I came for a service due to a loud clanking noise in my new Pilot, which sounded like a broken exhaust pipe, scratching on the road. The guys at service inspected the car and found a small rock and tree debris stuck near moving parts. They removed it and confirmed the noise is gone. They did not charge me any money for this visit, which was very nice of them. Overall, I had a very good experience at Honda Stevens Creek.
Excellent service. Friendly staff. Fair pricing and expert mechanics. Many of us cringe when the dreaded "recommendations" come. I am happy to report that Honda of Stevens Creek gave me excellent recommendations. I happily paid for these because they were spot on and I can feel the difference as they say. This was my first visit after two failed attempts at getting proper service for my Honda Fit.

I just move in here in san jose and i got my 2014 odyssee in san leandro, engine went on and i go walk in visit in stevens creek honda, Mr Ryn got on my issue, it is a very pleasant visit, He got me well informed with the issue, assist me all thru the time, gave me a good advice. The only thing was off was the time to get my record from the system, but the coffe and donuts compensate, I am looking forward for my next maintenance due in this store.
I am very happy with Jeff's work. He delivered my vehicle right on time. Also made sure that all the service parts are taken care of. Jeff was also kind enough to explain me some of the faults in my Vehicle, suggested steps to fix it. I will refer to Jeff again for my next service.
I got my car looked at & I needed my battery replaced, payed about $500 and didn t know there was coupons for the replacement & I would think they would mention it about saving a few bucks, but nope. And when I called & asked if that could be applied, they told me no. If I was in customer service at a dealership or anywhere that could save an individual some money, I would mention it. Just wish I was aware of the coupons, but I guess people aren t trained to tell you about them.
This was my first visit to this dealer. My car needed some regular maintenance, a belt replacement and a diagnostic of the air conditioner. Everything went well, everyone was polite even though it seemed a very busy day (I counted about 20 cars in the reception bay at around 7h30AM).
The fixes were done as requested and I received a call once the air conditioning diagnostic was done to confirm the fix and cost. The car was ready by lunch time, as promised so everything was to my satisfaction.
This was the first time I had my CRV serviced at this location and was very impressed with the service I received from Bobby Nguyen. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I was told the wait time would be 1.5 hours and only ended up waiting an hour. I will definitely be back for the next scheduled service.
I had a very unfortunate situation that required 2 new tires yesterday. I was towed to Stevens Creek Honda VERY close to the end of the day. I was kindly greeted by Francis Le who let me know he would do what he could to get me back into my car before they closed. Thanks to Francis I was on my way before closing that evening. Steve Seyuin was amazing from start to finish, even in these challenging times with COVID. When I arrived in the morning, Steve was masked and greeted me while I sat in the car. He walked me through the estimates and even recommended I go on the Honda website to see if there were any specials for services which was very generous and kind of him to do so as this was my first time servicing my car at Honda. Steve sent me the estimate to my phone while I sat in my car and I approved of the recommended fixes (signed on my phone also). Steve showed me what services were crucial and what were recommended. He kept in touch with me throughout the day and even stayed late (past closing) to make sure I got my car by the end of the day (since I had not serviced my car in years, my car needed a lot of tune-ups). Steve was incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. I hope everyone gets Steve as their Honda service personnel. Also, thank you Honda for being so conscientious of keeping your customers safe during this pandemic.
HORRIBLE & RUDE! 1) I ordered a new rear bumper....they ordered a front bumper in error. 2) I asked the the price difference was and they said, "oh, its about the same...we adjusted your credit card...its all good. When I got there to pick it up it was actually double the price. When I mentioned what I had been told about there only being a small difference, the guy behind the counter laughed. When I said, "that's not funny" he continued to smile and snicker. 3) he went to get the part and said, "Here's your gray metallic bumper." I ORDERED BLACK! And he replied, "It is black...they don't make them in color anymore." So why did you say "gray metallic? "That's what is says on the order." So, you know its black but said gray anyway? Do they treat everyone like this or just women?
We bought both our cars here back in 2006 and also brought them in for every service since. We have always been thrilled with the service, treatment and efficiency. I can't imaging a better dealer. Yes, the prices for routine services like oil change are slightly higher than at a corner shop, but you get what you pay for. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews here, but I guess when a negative experience happens, folks are more inclined to post reviews. So here is a positive one!
Friendly staffs and quick service. I had an appointment at 8:15 . I was able to head home at 8:55. Great waiting area with coffee and donuts. I will recommend this place for all the Honda services.
On a Monday had to wait 4hrs for just an oil and filter change. When it comes to Honda 30,000 mile or 3year warranty huge burocracy to get anything fixed on your car. They don't want to fix anything for free. They state on your bill $47.88 for complimentary multi inspection. I don't believe they even do the multi inspection.

I had a recall notice snd made an appointment at Stevens Creek Honda. I had been told that this would take up to 4 hours when I scheduled (this was also true of other Honda agencies I checked). My schedule as a physician was tight so I made a very early appointment I was lucky enough to get Travis when I checked in. He was friendly and efficient. I told him that I would wait and hope to get the recall repair as soon as possible. He understood perfectly and said he would do what he could. I think he had good rapport with his crew because I was out of there in under an hour! Hats off to Honda and especially to Travis.
If you want a Honda, like to shop in a great environment, and want an excellent buying experience go to this Honda. No haggling and no pushy salesperson here. They made my car buying experience easy. I came here and purchased my first vehicle and could not be happier. I shopped around and was offered a better price for the same car at some other place, but I chose to buy from here because of their phenomenal customer service.
I inquire about this car on Honda Stevens Creek website and Phillip Nguyen replied me in few minutes, asking for my car requirement and I informed him on what I am looking for and we agreed the price over the phone and everything was so smooth. I drove to dealership and saw the car, test drive it and we finished the paperwork within an hour. Yes, within an hour! It never happened in my entire life so far that I bought the car in an hour. Phillip was really great handling everything such as paperwork, giving a nice demo of the car and answering to my each and every question.

Very happy with the service performed on our new vehicle, had to have many accessories installed, there was a small tear in the leather seat in the middle row when we purchased it, and they replaced the whole seat. Excellent service and communication.
Our sales guy (Daniel Lee) was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and didn t play any of the usual "car sales" games. As we took delivery he took the time to go over car's MANY features to be sure we knew how to use them. Our finance person (Casey or K.C. - sorry!) was similarly knowledgeable and helpful. My experience was excellent. I had a discussion with Mike and he was very supportive and took a long extend of duration to understand my requirements and clarify my queries. Even the delivery of the vehicle was done on time.
I want to like these guys because they're polite and friendly but their customer service is making it difficult. Every visit is an increasing disappointment. I used to like the service here, but now when they told me they'll call, they didn't. I've had to wait longer than expected when I show up on time to my appointment.
From 2015: Usually I have a good experience here, but this morning I drove away after an oil and air filter change and my breaks started squeaking. They never have before, so I called and asked about it. I was told "they didn't touch nothing there" and that "it's a coincidence" that they're squeaking now. I was pretty much told, "sucks to be you" in different words.
Fantastic experience for a reluctant car buyer. Settled on a price via email before even coming in to the dealership. Phillip was super helpful as well as knowledgeable with the Accord. The entire process took just 3 hours - a real pleasure after buying several new cars from dealerships. I'd have to rate this as one of THE BEST car buying experiences I've ever had in my life. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. Need to improve flexibility for special requests and appointment time guidelines. Making an appointment is a vague indicator of time to service, inconvenient for those on a schedule. Recommend you plan ahead, you will have to wait.

Update 10/8/16: Did a service again, Long was my service advisor. He respected what I asked to do and was very accommodating. My car was ready in the amount of time agreed, no surprise when it came to the payment. Good job guys, I will keep coming back! My rating goes from 4 to 5
Update 12/12/16: I brought my car at this dealership again for a service, and I must say that this time everything went as I was hoping. Later this day I received a call to inform me that there was something additional that was needed. I decided to do it next time and was not pressured. Everything was done as expected and the price was very correct. I will definitely come again and recommend this shop. Thank you! My rating goes from 3 to 4 stars.
Update 10/06/16: After posting my review I was contacted by Honda of Stevens Creek. They were very courteous, apologized for what I experienced and accepted to make it up for my bad experience. I am happy to see that they care about their customers so I am changing my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
Review of 10/01/16: I got really disappointed with both Honda North America and Honda of Stevens Creek.
In March I received a letter regarding the driver airbag recall. It said that Honda was expecting to receive the required parts over the summer and I would be contacted again when they are in stock. A couple months later I get another letter, this time for the passenger airbag recall. Same thing, I should expect to receive an update by August.
I never got any update from Honda. At all. But since it's my wife's daily driver at some point I wanted to see this fixed and I went to my local Honda dealer, Honda of Stevens Creek.
I explained that I was surprised not to have heard any update about the recalls, and the person said they don't order the parts unless the customer comes here, that's why I didn't get notified... They said they would order the parts and they should be available in 2-3 weeks, at which point we'll schedule an appointment for the recall.
Since the recall letter said the vehicle shouldn't be driven in the meantime, I asked the person if it was possible to get a loaner car until we get the parts in. I was told that it shouldn't be a problem, and I got an appointment to come pick up a rental car on Wednesday 8:30am (it was then Saturday). I asked if I was supposed to drop my car on Wednesday, and got the confirmation that "No, it's only to pick up the rental car".
Comes Wednesday, we arrange a baby-sitter to take care of our baby and my wife and I go to Honda of Stevens Creek to pick up the rental car. We drove with my other car, since I was going to go directly to work after. When we showed up at 8:35am the service person said "Do you have your CRV? We got the parts in and we need it to perform the recall". WHAT?? This had nothing to do with what we were told... So for some reason the parts that were supposed to take 2-3 weeks to arrive magically showed up between Saturday and Wednesday, and now we had to go back home to get the CRV back. How convenient!
Anyway, we got back with the CRV, it was 9:15am and now we were in the service line with many people in front of us. We were told to wait and didn't get helped before 9:35am... ONE hour after our initial appointment! Simply because the coordination and communication was TERRIBLE. And so was our experience.
They did arrange a rental car at no cost, we were able to go on with our day normally (except I was late for work!), and the car was ready in the afternoon. But they told us that if they didn't have the passenger airbag part at the moment of the repair, we would have to give the rental car back and come back at another time. Had it been the case we would have gone to another Honda dealer.
In the end our recall was done in a timely manner, but no one from Honda ever came to apologize to us for the incoherence, confusion and wait we experienced.
Went 3 times was having no problems the guys I was dealing with were very friendly but when it came time to actually buy what i,wanted and they didn't have it they were going to charge me 500 to find it left and went to Fremont who matched Stevens creek price and got me the car I wanted without even mentioning an added cost for getting it from San bruno
Lopretta Daniel was the service representative at Stevens Creek Honda for the service I was looking for. He was immensely helpful and got the job done pretty quick. Also my experience with Stevens Creek Honda Service Department was very positive.
The team at this place we re great! I didn t expect them to be as friendly or take me in when I showed up without an appointment over the weekend. I had a positive experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. I did not have an appointment but was accommodated and assisted. My 2003 Element's engine light turned on while on the freeway going to work in the morning. I took it straight to Honda SCB coming from Daly City. Since they needed to keep the Element for a day I was given a car rental. I was also driven to work by their shuttle that morning. Thanks for the help!
Made appointment for recall repair. Still had to wait in line. Triage person could have mentioned that leaving car with them is an option so there was no need to wait. Next time I would not make appointment. Simply go to express lane and leave instructions and key in car. Repair was done promptly and earlier than anticipated. 5 stars for repair and 3 stars for reception.
Went to get an oil change. Generally I don't go to dealerships but since I recently relocated and didn't know any better I decided it was safest to do it at a Honda dealership. To my great (and pleasant) surprise I had a really good experience. You get to book an apt (they have availability every 15 min). When you show up they do a 360 check of the car. Their waiting area was nice and comfortable, the service on my car was pretty fast, they also did a tire rotation and some other stuff. Overall I would really recommend those guys!

Our service contact person was nice. Everything ran smoothly. We paid for an additional warranty, which they did not use while trying to charge us. Had to remind them. I Wish they would vacuum and clean the car. Many dealerships do that. One thing I miss about Ford. They always went beyond exceptional service.
I got in my car and there was a random piece sitting in my seat. Had to ask a guy where it came from and why it was off.

The service advisor is very patient to explain when the next service will be and show me where I could get the free shuttle. Besides that, not only accommodate the coupon issued by a different dealer but also give me a better deal for my oil/filter change and tire rotation. I'll definitely bring my car back for next service.
I ve taken my Honda to different dealers for repairs and Stevens Creek Honda is the best in my opinion. They re friendly, honest and to the point. I don t live near there but prefer taking the extra drive and going there

Customer service is the key these days and Honda Of Stevens Creek sure knows how to provide EXCELENT customer service. I bought my car a week ago and I had an incident occur. I called and spoke to Alex (sales manager) without any questions asked he had my car repaired and put the door. I'm SOOOOO thankful for him. Thank you for making me feel so good about my purchase.
I also want to take time to thank EVERYONE in the service department.
The service people and managers are very nice and courteous. The service agents (folks who receive you) are a bit pushy about unnecessary service. Overall great place to take you car. $$$
As a female car buyer, I am particularly appreciative of the courtesy and respect that all the representatives showed to me during the process of purchasing my car.
Issue: Fuse 10 was blown even if the engine is not running. Symptoms: No tail light and no dark board backlight.
1 - Changing the light bulks that were darken, but not burn out. I inspected the removed bulbs and they are not burned out. I told them that I did check all the light bulbs prior to bring my car to the dealership service department. 2 - Removing aftermarket security which was installed 19 years ago and do not re-installed back even after that was proven not the root cause. I did give a conditional approval to remove the aftermarket security only if they will re-install back to the car. They agree to re-install the security system. 3 - Charging an extra diagnostic charge without giving me a reasonable explanation or root cause found. 4 - The communication between the front and the back is poor. My instructions on what I want to do or find out, were not passed on properly. 5 - The technician did not seem to know the proper way to find the root cause and does not want to find out the root cause I want to find out, even I gave direct instruction.
Conclusion: The fuse keeps on getting blown issue is resolved by removing a connector under the driver side. The connector is supposed to connect the Honda security accessories. However, there is no Honda security accessory in my car. The electrician did not find out where the other end of that cable, the one causes fuse blown. This cable is a Honda manufactured cable, not after market installed cable. So, the shorting to ground root cause is not resolved. This is one of the reasons I am willing to pay an additional diagnostic charge, but did not get an answer. The tail light issue is resolved due to this removal of the connector. The dash board back light issue that did not turn on the day before is due to the light control knob is turned to low.
