My service advisor Johnny was excellent throughout...providing frequent updates and going above & beyond to ensure that I was satisfied.
I have used this Honda for Service twice now. The first time I was pretty upset because only a few weeks after my service, the battery completely died, and it was just at the end of it's life and I thought that was something they should have picked up or told me about since even my little oil change station does that for me.
This second time around I had a better experience, and the service center was really helpful. My car was ready on time. They did shuttle out and shuttle in service for me. I did notice that they are not doing the complimentary wash anymore, or maybe you have to ask for it up front.
I did not buy my honda from this place, but I go there for oil change and maintenance. All staff is really professional and prompt to help. Just make an appointment ahead of time.
If google review allows a negative score, I will give one. This dealer does not respect customer' time at all. They speak nicely over the phone, once you come down to their site, they start playing tricks on you and deny what they said over the phone. They are not the kind of deanship worthing any trust. I can see why they got such bad reviews from others.
Made an appt over a week ago at 10:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 10:33. Waited for almost 10 min for someone to meet me at my car and process me in to the system. Went to the well appointed waiting area. At 1pm (2 1/2 hours later) I asked my service advisor if my car was ready yet. "No" she said. Didn't check and get back with me. At 1:30pm I found someone to check on my car and find out why it was taking 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation (and I had an appointment!). She found out my car was ready, apologized for it taking so long, agreed it was their mistake, and removed the charges. This is not normal for this service department and they will continue to get my business.
Just had a brake inspection done, so no work had been done, but wanted to comment on the attentive service of Dave Thomas. Friendly, courteous and not pushy about getting work done. Actually everyone that I had contact with were friendly. If I had to do future sevicing, I would probably come back because of my brief experience there.
Worked with Summer at the service department. She is super clean on what she can do and upfront about the pricing. And, above all, she exceeded my expectations in terms of time taken, level of service. When I went back on a particular problem with A/C unit, she took care of it with free of cost and beat the time committed.
Overall, she is an example, lead giving a great 5* opinion about the service department at Stevens Creek Honda.
Very bad. I went there for airbag recall. They did a complementary check and ask for ridiculous amount of money for unnecessary "repairs". They ask for 400$ for 10mins work on replacing the third stop light which costs about 80$. They want to buy my car back for 3000$ which is worth of at least 7000$. They want you to change everything.
Service department at Stvens Creek Honda is very disorganized. When I arrived guy #1 asks if I have an appointment. I told him yes, he put a number on my car and walked away. A few minutes later guy #2 appeared and asked if I had been helped yet. I said no, he took my name and walked away . A few minutes later guy #2 reappeared to tell me I would have to wait for guy #3 who was busy helping someone else. I went inside and there were at least six service reps joking with each other or checking their smart phones. But I had to wait for special guy #3 because he was in charge of my appointement . When guy #3 finally showed up he knew nothing about my appointment. He had to search through some paperwork to find out what I wanted . Then I had to give him my address, email , etc , because that information had gotten lost. Finally 30 minutes after I had arrived they took my car and started to work on it . Thirty minutes just to check in !
I will get my Honda serviced elsewhere in the future .

Dear ferns I want to share my experience with Honda Stevens Creek. I went to party city with my family but on the way i had minor accident. My car is 30% damaged. So I called to service station for help. Thanks to that person who picked the call and send the mechanic over there for help. This is the best place- Honda of Stevens Creek of San Jose for service. The service department went out of their way to satisfy me. They gave me back my new car. I really i feel like a valued customer and they work very hard to please me at the highest level. I have nice experience with them.
Finally get my 2017 CR-V EX AWD from Phil Ha, and all the process are very satisfying. The service is accurate and swift. From searching the right car and give us feed back to arrange a test drive. Since the vehicle is very hard to find, it is really nice to have such a quick response team from Honda of Stevens Creek, and also thanks for Phil Ha's efforts. The car drives terrific, and all the purchase is just perfect.
Excellent service provided by the service consultant, CHANEL at Honda of Stevens Creek. She was very courteous and explained everything in detail about the tire change and she also helped in booking us a shuttle to our home and a shuttle back to collect the car. She was the best! The price was also reasonable.
I have always brought my Honda Odyssey to Stevens Creek Honda for its regular service. I would describe their service team as welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful.
This is one of my frequent place ;). Went for recall service. This one of the many busy service stations, but was taken care of. Advisor was courteous and I was called back in time. In past I had purchased from here. If I start thinking about that experience, buying process was 5 star and by the time I got I would rate it down to 2! Very horrible. But being honest today's visiting was pleasant.

Went in for my oil change etc checkup. Will need to go back for them to check for rust in my door handles (A recall issue). Very smooth operation Even though they were really busy and told me it would be close to 2 hours, I was out of there 1.25 hours.
My car cannot start, so tolled to the dealer. The adviser called and told us that the battery is fine,and just need to recharge. At that time, the adviser didn't ask if we want to do the maintenance . When I picked up my car, they have changed the battery, break fluid, and power steering flush without my permission. I am really mad and felt that they are cheating. I will not recommend this dealer to others.
I really loved the service from the guys who did the service in my car but, when i bought it the lady told me about a tire insurance and she said that it will cover everything except a flat tire or if the wires were looking out with no charge like if was a nail on it or something and if there is not way to fix it they will change it , but when I went they said that I have to pay half of it and if they need to change the tire I need to pay it in full.
