My sales man luis dorantes was great he had my interest in mind helped me find what I wanted at my budget and was patient with me.he is very knowledgeable and also a couple days after the purchase he called me to make sure everything was going good with my car and if I had any questions about anything. Sad to say I cant say the same about my finance person. Will be looking forward to purchasing another car with luis and will surely recommend him to anyone looking to by a car.
I interacted primarily with Phil Ha in Internet Sales when researching and purchasing a 2017 CR-V, and my experience was very enjoyable. Everything went smoothly, I got a great price, and communication was top-notch throughout the entire experience. Everyone else I met was friendly, and there wasn't any "funny business" that I found at other dealers. If I ever need to buy a car again I will definitely come back here!
I was very satisfied with the service of the oil change in my accord, while I waited I had a delicious coffee, I was surprised at the short waiting time. Excellent service! ! This will definitely be my workshop for future services that my car needs.

Bought our CRV AWD through Daniel Lee on internet. We live in San Diego, but have very little selection of the AWD CRV's in Southern California. I contacted Daniel a few months ago, told him of our upcoming lease expiration in late July and wanting a CRV at that time. He agreed that it would be best to wait until the time got closer. We were on vacation in early July, when I got a reminder email from Daniel. Was flattered he remembered my request. He offered a great price in the color I wanted. So, we flew up to SJ and bought/picked up the car last Friday. He went through all the new Honda Sensing options and didn't try to pressure me into other extras/options. A thoroughly pleasant experience!
It had been a while since my last visit but I'll definitely be back...took my Accord in for an oil change and 22 point inspection and the waiting area blew me away! Big screen TV, large and comfortable chairs, newspapers to read, fabulous coffee machine that brews REAL coffee, mocha, cappucino, etc., and it is GOOD coffee! Then, fresh donuts and danish! Hey, if ya gotta wait for a while, this is the place to wait.! Eber Pacheco was my service consultant and he was very courteous, car was ready in about an hour....a little longer than I'd expected, but as I just said, waiting there was as nice as it could be!
Made an appointment with someone named Steve. I showed up punctually, then waited for 30' but no salesman available, said the reception. I am stunned that they just are just not considerate of customer time.

I have choosen stevenscreek honda for my new 2017 CRV servicing. It was excelent experience and staff is really friendly. I worked with Johnny Nguyen, he really taken care of my concerns and explained me what they did to my vehicle during pickup. It tool little longer time but i am ok since safty is topmost priority.
Been coming here the last 2 years to get service and it's always a hassle free and professional experience. I like the nice waiting room with snacks and they even have an area for kids.
Disappointing service. Took over 35 days to repair a hydrogen leak issue (but that isn't the issue itself). The issue is with customer service. Calls aren't returned, which makes it hard to check for updates. Lastly, the thing that really bothered me, is that they returned the car filthy dirty. They returned the car with a layer of dust so thick the car looked more brown than black (which wasn't how they received the car).
So far so good. Leased a 2016 Honda Fit a week ago, and the experience was pretty painless. That said, I was pretty decided when I got there- walked on the lot and knew exactly which car I wanted- so it was pretty easy on their end too. Love my car, they followed up to make sure I was happy.

Asking for some help in considering a purchase, I was introduced to Koorosh Shahidzadesh -- a challenging name but a warm personality. In ten minutes he became a good friend. I described the sort of new car I would like, we discussed the features I wanted, he introduced me to some example models, gave me his card. I left with some brochures and Koorosh's phone number. And the next day went back to make a purchase. It took about an hour.
Throughout the process, I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of the support staff, especially the young ladies at the front desk.

I came to get a oil change because the place I went to said they couldn t get the bolts of my car and I need to go get them changed from the manufacture of my Honda. This place is amazing because they go me in within the hour and out with in 2hrs and they charged $30 less than the other place i was surprised! I called Honda Stevens Creek on on Saturday afternoon, if they are willing to pick up the car for service from my home and drop back . Initial impression I got was that this scheme was over. However, the service advisor Daniel not only spoke to me so nicely, he came over to pick the car in 10 mins, i mean in 10 mins !! They took the car with all Covid-19 precautions and handled the paperwork , signatures via quick mail/app on the phone. And they delivered the car back in 2 hours flat.

Qadeer, the sales guys is really nice and will try to get you a good deal. Chad, the general sales manager is a great manager and seems to be a straight shooter. Amine, one of the sales managers, is innapropriate, a lier, macho, and will try to slide stuff under your nose, BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH HIM. I personally will not return to Honda of Stevens Creek unless he no longer works there. Everyone else has been great, but in this case, one bad apple DOES spoil the rest. I don t have the space to explain every detail of my experience, in the end I did buy my vehicle here, but only because Qadeer seems like a good guy and deserved my business.

Rule #1: Never take your car to the dealer for repairs, because they will rip you off.
So, the AC on my dad's car stopped working. I took it to the dealer since the car was pretty new (3 years 6 months old, less than 30k miles), I hoped it was under warranty, and my regular mechanic couldn't fix it because it's a newer system and not compatible.
Honda charges $400 just for diagnostic and add freon. My regular mechanic charges $70-80 for that, so it's already 5x the price of an honest mechanic.
After the diagnostic, the compressor needed to be replaced. They claimed that the cause was probably from a previous service, but nobody has ever serviced the AC! The price to fix the AC was $3000. THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS! I can get 10 AC units for my house for that price!
I would have said no and taken it elsewhere, but instead of checking with me (as I had requested) they called my dad, and he authorized the repair.
It took 4 days, with little communication on when it would be done. I did later get the price down to $2500 with an aftermarket compressor, which they didn't offer up front and which they still overcharged me $100 from the price they quoted over the phone.
If that wasn't enough, the "maintenance due soon" light was on when I picked up the car. What mechanic returns a car with more error codes than when it went in???
Lemon cars, complete ripoff, and bad service. Never, ever, ever again.
Awesome service from CD. This is my first service with them and first service in US for that matter. They have a very easy process at least for first timers like me.
I went to the Honda dealer because my CR-V battery was not charging. Fortunately, the battery was still covered under warranty. Service adviser, Johnny not only replaced the bad battery at no charge, but also inspected the tire wear carefully and advised the tread depth to replace the tires for next visit. His focus on the customers' safety and benefits impressed me a lot.
Honda of stevens creek were able to squeeze me in for a non appointment into their tight schedule with those who had appointments. Johnny, was the one who helped me all the way through the process with no hesitation. He was very friendly and kind and told me what type of maintenance my car really needed to avoid problems in the future. Overall, this place is really friendly and love coming here.
I scheduled for software updates after getting a recall. At first I was not on their appointment list somehow, but Bobby just helped me to write down my basic information very quickly and served me as normal appointment. He gave me a call after the complete of software updates. This gave me enough me to arrange my schedule and got back to pick my car right before they closed. It's my first time to do a service and definitely an excellent one! I will come back for maintenance in the near future!
I like the professional treatment that i received and I need to be more intentional about getting all of the details of the vehicle inspection that they did on my Pilot
I just came in to have my oil changed and the staff was extremely helpful and informative. They also found out that my fluids were due for a change, but weren't pushy about getting the work done. I ended up getting all the work done anyway, and the mechanics worked really hard to work quickly and get my car finished after i told them I had to leave at a certain time. Make sure to check their website for coupons! The waiting room has wifi/great coffee/ and ample seating/tables.

I had issues with my 2008 Honda Civic. I have never had to get my car towed before nor have I ever gone into a car dealership to get a car fixed. Johnny talked me through everything and really helped me out. He was waiting for me as soon as I arrived to the dealership and helped me every step of the way. He told me that there were issues with my coil and axel. He also notified me through each process of getting my car fixed and the cost for each. Thank you!
Brought my car in to have airbag inflator replaced under recall. Asked the service rep to please check and inflate the tire pressure because the indicator came on that morning. He said they always do that by default. When I picked up the car the indicator was still on so I went back to the office to tell the service rep. He said I need to drive for a while for it to reset. I got home and it was still on. I checked and found the pressure on all 4 tires very low. After I inflated them the indicator went off.
A day earlier I brought my Acura to the Auto Nation Acura dealer across the street for a recall and similar thing happened where they didn't do what they said they would do when I asked.
Brian, Johnson, and another guy who I didn't get his name, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to push my car into the garage, jack it up and tap the starter to get the engine to start. They managed to get my car to start and I was able to drive it without having it towed! They were sweating trying to move my car and took time out of what they were doing to help me out, can't explain how much I truly appreciated it! The nicest guys because of them I will be coming back to this Honda dealership. Also, Juan was helpful in saving me money with the diagnostic testing.

I do NOT get to represent one thing to my clients and then do another, or take shortcuts that benefit me... I have reason to believe that they were not completely honest with me. If the same happens the next time I go in for scheduled service, I won't waste my time with this survey. As one with a solid 20 years of Internet research experience, I wI'll locate the regional and divisional heads of Honda USA Service and address my concerns directly to them.

Good: nice confortablet waiting area, does a good job on service Bad: prices are high. I have also notice a recent push for optional services with dubious benefit such as zMax Micro Lubriant, and brake fluid flush. I refused zMax but agreed to $180 brake fluid flush after they suggested it along with brake pad change. I googled afterward and found it is not needed.
Had an appointment, came 15 min ahead and there were way more cars than they could service. Appointment system is useless. Everyone in the line had an appointment, would have to wait for like 3-4 hours to get a service.
Just had an oil change here. Glenn Lunas was my technician. I was happy about the visit; the service there was more than awesome. The entire service time was ~1 hr.
I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Honda of Stevens Creek. I had previously been dealing with three other Bay area Honda dealers in an effort to secure this car. As soon as I found Honda of Stevens Creek, the deal came together quickly and at a reasonable price. I suggest that you start with them first. I wish I had!

Johnny N. was really helpful and made sure I was up to date on what was going on with my Pilot. Setting up appointments online is easy, and drop off usually take a few minutes. I was able to pick up my car after hours with the receptionist, so it's great that there's flexibility to accommodate people who can't get there during the day.

Went to Honda after going to AutoNation in Fremont. Honda of Stevens Creek gave me a way better deal than Fremont was giving. Will Mosco my sales rep was easy to work with and made the whole process a breeze. After getting my car - they also worked with me and provided great customer service in getting my second key fob. I had problem with Acura dealer ship because the general manager tried to overcharge me so took my car to the Honda of Stevens Creek and I'm very happy with them, absolutely will go back there again
I went there for my car service. It's a nice place where the technician suggests you certain things you need to get done, only once they verify you need them. You can also work while you are there. Only problem is they don't have charging ports in the waiting area. It would be nice if they provide a few. Also, I felt the prices are slightly higher.
Very efficient service operations. Got done quickly. I went for a B1 service which costed me twice as much. I told them i only wanted the oil change but eventually had to select from the 3 plans they showed me which i thought were overpriced.
My first service on my new CRV was just an oil change and inspection and from the moment I pulled in to the service bay to the moment I left it was a first class experience!
