This is hands down the worse company I have ever had to deal with. There has been nothing about this process that can be comended. So far it has taken almost a week for them to empty my 2 bedroom apartment of contents following a sewerage leak. The team have been rude and have not showed any compassion given the situation. Each time they have turned up to our property their vehicle was full so they were unable to move the contents. Having to follow up again myself this morning they are finally coming back out tomorrow, hopefully this time with space in their van. Do not use this company!

Hi William,
Hi William,
Once again, I can't thank you enough! Just a little background about the Bible and why we treasure it....My great grandmother Ellen Barker, (an English maid in a castle) was given the family bible when she was 19 when she married George Pashley (an Australian World War 1 soldier). She brought it with her (by ship) in 1918 to Bundaberg. I remember when she showed it to me for the first time when I was 13 and I was astounded by the colour and had never seen anything like it ! She treasured it and passed it to her son (my grandfather when she died 20 years ago...) and when he passed away 6 years ago, my Grandmother kept it wrapped in a pillowcase ('to keep the bugs out of it'). Her house was flooded in North Bundaberg last year where we discovered it to be a soaked dirty mess! My 3 sisters and I were horrified and immediately rang the Queensland State Library who told us to freeze it (to stop any further damage) and then we researched about what to do!!! Steamatic came to our rescue...
My grandmother (at 89 years old) had a tough year last year with being evacuated in the flood and not being able to live in her house for months while it was stripped out and rebuilt, then the discovery of cancer saw her spend months in hospital having treatment. Grandma lost the battle and passed away in November of last year. As you can imagine, My Dad (and my Mum) were by her side throughout and had an extremely difficult year.
The Bible looks amazing!!!! So wonderfully different to the flood soaked mess that it was!!! The cover is slightly different but it looks as though it has always been that way! I am over the moon and extremely happy and grateful for what you have achieved. The hours and hours of work that must have been done!!! Thankyou so much! Words are not enough to say "Thankyou". My family and especially my Dad will be astounded when they see it!
My family is very excited about the Bible and we are so thankful that you managed to save a piece of our family history...
We are forever thankful to you.
Melanie Irvine.
