Standard rooms are not 5 stars, old furniture, the fridge with the mini bar was absolutely disgusting (filthy), the bathrooms are a mess, the cleaning in the rooms needs to be improved. On the other side, the food is good, the beach and the pools are nice. It's a shame for the dissapointing (standard) rooms and their cleaning standards.

We have been at this hotel for the sixth time and will continue to come back here. Rooms clean, cozy, in-room safe and air conditioning free. Food very luxurious. Pools for even the smallest children, water slides, lazy river. Free towels and sun loungers. Staff always very helpful and kind.

Was very nice, great hotel, good food, nice view. In January it was about 20 degrees, but despite the warm pool with 29 degrees and sunshine, it was easy to endure, on the first day you shouldn't buy everything you get turned on, usually first compare and then buy is often very expensive than anywhere else. We liked the safari tour very much, you have to do it, we laughed a lot, you should take a little change with you.
But after the vacation despite washing hands etc. spent on the toilet.

The huge area, great unobtrusive staff, clean, constantly clean everything. Uncomplicated but tasty menu. On the beach, separate "cabins". Great water park for kids! We arrived again in 2018, everyone is happy

Bad Location between two Steets- no restaurant with outside sitting (awful inside), only 3 times a la carte, small pools for 700 rooms, not much selection of food compared to other Hotels in H. Nice beach, nice bar

Super hotel! Service and staff work at a high level. Bartenders Ibrahim (in the roof bar) and Sheuda (in the lobby bar) are the best in Egypt !!! Thanks to the hotel doctor for the help. A very active hotel with good food, I recommend it to everyone. Cons: Replace restaurant and lobby tables, very shabby and ruining the whole look; Internet is free only for two devices per deluxe room for three guests.

Not impressed with the hotel, I expected more, not up to 5-star

Families with children can access here without hesitation and book the hotel immediately.
The pirate ship is really mega big and the children and adults have a lot of fun together, the water in the ship is, 35CM is also suitable for small children, the children feel safe and have a lot of fun.

In front of the ship are many beach chairs places, fresh towels you get right next to.

If you want something to drink, then just stop by the hotel crew and you have the possibility to order water, cocktails, juices, etc ... all for free (only for ALL INCLUSIVE)

There are also slides for children and adults (from 120 CM) which are 2-3 minutes walk away from the pirate ship.

Also there have loungers, food, drink etc ...
We stayed 4 nights and had a lot of fun.

A dream vacation. The hotel was very hospitable with a top service. The rooms were a good size, well furnished and very clean. The food was delicious and varied. The pool area was amazing. Our kids loved the Kidsaquapark. In the lazy river you could relax and unwind. The staff was very friendly and not pushy. The next vacation for this hotel is already booked.

The hotel deserves its 5 stars for its service, friendly staff, high-quality and varied cuisine, a water park, an especially attentive attitude towards children, everything is super! Of the minuses, 2nd line, and if you have even the slightest problems with self-esteem, then it is better not here. Because on the way to the sea through the main hotel you will face trials in the form: do not go here, you are not supposed to, you are from a 2nd class hotel, quickly from here! :)

We have just returned from our honeymoon and we ejoyed very much our stay here. We couldn't sleep when we arrived so we changed our room after the first night because of some noisy construction - a new hotel is being built (they are also working at night!). The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They have a good understanding of foreign languages and you can have a fair discussion. We have not found such kindness in any other places so this aspect was a surprise!
We loved the Palappa Restaurant by the pool where we had our last dinner with prior reservation. We also attended the Sky Restaurant but was litte noisy for our taste. The resort has many rooms (around 700) but there is place for everybody! There are many pools and relaxing beds by them and usually are almost empty. The same is on the beach. There is plenty of space, do not worry.
The food is tasty and you have a large variety to choose from. The breakfast is alwyas the same, but lunch and dinner are different each day.
The entertainment team is also great. They are quite good so we enjoyed every evening we had here!
We do recommand Steigenberger Aqua Magic!

It is a wonderful place. I Enjoyed staying there very much. The service was excellent. I'd like to come back soon.

Nice hotel but very overbooked in high season. Then find another bed at the pool, unfortunately it will not work. People get up at 6 a.m. for a place by the pool. This hotel is no longer for obs

Sooooo crowded with little opportunities to find a spot on the very limited number of pools and it has no special parking and not right on the sea
But has spacious rooms

It was a wonderful vacation. The only complaint was that the bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived, but I've read that here a few times. We said this right away and it was done. But to deduct a point from that now would not be okay. Otherwise everything was great. At the breakfast buffet we were pressed by our dear Fatma Ahmed directly on the 2nd day. She always makes the omelets with a smile on her face. It tastes much better there.
Our waiter in the outside area, at dinner, knew what we were drinking on the second evening and it was already there when we came back from the buffet. However, I also left a 2 tip on the table every evening. I'm from the restaurant business myself and know how important that is. The buffet was also very varied. In other hotels, guests have said they couldn't see the food after 2 days. We could not say this after a week.
The waiters are very attentive and pleasant throughout.
Every evening there is a small program on stage, but when Ghalab is waiting, you really only look at him * haha * the man is awesome. So much energy and a good mood in one package.
We also felt well advised by our tour guide from FTI and the excursions were very great. It was the first time in my life that I snorkeled. Booked the VIP Elite Tour. It was really great.
The hotel complex is huge, but there is also a lot to discover. Z. b. the flow of tires through the hotel complex, or the roof terrace with cocktail bar. We will be back definitely

Room floor very dirty. The food wasn't bad, but always had a stomach ache.
Pool service and staff very nice and accommodating. Just a shame that it is dirty, also on the toilets and floors in the dining area. otherwise good hotel.

Great for families. The Al Dau is even better. Dive center less suitable for diving.

I didn't like it at all ... good beach .. good staff . but poor decoration .. no entairtaiment programs on the beach or in the night ... I didn't love the room there is no mirror for dressing ... the restaurants and food the average not more... it is too expensive regarding this issue I don't think I will go there again

In August 2016, I was with my family for the first time and can only say a dream hotel, we have ever experienced in Egypt. Everything was really perfect, the large clean rooms, the very nice beach with good lunch, children's quizzes, very large nice restaurant with outdoor area for smokers, many different types of food and many delicious desserts, a very nice staff that you can find everywhere in the hotel. This hotel has a special taste that you can not forget forever. Thank you for choosing our Have made holidays beautiful.We will come nohmal next year.
