Didn't reset toiletries, no refrigerator or microwave without a fee no free parking for guests. For the price of room these things should be included!

Great stay in downtown Dallas. Very quiet even with a major volleyball tournament going on in town. Service from the front desk to the restaurant was very good. Everything was clean and the rooms were ready at check in.
Rooms were nice and clean. No microwave. Great gym. $20 breakfast seems overpriced so we ate elsewhere.
Clean room. Professional, pleasant staff. Successful business event.
Clean rooms, helpful staff, great hotel for conventions and other social events
Very nice facilities for conferences. Plenty of food options.
This hotel was okay. It was under renovation for my extended stay this summer so somewhat inconvenient but manageable. I did have to switch rooms due to noise coming from AC
The hotel was having rooms repaired and the work was very loud
Very nice place, stayed here during AME convention last 2016'
They made our anniversary that much more special. Thank you!
Great hotel was there during rentavation but was not inconvenience. The elevators confusing . Wish more restaurants inside but was told would be a few more soon
Felt like a celebrity and hope to be able to visit more often!
Everyone is really helpful and very nice. I was always greeted with a smile and they even tried to help me find a lost phone.
Nice place. Too big and too busy to be attentive at the person-level but they do the best they can with the corporate sanctioned understaffing they are forced to contend with. BEWARE: Parking in their garage is EXTREMELY expensive. EXTREMELY.
Had a wonderful stay. Rebecca at the front desk was amazing, she single handily has earned my return business.
Our room was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Room wasn't ready even after check in time. Very unorganized and rude staff. The heat didn't work in my room and it was 25 degrees outside. No refrigerator in executive suite and when asked why it didn't have one, the answer I received was "I don't know". No water bottles in the room. There was a water leak emanating from the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The water landed in your head when sitting on the toilet. It was like staying in a cardboard box on the street.
Stay away.
The guy that works the keeps offing head to me and I felt uncomfortable
My stay at the Sheraton was abyssmal. It started with an 80 minute wait to check-in. Followed by a poorly functioning room (poor a/c, sink temperature was intermittent, clean services had to be requested consistently for towels, etc.) It was my worst hotel experience in quite some time.
We had an event at this hotel 12-6 to 12-10. We had two computers stolen it was obviously done by the staff. They cut locks off the protected equipment. There were cameras in the main hall but we were told they must have entered from the back. Do not have any high end events with computer equipment because it will be stolen.
Friendly ! short visit, breakfast on point ! customer service beyond expectation!
Went to a wedding here, hotel horrible. Didn t have my reservation ready, the room they gave me was not the correct room. When asked for blankets or roll away since incorrect room with wrong number of beds; they said (coming right up) called about 5 times each time they said shortly. Never showed up and I had to use towels to cover up. This place sucks. Glad I have been here once, I m Platinum at Marriott and will never go to Sheraton again.
By the way they have reviews removed. Was just notified my review was removed since they had a renovation. (BS) hotel is always under renovation beware.
spectacular hotel, great service, fantastic attention and cleanliness, very central location and perfect views. From my stays in the USA it has been where it is easiest and I have been found by a hotel for any help and quick availability
and effective.
Sheraton is a place to be with nice environment and nice people all over
My stay at the Sheraton Dallas has been one of the worst stays I have ever had in any hotel. My stay at a $50/night hotel was more pleasant than this. I called to book my room for a conference (about 5-6 weeks out from the conference date) and they couldn't find the conference. It took 3-4 phone calls and talking to 6 people over a 2 week period for them to finally find the rate. I booked the room and requested for my work to pay for the room. They sent me the pre-authorization form and finally, everything was set. I went to go check in and they didn't have the pre-authorization form on file. Once they looked into it, they realized it expired. They then charged my personal card the $50 incidental fee and sent my company the pre-authorization form again. The a/c in my room was broken and they had to send a tech. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was stiff/itchy. When I checked out they had received the authorization from my company and all should have been good. A couple of days later I checked my credit card transactions and they had still charged me the $50 and charged my company. When I called to speak to someone they said I was charged for food and taxes, and my company was charged the room. They're still investigating and trying to figure out where things went wrong. I am also keeping an eye on my card as I have 2 valet parking charges pending. Hopefully I don't get double charged for that. The incompetence of this hotel, their knowledge of policies, and how rude they have been has been astounding. I will never return to this hotel.
For the price paid for the rooms, the amenities are lacking. There is no mini-fridge/microwave for food storage or prep. Also, apparently if you allow the option for skipping fresh linens for the day, housekeeping doesn't come in at all to empty trash or restock coffee.
Excellent place. Spacious rooms, clean, friendly, helpful staff.
Really enjoyed my here in downtown Dallas. Nice clean hotel in a great location.
Will never return to this establishment. Ran out of bedding on our arrival night. 2.5 hour wait for dinner. No refills on coffee. We were not allowed to preorder our food at any of the restaurants. All management said was nothing.
We came for a convention so I'm not sure how the rooms are but the hotel itself is pretty nice.
Great food, good acoustics for presentations, nice waitstaff.
They have excellent facilities, the beds are very comfortable and the staff friendly
Nice updated room, very happy with my stay while in Dallas!
Very clean, quiet, and super nice!! Close to everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful hotel and great good but you have to request a mini fridge in the room
I downgraded the hotel. Due to unable to assit me wuth my luggage. I webt to incorrect Sheraton. Had to wait on other party who booked the hotel for me. Wanted the. Sherat9n to hold on to my luggage while I went down the street for coffee. After a long flight thats the last thing I wanted was to carry my luggage around town
Manager Rudy is an excellent host, asked how we were doing, and stayed visible throughout the day.
Great hotel!! Perfect for business and family! Highly recommended.
It s really hard to find a hotel with a good gym. This hotel has a legit gym. Hammer Strength machines, Smith Machine, Dumbbells up to 100lbs. Nice Job Sheraton
Issue after issue with this hotel. Called in advance of check in and was assured there would be a fridge and microwave ready in my room. Got a broken fridge and no microwave. Both had to be replaced. Also had a broken drain/broken stopper in my sink which would not drain water which maintenance had to fix. There's blood on the curtains. Overall really displeased I would not stay here again.
just went for the raffles of Afest with a few friends. pretty decent venue.
Hotel rooms are outdated. No fridge in room. Pool is small, like really really small.
The location was great as was the room view. Great service and the room was very clean. The room was large and I would stay there again
What a cool place to stay! Clean, friendly staff, very helpful, great location, bar was cool. Would differently stay again!
I've been there for a professional event. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very, very spacious and the dining was nice (not exceptional, still quite good)
Good downtown location. Decent hotel but nothing special
They had free wifi (which a lot of hotels I go to do not), and the drinks at the bar were pretty good (but slightly more than I typically like to pay).
The room was massive and beautiful. It was very reasonably priced especially for how nice and large it was. The service was great and the room service was fantastic. Will stay at Sheraton again no doubt
Rooms are spacious but sheets on beds were scratchy. No fridge in room which was disappointing. The parking situation is difficult and expensive. $12 a night with the hotel discount. Not to impressed with an almost $200 room. I have enjoyed budget hotels much better for less cost and a free breakfast.
It was for a ball. I did not stay in a room there, but the ball was fantastic.
I didn't have a room. Parking can be a challenge if not using a ride share service. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Good place to stay good price upgrade amenities and room clean and safe and comfortable to stay to relax.
Very professional staff. The hotel has just been renovated and the rooms very comfortable. I went to a corporate event and if I would return if a trip will be presented
Service is good. Hotel is a bit old but good overall.
I love it here at the Sheraton. It brought back a lot of great memories from Akon
Although the hotel is pretty complicated with its elevators all over the place, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly, the restaurant is delicious and the rooms are clean and beautiful. And I ordered breakfast room service and it was quick, hot, and delicious. I loved my stay here.
the Sheraton is a very nice place to spend a day or a week or month if you can afford it it's kind of pricey but the service is uncanny it's unbelievable the way the service staff treats you. I recommended I endorse and if you got the money you deserve treat yourself to something nice.
Here for a professional/student event and they bumped our room up to an executive suite free of charge because they accidently over booked.
Nice rooms, some odd things like,no fan in bathroom, no cold water extremely loud toilette... but nice other than those things. Good service with hotel staff, not so much with restaurant.
My favorite downtown Dallas hotel. Friendly staff. Good workout room. Nice pool. All the amenities you would expect to find in a big downtown hotel. Convenient location. Nice club room. Rooms are a bit dated, but they're doing a remodel soon.
The rooms are nice and spacious. No mini fridge and no microwave so not an ideal place to stay longer than a night maybe two. There are 5 towers and not enough elevators for each when an event is going on at the hotel. It is a nighmare getting around in here unless you are strickly going from your room to lobby and back. Staff is nice. Room service is over priced as is in most hotels so no issue with that. The sports bar in the lobby was what you expect bar food. So no complaints there.
