Always treated fairly. Great informational advice on future needs and expected maintenance time frames. One of the main reasons I come here is because other service departments try to upsell on unnecessary items just to increase profit. I get it. Gotta make a buck. I used to work for a company who designed the software that makes it easy for service writers to upsell. It s a real money maker if you use it on unsuspecting customers. What those profits don t show you is how many informed customers you upset and chase away just because you are looking for an extra $30-$50 per repair order so the dealer can buy a new boat come December. I went to several houston area Honda dealers (no need to name names) and found out the hard way that profits are king and they don t mind digging in customers pockets. At sterling McCall Acura, it was a breath of fresh air. Good honest service departments are rare and easy to spot when you find one. And the business center cubicles also helped me get my work done while I waited so that I didn t have any downtime. I actually stayed about 15 minutes after my car was done to finish up. If that doesn t tell you it was a comfortable environment, I don t know what else I can say to convince you.
