5-Star Customer Service is this dealership's strength and greatest asset Honda of Stevens Creek. It all started with a friendly email from Omar Jairoudieh, Pre-Owned Buyer, asking to arrange the lease return of my vehicle, and maybe going over some options. I made the apptmt. and once I arrived a Honda, Omar was there to greet me at the door and stayed with me every bit of the way through returning of the lease and purchasing a new one. I trusted Omar:) The 2nd step, I was met by Amir Hosseinkhani, Internet Sales Consultant, who handled the insurance, registration, price, color, etc. Great dealing with Amir who is the point guy and can answer any and all questions. The 3rd step, I was greeted by Amine Kedir, Finance Manager who is the "Closer." All paperwork for signature was reviewed, explained, and signed to my satisfaction and agreement. Amine is very knowledgeable and all paperwork was perfect and in order. The process was simple, the 3 salesmen friendly and knowledgeable and extra special care provided during the entire process. This is a tightly run dealership with attention spent on the details. After 3 years of service on the first lease, I can say the service staff is awesome as well and fast. Be sure to ask for Summer Pettigrew in the Service Department. Summer had excellent communication skills and ensured our Honda Civic was processed quickly and meticulously and had the best service prices available.

Great service right from the start. Had an appointment and the car was ready when we got there. The staff was very patient as we decided to sell our car as well, something we had not planned for and actually did not have the paperwork in hand. They also had the best price offers from the other 5 Bay Area Hondas I checked.

I bought a 2016 Honda Civic from Stevens Creek on 5/27/2016. First, I requested an online quote and was contacted over email by Phillip Nguyen. We agreed to a price over email, and then I visited the dealership to buy the car. Phillip was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole visit and was able to accommodate all my requests. After Phillip, I was introduced to Carolina, a finance manager. She was also very accommodating and answered all my questions. Both were very professional and easy to work with. At the end of the day, I was able to leave with the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
After I took the car home, I noticed some minor stains in the driver and passenger seats. I contacted Phillip, who promptly invited me back to the dealership to get them cleaned. I returned to the dealership a day later, and the seats were cleaned without hassle. All this added up to a great car-buying experience, and I definitely recommend Honda of Stevens Creek for anyone looking to purchase a new Honda.

Did not have a good experience this time like I always have in the past. my car is at 31000 miles and I was recommended to change all my four tires, When i asked if it is necessary or risky, I did not get much explanation or was not satisfy with the answer provided or the customer service. I had to change the tires because i was told if i am not going to drive the car, I don't need to change them which I believe was a rude answer to my question. Overall had to wait for 7 hrs to get my car back and was not happy with the experience may be because i had better experience before. Anyways, I think I was just not lucky this time to get the right person to help me

just wanted to take a minute to write about my recent experience at Stevens Creek Honda and our sales person Virani. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. Virani was extremely genuine and true professional. He took his time showing us different vehicles, types, and color coordination. He also explained the benefits of buying VS. leasing options. His approach was relaxed and I never felt pressure to purchase and close the sale. After doing homework and little shopping around, I returned back to Virani. He found a way to make it work in my favor and bought a brand new Honda Odyssey. Also want to thank the sales manager Leroy Le for his assistance. This would not have been possible by their finance manager Amine Kedir.

Service department has great Customer service. If something requires you to go to the dealer for service, this dealership is a great choice (I went for a recall on engine block). But for regular maintenance I still prefer my mechanic as his prices are much more reasonable.

My recent experience at Honda Stevens Creek, SJ was very good. I had to go there for my Honda CRV's oil change. Bobby was person who attended me. It did take them long to come to me to write the paperwork. But once there Bobby too good care of us and was very professional. I really like working with Bobby. I gave this 4 stars because overall it was a great experience but when I arrived at the dealership it took a while for the staff to greet me and get my information. I made sure to make an appointment ahead of time but once I arrived it didn't feel like the appointment made a difference. It was a Monday morning, which I know is a very busy time, but I ended up standing outside my car for about 5 minutes before someone came over to give me a number which only meant I was now on the list to wait for a service rep. I realize that 5 minutes does not sound like a long time but when you are on your way to work and not sure how long the process will take, it can feel like a really long time. Even a simple greeting and explanation that someone would be "with me shortly" would have eased my mind. I will say that once I was connected with Dave, my service rep, I had a great experience and he was very helpful! He talked me through the process and let me know what the next steps were. As soon as he had the diagnosis he called me to let me know what my options were and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. Thanks Dave!

Very bad experience! We had an early termination of our old lease and turn it into a trade-in for a new lease. The salesman, Phil, clearly did not understand the situation and gave us very misleading information. To accelerate the sale, he made comment on our previous balance as if everything has been taken care of and suggested that there would be a refund of our payment to the financial service. However, we did not receive the refund a month later. His manager, Chadd, apparently was also confused about the ovepayment situation but later explained that the payment was legit and would not be refunded and refused to accept the fact that we were misled in the sale. As a result, our trade-in vehicle was priced significantly lower than what we were told.

In addition, Phil never told us what s new in the 2019 model. Since our new vehicle had a scratch, when we received the vehicle it was one week after the sale. The new model completely blew my mind. They removed the blind spot camera, the cooler and turned the shifter into buttons. The blind spot camera was the most used feature in our old vehicle.

If we knew the new model was upgraded in such a way and we paid extra for the new vehicle, we would definitely keep our old car. The new model is a cost down version but charges much higher.

As a bonus, I called and left over ten messages through multiple days before Chadd, the sales manager, finally answered my call but he refused to provide further explanation for my case. His manager, Joe, never answered my calls.

Avoid this place. Their service is horrible. They show you a good price, do their best to push the sale and push you to publish good reviews but lack of basic customer service.

We researched on-line and found the exact car we wanted was available at Honda of Stevens Creek. It was a new 2019 Honda Odyssey with the color, interior, and package that we needed. It was not the top of the line, but fit our budget and timeline. When we showed up, we told Daniel what we were looking for, he immediately found it in the inventory, but it was off-site at their storage lot. Shortly thereafter, he got it on site, and we were able to see the car and then buy the car. Everything went very smoothly, and we learned a lot about all the new features in these modern vehicles. First new car we've bought in 15 years. Won't be the last.

must have sat in my car for 40 minutes waiting for them to take my car in for a recall. They told me that it would be ready by 3pm but no one called and i had to call them. At least they paid for a free rental. Service guy very friendly and helpful but overall took too much time to drop off my car.

I'm very pleased with the service I received not only buying a car for the first time (Thanks David!) but getting my car serviced to apply the permaplate for my 2018 Honda civic sedan. I scheduled an appointment early Thursday morning and Johnny was the first person so come up to me and take care of me. There was a little bit of a mix-up due to my sister's appointment the next day and our names are very similar, so that's understandable. Johnny reassured me that it was perfectly fine and took care of me has if there hadn't been a mix-up. They gave me a rental for me to use while my car was being serviced. It took them about 6 hours until my car was ready. I honestly thought it wouldn't be done until the next morning so I was very grateful. The thing that stood out to me the most was Johnny's attentiveness and initiative during the mix-up and returning to pick up my car. He was helping a customer before me but once he saw me walk in, he acknowledged me and already was starting the process for me to check out my car while he was still with the customer.

Johnny is a reliable person and I feel I have someone I can go to when I need to get my car serviced. Since this is my first car and don't know much about car maintenance or processes, i feel very comfortable going to Johnny, David and the rest of the Honda Team on Stevens Creek. Thank you Johnny and the rest of your team! My car looks very nice and glossy!

10/5 - so after a couple months from my last appointment here at Honda on Stevens Creek, I was assisted by Daniel. Great customer service and always followed up on all my concerns for my service appointment. I was not let down by the great customer service from Daniel. This is a solid place and I m very much happy with my experience here.

i went for airbag safety recall. I was greeted by Steven. Everyone was courteous and professional, process was really good. they provide dropoff service, but there was no pickup, they suggested me to use uber to get there and even provided coupon, so i didnt pay a dime for uber.
They did followup on phone to give status of repair or maintenance and gave approximate time to come and pickup the car
Overall a really good experience.

I Recently Owned a Honda Accord 2015 model from Stevens creek dealer. The sales rep there was kind and courteous. Yes! I got a good deal on car. The only bitter experience was when I had a master switch issue on the rear passenger window where it would open but would not close. I had to rush to the dealer three times and felt no one believed me. I had to escalate the issue to have the master switch replaced which hardly took 10 mins (was told it was a defect in some of the 2015 Accord models), In all these huddles the sales rep (Anthonio) who was very supportive and kind right from enquiry, closing the deal, booking an appointment to fix the car, which showed the ownership taken for a better customer experience.

It was succesul and totally safistied deal wth my new 2017 Honda Accord EX purrchased at Honda Stevens Creek right on the Black Friday.The salesman, Mr Phil Ha, knew exactly what I was looking for and he offered me the right vehicle at the first place with a reasonable MSRP price through emails. So I went to Honda and as soon as I entered there was a lady whose name was Maya welcomed me with a big smile on her face. She started asking me my purpose of visit and I told her that my key is not working properly and I want to replace the key or just repair it if that is possible. Maya helped me and called the service people and a guy came with me outside and tested the key. Then he said that it has to be replaced and we went back inside. They replaced my key and gave me a new key. That was a effortless job and was resolved quickly. Overall I was happy and it was a great experience. Awesome customer service they offer. Thanks.

5 stars for David Nyam (sales), 3 stars for the Finance Manager. Overall 4/5.

David was awesome, and I would strongly recommend him for anyone else looking to buy a Honda at this location. He shows a lot of appreciation for his customers, and is honest and helpful in addressing many of my concerns and special requests throughout the entire research/buying/and car delivery process. He also offered me the most competitive price among all other dealerships. All in all, I like doing business with David a lot.

But the Finance Manager was not that good.. I didn't catch his name, but he never smiled throughout the entire process, and felt as if he didn't even care whether I bought the car there or not. He eyes and tones were cold, and I felt pressured in signing all the paper work as quickly as possible (without having time to read what I actually signed...) Definitely not a good experience. :(

I called for an appointment to take my car in for the software recall. I left a message and received a response the same day. I was able to bring my car in the night before and have it serviced at 7:15 the following morning. It was completed within an hour and half. They called to tell it could be picked. All went smoothly.

I've had my CR-V serviced here twice now. I would say that the experience has been nominal. I scheduled the appointments online, where I was presented with options and prices that seemed to have nothing to do with the options and prices presented when I arrived for the service. On the most recent visit, I had specified a $99 package online, and was presented with $173 as the only option when I arrived. I was advised that service times were running around 1 hour and 45 minutes; the actual wait time was nearly 3 hours. I did receive a nice 10% discount as compensation.

I am not at all satisfied with the staff. Kal assisted me in getting my car. He didn't gave my papers in first place and left for the day . I was waiting outside the showroom with my car but no papers.
He promised me a second pair of keys - which he didnt gave - when ever i text him there is no reply , Initially he said he will send it but later - no luck.
So please be careful. But he gave me a good deal and the three stars are for that.

Service process was smooth. Friendly staff. You book an appointment online, drop your car and then pick up when they are done.

Only complaint is the shuttle timing. They have fixed shuttle timings so choose your appointment time accordingly.

Great buying experience thanks to Mark Wright! He was patient, knowledgeable, and honest, not one bit pushy. He scheduled my appointment over the phone, sent a confirmation text, and had the vehicle we discussed ready for me when I showed up. Paperwork and financing was smooth and quick. Mark went over all the details of my new car and answered all my questions. I picked the car up a few hours later. the car was washed, detailed, and Mark went over the various features and confirmed I had his information in case any questions came up in the future.

I wish I had the name of the sales man that assisted me. He was very unprofessional and I felt as he was not interested in my business. No customer service at all and didn't make me feel welcomed. I was the one asking questions. It definitely infuriated me that because I am young he assumed I did not have the funds and without asking me for my budget or what I was looking for he said, "hmmmm let me show you the cheapest ones I have". I've never been disrespected or offended like that. I've heard great things of Honda and wanted more information but after that horrible experience I left and I went over to what was my first option, Mercedes Benz and they sure gave me the respect every customer deserves. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF! As a director, I would never allow the people I manage to have this type of behavior. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!

I have never been to such a wonderful dealership as quick, friendly, clean, and welcoming as Honda of Stevens Creek. Tamim Aziz in finance and Admir in sales both took good care of me and my family, as everything was handled seamlessly and efficiently. I plan to drive the hour from Alameda CA to San Jose for every service appointment, as I know I will receive the best treatment. I have been to other Honda locations, and they do not compare to Stevens Creek. I plan to refer friends and family who are in the market for a new and reliable vehicle. I absolutely LOVE my new Honda!!! If you have any questions regarding financing, I highly recommend Tamim Aziz, as he was so thorough and patience in explaining every aspect of the purchase, and answering my questions. I have never seen two individuals more passionate in providing exemplary service to their clients then Tamim and Admir. I had the pleasure to have William as my sales person. He was not pushy in trying to make a sale. Very friendly, and patient. I got a great deal on my 2016 accord Honda ex-l The only problem was that it took a while to get everything completed. I had to get another car due to having bird poo ruining the paint job, so it took a while to get another car. I was not able to bring my car home the same day, William made sure my car was spotless. I just hope for all the inconvenience I went through they will accommodate me for something!
