Community Pediatrics Medical Group Westlake Review

This group of pediatrician s are wonderful. I met Dr. Heather Cornett in the hospital when my son was born, and she s been instrumental in his health care. My son has a rare immunological disorder that she was able to identify early on and provide him with proper care. In many emergency situations I have seen all the doctors, that have all diagnosed correctly and saved my sons life through many anaphylactic situations. Will never go anywhere else!

So happy to have found this place after going to a pediatrician in the Valley who was cold, uncaring, inaccessible, and had an office staff that was poorly trained and not friendly. I've found the staff here to be professional, efficient, courteous. Dr. Spiegel in particular is wonderful, caring, and very thorough. She has gone out of her way to help our family and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to friends and family.

The doctors are great but the nursing staff and receptionist staff are completely incompetent. They cancelled my appointments without contacting me. They made me wait in the outside waiting room with my 2 week old newborn with all the other sick children instead of taking us back into a room right away. I also requested an appointment for a checkup when my son is 4 weeks old and scheduled it for 2 months out instead. The staff are the ones that will be giving your children their vaccines and not the doctor. If they can't even understand how to simply book an appointment, how can you trust this place with your own child?!?! This place is a death trap! Do not take your children here!!

I am so thankful for this office. I was referred to them years ago by multiple parents at our elementary school. I first brought my daughter in and eventually both of my kids were being seen by Dr. Spiegel. She is so thorough and caring and efficient. Her follow-through is incredible. I always feel like my kids get the ultimate attention and care, even after hours. I would recommend her and this office to anyone!

The rudest staff ever... refusing to release immunization records in the rudest unprofessional way. I am extremely disappointed and looking for another pediatrician.

I have met with several of the doctors and they are all wonderful!

I have been going to this clinic since my son was born, the doctors are extremely thorough and the nurses are always sweet. My son is now 16 months and had started to limp. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen ,and we were sent to have X-rays taken immediately. Dr. Nudelman was very kind and made sure we understood everything going on. We have also had appointments with Dr. Greene and we were treated with the same amount of respect and concern for our son. I feel that the office staff also goes the extra mile to call me back or remind us of upcoming appointments that need to be scheduled.

Went sense I was a baby and I ve never had a bad experience both staff and doctors are amazing.

Love the pediatricians, but receptionist are nasty, bitter, unhappy, horrible! There s 2 particular employees that are extremely rude! if there so miserable at their job then perhaps they should quit instead of taking out on parents... Let's see how much longer I can take my kids here. It's a shame that my kids are going to miss out on amazing, professional care because of people that are miserable at their jobs!!

Love love the clinical staff. The office staff in MoorPark and Westlake Village are extremely unfriendly and go out of their way to not be helpful. I love the clinical staff but not sure how much longer I can deal with the office staff.
