I arrived w/o appointment due to a warning message. Service representative was very professional, explaining that warning was due to a recall on my Clarity, provided options, as well as arranging for car rental due to length of time it took to perform the necessary repairs. Process was fairly quick. When I returned to pick up the car, it was in meticulous condition, nice and clean. Truly appreciate the care and level of professionalism from Honda of Stevens Creek.

Repairs and service seemed to be good. Service Rep was helpful. I went twice this week for some repairs and both times I was promised a car wash and did not get one. On the second visit, they actually put a paper foot mat in the driver's footwell but didn't clean anything at all. Don't promise if you will not deliver.

My service advisor was Mr. Long Tong. My new Honda Clarity's battery died down as it was not in use for quite some time due to COVID-19 shelter-in-place. All it required was battery recharge, but I wanted it to be checked in case there was some battery drain. The Honda road assistance was very helpful to tow my car to the service center where they checked that everything is fine. Mr Tong especially did a double time all point check to ensure everything was fine.

I worked with Summer. She was wonderful to work with. Knowledgeable about Honda's products and services/warranties. She was quick to order my part and help me get it fixed quickly and painlessly. I would recommend her and Honda of Stevens Creek. I will definitely go back when needed in the future.

First time. Service ok. The service person reported the car needed front brakes, and a new battery. Gave me the price, but after having to pay $440 today for service, I was not able to go for another 3-400. BUT he was rather insistant, and I understand that...
But when I got home I opened the hood to ck. and the battery post had not been cleaned...left corded. I would have expected common courtesy for it to be cleaned.

I brought in my Honda for a scheduled 8:30 AM oil change on a Tuesday morning. I sat in the waiting area for almost 3 hours. Honda specialist told me it would be done by 10 AM. (Unconventional but I thought maybe this is how busy they always are, so I waited). It is 10:46 AM so I go up and ask how much longer and they tell me they completely forgot and will go and check in. I was out of there a little over 11 AM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND taking your Honda here for an oil change. Oil changes should only take about 15-30 min especially with a scheduled appointment. Do not waste your time and money. It was double the cost. They were friendly but the service was not on point. Go else where, it will be much cheaper, way faster, and same quality.

Went for detail cleaning and took the car in the evening by that it s dark. By morning found that interior cleaning was very bad and marks everywhere on the dashboard. Exterior had marks most of the places and tire rims not cleaned properly. Very disappointed. There is not complains on staff.

Worst user experience I had since I stepped foot in USA 6 years ago - I even filed a BBB complaint and the dealership called me to fix the issue and when I went there they totally ignored me and did nothing.

I'm not gonna go into details but just to give you an idea on how bad my experience was, I bought one of their 4 oil changes card, I used it twice and I don't want to go there again even though I still have 2 free oil changes.

Summer spent the time to review the issues I came in for (oil, air filters, rotation). She suggested I not do the rotation as my tires need to be replaced so that saved me some. She also found I need to replace brake fluid (which I chose to do later). Her estimate for the time to complete service was spot-on. She applied the coupons I had received even though I forgot to bring them with me.

Donuts and coffee in the waiting area was nice to have.

Things to change. Not Summer's issue but charging almost $100 labor for replacing 2 air filters seems pretty expensive. I hope they were very difficult to get to.

The past two times I've gotten my car serviced here have been amazing which is why I went back. They asked me questions and asked if I had any questions, they gave me a tour of my car after my service to tell me what they did to it and they made me feel comfortable. This last time was the total opposite. I should've just left from the beginning, instead of waiting for about 40 minutes to get anybody from services to come out even though I had an appointment. Only reason I'm giving it a two was because a mechanic was nice enough to keep ringing for someone to come help me.

Not only the price was competitve among other dealerships, the purchase process including customer service was great! Met with Phil Ha who's very patience and responsive to all of my questions and concerns --given a busy time of the day and all. At delivery, Phil took the time to show and explain the car to me at lenghs. I also met with his boss and Fred, the finance person...all nice people. Another thing I like there was not so much of a pressure to buy other dealer services at time of signing. I highly recommend this team.

Excellent staff attention, variety of vehicle. I really liked it, they have excess for wheelchairs, a lot of staff to assist you in Spanish and show you the vehicles. They invite you for a coffee while you wait for the required paperwork they help you to approve your credit if you don't have bone and they support your entire process. I recommend it.

Ray worked hard to get me the model at the price I wanted. We came to a very satisifed compromise. Then the worst thing happened, the detail tech cracked my car window and the dealer does not have another one to replace.

Ray offered many alternative but I am set on a brand new car with the white color. He worked with management to transfer a different car to the lot for me. During the process he kept me informed and followed up after the sale to make sure I m satisfied.

I went in for a buzzing noise in my air vents and some loose parts in my dash that rattled. But...the greasy customer service guy looked at me when I described the issue like I was totally nuts and didn't know what I was talking about. Even though I relayed exactly what my mechanic husband had figured the problem was. After not being able to even replicate the problems I was having, they blamed the issue on me and my possibly terrible driving habits.
I don't care what service someone is after, the customer should NEVER feel like they are to blame. I feel like this blaming, coupled with the fact that I am a young woman made the service rep believe I had absolutely no legitimacy and therefore my opinion and concerns were irrational. Hated the guy and will never go back even though it's the most convenient location for me!

Naresh Doshi was very honest and sincere while trying to guide me while choosing the car I wanted to drive for the next 10 yrs. He was very helpful, responded back almost immediately from my emails and phone calls. He was also very patient which is just what I needed because I was very indecisive. I left so scared. The manager was yelling as loud as possible to the sales rep about how he didn't want to speak to me. I wanted to buy the car they had on the lot, but I was given a very low offer on my car (even talked down about my car). But when I heard the yelling I started shaking, I didn't know what to do, I've done my research on my car and the car I was going to purchase, so I don't know if that's what set the manager off. But I left without the car I wanted unfortunately, I couldn't bring myself to purchase a car from someone who treats their employees and talks down to their customers like that.

Very thorough on questions as to how we drive the car and follow up questions on if we still enjoy our pilot - which we do. Explained all of the features of each service. Horrible service department, I was told my car would be taken care of within a couple hours, 3 1/2 hours later it was up on the rack with the test drive not complete and the issue not taken seriously with the car. Nothing was communicated to me and then when I made a fuss about the time frame, my car was rushed with things happening in a few minutes when they should of been given the time that was needed somewhere in that 3 1/2 hour space. I don't feel like my concerns were taken seriously and I feel very frustrated with my experience.

Had an excellent experience. I was looking for a CR-V, and was looking for assistance with monthly outgo math as well. As I walked in, I met Mr. Amir Virani who presented me with multiple choices for both new and pre-owned models, and how the financing would work, etc. I test drove the car I liked, and it was in great condition. Mr Amir also shared all the details of the car and its history etc. He did not sell me any extras! I was able to finalize next day itself and was able to drive away the car. The entire process was very smooth and painless. He is very responsive and gets back on text or whatsapp as I had couple of clarifications later. If you decide to get one, just go and ask for him :)

I took it to a reputable Camden Auto Refinisher detailer for a quote. This supposedly "Undamaged Vehicle" will require $2,080.00 to fix all the dents and damage on the door and trunk lid.

I met with Joe Spurrier and the managers at Honda of Stevens Creek. Within about 10 minutes they agreed this was missed on the CarFax data.
They asked me what they could do to make this better. Since it was a used vehilce I told them I could live with the minor dents and asked them for the Platinum warranty. Done!

They really came through for me and I will remain a Honda of Stevens Creek customer.

The team at Honda of Stevens Creek is the best I have worked with. I bought my CR-V from David. He was extremely helpful, but not pushy at all. He showed me all the bells and whistles, but never tried to force the sale. He let the car sell itself. Now when I return, I work with Steven to make sure my car runs well and he keeps it looking new. The facilities there are amazing. The wait area is clean and comfortable. They have wifi, power outlets, a TV, and couches. I can get work done there or relax while I wait for my car to be serviced. Whenever I have to look for a new car in the future, my first stop will be Honda of Stevens Creek.

Recently took my 2012 Honda Civic in for a technical glitch. Summer Pettigrew was my service advisor and fixed the glitch in 5 seconds. My car then told me I had to go in for service, so Summer quickly changed the appointment, perused my records, and set up the service. The cost and time were both reasonable, and Summer kept me apprised as I waited for my car. Really happy that I have a Honda and that this location so convenient and competent.

The technician, (likely Steve), is very patient and explained to me a lot of knowledge in detail. He also gave me a list of items to pay attention to afterwards, colored by criticality. The pay is fare, and the waiting time is short about 1.5 hours end to end for a walk in maintenance.

Daniel Lopretta was the guy who helped me out. He is friendly and professional. I also appreciated that he gave me prompt notification through text of when to pick up my car, etc. Highly recommend working with him and this Honda location.

I took my 2012 Odyssey with under 50k mikes for a check engine and traction control light. My service rep Chanel Arreola really took good care of the issue. It turned out car had engine misfires due to fouled out spark plugs because of misaligned piston ring. It was a big job and didn t expect this for 50K miles Honda. But Chanel digged out a service bulletin for the issue and took care of whole repair courtesy Honda Co. which could be $3K or more. I couldn t be happier. Great job and fantastic customer service. Will visit again for all my service needs now.

Eh at best. I scheduled service for my Honda Accord, and arrived slightly before time. I was greeted by a person, and a tag was added to my car, then I left my keys in my car and got out. However, no one continued to talk to me. I actually had to hunt someone down to figure out what was going on. They wanted me to wait in my car for a service member.

Once I got a service member, they didn't have any of the information that I had filled out online for my appointment. Then they got my type of car wrong! I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation, plus air filter replacement. This took 2.5 hours. Then they wanted to up-sell more service (okay my battery was essentially dead, but lots of other things).

What really annoyed me, and is why I won't be going back, is the actual service department doesn't tell you anything, and you HAVE to work with whomever "checked you in". I needed to leave and I just needed to pay for my service, but my service person was trying to check more people in, which delayed me by 15 minutes. The service area is also really crowded with desks so it makes it almost impossible to move around - not at all ideal.

It was quite busy when I arrived, but the man in charge of making sure everyone was helped in order did an excellent job of reassuring me that I would be helped.
My service manager was nice and explained everything to me; however, he convinced me to get a transmission drain and refill because he said I hadn't had one in a while. He had looked at my service book and said he didn't see that they had done it; I just believed him, which I should not have done. When I got home and reviewed my service book, I found that I had had that same transmission service at my last oil change, 10000 miles ago. So, he got and extra $120 out of me that wasn't needed.
Also, they "paid" for my rental car so that I could run errands, but you still have to pay for the insurance on the rental car. At the dealership in Colorado that I go to they have their own loaner cars which are entirely free of charge.
I went in for a simple oil change and $1000 later my car was finished. Because they did the transmission service when it wasn't needed, I now feel that maybe some of the other things weren't needed as well. I have a very complete service history book and if they had spent more time looking at that and not charging me for things that weren't needed I would be much happier with their service.

As a first time buyer, I had a lot of anxiety going through this process. Will, the cars salesman, was incredibly patient with me and listened to all my concerns. I told him the features that I wanted to have and he gave me great recommendations on which car was the most suitable for my needs. Will was very knowledgable about the cars and their features. I ended up getting a 2018 Civic EX, the most perfect car for me!

I was very honest about my uncertainty regarding my credit score and my desired monthly payment. Amine, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful and I feel that he was the most important person throughout my experience. He was very honest and upfront about the details and what would be expected for payments. He also honored the $500 New graduate credit towards my down payment. Thank you so much Amine, I am forever grateful for you.

Overall, the entire Honda staff was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable buying a car from them. I never felt that I was being scammed, lied to nor neglected. The finance person, SIDD, was professional and made sure that I only bought the packages that were most important. I did not feel like he was trying to pressure me into adding all the different service packages. Additionally, the customer service manager, Kathy, reached out to me through emails updating me, making sure that my transaction period was fast and efficient. She also threw in some small goodies, such as a keychain and first aid care package as it was my first time ever buying a car. Since I could not get the car detailed the same day, she made sure that I still came into service so I got my complimentary car detailing.

Thank you Honda Stevens Creek for all that you do, I am one happy and satisfied car buyer!
