Come here if you want to be taken advantage of. The salesman Ramon was probably the slimiest, scammiest person I ve ever met. The first thing he says to me is I m not here to take advantage of you and then proceeds to list a ton of BS inception fees that I immediately had to ASK to get waved. He planned to make thousands of dollars in commission off me and kept saying out loud what a good deal I was getting and how honest he was. He makes his living off upcharging and essentially scamming customers expecting to get treated properly at a dealership.

I DO NOT trust this dealership. I was treated respectfully and offered a great price at Larry Hopkins in Sunnyvale. Go with them instead.

The prices were competitive and the salesmen were fairly nice, but they need to get their act together. We had to come back twice due to their own paperwork screwups, and every time we had to wait forever. I'm currently writing this review from the dealership, I've been waiting for more than one hour and have nothing else to do... Mind you this is after we told them we would be here at this time to pick up the updated documents. They also sent us a recall letter and when I called back to figure out what it was about, it was another mistake and there were no active recalls for my model.

I bought a Honda Civic Touring 2017 from Daniel Lee at Stevens Creek. The entire staff was extremely helpful even on a day where it looked like they were very busy. I never felt like I was cheated or hard pressured into buying something I did not want. Mr.Lee is your go to dealer at Stevens Creek if you speak Korean or even just want an exceptional experience. I would recommend to any of my friends or family to come here for all their honda needs and I hope that anyone else's experience was as great as mine.

I bought a used car for my mom and closed the deal right on that day. The process was easier and faster than I thought. The salesman did not pressure me and I came back after looking at various other dealerships. The deal was closed quickly because I knew exactly what I wanted, and there were none of the "I got to talk to my boss" stuff. The "sonic price" was fair and reasonable, and the cars had Carfax reports with clear details. The salesman followed through and even washed the car himself to take delivery the same day. At the end we drove the car out of the lot the same day. The finance person was not as friendly, but it was a brief moment. Overall, this was a very positive experience.

Stopped by just to look around and ended up leaving with a brand new 2020 odyssey. Phil Ha definitely took care of my family and I and helped me trade in my vehicle that I was financing through Honda already. He gave me a great deal and everything was seamless thank you for the great service Phil!!!!

will never come again! No personal pick up, no car wash. They asked you to change quite a lot of things even before a through check! The WORST thing is, they diagnose wrong, asked me to change battery while in another Honda shop, they found it is in good condition...Why can t I give them 0?

I had a recall (airbag) on my vehicle that was completed on a Friday. After the adjustment my horn started going off by itself. Although it was inconvenient the reality is that these things happen. When I showed up on Monday they originally told me they didn't have space in their schedule for any cars without appointments. After explaining what was happening as a result of the recall work (and the fact that I didn't want a demon possessed car honking all the way to San Francisco for my birthday dinner) they went ahead and had someone take a look at it.

I did work in the lobby until it was finished and after a couple of hours it was perfect again. Rick, Chanel, and Jeanette are lovely people to work with at Stevens Creek Honda. This place is busy but if you ask them to work with you I think they are very fair and accommodating.

It was my first visit at getting my car serviced at Honda Stevens Creek. Glen Lunas is a great service advisor. He is a kind & attentive person, who explained things to me in simple terms. My car was ready under the estimated wait time. Glen communicated with me during the time my car was being worked on. I felt valued as a customer and confident driving a safe car.

I was extremely unhappy with the service department at Honda of Stevens Creek and Honda in general. My 2003 Honda Accord had a transmission failure at 118,000 which is way too early for a Honda. I found out that the Accord had a recall issued for this exact same problem. I called Honda and was told to tow the car to a dealership have them do a $150 diagnosis and then ask for a second recall request. When I had my car towed to the dealership the guy who was greeting people was extremely rude and not helpful, at first he ignored me so I went inside where I was told by an advisor who was not busy to wait and someone would be with me. I then went back outside where the first guy basically threw an envelope at me and told me to fill it out. Later that afternoon Dave (Service Dept. Manager) called me and said "there was never a recall on the car." He wanted to give me a quote on a new transmission. Really? The recall is all over the internet, needless to say Honda did not cover the transmission and the dealership charged me 150 to tell me what I already knew. I ended up taking it to Mike's Transmission who has a great reputation and rebuilt my transmission for $3,400. Way less then Honda but still I should not have had to pay this at all. I do not recommend Honda of Stevens Creek they simply want to make money off of you. I will be taking Honda to court and will never buy a Honda again!

I made an appointment with Honda of Stevens Creek. It was very ridiculous that they charged me $88 for the oil charge. I checked the receipt and the oil charge includes tire orientation which should not be included at all. This is obviously racial discrimination and also gender discrimination. They might think Asian women are stupid and so they can be very easily hoaxed.

We had a bad battery issue and cannot speak enough of the way Rick took care of it. He was at the top of things to get it done right. He checked the alternator, made sure nothing else was wrong with the car and only when he was satisfied thoroughly, handed over the car to us. It was truly 5 star service provided by Rick and team. Will continue to be Honda of Stevens creek customers for the invaluable service they provide!

Purchasing process for my new Pilot was very easy with Phil Ha, the internet sales consultant at Honda of Stevens Creek. He gave me the best price (first time around) compared to all the dealers I have contacted. It was worth my drive from Sacramento to San Jose. He was honest, dependable, customer friendly, patient, and was not pushy with the sale or any selling of accessories if we didn't want them. He also made my trade in very easy! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car.

This was my first servicing here in Bay Area after moving to CA. I went for oil change. My overall experience was very good. The price is reasonable. The amenities in waiting room is good. It took a little more than an hour. They are professional and friendly. I will certainly go there in the future.

Wonderful place, friendly, professional and helpful people there !
One night on January my battery suddenly ran out of power, a staff of a Cantonese surname helped me recharged my car, and also checked my battery , then suggested me to replace it. I wasn't charged one cent ! I deeply appreciate it. However, the next day San Leandro Honda told me nothing wrong with my battery until one week later my car was dead inside my yard!
Last Saturday I was to have a B1 maintenance, as warned by my car, and the quotation was only $127!
On the contrast, I have done at least on B1 maintenance in San Leandro Honda and was charged $ 375. From the bill I also noticed San Leandro Honda staffs put small amounts in spare parts and consumables, whereas large amounts in labor fee.
Quotation of same maintenance from Stevens Creek Honda was almost a third of the one from San Leandro Honda!
What's more. the Stevens Creek Honda staff suggested me to do an A1 maintenance instead of a B1, since my car was still new, and finally I just paid $88!

Wonderful management over there and I appreciate their offer of pick up and drop off while your vehicle is in service. I took my car in for it's 100,000 mile check up. Francis Le made the process very simple for me. I also had to have my passenger airbag replaced on recall. The replacement of the airbag is very time consuming. They arranged for me to have a rental car at there expense for the duration. It was quite painless. I know that my car is in excellent shape.

This was my first time here to try their service. Service manager was Long Tong on 10/22/2018. Had for oil change service and suggested to replace brake fluid. Told him would do it later. Oil change took 1.5 hour although I did scheduled appointment. I called back service department to check the procedures for brake fluid replacement and they transferred me to Long Tong. He did not pick up so I left message to call me back questions on procedures of brake fluid replacement. BUT NEVER CALL BACK. IS IT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Employees seemed not friendly. Management should couch them. Good that Management followed up how their employees are doing.

I've been coming to the Stevens Creek Honda service department for five years now and every time, they have been great! This time I worked with Dave and he was awesome! He gave me my options, explained with each thing was for, when I need to get it, etc. I even talked to him about the process of trading in my car. I like Dave!

My experience with the advisor Summer was great. She was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I was disappointed with the person who gave out numbers when I first arrived. He didn't acknowledge me and when another vehicle pulled up behind me, he went straight to that vehicle to give out a new number. I had to go up to him to ask if I was supposed to get a number too. He then asked if I had an appointment assuming that I didn't. I did have an appointment that day and was 15 mins early. Even if I didn't have an appointment, I don't think I should've been ignored. I don't think any customer should be treated this way.

I am editing my review after my second visit to the place. These people are very concerned and serious about their quality of service and that's the best thing as a customer I liked. They care so much about what customer thinks.

I visited Honda for my service, advisor asked me to change my tires. I got wrong opinion about my tires from other store when I went there to change my tires and that made me write a bad review. Upon receiving bad review, Service manager called me to check what went wrong. He examined and checked my tires, he showed me the problem as well and tires definitely need a replacement, so the advisor was correct in my first visit.

After my second visit, I would definitely come back, thank you.

At first I thought Stevens Creek was my answer from the Capitol location. They actually helped with the ongoing issues I've had since I bought the car in 2013. However it seems like its impossible to reach the service advisor on a most days -1 star. Even if you leave a voicemail or email they do not seem to find it important to update you or reply on the status of the car. I understand they have other customers coming in but to say yes I received your email, but there was no movement until you call in is unacceptable -1 star. After a detail I was told of new issue of paint cracking, instead of calling in the service advisor emails body shop and CCs me, this leads to no response from body shop Honda partners with and I'm left wondering what I'm to do the following week for school and work and what the status even is. I can figure out a solution for getting around but common sense would dictate that a phone call is the best way to get results. I will have to wait until Monday since the shop is closed Sunday which the advisor knew, once again making me feel as if once the car is there they don't want to talk to you until its done. Hope after this there are no more problems with paint and transmission on a car I bought new, that way I don't having to visit any of the Honda locations.

He did a great job making sure we were taken care of and that we got exactly what we wanted. We also had a very happy and pleasant experience in finance with Stephanie, she was great and also very honest and helpful and made sure to explain every detail which we were very grateful for. The service is fine. It seems it can take a while for someone to start the ball rolling. Why do they need one person just to come over and put a number on the windshield only to tell you to wait some more? I suppose it helps triage, but it seems like extra people milling around who can't really do anything.
Also, why do I have to rate and review every interaction? I know it's a modern phenomenon, but service should always be good. Why do we have to be hassled to do a review for a minimal interaction where nothing exceptional either way occurred? You should understand that we consider things are fine if we don't take the initiative to comment or complain about something. Isn't that good enough?

They recently add work stations with comfortable chairs and charge stations based on the customer's feedback. Finally see a dealer takes customer's input seriously. 5 stars.

I live about 5 mins from a Honda dealership, but I decided to go to this one instead. It was one of the best decisions I've made! All of the people who I spoke with or who saw me had asked if I'd been helped yet or they appreciated my patience. The person who helped me with the paperwork made sure that we stayed 6 feet apart and was very careful about not spreading any germs. They did superior work on my car. Replacing my defective airbag, filling my tires with air, and a few other touch ups to ensure my safety while operating this vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Stevens Creek Honda! You are all superstars!

Test drove compact SUVs from several dealers before deciding to go with the Honda. Scott Lien was an awesome sales associate and helped me find the perfect model for my needs. It was also a clearance item so we got it for a steal. The finance department was also great in working with me to pay without financing and didn't push various features after I politely declined. I hope the next time I buy a car goes as well as this one did!
