They close the trails at any excuse, then take four years to repair them.

I saw a heifer give birth today and then it started snowing an awful amount 4 hours later. The calf is only a few hours old and it's snowing!! I can't get a hold of ANYONE, park rangers won't even help me out after I called dispatch. Do you think a newborn calf, that is usually born in Spring, can survive a night of freezing temperatures?!! Grrr. 1 star only to Garner attention. The space was lovely. I'm just irked people don't give a damn about animals.

Our hiking group hiked the Walker Ranch trail today and we were so delighted and surprised by the beautifully done wooden steps, covering the previously steep and rocky ascent from the South Boulder creek. What amazing trail work! A big thank you to the undoubtedly very skilled crew!

I use and enjoy Boulder Open weekly. I would like to give my thanks for the people who had the foresight to acquire, protect and wisely manage these properties.
