Consistently calls and leaves voice-mails to my husbands Josh stephens phone everyday but never answers when we call back. Nor do they mail us anything. We consistently pay through vision property management payment portal every month so I have no idea why they continually call us

Have tried several times to pay online and wouldn t go through. Just get an error message. Try to call and contact someone and waited over 30 minutes without getting and answer, just to get disconnected. Now there is a delinquent mark on my credit . FUNNY, I never had this problem with ANY of my other mortgage companies. We have always paid on time and ALWAYS gotten at least a response from other mortgage companies if we had an issue paying online!!!

UPDATE: Spoke with someone and still didn t get the help that I needed! Couldn t let me make a payment over the phone and sent me instructions to troubleshoot my issue not being able to make the payment online. However the instructions still did not work and I told him that. Was then told to settle down and try again later.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

This company is trash! My account was transferred to them in March, I still haven't gotten required paperwork nor do I have access to pay online. Phone calls are forever hold and only once did I reach a person able to help me. In reality all a company needs of a decent IT department for most clients as paying online is the most common method.

This company doesn't post payments to accounts upon receiving them. They delay this process in order to make clients incur fees, continuously. I've been requesting a corrected statement after supplying proof of payment and of them cashing it! They just ignore me. I've had to file a complaint with the BBB. Come to find out, they have a lot of complaints just like this already. For doing the exact same thing to numerous other people.

Their website only works half the time if that. I always pay online and I haven't been able to make my payment because it gives me an error message when I try to log on. I finally got on yesterday but after I submitted my payment I got the error message again so I don't even know if my payment went through but because of their website I also have a late fee on my account. They never answer their phones and never call you back. I have left numerous voicemails and don't get a return call. When I called again yesterday trying to see if my payment went through and to hopefully get rid of the late fee the recording said my wait time was less than one minute. Sat on hold for 45 minutes and still never talked to anyone. This is the absolute worst mortgage company to work with. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Hopefully since they are my 3rd mortgage company, loan keeps being sold, that another company will buy it from them and fast. I can't imagine any company being worse than this one.

Their website is constantly broken (and full of placeholder content that really doesn't inspire confidence in them as a professional business), their staff are NOT helpful, and the whole experience sucks.

The first payment we made online, they essentially lost. I was told that they "don't accept payments from Savings Accounts" by a guy named Ricardo, even though their website clearly had the option to input savings account details for a payment. Even he was surprised when he accessed the backend of their account login page.

I spent the next week trying to help prove to them that the transaction was completed according to our bank, and I never heard back from Ricardo after reaching out to him every single day that week. I finally had to contact their main line, and speak with someone who was able to confirm that the payment was processed on their end. But no one ever told me they had found my payment.

If I could move my mortgage to a new provider, I would in a heartbeat.

They have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. It's amateur hour at best with these guys. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt when we first had our mortgage transferred to them, but I can see the writing on the wall.

They keep saying we can set up automatic payments, but my experience with them thus far makes me not trust them for anything. I don't even trust them for properly handling one-time payments, so why would I authorize them to debit my account regularly?

I wish we could move our mortgage to a more professional company.

If you have a choice, avoid Statebridge Company at all costs.

I ve been trying to refinance my first position loan for over year now. This company has either refused to subordinate or given the lending company no response when contacted. Either way, they ve cost me a lot of money in interest. Their website is awful. I usually get an error when I try to use it. I ve been trying to pull up my statements for over a week with no luck. The customer service people are nice but not very helpful. I honestly wish I had never done business with this company.

Had to borrow money from my 401k as they would not work with me. Now I have an refund of over $500 owed to me. Let's see how long this takes to get back. 2 emails and a phone call regarding my refund.

Received a foreclosure letter even though I have been making biweekly payments. I have tried calling, emailing, and leaving messages and I am unable to reach anyone. Even called their attorney office and no one answers the phone there either. Worst company ever.

So finally got some resolve after a month and no help from Statebridge. There is nothing they can do for me. So I guess they just want to take me house over $3000. Not happening. I'll figure out a way to pay you. Worst company ever. I give you negative 5 stars. Do not recommend.

I wish I could give negative stars. I will give one because the customer representative was very pleasant. Now the rest of my monthly interaction is AWFUL! Can not pay online , cannot find my account in the system. 5 years without a late payment and here comes Statebridge and I have not had 1 on time payment since. On a positive note I have not been charged a late fee , so glad because I would lose my mind. Every month I am promised the system will be fixed. And they think I'm going to allow automatic payments LOL. I wish I didn't have to work with them!

Same as everyone else. I try for days on end to pay online, site doesn t work. Call, no one calls you back. Worst loan servicer ever. So frustrating every single month. Over it. You d think they d make it easier to pay them. Get it together.
