Pretty convenient for dealer service. I got a 7am slot for routine maintenance and it took about 90 minutes. They offered free donuts and coffee while you wait. Good comfortable chairs and news on the TV to pass time.

I came here to purchase my first new car and I have to say I had the best experience here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was able to get a great deal from them. This review is based on three service visits - each for oil changes. Don't trust the appointment system. Although they will schedule late appointments, it is really no different than just walking in. Each of my appointments took 2.5-3 hours. On the plus side, I didn't receive any up-charge offers, which I've come to expect from dealerships. Overall, my only disappointment is with the length of the wait.
Ali Fereydoon was the sales person who helped me through whole car purchase process. He explained me each and every feature of the car very well and cleared all my doubts. He was very efficient with his work.
First time car buyer. Approximately 4 weeks after having purchased my 2016 accord sport, I decided it was time for a car wash. I washed the car myself at home when I noticed a 3inch long scratch on lower part of windshield. Furious I texted my sales representative, Jose Mosco, of my discovery. He never hinted any urgency to bring in the car to get looked at, he only mentioned to drop in when I had a chance. With that being said I didn't worry about rushing in to Honda of stevens creek to show the scratch to anyone. As busy of a work week I have, working 45+hrs a week, it was very difficult to drop in during operation hours. Finally after showing up for an oil change I mentioned to the service tech about the scratch on the windshield. Upon picking up the car after it being serviced, a Honda representative told me bc I didn't come in the week I purchased the car to say something about the scratch I had to pay 300$ to get it fixed. I explained how I hadn't noticed the scratch until approximately 4 weeks after purchasing the car, and how difficult it was to drop in considering my work schedule. They went on to say I waited too long and there was nothing they could do. And how I signed off on a paper saying the car was ok. This is very frustrating to me and very disappointing. As a first time car buy, how am I supposed to know to check for scratches? Or any other defects? Shouldnt a" new" car be flawless? And how am I supposed to notice a scratch with the width compared to a paper cut, when I left approximately at 10pm? As small as this may sound to some , I work way too hard to be able to afford a new car. If I'm paying for something new, there shouldn't be any flaws. The way the Honda representatives at stevens creek handled my situation was very poorly handled. If you can imagine my disappointment, in tears, I went back and forth with various representatives. All of which were not understanding what so ever. I eventually left after being made feeling like I was lieing to them. No one believed me, and the sales representative did nothing to support the fact that I mentioned to him when I first saw the scratch. My over all experience with Honda was terrible and I will be telling everyone and anyone that will listen to me about my experience. And how Honda made me feel like a scammer! And a liar! As a manager in sales myself, you never make the customer feel like a liar or like they're trying to do something wrong. Moral of the story, don't expect to be treated with respect at Honda of stevens creek, don't expect to leave with a flawless brand new car, and don't sign any papers without triple checking that the car truly is in brand new condition!!!
I went for my usual oil change and B1 service. The service person was a lady (cool!) and very nice. In fact, they found a leak in the coolant and she told me just to buy and fill it up until I am ready to get it repaired. Love the place.
The service here is phenomenal. Professional, quality, fast, friendly, efficient. Glenn was my service advisor and he was excellent. CD was another service advisor who also helped me. The team here is obviously well coached, managed, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I drive a Honda CR-V , my local service center doesn t deal with the problem I had in my car so they told me to get it repaired from the dealers. So much work was needed rear brakes, air coolant, oil change . So Thomas was my sales agent. He started my process from the start till the end. Whole team worked really well for me. The bill was much less than I expected, and they were very considerate through out. I didnt called them once to take the update about my car Thomas kept me updated about my car. When I drove it this morning, I actually felt as good as when I first bought the car. It drove great, and I had zero worries on the drive so I am just thrilled. Not only is my car payment gone now, but my car is in great shape to last me for years to come!
As opposed to other dealers/dealerships, the staff at this one was honest, straight-forward and really polite. I enjoyed working with Mike throughout the car buying process and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda!

The AC on my Honda Odyssey 2003 had stopped working. I had Honda of Stevens Creek diagnose and "fix" it. Close to $850 ($700 repair + $150 diagnosis) (not to mention holding on to my van for 5 days to fix the problem) and a month after I got my van back, my AC has stopped working again. The dealer claims that yet another hose has sprung a leak just within the 3-4 weeks that I got back the van and I need to spend another $500+ on it. I have been going to these guys for 17 years paying "dealer premiums" on my van maintenance - this experience just ended it.
Worst oil change experience. Walked in with appointment at 11:15am and left at 2:45pm. That s 3.5 hours of waiting with an appointment. DMV could do better!
Not to mention the guy who greeted me wanted to trick me into paying for complimentary services. I made an appointment for just an oil change. He initially calculated my service fee to include the alignment check and a couple of other services which came out close to $90 versus $60. Yes I am a woman and my husband usually takes care of our car but it doesn t mean I am dumb.
My wife and I narrowed down our online car search to a Honda CR-V. We test drove a CR-V and decided this was the car for us. So when we went in to Honda, we knew we were going to buy and it would be a painless process with their no-haggle pricing. Jim was the person who helped us a lot. He was very helpful and not pushy. He showed us around the lot and we picked the color we wanted, and from then on it was just paperwork and we were good to go in very less time. Would definitely rate them 5 out of 5.

I had an awesome experience with Honda of Stevens Creek at San Jose, when I went to buy a new Honda Accord Ex 2018 model. I worked with Sales guy named Ray Saadieh and he was very friendly, knowledgable in providing all the details that we requested and had gotten a great deal.
Everything you expect from Honda. Just 2 issues, servicing can take a while, and their computer tech is not there all the, so make sure to ask for tech availability if you have a dashboard/bluetooth issue.
The sales person was nice and helpful this time. But the amount of time it took for my car to be serviced was too long. Time wise I give them a 4 out of 5. Sales person gets a 5 out of 5.

Got price quote through email. Went over the weekend and test drove 1.5t and 2.0t Accord models. Jorden Wyrick was super helpful : got our preferred color through dealer trade, and came on his off day to complete our purchase. Really appreciate it. Thanks for recommending the navi option. Now that we drove it, we found it very well integrated.
We brought our civic Si in for the takata airbag recall and to fix the air conditioning. They started out with great service over the phone but gradually the rating has dropped to where it stands. Hassle, haggle, and being duped is what to expect from the service department. We got the car back the same day after they suggested many other repairs which we did not ask for and half of which had fixed anyways. I can replace a battery that is working fine when the time comes, not when some manager thinks they can pull the wool over my wife s eyes. The a/c still wasn t fixed so I brought the car directly back in and after being charged 2 hours and parts for original repair and diagnoses, was prescribed a different repair and $600+. I asked that they just get our car back to us the next day. No calls or updates until it was ready at 5:20 and they close at 6:00p. So, after $1200+ and four days without our car, just for originally bringing it in to fix the manufacturer defect, we will get it back today. Hopefully, the A/C works so I don t have to deal with these crooks again. I hope this horror story alerts you to the type of people here. They should have spent more time diagnosing the problem in the first place instead of looking for other ways to scam us. However, that is how the dealerships make money.
Great salesperson with Mark Wright. Informative, not pushy, down to earth. My kind a guy to deal with. Plan a lot of time if you buy. Huge and busy place. Financing gets very busy, bogged down if person ahead of you doesn't know what they want to do.
Ohh. The people here are definitely cooperative and want to have your experience of buying your first car as awesome as possible. I especially got a call for reduced interest rate two days after I brought my car.
I have worked with several local dealers and my dealer was a very reasonable person who was willing to work out with me to get a best price that I was pleased with. He also took the time to answer my questions appropriately.
Just had my B1 service done. I have to say very satisfied with the customer service. Thanks to Rosalie Tran! She had taken care of the oil change and on top of that, a brake service and seat recall fix. It took 3 hours but everything looks properly done. Again TOP mark. See you next time!

Service is absolutely terrible. Brought my car in a week ago and have been constantly trying to get into contact with a representative without success. No answers to either my emails or voice messages. I have a small time frame when I will be able to get my car in and I am going to miss that window because no one seems to care about responding to any form of communication. This is completely unacceptable. I'm livid at this point that no one at this dealership has the decency to even acknowledge any of my messages. This isn't the first time either. Last time I brought my car in, it took them a month to have a single panel of my car painted. After a couple weeks of waiting, I tried calling and emailing but no answers back then either. Either management doesn't care about providing service or there is simply no management. After three weeks, I finally got into contact with a rep. She told me that they were trying to get my car finished asap. I got a call a few days later saying my car was finished but guess what? IT WAS THE WRONG CAR. Almost laughable about how terrible the service at this dealership is. When I finally got my car back, there was white paint splotches on the spoiler of my black car. I thought they were only painting the roof. Generally, the work performed is pretty good but I guess they weren't careful this time. Good thing Honda makes a car that lasts awhile so you won't have to get it serviced that often.

Dave is a great adviser, so professional and customer oriented. He gets to the point, takes your concern seriously, and provides 5 star customer service. I took my van in for a leak in a tire and during my wait he checked in and kept time in check since I needed to pick up kids from school.The service staff did their repair fast and I got to drive away impressed by the whole experience.

Definitely go to this Honda dealership (and contact Asad Hanif)! I did some comparison shopping and this place offers the lowest prices. You'll pay $5k more at others like Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale (I am speaking from first hand experience). Aside from having the best prices, my experience leasing a beautiful 2018 Honda Accord was very enjoyable at Honda of Steven's Creek. Asad and his colleagues were the reason for this enjoyable experience! They were very patient with me and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!!!) with clarity and honesty. Faycal Belhocine in finance really helped me to understand the numbers, which I so appreciate. Do not hesitate to contact Asad (such a nice person) at this dealership and forget the other Honda dealerships. This is a stand-up place with proud employees.

I brought my Prelude in for a power steering leak. Without actually looking at the leak, it was diagnosed as an issue with the power steering rack. When I dropped off the car to have the rack replaced I said 'if the leak is not from the rack I don't want the work done'. $1200 later and I learn of a leak from a high-pressure hose. Was it ever leaking from the rack in the first place? We will never know...
The service here are really overpriced and slow. Last time when I drop-off my Honda Accord 2004 here for replacement of the sparkplug, when removing the sparkplug harness connector, they broke the connector latch and quote me $1500 to replace the entire harness. I ended up refusing it and take the car back with duct tape holding the connector in place for now. Anyway who knows car would know that it's stupid to spend $1500 to fix a connector with a broken latch on a 2004 Accord. Not only that, the duct-tape job cost more than 3 hours to get done apparently, because my agent told me I have to wait until the next day to get it. But the next day, my agent took a day-off without telling me, and if I didn't call in, I would not have the car done until the day after. Very careless and terrible customer service.
Juan was great! I told him what I was at the service for and he promptly wrote up the order. Done! I had questions about the service and he answered every question. I left the service as an informed customer!

Honda of Steven Creek Service is so awesome they are full of great attitude guys! They all have really nice customer service. My go to guy is Jonny but I had Dan this time and he was so nice too!! Especially with all the shenanigans i have going on, he really was patient made sure got everything I needed with maintenance with my car. Took care of things I didn t think to mention like air filter since the air quality. Also bonus my gas was topped off and they full sanitizer too. Everything efficient, timely and I really felt taken care of. Thank you

The sales people are simply arrogant, as they simply know that people would buy a Honda as compared to other cars. They would use the same old car salesman tricks that have repelled buyers away for generations.
They're a bit short staffed there, at least when I went, but the salesperson that helped me (Krista) was really awesome! She was really honest and really worked with her manager and team to get the price down to what I wanted. I highly recommend it!

I had gone there to buy my first car(honda civic ex 2017 model). I wanted a specific color(burgundy night pearl). They were the only one in the entire san francisco bay area who had it. My roommate told me that the process to buy the car will take a very long time but Nick and his team made it happen very quickly and smoothly. The staff at Honda of Stevens Creek very very helpful and friendly. I had a good experience buying my car from them.
Went early at 7AM in the morning for an appointment since it's typically less busy at the services department around that time. Got in to do an early oil change, and the associate/mechanics helped fixed that in less than an hour. Really appreciate the customer service they provided and the people there were friendly. Hope the quality of customer service remains the same or improved the next time I come again for another maintenance inquiry.

I went to buy an oddessy and the manger give me a traight foward price. and then the finance guy went out the number with me and he break down the number saying this is msrp, this is tax, this is anti theift. So i assumed everying will be sum to the total $ amount the manger gave me. It later turned out the anti theift is 1000$ extra. and It can not be taken off. He finance guy also never told me the total number would be 1000 higher than the number manager gave me. Since I finaced the car, he only went over the monthly payment number with me. They really should tell the customer that we have the option to not install the anti theift. I feel like has was cheated. And later I talk to the manger and she said that was the way they do it always. That's just wrong. So if you buy a car there, make sure you are aware of the 1000 anti theift

We were looking for a White 2020 Honda Pilot. Spoke with Daniel the sales manager to confirm availability and price over text messages. They matched the price from other dealers in the surrounding SF bay area (other dealers did not either have a good price or the trim/color we wanted). We stopped by 5/20/2020 to purchase the Pilot without hassle. Daniel and Sam were so professional during the entire time when we were there. Over all, it was a good experience. I would recommend Stevens Creek Honda to friends and family.

I bought a 2017 CRV Ex-L, its a great car don't get me wrong but the only thing I am very disappointed is the MPG. Its not the same or near from what the advertisement is posted. Im getting average 21.5 miles per gallon but Honda claims 29 or 30 on average. Everything else, I am pleased with the car. And everytime I think about mpg, it pisses me off. So 3 stars should be well enough for them.

This is my first time buying a new car at a dealership, he made the experience so pleasant that I could not believe all the car shopping horror stories other people have discussed with me are so not true.

I towed my car on a Tuesday morning because it didn't start. The service adviser told me they are busy it should go through diagnose procedure which can cost me $160. Also, he said it may take up to 3-4 hours, so it is better if they give me a ride back tow work and he will call me when it is done. I waited there for half an hour for the shuttle, but I figure out that there is no prick up service. Thus, I had to come back.The service adviser told me that he didn't start because he thought I went home! They only check the battery as the first thing which come to any body's mind and replaced it. The whole procedure took about 4 hours! The only reason that i went there is because I thought I could use my warranty but I couldn't. In general, this center is very over-prices and crowded and I won't go there anymore.
