Vallecito was a beautiful place years ago but the ...
Vallecito was a beautiful place years ago but the current management has let the landscaping, lighting, and are short of employees.
We currently have two employees to take care of the grounds but years ago were were five to take care of thirty acres. Plants are dying due to lack of watering.
Homeowners here are not happy. Management just raised our trash cost by $7.00 per month and feel that our rent is not being used for our benefit.
