Three stars because of good service during regular...

Three stars because of good service during regular vehicle check ups but terrible service when trying to get a loaner vehicle because of the airbag recalls.

The regular maintenance is great and I have no complaints there.

But, when you try to exercise your right to get a loaner vehicle because your car is getting recalled due to the potentially fatal airbag malfunctions, they make you jump through hoops. I called on Monday to try to get this rental car, but didn't hear back from the service manager. I called again on Wednesday, the front desk sent the service manager an urgent email in order to get him to call me back, but still no reply. Then I called on Friday and finally got a hold of the manager, and it turns out all he had to do was to send me two codes to use at the car rental place. It took him an entire week to do that! And there was no "thank you" or "have a good day" or even an apology for taking so long to get back to me. When the car rental asked the service manager to make a reservation for me through the "arms" database, he didn't know what that is. Since every Sterling McCall dealership in the Houston area uses that database, the manager is either incompetent or flat out lying. Terrible experience
