Very beautiful lodge. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay while I was here.

We stay here a couple of times a year and we absolutely love it. Beautiful hotel with 5 service. Look at this view from our private deck!

Nice Place. Some of the rooms are a little dated but still enjoyable. Only major gripe is the room door allows a lot of sound in.

Had a wine tasting at the Glitretind Restaurant in the lodge. Upscale and pricey, to be sure, but worth it. Ambiance and service is excellent, as one would expect. Definitely go for a special evening.

Valet parking only was nice not finding parking but expect a short wait to get your car. the attention to detail in the rooms was great, had a keurig in room, a tiny fridge, a small sink microwave, a large jetted tub, with a free soak, great for relaxing. free WiFi allover the resort, a tv in the room, room service is extra attentive in most instances, refilled the coffee and hot cocoa when we went to main street. couldn't find an ice maker but they brought us ice. in room food is delicious but was close to 100 for one small meal. Nonstop shuttles that come pick you up from wherever you are. Less than ten min away from all the shops on main street and loads of hiking biking trails. Fantastic view from the room plus a nice little balcony to enjoy watching the sunset.

I stay here every year for a company event that we host at the Lodge. The food is amazing and service is always great. The hotel staff work very hard to make sure you have a luxurious experience while you re here.

We went up to hear one of their concerts. The place is very nice. When we drove up and the valets were cheerful friendly and helpful. Inside, everyone we dealt with was very nice and accommodating. The food was delicious and the band was very entertaining.

One of the best places to dine in Utah and without a doubt the best Sunday brunch anywhere in Utah! The food is all top notch and the service excellent. They receive a 5 star rating from me and I will return again and again!

Great place for 4th of July Bar-B-Que! Great food, atmosphere, staff is exceptional! Cant think of a better place to have dinner on the 4th of July!!

This is one of the classiest resorts in Park City. The view from the deck off of the bar is amazing!

Really amazing experience. The hotel is well located, had incredibly friendly and helpful staff who cater to pet much your every need. The rooms are very comfortable and the house keeping service is just about the best you could experience. The ski valet service is icing on the cake with super helpful staff and a great facility.

The downside is the layout of the hotel is a little confusing with the rooms spread out across several outdoor areas and levels which result in you having to spend a little time finding your way around all while being out side and exposed to the elements.

Also, the lower quality rooms really are that, with no views, little natural light and small sizes. So make sure you upgrade or ask for a nicer room.

All in all between this and the Montage, stay here for the better service and location. Stay there for the better atmosphere.

The worst ski lodge I have ever visited. We tried to order drinks from two different servers that tend to the lounge and outdoor areas. We were brushed off and it took 30 minutes to get our drink and snack order in. At that point we decided not to order lunch because it had taken too much time from skiing to begin with. We finished our drinks before the nuts and pretzels arrived which we had to track down and took another 30 minutes. Since we had waited so long for the snacks and our drinks were finished we ordered a second round. Of course the server forgot and we had to track someone down a third time to ask for our drinks.
This place is not worth the time or money. I m happy to pay a premium for good food and service but this place is a hot mess. Everyone sitting on the deck was annoyed at the lack of customer service and the dirty empty plates of food piling up left by previous customers. I will NEVER return here.

Their employees are very efficient, helpful and friendly.

We go here for the Sunday Brunch. It can't be beat! It's a buffet style but better than the Roof or anything in Vegas. 5 star service and friendly staff. Fantastic environment and great views from the outside patio area. Make reservations early as they do get fully booked.

I went for an event work - everything was very good

The room was absolutely incredible. I have never stayed anywhere so luxurious, and I would absolutely recommend it to others. The staff was also wonderful, and went out of their way to accommodate in any way they could. Overall incredible service and place.

This is not the place to go if you just want to get a beer... It's very pretentious.

I wish I could give 5-stars. but the maintenance in the rooms was not on par with a resort. Things are spread out and private, with plenty of space for the guests. Dining selections and experience is great. Workout space/equipment on site lends more to yoga and studio type workouts.

Great place, with a great view. Went up there to do sound for a band, and all of the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Simply the best! I ve been going here to celebrate my birthday, wedding anniversary, or for not reason at all because it s always an amazing experience.

Outstanding service (thanks Trey!), beautiful tasty food, great BLT Bloody Marys, all with a view of the mountaintop! Relaxed for a bit after lunch by the cozy fireplace, and stopped in the gift shops on our way out, where we found a beautiful pottery vase for a gift.

This place is magnificent... I love every part of this place. The food is great, and they have entertainment all the time. Good place to go and have a stay.

Booked a room and 12 hours later I received news that my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Asked if I could cancel the reservation for a refund or even a credit for a future date since I need to go visit my dad. "Nope, it's against our policy." Enjoy your money.

Stein Erikson always exceeds expectations. From entering the lodge, surice is exceptional and rooms are pristine. Would always recommend when visiting Utah. The views during the night and day are amazing. Stars are unreal at night

Came for the lunch buffet. $40 for all you can eat gourmet food. Portions are a bit too large, but the quality is outstanding.

Very nice place to stay. $$$ unless you work for travel agency! Highly recommended

This place is excellent... I brought a young lady here to go ballooning and then be pampered to show her what I think of her... They hotel is beautiful and staff very on the ball... They acquiesced to all my requests.... Watch out tho.... The tips add up.. Best to do some things yourself... When I can afford it, I'll definitely be coming here again...

Stayed here for a work conference and had an absolutely amazing experience. Amazing property and rooms rivaled only by the customer service! I will definitely try to come back for a personal vacation at some point.

My wife and I recently stayed 5 nights at the Stein Erikson. It was absolutely incredible. Katrin at the front desk was extremely accommodating and truly made the experience world class. The room service was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. The shuttle service to main street was awesome. The shuttle fleet included luxurious Lincoln navigators. Kerry was the chauffeur a couple nights for us and was super professional and kind. Our stay was great and highly recommend.

Secreted away at the top of a smaller lift at the resort, this one is very, very upscale and most of the resort workers won't tell you about it because they don't really want people going in there unless they're actually staying in the lodge. However, the staff inside is very understanding and patient. They know that sometimes, when you need to rest because you've been skiing, the guest status doesn't matter as much as safety.

Attending a work event and all the staff of the Stein are very helpful and accommodating. The food is always excellent and the bacon is to die for.

Bought my wife a gift card to the spa for her birthday almost 2 years ago for $149 (the price of what a massage was back then). She used the card once, getting a 30 minute massage which they supposedly charged accordingly.

Now, we decide to spend a weekend in park city and she would like to get a massage. Before booking an appointment she called in and had them look up the balance of the gift card. $55 is what she was told. Upon checking out, the employee was unable to find the account, and the card showed a balance of $6? Not only did the price of their massages go up to $199, but the person who we verified the balance of the card with obviously didn t look it up, or their internal computer system didn t keep track of money longer than 2 years.

Either way, because of the way my wife was treated at the desk and their lack of ability to keep track of my money, I will not be purchasing another massage or room package here again, especially in the form of a gift card.

This place is always amazing. Sitting outside by the fire is the best place to eat. Everything on the menu is seriously delicious and they have the biggest wine selection I've ever seen.

I teach the guests of this lodge how to ski and from what I've seen and what they've told me, its extremely nice.

Only have to say, High class Hotel. Everything is amazing specially the service! Staff is amazing! Lot of nice views and of course Ski and snowboarding is sooo amazing!

My wife and I stayed here. Unfortunately, a maid walked into our room without knocking as we were getting ready to leave. We brushed it off because mistakes happen and we got a laugh out of it. We checked out and went to the valet to get our car back and this is where it gets bad. The Valet could not get our car to unlock. It was in perfect shape when we dropped it off, but they couldn't get it opened. They asked me to come give it a try. I tried, but it wouldn't work. We tried the physical key as well, but the doors wouldn't open. Finally, they called maintenance who unlocked the car with the "slim jim" and the car started and we were off. The valet service failed us hugely! After waiting an entire hour for our car, we were on our way and they wouldn't even give our money back for the valet service! Outrageous service at the Stein Eriksen Lodge.

I loved staying at the Stein Erikson Lodge. The staff was amazing. We were celebrating our honeymoon here. They put roses on our bed. Planned an awesome spa package. Had delicious food. Amazing place.

Have been to Stein many times and each time it s service and amenities go downhill. Bellman and car valet almost put their hands in your pocket to get a tip and the grand suite , Jr suite and regular room all had issues this visit. The list of basic maintenance issues to terrible housekeeping. Also check their guaranteed 4pm checking. Not one, not two, but all accommodations were not ready until after 4:30pm.
Note-if you check out late and go a minute after 2pm you are charged for the day. We, however, were only compensated for only one unit for the late check in.(only after we had written a letter to the manager) At paying over 4,000 a day to this lodge for a place to sleep there was was no feeling of accepting responsibility for the poor treatment of our family. OH we received a case of water.
After investing a couple of million in the amenities I feel it is fluff with no substance. 5 star is a very big stretch to call this establishment. It is nothing more than a holiday inn on the hill. Save your money.

High Class lodge nestled in the beautiful mountainside. I've attended a work conference here two years in a row now. I'm impressed with the staff, the food and the overall quality of the lodge.

Our whole experience what superb! Each individual that we interacted with during our stay was very kind and personable. Our room was clean and beautiful, spa was amazing, the nicer restaurant (starts with a g...?) was incredible, and the other one was quite good too. They have an arcade that was pretty fun as well! I highly recommend them and hope I get to visit again and again! Worth every penny!

The transportation staff is awesome they are always there to help with all your needs

The Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley made my visit to Utah a great experience. Fixing it self right next to the wondrous slopes for skiing, the Stein Eriksen Lodge provides a great stop for dinner, drinks, or whatever suits your needs after a long day of skiing.

Beautiful Resort, Great Staff, and Great Food! We look forward to our next visit.

Rooms are clean and elaborate. The food provided for the events were incredible. The service was exquisite.
