Great hotel just outside of Manchester City centre, only 10 minute walk or short taxi journey into town! Stayed here when seeing the spice girls at the Etihad. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Marek! Hotel was very clean and nice and quiet. Definitely value for money.

Great frendly staff. Good parking facilities. At the time of our visit the hotel us under refurbishment. Our room nice and up dated. Shower room very small but understandably not an easy fix. Keep your door closed. Our friends set the fire alarm off using the shower . Public areas still need an update.

It is a good building, but no more. I had a 2 person bedroom and the bathroom was quite small, and the room was very cold when I got it, probably due to drafty windows. They can provide extra blankets if needed. You have to give them the More

We stayed here 4 nights. I chose this hotel because it is super close to the Manchester Arena and we went there for a concert. On the other hand, when we had to go to the center there was at least 15 minutes of walking. The room was big enough for 2 people and always clean. Unfortunately the window opened minimally and this did not allow the air to circulate, but it was not a big problem given the low outside temperature. We paid 200 euros in 2 for 4 nights. The price is fine but breakfast is not included, which costs more than 14 euros. I don't give 5 stars because I was expecting something more

Very friendly staff. Good food. A short walk away from Manchester arena. Car park locked at night. The tiny downside is that rooms and bathrooms are a little small for the larger person. Would definitely stay again

Well organised hotel. Had one stay over after a concert. Will definitely use again. Dont be put off the price of the breakfast was well prepared and presented with happy to help staff. The only criticism was the coffee from the machine most notably the milk. Overall I would give a strong 9/10.

Close to the centre, good location. The hotel seemed to be recently renovated and it felt very clear, no smoking smell anywhere in the hotel. The bed and pillows were very good and had a great nights sleep. Traveling alone what is very important is to feel safe in a hotel which, I did. The only thing I would change is the old fashioned lock and key system rather than a card key system, but still 5/5 for a great service relevant to price.

Accommodation is small and spartan, but clean and comfortable. Good quality breakfast available. Although on major ring road, the windows do their job and keep out the road noise. No AC, so not sure what it would be like in summer. The fact that their is a fan in the room might give you an idea. Regardless, if all you need is a bed for the night, it certainly can't be faulted.

Grim. Dated, dirty, small. Location convenient for the arena, if you don't mind walking along a main road in an industrial estate. Cooked breakfast the following morning was budget, cheap and nasty. Staff were friendly and helpful, and to be fair the bed was fine. But 2 stars - would not stay again.

Horrible experience. My friend came for a visit and was immediately issued with a parking fine as he parked within the hotel car park and the hotel won't cancel the fine. The staff lacked customer relations.

A decent, basic hotel. Rooms are small but clean and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are very small, but again, clean and the showers are decent. Friendly and helpful staff.

It's not the Hilton, but you're not paying Hilton prices. Pretty goid location, well within walking distance of Manchester city centre.

The staff service was excellent and the place/room was very clean. To me that's the most important factor, especially for a "budget" price range. The restaurant food was decent and sensibly priced. You can also temporarily store your luggage for free after checking out which is very considerate. Again, the staff made this experience above what you'd expect for budget by always cheerfully offering to go the extra mile for you.

Very good location close to city centre. Only one pillow provided so sleep could have been more comfortable. Rooms are quite cold and it sounds as though the windows are open but there are good heaters in the rooms.

Room seemed like it had recently been refreshed as was nice to have USB plug sockets around the bed. The bed seemed smaller than a standard double, there was lots of noise outside which wasn't ideal and the bathroom was quite small and could've done with a bit of a refresh.

I was appalled with the behaviour of the staff the Stay Inn hotel in manchester on Saturday the hospitality is the worst ever at reception. I had earlier pre-booked a double bed room and when I arrived was rudely told to pay extra for my partner when I asked why as I had already paid for a double room the receptionist immediately became hostile, I then expressed my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated and agreed to pay the extra. The receptionist then started behaving erratic raising her voice in front of my wife and child eventually the police were called and I was refused entry I haven t yet been refunded. This is the worst hotel ever don't waste your money on this horrible hotel. The manager on the said date was a pathological liar and never behaved as a good customer service Manager. Dont waste your money as Services at this hotel is extremely disgusting

The location was great; 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The room was basic and a bit old fashioned but adequate; it was very clean which is a big thing for me! There were tea and coffee making facilities, a hair dryer and TV. We were in room 6, which was a disabled room. The bathroom had a shower over the bath and hand rails in the bath and next to the toilet. There were three emergency cords in the room (one next to the bed and two in the bathroom). Staff were friendly. Didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. Parking is free and secure. Whenever you leave the site you are asked to give your room key in and to collect it when you get back. The reception is manned 24/7 so this isn't a problem. Free WiFi is available. Overall a pleasant stay and we would go there again.

Good budget hotel reasonnably clsoe to Manchester city centre, Central exhibition centre and mainline railway stations.
Bedroom was clean, uncluttered and with a good overall layout. A bit noisy though as very close to a main road.
The bathroom was a bit small and cramped.
Recommendation: Install towel racks in bathrooms to save space and make the layout more efficient.

The rooms are very tidy and nice .
They have very friendly and helping with everything , they have a space for parking your car and breakfast is fair enough, it also has a cafe working all day but not included with your room booking.
The prices are fair and room service is very good cleaning and tidding all the mess .

Basic hotel with small rooms but fine for short stays and the staff were helpful. We stayed in a 3-bed room which was really crammed but the beds were comfortable and we had no issues at the hotel. It was also relatively cheap.

WE chose this hotel because it was perfectly located for our visits to Manchester House restaurant and The Arena. Sadly, that's the best thing I can say about this hotel. The service was really nice and friendly though in all fairness. We got rooms facing the street and there was a construction site right across the road which was really noisy as was the traffic. The breakfast was really quite rubbish sadly as well. Good parking though.

Cheap and cheerful. Nothing special here but the room was of a suitable size, the bed was comfortable and the TV worked.

Didn't use the bar or restaurant area (why would you when Manchester is right there)

Best thing about here is the free parking and close proximity to the centre of Manchester.
