Best customer service, I am a regular here for my car service and I also bought my car here. Stevens in the service department is very helpful, keeps me posted and delivers as promised. Highly recommended.

My sales person, Phil Ha, is the best. He made sure I knew all about my new car and even went over everything again before I left. The show room was very busy with customers and Phil reassured me I would be helped soon.(and I was). The financial part of it was very professional and quick also. They can be sure I will be back when my lease is up, for another great deal.

Good place to get your car serviced! Sometimes the wait can be frustrating (several hours). They do have shuttle service to drop you off on a 10 mile radius if you want to leave the car there and have you dropped off somewhere.

My latest service work was awkward. I had a 100 month battery warrenty with 30 months to go when the battery died. The service person appeared to be confused. (Almost all of the people in the service area appear to be new, including the service manager sinced the last time I visited.) My question about what the warrenty was on this new battery, I received a confusing answer. I think I have a 30 months warrenty on the new new battery, I think! Very confusing service unlike all of my previous service from Stevens Creek Honda where I purchased my Honda.

He didn't rush into things and never tried to force us to buy. His experience helped me a lot in determining what best suits my needs. The interaction with the service provider is great - professional and friendly. this time i went in to have my roof painted because of a known flaw with my year/make of vehicle that Honda informed me about. When dropping off my vehicle i was told that it could be up to 2 weeks before i had my car back but hopefully no more than 7 days. This was a shock as no one had told me that prior to the appointment. But they had my car ready at the end of day 3.

I had a great experience purchasing my 2019 Honda CR-V. My salesperson was Ramon. He was very attentive and answered all of mine and boyfriend's questions thoroughly. He was never pushy and he did everything he could for me to get the best deal. Highly recommend him if you're looking to purchase your new car!

I would have given 5 stars until my last visit here. Don't know if it was a mistake or not, they asked me to change tyre for my 2014 Honda Accord. Its at 27000 miles, driven safely on good roads so far and they said the treads are at 4 32 and 3 32 for front and rear respectively. I checked them myself and at 2 other places and they mentioned there is nothing wrong with the tyre. The treads were at 7 32 for all of them. I would have given 1 star but 3 stars are for all my previous experiences. I also don't like the fact that they don't provide a car wash here.

UPDATE: Changing from 3 to 5 stars.
They followed back with me and it was a mistake from their side. They accidentally gave me someone else's tread readings. They apologized and I think its understandable, mistakes do happen. Not only that, they offered me a free oil change for my next service. Good thing was that they quickly called the other person and informed him about his tires for his safety. Thanks Rick and David. I wish, you gave me a free nice car wash also. ;)

Recently I needed to have the front end aligned on my Honda Accord. Although they were very busy that Saturday morning, they had me in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

I've had a wonderful experience purchasing a 2016 Honda Accord at Honda of Stevens Creek. First, the internet price quote I got was about $500 cheaper than other dealers. Then when I came in, the sales rep Faycal was polite, patient, and overall professional. Eventually, I got the car I wanted at a great price.

Very poor customer service. I contacted the service department 3 times and got no response. The first time i sent a text with pictures - second time I called and was sent to voice mail where I left a message and the third time I talked to a customer service person who told me she would call me back but I never received a call. Finally I made an appointment and took my truck in. I was called in the afternoon and told they were not going to do anything. I understand why. So I picked up my truck.

The overall experience is good - the only issue is I left my minivan for service 7:30AM, I kept calling, either the line is busy or they said they'll update me thru text. they did not update me with status until 4:30PM - Finally, the service was done 5:30PM. I think they could improve the status update process - something online or text so I do not need to call.

Faycel was polite when I called. Because of our current situation (Corona virus) he did let me know that there may be a wait as staff are limited and social distancing requirements. Upon arrival, we met with Faycel. He recalled our phone conversation and the process went extremely smooth. Got the vehicle and finances that we wanted. He was accommodating, but not gratuitously generous. I would totally recommend this dealership and its staff. Top notch!

I visited for my regular car service. Cuong Dang welcomed me warmly. He explained all the work that will be done as a part of the service, gave me the estimated time it will take to complete it and directed me to the guest lounge informing me about the tea/coffee. When it was done, he took me through the paperwork and I had my car back in no time. Overall, it was a smooth, great experience!

I appreciated that I was able to call the service department in the morning and make an appointment for a B code service later that same day.
I also liked the initial overall inspection the service advisor, Raymond Meza, gave the vehicle when I arrived, including measuring the depth of the tire treads and recommending I rotate the tires to move the back tires to the front.
I received a call as promised when the service was complete.
Everyone I spoke with in the service department was helpful and courteous.
I highly recommend Honda of Stevens Creek.

Great service! Eber greeted me with a great attitude & great smile! Being this was my first visit after purchasing my Pilot he explained what service was going to be performed which would be a 1 1/2-2 hour wait, especially since I didn't have an appointment. I had no problem waiting since the waiting area was clean, comfortable with free coffee & popcorn (a plus). My waited ended up being 50 minutes and I was out of there! Great service!

I just bought my 2018 Honda PEV Clarity from Honda of Stevens Creek,

I visited the dealership several times to test drive, and gather information on the car. The Sales Consultant I interacted with, Abdel Terfar, was terrific. There was no high pressure, he took the time to answer all my questions, and made the whole experience quite enjoyable.

Without hesitation, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.

The repair was done satisfactorily. I had to wait much longer than the service manager (Summer) told me (brought my car in at around 9:30am and wasn't ready until almost 6pm). The service manager made up for this delay by giving me a 10% discount. Thus, all is well and I recommend Honda of Stevens Creek and Summer.

Bought my new 2014 Civic EX here, and had a great experience. Got a great price on the car, but they didn't have the combination of interior/paint that I wanted. So, they went out of their way to get it for me the very same day!

I also dealt with Walnut Creek and Dublin Honda. Walnut Creek was within $100 of the price I was asking, but wouldn't budge. Someone from Dublin Honda rudely told me to go to San Francisco so I could get a Civic "from over the border" for the price I was asking. SC Honda bested them in both price and customer service.

First oil change is free, so I will update my review to reflect the service department when I can!

I booked my appointment for 10:30am and arrived at 10:00am to be greeted by a pleasant gentleman. The queue for service for bad that day. Not the dealers fault, just the folks who walk in with out a prior appointment.
Wanted my basic service + a honda recall issue. Since there was a tremendous backlog of works that day, recall issue could not be taken care of. Service itself was good otherwise and timely updates from Ryan H who attended to me.
Though I have another honda dealership close to my home, I always drive more than 25 miles to Stevens Creek Honda because of their service.

I visited here for repair of A/C. I did not buy my car CIVIC here but it was very good customer service. My broken A/C had been repaired free! And more they inspected other parts of the car by no extra charge. Amazing!

I was really excited to find the used car I was looking for on the lot. We met with Daniel who was very helpful and quick to respond. However, the dealership really fell short in two areas. When we finally decided to buy the car we sat around waiting for the sales manager for close to two hours only to be told it would be another hour or so. We arranged to come back the next day and we still had to wait close to 45 minutes. When we finally finished up the paperwork and were handed the KEY to the car, we were told that they only found one of the keys. They assured us that it would not be an issue and they would look for it and if one was not found they could arrange to have one made. I'm on week 3 now and still no key and I've been told that I need to actually purchase the key. I definitely feel like they tried to pull a fast one by not mentioning the key issue until we were practically out the door. I have asked our contact to escalate it up to his manager, but I have yet to hear back (day 3). I'm really disappointed to end on this sour note. I could understand being made to wait since they are busy and popular. I could even tolerate needing to come back because I could not wait around another hour to sign the papers. But I can't understand how they would think it's ok to not give me a second key. Who even thinks to ask about that when they are test driving a car. It's like needing to ask if the car comes with wheels.

Nabi did a great job even when his colleagues were rude to him and judging every mistake he made. He did the best he can with the direction he s been given. Would come back to this location for Nabi. The finance guy was cool too. I believe his name was Tim. He did the process quick and move as quick even with the short time frame we gave him.

I was car shopping for my first car and I visited several dealerships including Honda. Finally Honda of Stevens Creek gave me the best price of them all and a great experience purchasing my new car. Ali was excellent in helping me out with the test drive, explanation of the car, its features and differences between each trims and helping me to finally choose the 2018 Accord Sport which I love driving. It's been a pleasure making the purchase and I would and did recommend Honda of Stevens Creek and Ali to my friends or anyone looking to buy a new or used car.

The only issue I encountered was that the technician had suggested to do some services related to 30 K mileage that were already performed in the previous service appointment.If I did not question the assessment provided by the technician, I would ve ended up paying $500 for services that I did not need.

I've been taking my car to Honda of Stevens Creek for almost 20 years. In all of that time, I have never had to return after an appointment to ask them to fix something that they didn't get right the first time. These people are pros. They are great at customer service. They can fix anything, and they work fast. In my last appointment, the young woman who helped me was Chanel Arreola. She was typical of the service advisors I've had in the past -- prompt, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions. There's actually another Honda dealer near my house, and they're quite good, but I'll keep taking my car to Honda of Stevens Creek.

I have had my Honda serviced in the past and they have done a good job. People are friendly and they have the whole process streamlined since you just drive up and someone comes out to put a number on your car and usually a service rep comes out shortly after to talk about what you need to have done for your service. They are good about servicing in a timely manner and communicating to you when your car is ready for pickup.

During my latest experience however, I waited 25 minutes for a service rep to come help me when I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time. When one finally did come, I said I had come in for an oil change and he looked to see what service light had popped up. He told me what needed to be done on my year-old
Odyssey and gave me 3 price options which were all so much more than I was expecting. I picked the cheapest and went away but called my dad who has been a Honda dealer for years to ask if that is a normal price. Upon checking, he said some of the services (coolant change) that they said needed to be done were absolutely not necessary for the amount of mileage on my car so I approached the service rep about it to say I didn't want new coolant.

The service rep said he noticed that it seemed strange on a such a new vehicle to change to coolant and he would take it off the list of services to be done. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and hoping it was just an honest mistake and not his effort to make more money.

We got the situation figured out but I felt like between the long wait and that I had to approach them about unnecessary services I was being charged for, my experience was not the best which is why I'm giving a 3 rating.

I had a great experience at the service center. Samantha the executive assisted me patiently through out the process. There was some issue related to noise coming from hood of the car. I had to take multiple trips to the shop to get the issue diagnosed as it was very difficult to reproduce and identify the problem. Samantha and her team ( jose ) were excellent in their efforts and service to identify and fix the problem. After multiple visits the issue is finally resolved and stevens creek Honda again lived up-to their reputation of thriving on customer service.

My regular guy no longer works at the service, but I was quickly given Long. He has a lot of heart and it shows that he cares about his customer and the loyalty of Honda owners. He took care of my car and myself. Made sure I was helped and guided me along the service. Made sure I got the free ride while I waited for my car. He called me to make sure I was aware that my car was done.

The break area has also changed dramatically. It looks a lot better. Just the small things like this show me that Steven's Creek Honda is my favorite location.

So the last time I came here, Bobby was my go to guy, but he no longer works here. I had Long Tong instead. Amazing guy. He was quick at getting my car checked in. He made sure I got onto the transport list and I felt comfortable with handing my car keys to him. When I got my car back, the car felt very smooth. As if I just got the car. He made me aware of everything that was checked and how well my car is doing overall.

The person that drove me home was Brian. What a fun guy to be around. He took the time to talk to each and every one of us. He dropped all the passengers including myself very quick and safe might I ask. He was also the same guy that got me my car when I came back to pick my car. He is like everywhere.

I went Saturday to Honda of Stevens Creek for a service appointment. Steven was my service representative. He is very friendly and very informative. Took his time to listen to my concerns and explain my options. WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wouldn't go anywhere else to service my car. Thanks Honda of Stevens Creek!

Avoid like the plague. I've been waiting 3 months for a 2006-2008 Honda Pilot EX-L 4wd black/beige w less than 100k to come on sale. I finally saw they had one on autotrader and immediatly called them. They told me they'd just got it in. They told me they'd hang onto it for me until it came out of inspection since they couldn't sell until then. I call back the next day and they told me they told sold it to someone else. Worst dealership ever. What makes it even worse is the sale gm thought they did nothing wrong even though I had emails saying they'd hold it. I contacted execs at Honda America and Sonic Automotive so hopefully something is done so this doesn't occur to someone else.
