Super people who take a lot of pride in building great products for customers. Very knowledgeable and caring people.

They use cheap non durable materials, its not worth the investment. Poor customer service, they are rude and evasive. They delivered a broken trailer and did not take responsibility in fixing it, they stoped answering and when they do they do not take action in finding a solution. The worst investment you could make!

Bought restroom trailer from them and when it finally arrived it was in the worst condition it could possibly be and they took no responsibility for it. They found no feasible solution to our problem and then became evasive and stopped returning phone calls and emails. Horrible customer service. By far, one of out worst experiences ever. It is my ninth trailer purchase and believe the trailers are the best value on the market. Own the luxury trailers and also the construction site restroom trailers. The trailers have held up well. The staff at Rich Trailers have always been helpful. Recommend getting the two station model and the ten station model. My most requested trailers. The 6 station model is a little tight but still works well. Looking at the new models with the gps. I dont want to lose my trailer on a rental site.

Great trailers, best service department. I have worked with. The luxury restroom trailer has nice looking back splash behind the mirror that ads some depth to the room. The lights in the ceiling are stainless steel and LED along with a wall light that is LED. Like the entrance steps because they have a platform at the top and they pull out and set up very quick and easy. Easiest trailer to pull down the road when using my 3/4 ton truck. I had to wash the exterior but found out I can wax the exterior to keep it looking good. The water pump is just like the water pump on my RV and turns on when the faucet is opened. Like that there is a pressure tank with the water pump and it is a 12v pump. The counter tops are like a corian and are easy to clean. Need to order another trailer soon.

Terrific interior look with contemporary colors and cabinets. Chocolate cabinets match well with the silk grey wall panels. Easy to clean and take care of. The flooring matches well with the trim and the cabinets. Love the interior Led lighting with the wall sconce lights and the lights over the sinks. The luxury trailer has vessel sinks on top of the solid surface countertop and a long neck faucet that you can push and will auto shut off. The countertops are all one piece and are easy to clean. Extra storage in the mechanical room with access from the outside. Also has the fresh water tank and the water pump in the outside storage room. The Luxury restroom trailer also has jockey box storage for mops and brooms and extra cleaning supplies. Would recommend the eight station restroom trailer because only 20 feet long and easy to tow to the rental site.

**Buyer beware - sudden increase (from 3 to 17) in reviews since my negative review = fake reviews. The number of reviews went up from 3 to 17. The company is either soliciting positive reviews or submitting fake ones from their employees. Here is my honest unpaid and unsolicited review as it appeared originally:

Rich trailers = poor workmanship, and poor service. We wired them money so our trailer would get started asap, but a couple weeks later they sent another unpaid invoice. We immediately called and they had no record of our payment! We had proof from our bank that they DID receive the payment the day we sent it - but meanwhile they never started our trailer. We lost a customer because the trailer wasn't completed on time. The trim popped off on the way home, they painted the doors without sanding them - they were so ruff that they damaged a customers dress when the fabric got caught on it. I had to sand and repaint myself - no compensation. Now, the trailer leaked urine all over at a private country club. The owners definitely will not be calling us back. This is only the 4th or 5th time it has been used! We are devastated. Don't just consider the initial price of a trailer - this is a poor investment the repairs and lost business have already cost us more than a top of the line trailer.

When I looked a model trailer at a show, I noticed the sharp rivets on the walls. The owner said, "well I don't know about you, but the last think I do when I am in a public shower is lean up against the wall." Maybe not, but what if someone slips? Liablity?!? What if you need to put your hand up to steady yourself? No trailer should ever be made that way. Another show model had a broken TV. We should have known better, but the price was lower and we were naive. Our salesperson was very nice, and I know of a business owner who only orders from Rich because they are cheap, but initial cost should not be your only consideration when making an investment like this.

Very happy with the trailers. I have purchased several restroom trailers and all have performed like I expected. Called the service department for some advice on a toilet and got a quick response. Quick return call after I was back from lunch. The ten station is my best requested restroom trailer. Love the new look with the backsplash and the vessel sinks. Hope to own some more soon.
