Helped family purchase a new car here a couple weeks ago. Secured price online and was given the best quote of all the local dealers. Secured financing on own and came in and purchased the car for the price we wanted hassle free. No pressure on the upsell stuff (extended warranty, accesories, etc). Very satisfied with these straight shooters.

Sent in 2014 Civic for B1 servicing on July 23, 2016. Selected maintenance package of $160. At home, I realized from the invoice that tire rotation was not done. Reason stated as "NO NEED AT THIS TIME". All tires' tread condition read: 6 32nds. My previous servicing was done 8,000 miles ago.

Called them and was advised to bring the car back for tire rotation. Done that. Wasted my Saturday afternoon going back for this task. 2nd Service Advisor was kind and ensured the tire rotation was done immediately. Thus I give 5 stars for him though it was not his mistake.

However, instead of 2 hours, it took 3.5, but they called me to inform in advance, so that I did not have to wait in the office. What first impressed me was how clean everything was! We were helped within minutes (had an appointment) and directed to the customer waiting area. There was a machine to make a variety of complimentary coffees (regular, decaf, espresso, hot chocolate, etc), plus a nice display of complimentary pastries! Also was a soda machine and snacks machine (pay as you go). Lots of tables to use and lots of comfortable "leather" chairs with arms in front of a large wide screen TV. The Ladies Restroom was squeaky clean plus decorated! Our service rep returned to us to ask a question about something they found, and then the car was done ! Took about an hour altogether. We were very satisfied customers!

Drove in to the pre-service area, spoke to a Customer Service Rep named Summer, and asked for an oil change. She suggested that I get the 7-point repair. Summer also mentioned that the brake fluid was dirty and should be replaced. She informed of the cost for this work and I gave her the go-ahead to proceed. Excellent service.

Manager in service told me that they dont do any promotion for Costco members but he gave me next oil change free coupon. It was a surprise... and They all rock!! I went there for tire pressure light issue, no appointment, just drove in. After waiting for about 15 minutes in line (there are couple cars in front of me, each get 1 service queue number), Michale took care the problem for me in about 30 seconds and explains some DIY steps to save future trips. While I was there, mentioning the recall notice I received, he quickly ran the vin number check and identify the recall service, went back to check if they have parts in stock and confirmed that the service can be done the same day (again, I didnt need to make appointment). One trip to Honda of Stevens Creek and all my car problems got took care off...Very efficient. Also very nice customer service, highly recommend this dealership for all your Honda owners.

I had my car serviced on April 2, 2016. They serviced it nicely at an reasonable rate, but I was pissed off by the fact that when I am paying $237.66 for Type B1 Service, they even didn't washed my car nor even cleaned the dust from outside saying that they have like 200 cars for the service and that they do not have a car washing or car cleaning station at their workshop. This is so ridiculous that Honda of Stevens Creek is situated int he heart of the city with so many crowd visitng them on daily basis and still they do not wash the car for the customers. Also, I didn't liked the fact that despite of having a pre-appointment I had to wait in the line for my trun for more than 30 minutes, I would have prefereed that as soon as I enter on my appointment time, someone should approach me and take the details and then they should look for it.

We had great service here and Koorosh was our sales person who not only helped me on-site when I went to buy the car, but he was the one who was working with me over emails from a past couple of weeks before even making the decision. In fact, he was the first person to give me a competitive price (which no bay area dealers could beat it just over emails) and also introduced me to new Honda financing deals. Without him, I would have waited another week and might have ended up with a higher APR from other financing options. Overall, great experience and I would really recommend this dealership for Honda.

Took my Accord for regular maintenance, after making an appointment.... I arrived early and was greeted and my service associate met me within 5 minutes....... service was done efficiently and timely. Since they knew I was staying at the dealership during the service they gave me a little priority as well....(over the other cars that had later deadlines). I was able to get some work done in the lobby, utilizing the free wifi, and was completed shortly after my original appointment time.... Thanks for a great experience today.

Honda Stevens Creek service was good but the towing coordination by Honda Care was a disaster. Gave up after waiting 3 hours on Saturday, with a promise of arriving within 1/2 hour every 1/2 hour (GI Towing). Rescheduled to Monday am and tow arrived on time (South Bay Towing)

The Honda stevens creek customer service persons are very nice. They arranged my odyssey airbag recall repair and gave me daily update via phone calls.

However, the waiting time was much longer than I expected, and the new parts arrived a few hours late.
Also at first when I asked the CS rep if my car can be picked up at 9am on Sunday, he said ok on the phone. But when I went there, the store was not open until 10am, so my friend and I had to go there twice to pick up the car.

For someone who is always nervous and frustrated when it comes to complex and delicate parts of being a busy individual who grately values my time, she made everything seem like walking on sunshine again. I came to Honda if Stevens Creek with an email of the price that was agreed upon. Carlos who helped me honored that price and threw in some additional goodies at no cost. I told him I wanted to be in and out and that s what occured. I want to say this place had the most patience with me as I told them that I came from a bad dealership that wouldn t honor the price that was listed on their website (and what we agreed upon via phone call and text). The dealership kept giving me different numbers (higher numbers in fact). I came to this place pretty upset with my guard up and Carlos took all of that without firing back at me. I saw that my attitude was unprofessional and apologized. I really appreciate this dealership and how they treated me with kindness. Neng, who was my finance guy, knew I wasn t interested in anything, so he got me out quickly too. I would definitely come back and get another car from this dealership. I wouldn t bother with the others.

I ordered basic maintenance plan through online, which is 170 dollor, but they add some optional items that I not ordered online, which ended up to cost me 400+ dolloar . Be careful next time when you are there, check the items and get estimation first, even you have a online reservation

Overall an easy process signing up for an appointment, getting checked in, and picking up the car at the end. Service is great, and CD is chill and friendly. Also a great location, and free coffee/donuts in the morning!

I like that this service center will let you schedule an appointment in advance. Even better, I showed up early and they were able to accommodate me so I got out of there fast. The honda rep who assisted me was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. (I never got her name but I hope I can get her again on future visits.) Will definitely be going back to this location for future service.

Do yourself a favor and go see Mr. Phil Ha if you're looking to get into a Honda. It was the best car leasing experience of my life! After discussing pricing, he came back with a great deal that couldn't be turned down. I was in and out within 2 hours or so. Also, big shout out to Amine (Finance Manager). He streamlined the entire finance process for me. He described the different protection packages and such that they were offering, but did not pry when I declined. I felt like I was being treated like an adult and never felt any shadiness. I wish more dealerships and salespeople were as great and easy to work with as this Honda. Keep doing what you're doing!

Since my car was under warranty, and the AC was down, so I was fine dropping my car with walk in, and didn't had to explain/enquire about anything. It was very smooth.
If you have to drop in person, i.e. talking to the technician before handing over the car, then I would recommend to have an appointment. They are really busy!

The sales person that helped me out was great and to top it off the manager was wonderful. They made my first time buying experience smooth and stress free. I have been using this service center since I bought my vehicle and even after the warranty is up. The service reps were pleasant but I have never experienced such a hard up-sale at this location. I also asked them to check a warning light. I was told it would be part of their regular check-point procedure. The warning light is still on. I will get it taken care of at another shop that is not a dealership.

Working with Daniel and Mikey to lease my 2018 Accord 2.0T Sport was a very fluid and great experience. Initially came in to test drive the car a few months back and was greeted by Amir very nicely and he quickly got me into the car I wanted to drive and explained a bunch of the cool features to me and let me try them out. I was pretty much sold at that point but I wanted to do my due diligence and check out some other cars. Fast forward a few months, I made the decision to go with the accord because it s far superior to anything in its class and has such great ratings but above all it s just a really fun car to drive.

I initiated contact with Daniel over the web and he quickly sent me some of the details for the specific car I wanted over email. At that point I had a pretty good idea what to expect. When I went in to lease the car, I brought a trade in to use as a down payment to lower the monthly lease payments. The car was appraised very quickly and they actually gave me more for the car than I had expected them to which was a pleasant surprise. Daniel was extremely busy with a few other customers but made sure that someone helped me right away. Then I had the pleasure of working with Mikey who was also fantastic. I knew my price point and I asked him for it straight up. It only took him a few short minutes to come back with the price I wanted which was actually quite shocking. I was happy. I asked for a maintenance plan and they added it on for a very reasonable price.

Then it came time to see the actual car before signing the papers. (It was in storage and they had to bring it over. It didn t take long) I had only seen pictures online so I wanted to make sure I was getting what I paid for. When the car arrived I noticed something was off- the rims were different than the ones shown in the picture online. When I inquired about it they said that the picture online was a mistake and the nice black rims I wanted would cost extra... a lot extra. I was kind of disappointed and told them they should still honor the price they gave me because it was their fault that the picture was wrong. While I understand that the upgraded rims cost more, they were the reason that I wanted that particular car from that particular dealership. After some negotiation with Mikey and Daniel, they didn t give them to me for free but they did give me a good discount on them because of the mistake. It probably wasn t their fault that the picture was wrong so I didn t want to be too much of a jerk about it. Faycal, the gentleman in the finance department already had the paperwork ready when I got to that point and I was in and out of his office in less than 20 minutes which was awesome! In the end, they did what they had to do to make me happy, and happy I was... and still am. I got a great deal on an amazing car.

They didn t have the beautiful black aforementioned rims in stock so they had to order them and they arrived within a week.They replaced the rims and let me keep the old ones. Rosalie in the service department was super nice and let me keep the old rims in their warehouse until I could get a bigger car to pick them up. The rims could ve probably fit in the accord s HUGE trunk but the service team didn t want to take a chance with scratching the interior of the car, which I really appreciated. Rosalie was very good at keeping me updated with the status of the work being done and the entire service staff was super professional and extremely nice.

All in all I would say that this is the best car leasing/buying experience that I ever had. Staff was friendly, helpful, fair, honest, transparent and I didn t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Usually car salesmen get a bad rap, but these guys break the stereotypes. Honda of Stevens Creek, you guys rock!

I have leased cars since 1984 and this is the first time I actually enjoyed working with a dealer to get me the car I wanted. Asad Hanif worked with me and for me to get exactly what I wanted and never pressured me in any way. More importantly, he was responsive to all of my questions in a very matter of fact way, something that as a high-tech exec I really appreciate from those I work with. I actually went to Honda on Capital Expressway and found them to be less than helpful, which is why I turned to Stevens Creek Honda to try and get the lease and car I wanted. I highly recommend Asad Hanif if you go there as he was a straight shooter and in my case, I felt he really worked hard to find the car I wanted and the lease terms that were acceptable to me.

This was the best car dealer experience I have ever had! I had an early morning appointment so I dropped my car off the night before. I was called first thing in the morning and was told I would have an answer around lunch. By 11:30 I got another phone call saying what needed to be done. My car was finished shortly after lunch. Best customer service!

After 10 years, my mother's Honda finally needed a replacement. Honda has always produced reliable cars, and she swears by it. Thus, we stopped by Honda of Stevens Creek to look for another new car for her. The journey however is not that simple, so please bear with me.

Our journey started in the service department as we were still trying to revive our old Honda. We went in originally for an engine light issue, and an especially ambitious new sales associate tried to up-sell us before even solving the root issue (which ended up being an expensive catalytic converter replacement). Kudos to Summer, the Service Department Manager, she listened to our experience and decided to do the right thing by us by removing the excessive up-sell that were irrelevant to our original visit. This showed her strong customer commitment and truly something that all Honda customers would appreciate.

After finding that our old car is beyond normal repair, we worked with Phil Ha, a top sales at this store, to purchase a new Honda. Phil is a seasoned salesman and knows how to treat customers. Of course, we did our homework and came into the shop with ready to go quotes. Phil took good care of everything and ended up helping us close the sales in the day by helping us get the deals we came in to look for. I would highly recommend Phil if you were ever to purchase a Honda at this location as he is truly a customer-obsessive paragon.

After Phil, we met Ahmad Aziz, the Finance Manager of the Honda of Stevens Creek. I have to say Ahmad is one of the funniest finance managers that I have ever met. Don't be fooled though, Ahmad is also quite a good sales himself. Between his cool yet jolly demeanor and also customer-oriented attitude, you cannot help but to get a few additional items. In either case, I felt well taken care of between Phil and Ahmad. Between their two services, I would highly recommend coming to Honda of Stevens Creek to purchase your new car!

PS: Of course in every story, there is always a downside or villain. In this case, unfortunately it is the old car trade-in department. Based on KBB, our car has a range of value that is honored, and just like all other quotes, I have a guaranteed quote online coming in. The old car trade-in department of Honda of Stevens Creek, unfortunately is not as customer-oriented as others, perhaps by nature of their business. They came originally way below the KBB value but ended up giving us the lowest end of KBB after some negotiation. I think you would do best to trade in elsewhere, more fairer places, instead.

My Fit was due for maintenance but also the splash shield underneath the car had come loose. Made an on-line appt and was scheduled for the NEXT DAY! Received excellent service from Advisor Long Tong and was not charged to secure the shield but for maintenance only. Thank you Honda Stevens Creek!
