I had a morning appointment for an oil change in a 2017 Honda CRV. The process was smooth and organized; the cost was quoted upfront and very competitive; and the waiting area is bright, clean, has Wifi, coffee/tea and donuts. The service took 2 hours from start to finish (I wish this is shorter).

I recently purchased Honda Pilot and was pretty amazed at the service i received at Honda of Stevens Creek. I worked with Mark Wright and he was honest and open from the beginning. He gave the best price and advice. His price was the best you can get in 100 miles.
Wait times were long at dealership but once you get hold of Mark he gave 100% attention.
Glad we went to Honda of Stevens Creek and Mark was our agent.

Service advisor (Steve Seyuin) was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and called me as soon as my car was done. Car was sanitized before they handed the keys back to me. Excellent dealership overall.

Very argumentative dealers. He wouldn't even work with us on our guidelines. When he found out that we were going to be financing, he said "oh so what's another 2 or $4,000?" Like are you serious?! We knew what we wanted and if he didn't have what we were looking for he should have said that. I would have respected him a lot more. At that point I knew we were better off on our own. Two starts because they have a wide variety of cars.

I went to other Honda dealers around the Bay area. Their attitude were so so much better. I knew why Honda of Stevens Creek is rated so lowly. Don't go there.

They used the utmost care in social distancing while interacting with me, sanitizing my vehicle, and setting up the waiting area to make it easy for customers to maintain social distancing. My car was serviced in a timely manner and my service technician, Jeff, was great to work with. This is a challenging time for everyone and I am so grateful that the Honda Service Department is open. I leased my car with Honda of Stevens Creek three years ago with Phillip Nguyen and decided to finance my next car here as well. I reached back out to Phillip and he was able to help me throughout the process of purchasing a 2020 Honda Accord (with the support of his sales teammates, of course!) Both times I have brought my car here for specific services (which I have called and described services I have needed) they haven't allotted enough time to complete my service. I scheduled a 0730 appointment this morning for my air conditioner to be assessed. I called at 1230 and my car still hadn't been seen. "We are really busy and only have two tech who can do that". Congrats. I called on Tuesday and made an appointment for one of those techs AT 0730! Learn how to make appropriate appointments by service needed to get people's cars back to them! This dealership is making me consider trading in my car so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

I called the Parts Department for a replacement Master key, and they gave all my information to the service department, so no need to repeat anything and straight to the point. Very easy and on-track.
Best price around for a Factory Master Key.
They have great service on Saturdays, with no problems scheduling an appointment.
Was keyed correctly and done in less than half the time they quoted, to my surprise and pleasure.
Same story and theme from all the Honda employees. Excellent communication with no surprises. I will return.

I went in to Honda of Stevens Creek because of a recall. The experience was very positive, mostly because they identified that I had a brake light out and replaced it just for the cost of the part.

The entire experience took two hours, which seemed pretty quick.

Overall, the experience was very positive.

I have another Honda dealer 2 miles from home, but I will take the longer trip to Stevens Creek location because their service is top notch. It's pricier than local autoshops, but I think it's worth the quality and assurance, knowing my Honda car is in hands of a Honda dealer which hasn't let me down ever since I got my car.

Steven Munoz was amazing, incredible customer service, gave me advice on what maintenance took priority and what could wait, and was polite with a nice disposition.

Honda service advisor called the next morning and we went through everything and then called back to clarify a couple things regarding whether or not we wanted some work done. He was great.
It's nice to have a dedicated service person you can talk to while the car's there.

Car was ready on time; pickup was straightforward and easy.

You can see that most of these reviews are for service and not really for sales team. I came here on Sunday afternoon to buy a car and though the appt was given between 1- 1:30 PM, no one showed up until 1:45PM and that is when I told them that I am leaving. Everything was discussed and we got a quote after that, I came back next day to buy the car. However, sales person was not even there and the person who he assigned to tried to sneak in an option which was not required as a security system which was of 1000$. When asked how come alarm system is not part of standard package , he said that it was not any of Honda's and may be there on other car brands. I specifically explained the situation that it is not the extra security feature and I am talking about once the car is locked, if someone tries to steal it, will there be an alarm on car. He said no. I lost my mind when I heard this as this is a clear case of deception. I walked out and sales person called me to say sorry that it was just a miscommunication and I should go back and they will honor the quote.I came back in 10 minutes and then the guy is gone and after an hour and half , I get a message from the sales guy that he would be back after 15 minutes. You can meet him then.. These guys should really be trained in how to treat customers.

I keep coming back because the service is reliably outstanding. The service advisers are courteous and allow customers to make important decisions about their vehicles without feeling pressured by false claims. This time around I had An Pham as my service adviser, he texted me an estimate of additional servicing that my car will need soon, and gave me the option of taking care of it today, or next time. No pressure, just information for me to make decisions with. When the car was done, another text letting me now to come pick it up when I am ready.

Very polite and organized staff and service. No hassle service. Management is good and they offer free rental car for the time my car was getting fixed though I preferred to get an uber instead, in-order to not wasting time on paperwork for renting a car. I would be happier if they would accept to pay my uber's bill instead, which obviously cost way less than renting a car for the company.

I was interested to buy a used Honda Crosstour and I checked most of the Honda dealers in Bay area. I reached out Ali Fereydoon at Honda of Stevens Creek. He is a kind man with a great personality. He has a complete knowledge about Honda car specs and gave me useful information about cons and pros of different models within my budget. He suggested to purchase a brand new Honda Accord 2016. Despite I had decided to buy a used car from another dealer, I changed my mind and prefered to pay a little bit more and get a brand new car. i am extremely happy with my new car and appreciate all Ali's effort to help me find my desired car. If you no longer have the car I told you I wanted to buy less than 12 hours ago, don't make me waste my time to come down to the dealership just to try to up the price by 1k (for you to get it from another dealership) and then up-sell me on another model - all you had to do was let me know over the phone when I called that the car was not available - I expected better, and I got better at another Honda dealership.

Had a great experience buying my first car with Jose. He is professional, kind and patient during the whole process. He sent us a reasonable quote for the car I was interested. He took me to the test driving and took care of all the paperwork which creates a very smooth purchase experience. In the end, Jose also showed up many tips on configuring the car. It turned out to be very useful.

I would recommend Jose as adviser for buying a Honda car.

Went for a routine check and maintenance, still good service and reasonable price.

Very friendly service and took care of my new CRV 2016. I bought it from them two months ago and got a free service on my flat tire (yes so unlucky to get it screwed by a nail on the road just within two months).

This dealership is horrible!

I bought my car in this dealership and did one service their (2 times).

1) I reported the wind noise (from both side doors) and made appointment for it (the guy picked up my phone first time asked me to just drop in without appointments)

2) After 2 appointments, they couldnt fix the wind noise problem, but made it even worse.

3) For both appointments, the technicians left dirty messy finger prints on my both sides door interior leather, without cleaning them.

4) I cleaned by myself after the 1st appointment.

5) I asked the guy (driving customers' car in the service area) to help me to clean the stains. He just used his hands to wipe the stains, then asked me "clean now?" Then he left. The stains actually got worse and into bigger, messier.

6) Then I have to walk into the service office to ask some "manager" to help me to clean it.

7) You might think stains are not big problems, but I am saying about the service. I believe all of you consider your cars as at least part of your properties or kids. But they dont. They treat your cars like trash.

8) You wont be considered/treated as a customer at all in this dealership.

9) You'd better to find another dealership, you dont want to be treat in a rude way.

They worked me right in to get an oil change and charge less for oil changes than other dealerships and oil change shops. I like how they said it might take up to 3 hours because I was a walk-in, but I was in and out of there in 1 1/2 hours. Everyone was very nice. I'll be getting my oil changed there every time from now on.

Sales person Phillip Nguyen was excellent and other employees who I dealt with were excellent as well.
I paid cash 11K for 2007 Honda Odyssey; and the dealership did not even provide a second pair of key, did not have mat on the floor - which is standard now-a-days, did not provide donut-tire, etc.
Although I know that I have looked at the van before I bought, but I received the key after the deal was done and signed the paper. As it is also highly unusual that Honda does not provide standard donut-tire for emergency purpose, my assumption dealership kept the standard materials from Honda for some other uses!
Hence, I cannot provide a high rating to this dealership.

Our experience here started off a bit rocky, but ended on a good note. We made an appointment over the phone to check out a car. When we arrived, on time, the receptionist could not find a record of our reservation. So we spent about 15+ mins waiting for a rep to attend to us because everyone seemed quite busy. But when we finally did get to see the car, the rep was very attentive.

I don't think this was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership, but it was ok. By the way, they have free Peet's coffee from a machine in the waiting area.

Really a great experience at Honda of Stevens Creek, which you know doesn't happen without great people. I really appreciated the attention given by my sales person Phil, who made sure everything was just right with the Ridgeline we purchased. The sales manager Chadd was equally customer focused and took the time to jump in and find a way to the best price of the all the nearby competition. At one point, the GM (Joe) stepped in with a very thoughtful note after my original test drive of a Honda Passport, and that got me back into the dealership to buy the truck we wanted all along. I'll be back. Very very pleased.

REAT SERVICE!!!! I have dealt with several Honda dealers in the bay area as I shop around and negotiate with the price that I want for a Honda Odyssey. They have matched the lowest price from other dealers. The fees are pretty straight forward and NO HIDDEN fees like others. The service they gave me from Rachael Roberson, the sales man, finance personnel, and shout out to Qadeer Nabi. Such a wonderful experience we have. He was very helpful. as we waited for our minivan while it was being washed, he went to see us and update us long long will it takes. he offered us drinks. all in all AWESOME!

The Good: Staff was polite and reasonably efficient, job got done.
The Not-So-Good (in context of what I get from local Mazda dealership a few blocks away):
[1] Shuttle services only brings customer home and does not pick up when car ready.
[2] No complimentary car wash, which is a nice courtesy given that my having to bring car in for a Recall service is "your fault not mine" yet I suffer the time-and-schedule inconvenience for having to deal with it.

I had a problem with my newly purchased Civic Hatchback A/C, and brought in busy Saturday to inspect. Rick, Service Manager, greeted us with a smile and listened to my issue. Juan(Oscar), Service Advisor, helped me to fix the issue: inspection, ordering parts, make a work schedule and fix the issue.

Took a while the parts delivered, however, all worked just fine in a timely manner. Juan kindly explained about every step of the work, Glen, another Service Advisor, checked the status while Juan was on other sites.

I hope these gentlemen will help me in a long time of my Honda ownership. I highly recommend Honda of Stevens Creek service to anyone. Thank you all!

Honda of Stevens Creek in general, and their service staff member Dave in particular, took excellent care of me and my car. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change but it was brought to my attention that there was a safety recall that needed to be addressed. Dave had me a free rental car from Enterprise within minutes and a promise that my car would be ready in less than 24-hours; it was ready in less than 7! Great place and I would definitely go back when I need other maintenance done on my car.
