What an honor it is to work with the best staffing company here in Corpus Christi! Very professional and hard working!! Hands down Sterling has the most amazing staff... I absolutely love working with Liz, she placed me with a company the very next day after my initial interview. They ll definitely find the perfect job that matches your qualifications and experience!! Awesome company , great staff and wonderful clients!!

It is extremely rare that I would give any place a rating of one star. Sterling Personnel is one of those exceptions. Their contacts within the transportation industry seems to be poor at best, and communication is almost non-existent. It's been over a month since I've had any contact regarding work. If I relied solely on them for employment, my family would be starving and homeless.

I ve had bad experiences with temp agencies in the past and have avoided them. Being in need of work I thought I d give it another try. What a waste of time and gas. You are lured to come in urgently and misled to think you ll get a job placement right away. Then when you come in they pull a classic bait and switch that temp agencies are know for. Suddenly there s nothing open or ones that are open are very far away and with laughable pay. You are forced to fill out endless forms and submit sensitive data like social security numbers, tax forms etc without even having a placement! Communication is non existent and they haven t found me anything despite Me having many years of experience and excellent references. I would not waste your time as they clearly don t have work available. I m wondering if their constant online job postings are fake ones to lure in candidates or collect their personal data. I m having much better luck on my own finding interviews and the like.

Sterling Personnel has been nothing, but an amazing experience. After months and months of not being able to find a job, Rebekah, found me a job that started right away. She has found me some amazing interviews so far and I can t wait to see what else she is able to find. I have recommended sterling to anyone who has talked about wanting to find a new job!

Takes about 15-30 minutes to get through the paperwork. Everything else is painless, and they do a great job of finding what works best for you.

I have worked with Sterling for over a year. They have been great at finding qualified candidates and very approachable with different issues and ideas. Their staff is always available and has made it easy for my company to be able to grow because of their hard work. I can't recommend them enough for finding employees and would recommend Elizabeth to anyone searching for employees or a job.
