Truly amazing. He told me it would take 5 mins. I walked outside ready for my uber. 2 seconds late, I get a text saying everything was done. Fantastic service. I am now a loyal customer to this service center if this is the service provided! I couldn't be happier.

We came to replace the tires before my daughter make a long trip. This is for her 2009 civic. The representative, Travis, is very knowlegable and kind to explain some details about tire wearing patterns.
We learned a lot from him and also appreciated the quick and easy oil change service. A nice timely coupon also saved us some. Like it and sure we will come back.

Car salesmen can be the worst, pressuring you to buy more than you need and sooner than you are ready. A lot of the times, you first walk into a car dealership to simply take a look around, yet there's that person that won't show you unless you give them your word that you are ready to buy that day. Rich C. wasn't like that at all and was awesome- he showed me around, telling me facts and features about the cars I was looking at, without any pressure. I came and went over the span of a few days before deciding on exactly what I wanted. He didn't try to talk me into buying anything I didn't want, he didn't try to sneak any additional costs onto my car without my knowing and was very transparent. I had a great experience with him, specifically, and was able to get what I wanted with confidence.

Going to sign the papers, Sid made the process very quick, explained everything in terms I could understand, and was very pleasant.

As an inexperienced car buyer, as most people are, nothing will ever change my mind about how car dealerships suck, even though I understand why the salesmen are being so pushy. Rich and Sid are exceptions and I would recommend going to them.

We had a transmission problem with our '15 Accord EX-L. (Slipping) I told Travis @ SC Honda it was intermittent. He said he'd put one of his best techs on it. Sure enough, they were able to duplicate it. Thank god, cause you know it could have been " nope, nothing wrong". After they contacted HondaNA, and tranny was still under warranty, they replaced it - NC! Now that's what I call customer service! Thanks guys! Will speak highly of everyone at Stevens Creek Honda service department.

They've taken time to explain things thoroughly , provided me with honest assessments of the work I should get done, and have gone out of their way to provide fantastic customer service. I ve been shopping for a used car for a while now and found a Honda Accord LX at Honda of Stevens Creek that I liked. I worked with Ali Fereydoon in sales who made the whole experience feel seamless. I never felt any pressure and Ali disclosed all the information upfront, he showed us prices with the security package and without and didn t add any additional costs without us knowing. I really appreciated how this process was stress free.

I m knocking a star off because the finance guy tried to use scare tactics to get us to purchase their 5 year bumper to bumper warranty. Saying things like you re making a mistake my sister s car is in the shop every weekend, good luck. It was rude and unnecessary I wished he had just respected our decision when we had said no.

Came in on a walk-in basis for 8,000 checkup and oil change/tire rotation. I was directed to a lane and waited only a few minutes before Steven, a service representative, talked with me about what I needed to have done. He gave a time estimate of 90 minutes. I waited and the car was ready in 90 minutes. I am very satisfied with the courtesy, professionalism, and service that Honda gave me.

After posting my review and heading to pick up my car, I found that they changed my rotors, pads, windshield wipers and aligned the car all for free. I was totally surprised, I should have paid more than 700$ and they did it for free. This is a thank you note for Honda Stevens Creek.

We purchased a used Subaru Outback 3.6 Limited(Lots of 2.5 available, not many 6 cylinder).We live in Reno and have been searching for the right car on all the internet sites. The price was reasonable based on all the comparisons I had done online, they are no haggle on used cars. We scheduled an appointment and also confirmed that they could do an out of state sale. We got there first thing in the morning and they had the car ready to go, proceeded to take a thorough test drive. We had a trade in that still had a loan on it. It took them about 30 minutes to evaluate our car and come up with the trade in value. It was lower than I expected and we negotiated on the trade in, got a little more but still not what I was expecting.
One of the plusses was their quote sheet very straight forward and easy to read. This is the first time we have ever had a trade in. We almost bought a car in Reno and their paperwork was like try to read your cell phone bill. We decided to leave to discuss what we wanted to do without the pressure of sitting in the dealership, I was surprised that they let us take their quote with us.
They prepared all the paperwork and then we met with the finance manager, he was was straight forward and efficient. It's their job to try and upsell all the add on's like extended warranties, he presented these but definitely was not pushy.

All in all it was a pretty painless experience.

I am a software engineer and not a avid car fan. I used to rely on stevenscreek honda for all my car buying/service and I was extrememly happy with them till my last visit. Recently I noticed some change in their attitude which is not on the betterside. My last visit I changed the brakes and they did not even inflate the tyres properly. The next day my tyre pressure light came on. I took the car to their service dept. They wanted me to book a appointment. Like a fool I asked can you do it atleast tomorrow. I can not keep driving with the warning sign on. That is why. (I spent $1000 on my brakes and whatever service including oil change.) They said the nearest appointment is 4 days away. I took the car to jiffy lube. 2 minutes to inflate the tyres and the warning light is gone. Going to rely on jiffy lube from now on.

I currently live roughly 2.5 hours away from this dealer. So traveling the distance would be crucial to anyone, especially with the reputation that car dealers have with just wasting your time.. This was not the case with Honda Stevens Creek. My sales guy Daniel was great and communication was key being that I was so far away. Dan meet my expectations. I ran into a road block while trying to get my vehicle. But LeRoy worked his magic to make the process as smooth as can be. Carolina & Neng where exception Finance associates. If your skeptical about car dealers or you just want to go to carmax because you hear the process is sooooo easy. Give this dealership a try. In my opinion you wont be disappointed. It was a good service appointment. Came in for a Honda airbag recall. They told me ahead of time that it would be an all-day process so I could plan around it. Francis (my service person) was very accommodating with my schedule as well. They even checked my tire pressure and adjusted it.

Phil Ha is very proactive, polite and knowledgeable, it has been a pleasure working with him, he is very patient and detailed explaining the new features of Clarity, we like the whole buying process. Will highly recommend Phil, a 5 star fleet manager.

Besides the finance manager Phillip Nguyen is also a great person to work with, he is very courteous, swiftly and considerate. I am impressed with their services.

Great service with the service advisor Johnny Lam. He was very informative and quick. Did a great job especially when it looked like they were swamped with a lot of cars. They came out and apologized for the wait time and gave us approximates for our service. Great communication!

Decent experience. They have a large amount of parking, but the staff could be a little more attentive. It took quite a bit of time to get ahold of a staff member. However, I understand that it is COVID 19 season, so it's probably taking longer to interact with customers.

I was able to meet with my sales rep. ( Ernesto) He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and helped answer all of my questions. as well as expedite my requests, I was able to find a car I liked and get a test drive in the same afternoon.

After doing a bit more research a few days later, I came in to lease the vehicle, and I stumbled across a new vehicle with more upscale features, and the exact color I wanted, which better fit my personal requirements... and I ended up purchasing it, instead of Leasing it.

The entire team at Honda did a spectacular taking care of me, and made sure I had everything I need. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased with this dealer, and I would not dream of going any where else.

After discussing the problem with the car, the service manage suggested a series of steps that could be taken. The way he describe the steps they went from least expensive and easiest to do to the most expensive and hardest to do. It was nice to see him lay out a path for resolving the problem. In this case, the problem was discovered during the first step, which was the cheapest.
His suggestions were well layed out and communicated clearly.

They told me that they cannot install the tire for my car after they got my car for almost 24 hours, because it is a low profile tire. but should they know this ahead of time? I am very happy with my Honda HR-V recent purchase; the staff was nice and the location was welcoming. I was impressed by the detail with which we were shown vehicle features; I was able to use many of those features without having to read the manual. A big thanks to Mark Wright and Neng Yang who made the process fast and easy. I was given a great deal online and an even better maintenance option that worked with my budget.

We went through Kelly Blue Book, and picked Honda Dealerships within 75 miles from our home base in Santa Cruz County. We received 3-4 Dealership notifications, and Honda on Stevens Creek gave us a decent fair market price for the car I was wanting-A 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid. They gave us a good discount, set up the paperwork, and even delivered the car. Everything was completed online, text, and phone. Sadly, this is not the Honda of SC that it used to be...Service Dept very busy, Lots of new faces which is not a bad thing... However, Had to ask several times to specifically give detail breakdown of diagnosis and related costs, and time... didn't get it! Had coupon for LOF and still was over charged for the LOF and the work in general. Very Disappointing.. I'll have to seek out other alternatives for Honda Service in the future!!!

My first service experience with Honda of Stevens Creek has been great!

Honda of Stevens Creek, was the only service center, with appointments, available for the next day. I got clear guidance on where to park and who will be helping me.

The service advisor was very polite. She was patient and analyzed the reported problem(nail in tyre) and shared feedback that it is repairable. She also assured that the technician will check pressure on all tyres and set their pressure at the appropriate level.
Additionally she performed a quick review of the car's vitals, under the hood and mentioned that everything looks good. I also got a complimentary multi-point inspection.
Once the maintenance was complete, the service advisor also scheduled a maintenance reminder based on the current mileage.

Brought car for regular service. The service was performed quickly, the service advisor was courteous and friendly. While servicing the car the technician discovered that my battery was defective, a new battery was delivered to the dealership shortly afterward, and installed in few a minutes. The waiting room is spacious with free coffee and sweet rolls.

Working with Stevens Creek Honda was really good, I dropped my car for oil change and the car was ready by 45 minutes. This shows how quick their service is. They even did a complimentary checks for air pressure, wheel alignment and brakes.

My review is for the service I received.
1. No car wash during service.
2. Multi point inspection says ' all fluid levels checked and marked green'. But they did not fill the wiper fluid. They could have marked yellow if they wanted to penny pinch.
3. The bill reads ' full synthetic oil' - but service representative said ' it's only synthetic blend for the price and full synthetic cost $30 more'
So they don't stand by their words.

Sweet talks and friendliness does not earn 5 stars unless it reflects in your work!!
( I did not want to give a poor rating but when I read the paper work for the service, I felt compelled to review).

Even though we were unable to cut the deal for the second car ( Accord Touring), I still appreciate the desire of the dealership to go the extra mile to make it work.

Dealership itself is clean and people are nice. Highly recommend.
