I mean seriously does it get any better than fine dining, excellent service and breathtaking views? NO it does not and it never gets old. This is a must do for anyone visiting Salt Lake. The drive is gorgeous and once you arrive everyone is treated like Royalty.

Absolutely gorgeous property. The service is top notch. My favorite activity is the skier's brunch at the glitritend. Take a few laps in the morning and then head over for brunch! If you're planing on going back out in the hill after brunch, I suggest saying no you the slippers while you done, you may not be able to get your ski boots back on! The rooms in the lodge are super comfortable and posh!

I had the absolute pleasure of having my wedding at the Stein Eriksen Lodge - we had a Jewish-Indian wedding on May 25, 2019. Tracy Selman and the entire Stein team were an a dream to work with - professional, kind, responsive, patient, and flexible, and I credit them for having the most beautiful day I will never forget. Thank you so much, Tracy and Stein's!

Returned for a spa trip this ski season after an amazing summer trip a few years ago. The spa did not disappoint. The staff at the Stein has truly thought of everything. Our group had massages, blow-outs, facials, etc. and every person in our party raved about their service. Arrive early and plan to stay post-service so you can be sure to enjoy the plunge pool, hot tub, steam room, and relaxation space. Can't wait to return again!

I love this Lodge. I live and work in Park City and drive for transport services in the winter. I was once approached by a doorman and told that I'm doing a good job. It made me feel really good. Most other hotels treat us as nuisances but I feel like the Stein is home because staff treats everyone in a courteous manner, even us drivers. That means a lot. Thank you Stein Erickson.

Stein Eriksen lodge is a 5 star Lodge, in Park City,Utah.

The staff treats every guest like a celebrity.

When you stay here, each member of the staff addresses you by name, and goes above and beyond to assure that you are comfortable, relaxed, and happy.

The suites are absolutely luxurious, and gorgeous. They are very spacious, with very high vaulted ceilings.
The master bedroom has a fireplace, and a huge private bathroom with waterfall showers, and a large sitting room with lots of room for more than one person to do hair and makeup, etc.
The suites have private wrap around deck/balcony with tables and chairs, and a hot tub.
Nestled in the beautiful Utah mountains, it feels like you're floating in the clouds.
During the warmer seasons, sitting outside on the balcony is heaven.
We especially enjoy sitting out on the balcony early in the morning, in our fluffy, soft, Stein Eriksen provided robes and slippers, drinking the delicious house roasted coffee, and enjoying a wonderful, delicious breakfast with our children.
Whether you stay in your suite, and prepare your own meals, or you order room service, eating out on the balcony as a family is an incredible experience.
There is an in lodge restaurant that is amazing. You really cannot go wrong when having a meal there.
They also have an extensive wine list, and if you're not sure about which wine to pair with your meal, the chef is always more than happy to recommend one for you.

There are swimming pools and hot tubs on the lodge grounds.
The grounds are beautiful, and meticulously taken care of.
Stein Eriksen Lodge has the feeling of an authentic Swiss chalet.

There are several shops inside of the Lodge that sell everything from clothing, to souvenirs.

If you would like to see what the lodge, and suites look like, visit the Stein Eriksen Lodge website.

The website also offers the full menu of the restaurant inside of the Lodge.

I recommend visiting The Stein Eriksen Lodge for Mother's day, Father's day, Thanksgiving, and especially Christmas.
Christmas time at the lodge is absolutely magical. The kiddos will love it!!

I highly recommend visiting The Stein Eriksen Lodge at least once in your life.
You won't regret it!!!

This hotel has always impressed me from the cozy feel to the outstanding staff. I love how this hotel really focuses on their guests and does little things to make the stay so enjoyable. I am local in Salt Lake and will continue to bring my family and friends! Thank you Stein for always providing a wonderful getaway. If you are considering staying here, just stay! You will not regret it.

Stayed here for our 8th Anniversary (8 months, not years ya see). We like to celebrate our time together and experience perfect moments together whenever we can and there is no better place than Stein Ericksen Lodge to make that happen. The staff is phenomenal! Duane showed us around the property and is sincere in making guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Jonathan made our dining experience fun and enjoyable. Love his sense of humor! We told him to grab a spoon and join us for dessert. He said he was in but couldn't break away from his duties. Such a great sense of humor!
The valet staff made sure we were well taken care of. Very attentive and professional.
We enjoyed everyone we came in contact with, your people make the difference, would love to come back soon.

Central location in Deer Valley ski in ski out. Great place to stay or stop in for lunch a drink by the fire or on the sunny outdoor terrace. Old world history and charm abound. Great uniforms on the staff.

This was by far one of my most displeasing stays at a resort. I don't see how this could possibly be 5 stars. The first night we arrived we ate dinner in the lounge. Our waiter came to our table once to take our order then once more to bring our check. Someone else brought our food and not once did we revive a refill on our drinks. We have a 10 month old baby with us that loves the water so we paid to "upgrade" to a room with a private hot tub on the deck. This was an enormous mistake. The first night people down in the lounge were so loud that they woke the baby up 3 times called front desk multiple times not much help. The next morning we were woke up at 6:30 the the wonderful sound of hammer drills and dump trucks due to the construction below our "upgraded room". We got ready for the day and took the kids to the pool. This was probably the only enjoyable part of our stay great pool and wonderful wait staff. Although all the food we ordered for lunch came out cold. We swam most the day and returned to our room around 3:30 and our room had not been cleaned yet. We called to see what happened and they said they forgot and would clean at turn down service that evening, but would be sure to clean eairlier the following day... we were checking out the following day! Our last night was worse then the first the "upgraded room" next to us also with a private hot tub was having a pool party till 1:00 am with extremely loud music and a girl that had the loudest voice I have ever heard. Again fighting to keep baby asleep we called the front desk they sent someone up, but this made them mad cause after that they took their party up a notch and the noise got louder. This was not a pleasant experience by any stretch of the imagination, and I surely hope this was an isolated incident cause I have stayed at a best western and had a better stay.

We travel to Deer Valley every year because the skiing is unparalleled. Stein Erickson makes skiing easy. The location is premier, a true ski-in with a lift that drops you right at the door. Ski rental shop is the most efficient I have ever seen, locker room and ski valet are phenomenal. THE spa! Oh my goodness, the spa provides over the top luxurious amenities! Restaurant is great but near impossible to get in because everyone on the mountain wants in. The alternative dining is pretty mediocre. Also, the place is enormous and logistically difficult to navigate. The place will need a remodel soon because wear on carpets and walls show. But, they will great you by name from the time you arrive and throughout your stay. It s an iconic place and the positive outweighs the negative.

The Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley made my visit to Utah a great experience. Fixing it self right next to the wondrous slopes for skiing, the Stein Eriksen Lodge provides a great stop for dinner, drinks, or whatever suits your needs after a long day of skiing.

I recently stayed at the Stein Eriksen Lodge for the Entrata conference and all I can say is - WOW! Exceptional over the top service by all the staff. There were several occasions I was wandering around lost on the grounds and each time a staff member approached me and walked me to my destination.

There was one staff member that stood out among all the rest - Karlawan Todd. She took such good care of me during my stay. She didn't miss a single detail. Each afternoon and evening when I arrived back to my room I found it in perfect order which helped me relax and enjoy the beautiful room amenities after a long day. I loved coming back in the evening and finding soothing music playing, my bed turned down, the humidifier full and running, chocolates, and the weather forecast for the next day. BIG THANK YOU to Karla for making my stay at the Stein Eriksen Lodge so completely wonderful.

This is a magnificent property. All staff members are on their best behavior and trying to do their best to please the guests. There were a few glitches with our stay, however. I asked for a room upgrade which was available (for a fee), but turns out I misunderstood we're in fact downgrading from two beds to one. That didn't seem like a problem until we realized our (very fancy) bed is very high off the ground so getting in and out involves semi-acrobatic maneuvers, and you're worried about accidentally falling off the edge while sleeping. However, there wasn't much sleeping either; the air conditioning was making gurgling noise which was subtle, but loud enough to keep you from falling asleep. I fixed it by switching off the AC and opening the balcony doors instead, letting in crisp mountain air... but unfortunately also noise from deconstructing folding chairs from a wedding ceremony. Oh yeah, we were placed right in the middle of someone else's wedding ceremony, which felt a little bit awkward. All these things were probably just bad luck, I'm sure many other guests will have excellent time at this very fancy property.

The absolute best place to stay in Utah. Ski in, ski out. The rooms and service are amazing. The food you will be talking about for weeks especially the Sunday brunch. Ski lockers, boot dryers, ski rental and stores, spa, .. All top notch. You can even get your lift tickets right there. Combined with Deer Valley skiing, this is the best it can get.
