Didn't end up going with them for a new car purchase, but was close -- they seem to be basically honest, but you have to ask the right questions; for example, "how many miles does the 'new' car have on it". That said, the other reviews on Google+ also gave me pause...

We purchased a 2016 Honda Accord from Stevens Creek Honda last week. The sales consultant helping us was David Nyam. He was very friendly and patient in answering our questions . We were very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He gave us a fair price and no pressure at all. We drove the car home the same day . I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to my friends and relatives. Great job David!
They have an appointment system that doesn't seem to care whether you have an appointment or not. I had an appointment at 10:00 AM. By 1:00 They still haven't looked at my car despite the fact I told them I need the car by 3:00. I ask for update at 11:00 and was told they had no update, when I ask at 1:00 PM, I was told my car should be looked at soon and they could give me a better update at 3:00 PM. I had to cancel the service and lost my entire Saturday afternoon. Why have an appointment system if you don't actually use it. Never returning to this car for service and doubt buying from them as their "service" end after you drive off the lot.

Didn't call to let me know my car was ready! The service rep told me she would give me a call when my car was done. I had to call them myself and they said it was ready for pick up. Disappointed. This was not the first time I have had a bad experience with them. The last time I took my car here for service I told to take out sticker marks left on the door when I first bought it and when I went to pick it up they still didn't do it.
I was having a problem with my new car . I was confused where to go . Then I went to Steven creek Honda and I was happy and satisfied. They are so quick and efficient. Thanks.
Long Tong was my service advisor and he did not disappoint. When I first met Long, he had a smile on his face, even when he was initially approaching my car. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to the services I wanted, inspected my car, and advised me on the services he recommended. The service lasted about the length of time Long stated it would. He explained the condition of my car thoroughly. I asked about a discount that I saw online and Long immediately applied it to my service, even after he had already printed my paperwork. He even made small talk and asked me about Alabama. Long goes above and beyond to please customers. If I'm still in the area when it's time to get my car serviced again, I will definitely visit this Honda location because of Long. Thank you, Long!

I m taking a long trip and brought in my Odyssey for a maintenance check and to return for a recall to address a seat locking issue. I received 2 letters from Honda informing me of the recall. I was able to make my appointment easily with a call to Honda of Stevens Creek, check in of my vehicle was fast and my service coordinator was awesome! She made recommendations on the services and was able to have everything completed in just a couple of hours! I ll be returning here for future service needs!
Speedy service getting my car regular maintenance done. I will always take my car to Stevens Creek Honda for any service. Staff was very friendly and courteous.
I went in for a Maintenance Minder service. The other Honda dealership nearby didn't even list Maintenance Minder code services on their website. Honda of Stevens Creek really knew what they were doing and explained the services well, which is why it seemed really busy for a Wednesday. Recommended an additional alignment, which seemed like an upsell, until they showed me the abnormal wear on the tire treads. -0.5 star for the service being quoted at 2.5 - 3 hours and it was 4 hours until I received a call to pick it up, leaving me to drive in rush hour traffic.
The check-in person was Mike, he clearly explained the service which was oil change and tire rotation. I let him know that I was buying some wheel locks and could he have service install since they were doing the rotation. He let me know when parts openned; got the locks and then he took out to service to have them installed. Most of the people working seem to be going out of their way to help customers. Great service.
I purchased a crv ex. They gave a nice deal on memorial day - very competitive than others. Anthony was the sale Pearson very nice and kind. Its nice place to be.
My visit for service on installing the add-ons on my vehicle was straight forward and a breeze. Summer assisted me fairly quickly (had to wait 5-10 minutes after my scheduled appointment) but did notice that they had quite few vehicles, so I would assume it was just a busy morning. During the installation. I got a call from Summer asking if it was okay to lower my windows due to the sticker that was placed on the window button from the tint place suggesting not to lower my windows between 3-5 days. Overall, great service and keeping me in the loop on the work that had to be done. Got my car back before the time frame that was promised during drop off.
Financed a new Car with Stevens Creek Honda, Phil Ha was my sales consultant, very patient and seasoned sales person, offered good Prices and honest answers to all my queries. Liked the over all experience.
Everytime I've been here, I've had to wait 15-20mins to get someone to attend to me. It may be common , but the lack of attention becomes apparent when you visit any of many showrooms that are close by. Reflects badly on Honda as I presume most Honda showrooms are this way
As always, Honda of Stevens Creek is very professional, polite and awesome with services. We bought two cars from them and have been using their service only. Five stars for sure on everything.
Sales person was very good and knowledgable. Got a very good offer for Accord v6 2017 model(newer 2018 models were going to arrive soon) and decent finance option as well. Overall good experience.
I was shopping for a new car on Sunday afternoon with my wife in early October 2020. The salesperson asked if we needed help right away. Everyone was wearing face masks and we felt safe. The salesperson was very helpful and let us take a test drive by ourselves right away.
I knew exactly what I wanted and they had one. A little over 3 hours later (long because short staffed in finance), I drove my new Ridgeline home! It was a very enjoyable experience.
We purchased our car at this dealership and continue to use their service department for regular maintenance. On our most recent service visit, I mentioned to David Thomas in Service that I was very satisfied with my appointment time, having all work completed on a set time that he promised and the quality of service. David kept me up to date on the ongoing service. I was most pleased with his individual attention to each customer. I strongly recommend this dealership and asking for David to service your car. In addition, the staff overall are friendly, helpful and professional. The waiting area normally offers TV viewing , WI FI connections, newspapers or magazines to read and pretty good coffee/donuts, However they ran out of donuts on this particular day.. :(
Please see YELP. These Google reviews about how great they are are just not accurate. This place is everything you want to avoid and dread from dealerships but add in intimidation. They say they can top your interest rate if you go in with a pre-approved loan on your own. (BEWARE!) They will waste enormous amounts of your time, lie (a LOT of dishonesty), tell you that you have a loan approved pnly to call you back 1-2 weeks later saying that you DO NOT have a loan and then threaten you (we will come and repossess the car if you don't come down here in the next day). Pretty terrible right? Gets better, they will transfer you all over the place, get verbally hostile and then when you arrive to resolve the issue- will call 3 guys into the room and demand a check from you and say you cant leave eith the car. THEN...They will say that they refunded your down payment but days and days, promises that is will show up and nothing. I had to file with my bank about it. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2018 Honda Fit lease is over and we decided to buy the car and sales person Ali Fereydoon walked us through the deal very nicely and the deal was two thousand dollars less then an other Honda dealer I talked too. Ali and Sid Azizi, finance person, where very professional and not pushy and made the deal very comfortable, plus we like the car. The dealership is open and clean and the coffee machine is great. I will recommend the dealership and salesman to anyone.
We bought a new Honda Odyssey over Memorial day weekend at Stevens Creek as they gave the best deal. We had a reasonably smooth experience throughout the process. However, it was a very slow process than expected. We waited for almost 6 hours for the paperwork. Since it was too late, we had to take home the unwashed car and bring in the next morning for washing. That took a good 2 hrs.
My advice is to do your research on the model, color, specs, price with various dealers and once you are ready, get to the dealership first thing in the morning. You could drive home by evening.
Edit: After 3 years, the Karr alarm started giving problems. It started going off randomly both day and night without any reason. It became a nightmare and when I called them, they asked me to bring it to them. After 4 hours of waiting (which I expected this time..) they said the sensitivity was set very high and said they lowered it. I got home and within two hours it started beeping again for no reason.
I called them again and they gave me Karr alarm guys number and said a technician would come home to fix it. Next day, the technician got home and said he would turn off the sensor for me so the alarm was as good as not having one or exactly the same as factory installed one. Turns out they charged me premium price for an after market alarm system that is absolutely useless.
Fantastic response and they stick to the timing they promise. I dropped my 2010 Honda Pilot for a recall last week. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and performed the wheel alignment with in just above one day! They just called me to pick up my car. Good work.
Went in a month ago to check my Honda Accords battery after a recall came in the mail. They made me wait 2.5 hrs to say it was tested and all fine no charge since it was a Honda recall notice. Unfortunately my battery was NOT fine and the last two weeks I've had to jump my car three times. Finally called them and after three robots talking to me I got a human who couldn't answer my question so she tried to transfer me to a manager and it rang until the operator robot said "goodbye" and hung up. Went to AutoZone instead and they had my battery tested (bad) and changed free of charge and all under 15 minutes with a three year warranty free of charge and after that prorated. Why can't honda service shops be this easy
We used the online process, which got us to an extremely helpful rep, Phil Ha. The transaction was smooth and Phil answered questions thoroughly, let us do things at our speed, knew his product very well, and taught us a lot about our new car. We also got an excellent deal. We highly recommend him!

They take details information about the car, track it, find the problem and fix it. I generally go on the Saturday morning without appointment and service completes pity fast in 2-3 hours.

Even the financial procedure wasn t long and boring, the finance guy was cheerful and helpful. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Bought a "previously owned" car here Thursday afternoon and by Friday morning one of the tires was flat. I had to work that day, so I brought it to the service department (who were totally slammed) on Saturday thinking that since I just spent over $15,000 dollars at this place not even 48 hours prior that they might throw a patch on the thing for me and send me on my way. At the service department they told me that since I didn't have an appointment they couldn't help that day, but when I mentioned I just bought the car there the guy said they would accommodate me. A moment later, when I mentioned that the car was "previously owned" and not a brand new car, all the urgency flew out the window. The guy pawned me off on the receptionist to make an appointment since they were so busy. Once the receptionist told me that I'd be paying at least $38 since I didn't buy a tire warranty I told them to forget it. I don't expect special treatment anywhere I go, and I get that they were busy, however when you spend $15,000 somewhere you expect that you're going to be taken care of, at least for something simple like this. Not here. Apparently the Steven's Creek Honda policy is that once you pull out of the lot it's "good riddance." This is the second used car I've purchased here, and I certainly won't be returning a third time. Nor will I bring my car here for service ever again.
On my way out of the service lot I savored the irony of the signs plastered up on every wall which read "customer satisfaction is our #1 priority." Sure, whatever you say. I then took my car to Costco who patched the tire for $10. Hard to believe that this place has such high ratings here.
Went for multi check and had a great customer service. Jeff was very nice, gave me updates from time to time and explained well how my car's condition is, gave me options,etc. I would greatly recommend Honda of Stevens Creek.

I worked with Chanel for the 2nd time yesterday. Took my Honda in for an oil change but knew it needed some additional work. She was able to explain what was needed now and what could be scheduled in the future. Really appreciated her help and explanation of everything for my vehicle.
After waiting 6 wks for recall parts to come in... My car was returned with a few bumps, dings, a missing part and a loose nut in steering wheel, Immediately the bumps and dings were removed in 10min. Rick was nice enough to replace the missing part even if it didn't happen here, but came off on the highway... He also had service person take my car back immediately to check loose nuts and bolts in the steering column! That's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Quote to change the side mirror was exorbitantly outrageous (parts/labor) although I purchased the car from this dealership at a competitive price. I lost trust when I found the same repair would just cost me 50% less than what the dealership had quoted.
Juan M. was great when I took my car in for service and some minor issues I was having. He is attentive, and gave me his honest opinion when I was asking questions. This allowed me to feel comfortable that I'm servicing my car right without being overcharged. I would gladly work with him again in the future!

I have the car to be service for airbag recall. They all check the car condition for any other problems at the same time. The service advisor, Bobby Chuong Nguyen reminded me what need to be done next time. They were thorough and friendly.

My experience at Honda recently was great! The salesmen were very helpful throughout my first process of buying a car. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about the car.
What a joke. On the website they say that no appointment is necessary for oil change. So I drove there to figure out that's not true. Second time I've returned with an appointment booked online. Despite this they were overbooked and couldn't service my car. "Do you want to rechedule your appointment?" Haha, no way.
