I negotiated a really great price on a 2018 CRV using their on line program and was very worried about getting a big run around when I arrived to pick up the car. Believe it not, when I arrived the sales staff had my car ready. They didn't try to push any extras and were polite and efficient. What a relief! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Luckily for us, we knew exactly what car we wanted arriving onto the dealership. There wasn t much selling the salesman had to do. I think that s where we missed out. The pitch was straightforward and we signed the paperwork. Phillip in finance was our biggest asset and we are grateful for his genuine assistance. Our salesman left early for the day we were shifted from salesperson to random associate to online personnel or anyone else who walked by us standing unhelped. We kept getting different answers and a lot of wait here, I ll be right back. We had already signed the paperwork and we still waited 3 hours for loose ends to be tied up. Things that needed to be taken care of, weren t because no one passed on the message like they said they would. One associate wanted us to sign off on a checklist that wasn t even completed because he didn t pay attention that those things weren t done. No one went over our requested settings with us until one person realized we need it completed. We paid extra for the alarm that still isn t activated 7 days later. It s an amazing car that these idiots let sell itself. Aside from Phillip, these guys did nothing for us.

I called this Honda dealer last year in August or September for a recall notice that I got on the oil valve using more oil than it should. I was extremely happy because I've been telling the people changing my oil every 3,000 miles on my 2008 Honda Accord that there seems to be a problem because my car is burning through too much oil. I can't even get to 3,000 miles without adding oil to my car. I mean zero on the dipstick at 3,000 miles. All of my previous cars had something, like dirty oil on the dipstick, but mine is completely dry. I call Stevens Creek Honda once I get the Notice happy that my problem is finally solved, and call their number, push the appropriate number for recall notices, and I get a recording to leave my number and they'll call me back. Okay, no problem.... A few months go by, okay, maybe they don't have the parts, I'm sure they will call me...... Moved my daughter, then I moved, my daughter got married....still waiting... Finally pick it back up. Sorry, you're too late, your car is at 130 miles, sorry can't help you... Stevens Creek Honda never called me back. I'm at the boiling point now. Whose overseeing your voicemail???

I needed to replace a flat. I arrived late for my appointment but Steven was courteous. He explained everything that he needed to do and inspected the other tires to make sure there weren't any other punctures. All of the charges were explained, the service was fast, and the waiting room was comfortable. I was satisfied with my experience and will take my car back when it needs service.

Check out service front person at desk is nice and speedy in getting answers, process, he needs some training on.
Jeff, one of the service advisors has excellent customer skills and deserves a raise!
Other than Jeff and the Checkout person that sees you off at the outside (he thanked us for the business and really meant it) These 2 were the only 2 people that made it worth the trip to Honda of Stevens creek, everyone else should be re-evaluated on process and customer service and be fired.

Edit on review: I got a call from the service manager and he is fixing the issues from the check in to the parts department. He will drop off the touch up paint and give a complimentary maintenance next time for the 40 minutes of time waiting and issues while there. I m surprised he even called to fix the situation, usually they just glaze over at your reviews. Good job!

This was the first brand new car I bought and they made the process easy and enjoyable and had a smile on their face the entire time. I like to thank you Stevens Creek Honda that you have very honest and professional sales person.I highly recommend any one coming from India looking for Honda . Don't waste your time just go see Asad he will make your deal supper fast and real price. He help us to finance the Accord on very low finance rates even I am new to USA. Original service advisor apparently wasn't around later, but I was never contacted about the issues and status of the car. I called near end of the day.

Car service was done a bit late.
Discount coupon submitted and mentioned in the service request wasn't applied until I noticed it at Cashier's office and had to ask for it to be applied.

Newly cut key is rough and having some difficulty in various locks, so I suspect it hadn't been tested.

Original key remote had the battery replaced as requested, but it didn't work when I tried it, despite service statement saying it was working now.

Basically a pretty poor experience overall.

I recently got an Accord and Asad made the experience so easy that I was not sure if I had actually bought the car till I drove the car home. One evening, I emailed Asad that I wanted an Accord and told him the color I wanted and the amount I was willing to spend. He replied back within about 15 minutes saying that he had the vehicle ready for me. So, I went there the next day and got the car, and it was a bit cheaper than what I had originally asked! I really didn't think it would be that simple. Sure, I had to sign a bunch of papers, but Asad and his colleagues walked me through them, and it was comforting to see the level of confidence exhibited by the folks at Stevens Creek. During my face-to-face interactions with Asad, he came across as an honest, no-nonsense, very likable person, and it was particularly endearing that he was selling me only what I wanted--the car.

The service department of this place is amazing! We had our accessories added here. It was a wonderful experience. Courteous staff answered all our questions and gave a good service.I would definitely recommend their service center.

I would however not recommend the sales department, my earlier rating was for the sales department. The product sells itself, otherwise the sales dept has been really a bad experience that I would like to forget quickly.

When I used to visit other service centers I always used to get calls to repair some thing else than what was really agreed. I had looked at other dealerships. I got a "bad vibe" and walked away. When I talked to Phoebe I knew I could get this deal done with a minimum of B.S. and I was right. She was honest and straightforward from the beginning, no hustlle, no pressure. She gave me a fantastic deal on my CRV, I got everything I wanted and more. She sat down with me in my new car and took the time to make sure I understood the workings of the car and was comfortable in operating all the electronics. Love her!! Paperwork went quick, again no high pressure with the offered extras. Highly recommended.

He asked me if I had an appointment, what kind of service if I was looking for, and the moment I mentioned to him that I needed my wiper inserts replaced because of the rain, he immediately added a tire pressure check. He s very intuitive with the needs of his customers. For someone who did not have an appointment, I was ready to wait. But he got my service done promptly. And he made sure to explain the services that were rendered for me that time. Courteous, prompt, and professional... a lot of other associates could learn a lot from him.

It was great working with Jorden at Honda of Steven Creek. I stopped by on my way to another dealership and ended up purchasing a 2018 Honda Accord here. Jorden was patient, kind, attentive and informative. He was not too pushy or telling me what he thought I wanted to hear. I was not sure which trim level I wanted, so Jorden walked me through my options. I would definitely recommend coming to this dealership, and make sure to ask for Jorden!

Went to test drive a car yesterday. The sales guy had no clue about cars and no interest in selling one either. I wanted to test drive an Accord Sport 10 speed and ended up driving a CVT sport since that is all they had which I found out to be a lie since I've spotted a few afterwards. The poor guy seemed overwhelmed by the specs and thought the top sport spec had 8 speed. Anyway it was 5pm and I could tell our gentlemen was keen to go home. Also I was told pricing on lease is not negotiable, really? Why do we need sales people for? Honda, we are in the middle of silicon valley, is this the best you can do?

This dealership is not what they used to be before I bought a vehicle there before everything went pretty smooth my second vehicle that I purchased on March 3rd 2019 has been a nightmare because they didn't proceed with the registration paperwork I received the letter in the mail saying that my vehicle could be impounded by police officers due to incomplete registration today's July 26 finally I went I had to stop what I was doing to go get a copy of the registration so I had to out of my way to go and get a copy of the registration they definitely lost me as a customer I'll never go back there again also I was calling them for the longest nobody picks up the phone and if they do they just transfer you to somebody else that can't help you I left voice mails to people that never call me back I dare you to call them and see what happens they will just keep you waiting or transfer you to somebody else worst experience ever

Went here to purchase a car. The sales associate Mr Amir (Not sure of this though, he didn't wear the name tag), hurried us through the drive. And then wouldn't quote us a price saying he would only quote it if we buy. How does one buy without knowing the price my dude? He was rude and dishonest. The price quoted was way higher for the Accord model we were looking at. We ended up buying the car very next day from Anderson Honda. So, yeah, we were serious about buying the car. I must say I truly had the best customer experience at the Honda dealership these guys are truly amazing and nice. I work in sales and I know good customer service when I see it. Daniel was my rep who took care of me once I pulled up. He explained the process and helped me understand what my car was going through ( I know nothing about cars lol). He answered all 1 million of my questions and did it with a smile. from start to finish. You can also tell he enjoys and love his job. That also speaks volumes on how Honda treats their employees. I also want to give a big shout out and thank you to Brian. He is super funny and has a great energy that he carries with him throughout his day. He made me laugh and took ownership on getting me a shuttle ASAP. I forgot my Shuttle Driver name but we had a great talk, hes from Afghanistan. This gentlemen was truly a pure joy to be in the car with and spoke highly about Honda after discussing my issues with my vehicle ( Hes 24 yrs old please give him a shout out). He assured me the team will take care of my car. Once returning back to the branch to pick my my car Brian helped get through payment and offered me available coupons and discounts knowing the price was getting steep. This team I value and I wouldn't take my car no other place to get serviced because of how the team treated me. THANK YOU! for the GREAT customer service and honestly being cool and down to earth.

Me as a first time buyer a new car, I had a great experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. I had Phil Ha helped me with my Honda HRV 2018 purchase process and he did an excellent job communicating with me. He was friendly, professional and kindly. He was very thorough in the price quote he provided to me. He took the time to explain to us all the features on the car. He was prompt and professional in his responses when I mail him about the promotion of the car, he gave us the best price. And Jimmy, he explained everything to me about the finance and all of option for the car. He didn't asked me to buy all the option, he just gave me the best advice for me and my car. I like it a lot. When I had an appointment with the car service, I suddenly met Phil. He remembered me and asked who was my service guy and he came to him to discuss to him for not wasting my time too much. I m very happy about the pleasant and kindness he was. I wish him the best.

The service supervisor assistant called me, and offered to refund the $160 diagnostic charge. It is free in many places to check if it is bad battery or bad alternator before replace a battery. She is very friendly and professional. On the other hand, they did done a good job to fix the alternator, I can feel my Honda still drive great. I'd say everything is great experience except the service advisor who was handling my case, I did not meet him personally as my Honda was towed there after hour. I picked it up from cashier directly, the lady I talked to is also very friendly and good. Based on this information, I changed my review to 4 star.

"Worst experience with a car dealer. My Honda Odyssey battery was died while I was driving, after jump start, the car shaking while drive. So towed it to the nearest dealer. They charged my $160 to find out it is bad alternator not battery itself, and another $900 to fix it. As I need to tow it to another shop and need the car, so I paid this. However, several years ago, the same thing happened, another shop found it is both bad alternator and bad battery without charging me, and total 700 to fix both. I got it fixed for total $350 in the end. I explained this experience to the service advisor, he does not really care and said inflation is to too be blamed, and my car cannot be started, further I cannot drive my car safely with bad alternator, so I paid to get it fixed. I will never come back to this dealer who is closed to my home. Here 1 star is 0 star."

Juan was exceptional in handling my recall appointment and then finding an issue with bushings and then found that it is still under warranty and got it all fix timely. Superior customer service I have encounter by Juan Melendez.

I took my car in because it had problems starting....

I took my car in because it had problems starting. Well while I was telling my service consultant, Chanelle, she said I had two recall notices and that they would take care of them while they figured out what was wrong with my car.

The two recalls had to do with the airbags, and that was taken care of. I needed an oil change too, and that was taken care of. The original problem of my car starting, didn't get resolved, not to lack of trying on Honda's part. They checked the battery, alternator, and the starter, they showed that they were all good. They ran the test again the following day and could not find the problem again. Like I said, Honda tried to find the issue but to no avail.

I had a rental car for 24 hours. Honda set this up for me. I was very pleased with the service and the friendliness and knowledge of my service consultant.

All in all, it was a excellent experience.

I recently leased a new Honda Accord from Stevens Creek Honda and had a great experience. Stephanie from their finance department got me a great deal on my lease and their sales representative Kal was really helpful in getting me set up with my new car. They had a great selection and large inventory on the lot and I was able to get the exact color and make I wanted. The overall customer experience was great and I would definitely recommend coming here for your next car purchase.

Edit: their service department is pretty good(5stars). Their I was repeatedly given incorrect financial information throughout the time I dealt with the dealership (I have the written proofs of that). This spanned from giving me incorrect breakdown and explanation of the lease quote, giving me the incorrect residual value of the car at the end of lease, not honoring the the leasing rates that we discussed and agreed upon until I pressed upon the matter and reminded my sales person of the price we had agreed upon. I was also incorrectly informed of the lease agreement not having any penalty at the end of the lease if I don't lease another car or buy the current car after my lease ends.
On top of that, I had only been given one key for the car, and was told by the salesperson that he will deliver the other key at my place in a day or two. The salesperson did not bother to take my calls or respond to my texts or emails regarding the status of the second key. I had to get Honda involved to get a second set of keys. I would not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

Honda has always had good service and I was amazed at how fast the work was completed on this visit. I was able to come in on a Saturday to get the diagnostics done and by Wednesday I had a new transmission, engine seal, and two sensors. I estimate that this cost about 25% more than the local mechanic. But I trust the work at Honda, and Honda gets it done way faster than the local mechanic. For me, it is well worth it.

I arrived at 8:00am and was the 1st in line for oil change without appointment. After I got assistant at 8:30am, I was told it would take 2 hours to finish and I was fine with it. Around 10:50am I got some recommendations and I called to decided do oil change only. I was told my car will be ready in 10 minutes. around 11:30am, I checked again about the status of my car and no response. At 12:00pm I checked again and finally got my car. 4 hours wait for oil change is not something I expected and too costly.

This Honda gets packed! That's the only reason I'd ding it one star. I gave a call before noon to see if I could get my airbag fixed (recall). They said to come in (the Friday after New Year). But once I rolled in, they turned me away cause they said they were too busy. Came in the next morning (8:30am on Sat) and still had a long line, but everything else went without a hitch. The rep who helped me was smart and quick to help.

I brought my 2002 S2000 in for an oil change and they did a complimentary inspection, which is wonderful because my car has been feeling kind of off so I was hoping they'd be able to tell me if there was something they could fix. Sure enough, they found a problem and they were able to fix it within a few hours. My car drives SO MUCH better since they fixed the issue. I also really appreciated Steven Munoz, who was very prompt to call me when he was supposed to. He was very informative and also let me know everything from the inspection without being pushy or super salesy. I felt like he was really just giving me information and letting me know what my options were versus just trying to make money off of me. I value this a lot in a company and I'm really happy with my experience here. 10/10 will visit again.
