Beautiful location and grounds. It was a very enjoyable stay. The only down side is that they have one bar on the lodge and due to laws you have to order food in order to get a drink.

Service was great from the time we walked in. They gave us a full tour of the property on the way to our room. The room was very nicely appointed. Excellent view and great place to stay. I can see why it is a 5 star property.
We had gone to the Sunday brunch last weekend , when making reservations, they had said because of the Covid-19 restrictions , it would be served family style. The food was good , but I expected to be able to choose which options were available instead of them choosing . For the cost of the meal , I was very disappointed . They could have done much better in my opinion.
I have to say that this was truly the nicest hotel in Utah.Five star service, great views, great food. I highly recommended this hotel and hope I can stay here again soon!
Fabulous customer service. Excellent conference room and hotel rooms.
Very nice hotel. Service is excellent and the shuttle is very convenient. I visited for a conference and the catering was good, but I would have liked fruit juice as an option rather than soda.
Stein Eriksen is located in a very scenic area in Park City and the aesthetic of the lodge is beautiful! The staff is always willing to accommodate any need.
Stein eriksen was incredible. Near if not the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Room was incredible. Private hot tub was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is second to none in terms of mountain resorts. Will definitely be back
My company retreat was at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. Everything about this place was impressive. The food, the service and the amenities were all top notch and conference areas worked great for our large group.
Great brunch, but $50 for two Bloody Mary's - wowza
It was an amazing time as usual. I love the atmosphere and the way the employees help in any way possible. I really enjoy come here.
Great, just wasn't thrilled with the attitudes of some of the guests
Such a great getaway! My wife and I spend some time there and will recommend it to friends and family!
This establishment definitely deserves the title of one of the finest properties in the world.
By far the most extravagant and elegant experiences I ve ever had. We went to their fine-dining restaurant for a group convention and was very pleased with the quality of food. You most definitely pay for the quality but is as expected for such a high-end place.
Fantastic venue. Great service, amazing food, wonderful ambiance.
My wife and I recently experienced the awesome brunch last Sunday at Stein Eriksen's Lodge. To say it was over the top would be an understatement. You've got to do it right. Ski in have a warm up drink and the brunch. IF, you can ski out after the meal what a day for you to remember.
Loved the restaurant overlooking the ski slopes. Amazing wine list.
Fantastic views, fantastic food, and fantastic service! By far the best hotel in Utah and one of the top ski resorts in the country.
Dinner and breakfast were fantastic, the room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and polite.
Excellent staff, beautiful location (you can't get better than this!) Rooms were gorgeous!
Went up with a large group of friends for a fantasy football draft for the weekend. Kids had a blast, the suites are perfect for large groups and entertaining. We've held here for the last couple years and I'm sure we will continue!
Even the lowest tier rooms are quite well appointed. The staff friendly and helpful. The views are amazing.
Very friendly staff. Beautiful view with great rooms.
Magical. Nothing like sitting in a hot tub while its snowing.

We had a reservation made for Sunday 3/12/17 at 1 for the Brunch, the front desk people could never find it. We still had some friends already eating inside so they offered us to seat with them. We got moved to a table for 4.
My friends had had a bad service form the waitress they had in the ogher table, so we got a new waitress, Adriana, she was good, the only bad thing was that when we paid her, she never came back with the final receipt or the change, she did not even ask us if we needed any change. We paid our $106 bill with $150 "we were planning on leaving the rest for the tip anyways" but at least ASK if you can keep my change. I mean you don't ALWAYS get 45% on TIPS, but I guess she assumed, and never came back, we were there for 20 more minutes, not even to offer more water she came back, she banished with my change.
Best brunch in Utah! Good food, great service, best views one could ask for, and the temps are always agreeable for a meal outdoors.
Grat accommodation. Diner is obscene my pricre. And the food 2ad bland...gone somewhere else for meals
The food and views are awesome - however (surprisingly) the service is the worst. Just absolutely terrible. Took 30 mins when we had lunch here just to get our drink + food order in. Then another empty Monday afternoon - it took 20 mins to just order a drink. I seriously cannot comprehend how a 5-star hotel like this can have such terrible customer service in their lodge. Will not be returning any more
It's a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are lovely and the service is top notch.
Always ready to accommodate your needs, no matter what those are. From preparing our suite for a surprise birthday party while we went out to dinner to wrapping your charging cords with a black ribbon so it s not all tangled up. Attention to every detail in a home in the woods type of atmosphere. My favorite!
The Hosting for our event was awesome. Super nice staff, clean and attentive. Great success due in large part to the amenities provided.
Had a latte and played chess at the lodge. It was a wonderful experience with great coffee.
Loved it here! We came a few years back for an event. Great rooms, staff, food, etc!
Food there was amazing. Didn't get to go into a room but the entire place was gorgeous. Not to mention the private skiing
The sheer ineptitude of this resort shows at its seams. The largesse facade they create is undone by a huge lack of execution and mismanaged staff. Yes I am able to walk to my room alone. Yes you forgot shampoo and conditioner in the room. Yes you encourage staff to take bags out of guests hands without asking. Yes I m not able to fill my water bottle at the hotel but they will offer to pour mini water bottles to fill it. Huge build up of expected luxury coupled with horrendous execution. Either get a house or stay at another lovely park city establishment.
Had the ski buffet lunch, was nice but expensive for what is was; but that is to be expected in deer valley!
A warm, cozy retreat with impressive fireplaces, first class service, and stunning views of Deer Valley. The spa is, without a doubt, one of the finest and most welcoming spas I've ever visited. It's a short 6 minute drive to main street. If you're looking for European lodge retreat, this is an excellent option.
Beautiful location, tasteful decor, excellent staff. For the life of me I can't understand why the fries were soggy.
Attended a conference at the hotel. Beautiful venue set in a picturesque venue. Food was tasty and staff was helpful. Excellent experience. Be warned the hotel is a bit difficult to get to from Park City but offers valet parking.
Very nice hotel that had a very courteous and accommodating staff.
Very peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Great place to vacation!
Beautiful lodge and amazing food. The staff is very welcoming.
We had a corporate conference here and it was great fun!
Best spa I've ever been in they are kind and well trained 5 star class is a big title to keep but they do it like 5 stars was like eating a piece of cake
We loved visiting! I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend the champions club if you have children. The service is wonderful and they have arcade games for the kiddos.
The burger I had was great, and the view from the outdoor seating was fantastic. I only wish the early afternoon menu wasn't so limiting on dessert choices.
Beautiful! They have their trees strung with white lights at night and it is gorgeous! The light effect in the dark night is breathtaking.
The location and staff were amazing. The food was decent.
We stopped here for lunch and the waiter was very knowledgeable on what was gluten free. They were accommodating and friendly.
Very friendly and accommodating. We love staying at the Stein and enjoying our favorite restaurant, Glitretind!
Staying here is a pinnacle of a lifetime. Diamond level rooms, location, restaurants, skiing. Where Mountain dreams come true.
Quite possibly the best hotel I have EVER stayed in. Impeccable service, delightful and huge rooms, and truly spectacular location. Spring for a room with the private hot tub - you won't regret it!
Went by to pick up another cook to help. As part time prep/dishwasher. Stein is high quality place
Beautiful location. The rooms are amazing even the less fancy ones are very nice. The employees are very nice and very accommodating.
Great views from the deck. Hops on the Hill is a winning idea with beer, bbq meats and a band!
This is the only Lodge I've ever spent time at in my life and I can say with all truthfulness, its the best lodge I've ever been to in my life.
There is truly no other place like Stein Eriksen Lodge. My family has never felt more taken care of or appreciated. My uncle has stayed in many different 5-star properties and he feels Stein is the best of the best. Even the sister properties are fantastic. If you haven't checked out the Stein Eriksen Residences you are missing out.
The hotel was beautiful and the food was amazing. Would higkly recommend. And I'll definetly be back for an overnight stay!
Wonderfull place
Best service.
Very nice hotel. Service is excellent and the shuttle is very convenient. I visited for a conference and the catering was good, but I would have liked fruit juice as an option rather than soda.
This review pertains to the bike shop within the lodge. The employee working there was very helpful and quickly fixed my issue at a fair price. I would also highly recommend renting a bike from the shop as they keep them in good repair.
The place to be once your in Park City the view is spectacular open all year round
New hubby and I spent our first night here on our honeymoon. IT WAS amazing. Room was beyond my expectation. Clean, wonderful view, hot tub, fireplace was going, box of chocolates welcoming us. Valet service was lovely. I highly recommend this lodge and look forward to staying again.

Stein is the best of the best in Park City! Total luxury!
We went to the Stein Erickson Lodge to get lunch during downhill mountain biking. The burger is one of the best in Utah and the service is amazing. I will be going back there as much as I can.
Awesome, awesome, awesome Thanksgiving dinner. Wonderful service.
Can t comment on the resort, but past couple of times have had issues managing customer expectations on wait times. Tend to overpromise and underdeliver, with one hour waits becoming two+ hour waits. Could use more host/hostess training. They get one star for wait expectations and 5 for food.
The room was absolutely incredible. I have never stayed anywhere so luxurious, and I would absolutely recommend it to others. The staff was also wonderful, and went out of their way to accommodate in any way they could. Overall incredible service and place.
if you've got the time and money, you'll be hard pressed to find better ways to spend it ;)
There for the Entrata Summit, fantastic experience, great venue, stunning views.
Terrible service at brunch. To make matters worse, when I spoke to the manager, he could not have been less caring.
Great location and food. The pool is heated nicely, view if the mountains is wonderful. The rooms were not what I expected for a 5 star lodge. Our first breakfast had good food, but had sour milk. The internet connection in most of the rooms is very poor. It loses connection every 5 minutes and is very slow. Other than that, great place!
Lunch buffet was amazing still thinking about that food two days later.
Service was good, they were just coming out of the ski season, so the lodge was not very busy. They were ever so kind to let my friend and I use the movie theater room to watch a sporting event! Nice location, not far from downtown Park City.
