Friendly employees, nice rooms, only problem...had to go home..

Horrible customer service!! I was supposed to come here on a business trip. But had to cancel because of an emergency. They wouldn't waive the cancellation fee under any circumstances. I'm going to talk to my office and get these jerks taken off the preferred vendor list.

Room is just ok, registration was not very nice at all. Initially I thought the cold welcome was because my wife and I look young but then i noticed the rep helping the college kid next to us was very informative and nice to his customer. My rep informed me of no amenities, made me feel very unwelcome almost as if she felt I didn't belong in the hotel. For the price of the unimpressive room and the rude unwelcoming registration lady I don't think I'd go out of my way to stay here again. I sarcastically say this...great start to my wife and I anniversary weekend.

It was really fancy and the rooms were really nice!

Excellent service and easy to navigate, everyone was so friendly and helpful, and we were there for an event hosted by Metro by T-Mobile, and they did everything to make sure the event was fun and comfortable

I was very impressed with this Sheraton, it was comfortable and clean.

Attended the Sheraton for a conference. It was clean, service was good, beds were comfortable. All in all a good experience

Great Downton location. Nice room, great staff. I really enjoyed the exercise area. Club had good breakfast and evening reception. Only complaint is that it is expensive.

They had challenges with my reservation every day of my 4-night stay. They never could determine whether I was in the room or not, and thus, I went 2 days without maid service. I could not bill restaurant services to my room because their system did not have me listed in their room. Finally, they OVERBILLED me an extra night because of their inaccurate records. To dispute your bill, you have to fill out a request online. Speaking to someone in billing is not available on the weekends. The hotel itself was fair. Bathrooms were underwhelming. Food choices and quality was average. For these reasons, I would not ever stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location and has a large conference center. The layout of the place is quite confusing at first. The rooms themselves are fairly standard, but the bed is quite comfortable.

Food at the Atrium Restaurant buffet was delicious.

If you like sweating, this is a great hotel for you! We are here in June and it's hot outside, but I expected the air conditioning to work in the rooms. It does not. The only cool place in the whole hotel is the lobby. We were on the 19th floor and after complaining several times, they worked on the A/C and then moved us to the 29th floor...where it was still hot. I wouldn't stay here again in the summer even if was free.

Humongous!!! Staff was really good. Food was okay (very tasty, but small servings). Parking at the hotel is wayyyyyyyyy too much. Should've been comped for the amount of business given to the hotel, for only being there a few hours. Park elsewhere is my suggestion. Kudos to the staff, excellent

Was there for a business partners' event. Wasn't very polished but it wasn't necessarily Sheraton's fault

My daughter and grandkids stayed here one night and somebody stole my great grandson's medication for his ADHD. It was just filled and cost 400.89 out of pocket to refill. Very sad that would happen at a high end hotel.

It was suitable for the conference I went to. Easy DART access. Other than that, nothing memorable or worth mentioning.

The Sheraton was comfortable and a good experience.

Clean, good location. Unfortunately, wifi isn't free. There is a decent sorts bar attached/run by the hotel.

Attending Software Test Profesional conference.only saw two floors but really nice venue.

I stayed here for the Margarita Ball event and everything was awesome! Justin at the front desk checked me in and he was simply amazing and the most helpful guy ever! I had a few issues including losing my cell phone down at the desk and although he was really busy he wasn't impatient with assisting me. Thank you Justin!

Sheraton Dallas Hotel is a solid four stars. Great location across from the Ferry building (very quiet location during the weekends), competent and gracious staff, comfy restaurant and great size balconies with the terrace suite. I have to agree with another helper, the rooms need some TLC - and with a little upgrading (tile in bathroom, wood floor finishing, and etc) hotel Vitale could be perfect. The terrace suite has a very large outdoor space with great views. See photos.

Very nice hotel. The accommodations for a conference or convention are excellent. The hospitality was great. We did not have to go outside for anything. It is connected to other hotels.

This hotel is in a very central location. There are lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The guest rooms are clean and updated with comfortable beds. The only demerit of the whole hotel is the strange layout with several towers and multiple elevator banks.

By far my favorite hotel to go to, whenever in the area I stay here. Between the staff and the nice rooms I always love coming here.

I came here for on conference, and hotel is great and in a great area. The only thing I docked them for was the lack of minifridge, and a shuttle service.

The hotel has an "old time" and valet staff were friendly and efficient. I gave this 3 stars though because the parking garage is outrageously priced, and kudos to them for only allowing 1 car per room key, smh

Front desk staff were not friendly. My room had a hug worn hole in the carpet. The beds were not comfortable for me. Otherwise OK but the price is high for what you are getting.

Great hotel, convenient with the tunnels. Meeting rooms are great for medium sized events. Always set up and ready to go when you get there.

Horrible customer experience. I attended a business conference and the only thing positive was the banquet staff

The availability of snacks during breaks was minimal. When trying to exit self parking they had no staff to assist meaning it took 15 minutes to exit with only 3 cars ahead. When a manager came out after people was screaming and yelling he was very rude and not helpful

Building is old. Insulation is poor. I stayed there under sub zero freezing conditions. Room would not heat up. Instead it was dropping. The staff were very friendly and helpful I must say. Concierge was very resourceful. Lobby bathrooms were a disaster after the new year Eve. Won't go back.

I lobe it and theres free food in the morning it taste good and a cool swimming pool

Excellent staff! My room was close to the elevators so there was a lot of constant noise of the elevators going up and down.

We stayed in the executive suite and had a lovely time! The double-room was clean and spacious. Despite having almost no water pressure, the showers were warm. The beds were soft and we slept well!

I come here every year in November for an event! Never disappointed. I think it s been over 10 years or more ,that I ve been coming here . I can t wait for this year !!!

The hotel was clean. The personnel was polite and friendly. We stayed here during the conference. They have the most comfy pillows I ve ever slept on.

I got charged 4 times for the same room and the staff's customer service was aweful

Stayed here for work. Did not enjoy it. For the price of the room, and the top notch location, and lobby I was surprised to find only a few HD channels on the TV, as well as no HBO, or any other premium channels. You can rent new and in theaters movies from the tv, but they will only be standard definition. The bed doesnt have a fitted sheet covering the mattress. Only a regular sheet tucked in. WHO DOESNT HAVE FITTED SHEETS!

I was there for a professional event. The food was just ok. Everything else went well.

Older but updated. Rooms are wonderful. Gym is extremely well equipped. Pool is out door and hence seasonal

Great hotel with a great view. In the heart of downtown. Really love my stay here. mu room was super confy and clean. The meeting rooms and restaurants are great. Will def recommend this hotel for venues and stay. A+

It was a nice stay however I was very near the elevator and heard bells most of the night. Not much variety in eateries especially for the cost. Still would recommend.
