Rooms were small and need updated but were clean. The garage was completely full so I had to park 2 blocks away which was pretty inconvenient. They did offer to take my luggage first before I went to park though. The hotel is set up pretty strange with the front desk on the 2nd level. It was somewhat difficult to navigate. Also, I have no idea what amenities were offered, if any, because no one informed me. Nothing terrible or spectacular about the hotel or staff.

We stayed in North tower 4, and had an easy time finding our room on the 16th floor. We were checked in expediently, and given service with an amazing attitude. It was a great room, and the amenities were nice. It felt clean.

The hotel is old. The room is super small for the price. At arrival I was so tired and after I got my keys, spent time to find the room, the keys didn t work! Had to go back down to fix it.
Next day with a do not disturb tag, the housekeeper kept ok knocking!
Next day, the housekeeper was working on an adjacent room and kept on talking loud and laughing and making noises.
I d not go to this hotel if it wasn t for an event.

For the price I paid for my stay it was not worth it. Customer service wasn't that great and I had some issues along the way. I've been to worse but if you're trying to stay in downtown Dallas there is plenty of other options.

Stayed here for the wrestlemania weekend as part of my travel package. Overall it was good experience. Checking in was very fast and Maria from the Sheraton was super nice. However we were disappointed that we given a king sized bed when we had originally reserved for 2 beds. I can understand since many of us were visiting for wrestlemania but the Sheraton were able to provide us rollaway bed which was ok just made the room more crammed. The hotel and the room was very clean. Staff was friendly. The Dart stations were very close nearby to the hotel. The Draft lounge had excellent food. Overall I would recommend it to someone else.

The decor of the hotel conference center is seriously in need of an updating to pull it out of the 90's. While the room was updated and nice, the plumbing has some serious issues. Was woken up in the middle of the night a few times from my sink gurgling and one morning it puked up a black residue.

Our team reserved 3 rooms with 2 queens. When we arrived they only had kings available. As if sharing rooms wasn't uncomfortable enough, we all had to share beds with co-workers. Apparently making reservations doesn't matter.

Terrible service. Beware, even the managers do not care how your experience was with your stay. I recently stayed there for a work event I had downtown. When I arrived at the hotel, my elevator was not in service. I had to walk up more than fifteen flights of stairs. During the night, the hotel fire alarm went off for more than a half an hour. My sleep was completely disturbed. I would have been better off driving the forty-five minute drive home to sleep comfortably.

Now to top it off, when I went to check out at 9:30 am the next morning, there was a line at the check out desk. An employee at the hotel SHOUTED to us, "If you are here to check out, just leave." What a rude ending to a terrible experience.

I called the hotel manager the next day, Katie. She said they were working on the situation (highly doubtful) and did not offer me any refund, partial refund or another night stay. They do not care about you. Period.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of other great hotels with awesome customer service in the same area.

Stayed there during a recent convention. The area is a little questionable but it was ok since I mainly took the shuttle or cab. Big and somewhat impersonal hotel but it had everything I needed- valet parking, pool, nice gym and several restaurant options. For some reason we were told that the breakfast buffet was the only option & we could not order from the menu. Buffet was a little expensive considering the selection. Rooms were comfy with nice views of the city & the room rates relatively cheap since our company had a HUGE room block.

For how much I spent on staying here, I expected a clean room. The room had stains, and they took an authorization fee out after I prepaid for the hotel. They did not tell me that they were charging for incidentals, nor about the authorization fee. I had fun with my friends, but I just expected more out of a 4 star hotel, and I expected more with how much I spent.

The room and sheets were absolutely not clean, we had found a gun magazine in the safe which we asked to remove with no follow up until we complained again the next day.
Our plug converter got stolen on day 1 and despite the staff's promises to look into it we never got a follow up.
The only bright experience was the very nice lady at the check out who apologized for everything and discounted one night from our bill.

The value is very different to what you pay for. We just had a NCA conference there last weekend. The room was fine; cleaning crew is great! However, front desk staff are sub-par. The lady who checked us in gave us wrong login information for free in-room wi-fi. She also did not load our card for access to the ballroom for the breakfast.

After complaining to another gentleman at front desk upon check out about the above problems, he just kept saying that we should just go to front desk and have the cards re-scanned. His attitude suggested us that none of the above was the Hotel's mistake. He apologized for the inconvenience, but refused to apologize for the mistakes his colleague made (two mistakes in a row).

We were charged USD$35.50 each day for breakfast. USD$35.50 will get you (and one additional guest if you have one companion) in. They offered only fried eggs, sausages, muffins/toast, melons, pineapples, coffee, and drinks. Hotels that charge that much for breakfast should provide far more and better options.

Many conference participants complained about the location, where it is really DIFFICULT to find a dining place once you step out of the hotel. Restaurant on Main Street are at least 4-5 blocks away; and people do not know their existence unless they take a 10-15 minutes walk to explore the city (which must be in the right direction).

We would not recommend any future conferences at this location.

Nice place to have a conference. The audio was good. Surprisingly good, Keto friendly food. Great staff and steps to light rail.

I would have given it fixed stars except that there was a mildewy smell and the chairs were very uncomfortable.

Nice room and area but unfortunately there aren't very many places to eat in the hotel it self. The gym is really good for a hotel and certain rooms have a pretty great view. The staff is very courteous respectful and professional. The parking is a bit expensive but overall it is a good hotel.

I attended another CACC conference here and this year I felt like the venue was inadequate for accommodating the amount of attendees. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very attentive; however, for a conference to be 6k in size, the parking situation needed to be more organized (being that it was downtown Dallas). I personally don't have $20 to pay for parking, per day. Also, the classes filled up quickly and where I assumed additional seats could fit, were not. I don't know if I'll be attending another conference here if the size is as large as this one

We booked the Sheraton Dallas Hotel the last weeke...

We booked the Sheraton Dallas Hotel the last weekend of February for a cheer competition. The price was high, but considering we had to go through Varsity's Housing Connections to book, I expected this. We were a mile from the convention center and had the luxury of taking the train to and from the competitions for both days. This was an added bonus we were not aware of and it kept us from fighting the parking fiasco at the convention center. As for the staff...like I said, I booked through Connection Housing as it's required for certain comps. I was told by the CH associate that even though I was requesting a double queen room, it was not guaranteed. BUT if I ended up in a King room, the information that was turned over to CH from the Sheraton Hotel specifically said ALL KING ROOMS either had a couch bed OR could be given a roll away bed. Fast forward to check-in...it's around 9:30pm and we have an early report time the next morning. We are told when checking in that there's a couch bed in our King room. Perfect. My daughter is a preteen and can't exactly sleep with my husband and I. Get to the room...no couch bed. Call the front desk to be told "ma'am, you do know there is a couch bed in your room, right"? My response was "Oh, I must be missing it" and started looking under the bed and in the closet...honestly thinking I was overlooking a COUCH. I was put on hold to be told about 3 minutes later I didn't have a couch and they didn't have a roll away bed because they were 100% booked. After fuming for a moment I asked for extra blankets, pillows and sheets so I could make my child a pallet on the floor. Two hours and three phone calls later, they brought us two flat sheets and told us that was all they had. My daughter slept in the bed with us which was very uncomfortable but we managed. Fast forward to day 2. I made 6 phone calls to the front desk from either my room or my cell phone to request either a roll away bed or extra blankets to make our second night a little more comfortable. I was speaking to an employee named Jennifer. Not only was she rude, she proceeded to laugh in my face when I told her how uncomfortable our sleeping arrangements were. She continued on to tell me "it's what you booked so you got it". When in fact, it wasn't what I booked. I never blamed the hotel for the room situation until I spoke to CH yesterday. They went back over the information they were given from the Sheraton Hotel and it clearly states that EVERY KING ROOM either has a couch bed or would be accommodated with a roll away bed. I get being 100% booked. My point is don't give out false information just to get your rooms booked. I will never book this hotel again. Had it not been for the condescending way I was spoken to by Jennifer on day 2, there would be no negative review. I'm pretty good at sweeping stuff like this under the rug but you don't treat customers the way she did.

I stayed here for the RRR and not only did the elevators not work, the A/C was inefficient. Plus I was overcharged twice and it has taken two weeks to determine they are not going to fix the issue leading me to file a BBB report.
