OTC is THE neighborhood gem of Park City. Any night out that my husband and I can squeeze away from the toddlers, OTC is our first choice. A 5-star experience across the board, indeed. I realize this is a bold claim, but here is my rationale:
#1 WINE --- OTC is my go-to wine choice for all occasions, inside or outside of UT. Coming from Wine Country, my husband and I can be snobby about good wine. I have to say, though, their $17 Mountain Red is unmatched. Hands-down, the best casual dinner bottle for friend dinners. Their Outlaw is OUTRAGEOUSLY good... and again, the price point for such quality is perfection. Their limited release pinot magnum is a favorite, too. It is incredible how many friends (pre-COVID) have inquired then bought the OTC collection after trying it. SO GOOD.
#2 STAFF -- The management and service are stellar. Jason, Stephen, and the whole OTC team bring so much to their craft and service. Additionally, they are just excellent, authentic people with a pure community mission. Every time we come in, the staff goes out of their way to care for us, which is strangely rare in this age of upscale bars.
#3 LOCATION -- OTC's location is pretty sweet. It is tucked away under the center of Main. It is cozy and cool... almost a nod back to Prohibition, which works well in the Utah landscape ;-)
#4 YUKI YAMA!!! Alright, so if you don't know Yuki Yama in PC, you should. Best sushi in town, hands-down. As such, Yuki is rightfully slammed some nights, making it hard to get reservation. To make the world a happier place, OTC and Yuki Yama teamed up to get Yuki to deliver INTO OTC. Yes, you heard that right. You can drink and eat Yuki inside OTC. Favorite restaurant + favorite wines = more perfection.
I can't say enough about OTC. Go. Now. You can thank me later.

The wine and atmosphere was "5" stars. Ben (owner) is great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars in total was because in my mind wine should always be paired with food of some kind to enhance the experience. When we were there, we bought the last charcuterie board. We did fine but others after us would not have been so lucky. It would be a great idea if they always had plenty of cheeses, meats, nuts, etc to purchase along with the wine during their business hours. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this place.
Great wine, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff. As we went during early 2021, I'll also say they did great with distancing and masked staff.

Got there on a slower evening, and had a few good glasses of wine tucked in a corner in some comfy chairs. Great place to stop if you like wine!
Fantastic locally owned wine bar. Owner was there and chatted with me for hours, prepared a little meat and cheese plate off the cuff. Wine was fantastic. I can't say enough about the hospitality and how great a places place was to just hang out and chill enjoy their Wi-Fi. If Google as a local guide would allow me to give a 6 Stars I would give this place it. If you're in Park City and you don't come here you are missing out. Talk to Jason & Stephen the owners here, lots of cool ski trip stories and enjoy fabolous a environment. Sarah, Ben and Tagg run the show when the bosses aren't around and are great people too. If you're new to the area, they can guide you in the right direction for local restaurants and some good skiing!
These guys are incredible! What a wonderful addition to Park City. We highly recommend stopping in here to taste these unique wines. You will surely find a bottle or two to take home with you! Excellent experience and amazing wine! The staff was very knowledgeable and hospitable. The Outlaws Cabernet was exceptional if you like dry wine. They even gave us great recommendations on fun things to do in Park City.

Our favorite wine bar in Park City. The staff is nothing short of amazing. Great selection of blends and appetizers. OTC makes the blends in house. My personal favorites are the Mountain & Shirah (Shiraz) blends. I have visited a lot of vineyards and wine tastings in OR & WA, Old Time Cellars has nothing to be jealous about, their blends are impressive.
Great place to get away from the chaos, drink some great wine, made locally, served by good people. I'll definitely be back.

We had a great time with Sean at the bar. Mountain blend was fantastic and especially for the price. Great escape from main street and yet it's on main street!
Great spot to meet friends before dinner on Main Street or to apres. The vibe is more sophisticated CA wine tasting room than rowdy beer bar and that's just right for our tastes. The charcuterie is a welcome addition to the experience. This is on the list for future fun.
Wine was good! Bartender, Not so good , not so friendly... we asked for half glasses but charged some my party multiple full glasses. Definitely double check your recipes!

We were looking for a place to have a drink that is taking Covid seriously and thankfully we found OTC! Masks are required while not at your table. The bartenders wore masks the whole time we were there. We watched them disinfect every surface after each customer left. She even wore gloves to remove dirty glasses. The tables are appropriately distanced. We felt safe while still enjoying our time there.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and cozy. I had wine, which was great, and my husband enjoyed his scotch. Thanks for a great time!
Relaxing cellar feel with a fun selection of wines and spirits. Not a vast selection, but there is something for everyone. It would have been nice to have something light to nibble on but they were not offering anything at the time due to Covid. Overall, this made for a nice little break while exploring Main Street.

This wine bar was a really good find. The staff was really helpful in their recommendations. The ambiance was nice. It's super cozy. "The Outlaw" ended up being our favorite.
Great drink menu and relaxed atmosphere. We stopped by OTC after our day on the mountain and it was excellent. It s a great spot to meet friends and the drink menu has options for everyone. The staff was also very friendly and helpful when we asked about some local options to try on our visit!
My girlfriend loves wine from here. Plus their prices are really not bad at all. If you are in Salt lake, this is a must visit.
Great service and nice staff. Non pretentious place. They make their own wine in west, I assume California. It good but not at their price. 90 a bottle for their cab. 87 ~ for retail. I give the wine 3 stars and the bar and staff get a a shout out with another star.
Great wine!!! Cannot stress how great their wine is. The bartender was very friendly and helpful.. The ambiance is so chill and great for just enjoying a drink and relaxing.

Love this place! Sean is a fantastic bartender who is super knowledgeable about their offerings. Really enjoyed their Beltex Charcuterie board as well. Environment is super cozy and relaxed, come here to unwind and enjoy a couple good glasses of wine. Ask the manager about the history of the building it s a very cool Park City story.
Love this place! Great wine, great service, great atmosphere. We had a great experience with their new partnership with Yukinfor sushi as well. Plus, pick up a to go case :)

Such a cool bar!!! The atmosphere here is super unique, and inviting. Not your typical "main street bar", as this place is more low key and chill It's a cozy little spot, with a variety of different types of seating... you can have a hidden table away from everyone - or sit front and center at their wooden bar counter.. which was hand carved! The staff here is just incredible, and take great care of their customers. Hands down, the best bar in town - great wine, amazing staff, cool environment. Can't recommend enough !!!
