Food was amazing, atmosphere was something special and the staff are very accommodating and friendly with it. Would recommend this restaurant to anybody visiting New York and likes Asian food, some of the best i've ever tasted.

Fantastic concept and is run effectively. The fast paced sittings are seamlessly moved from one to the next. The food was excellent and definitely one of the best Asian fusion restaurants I've been to recently. The interiors are nice and comfortable. I would say the only downside was that the service was a bit impersonable and rushed.. when we said we weren't having desert the waitress came back within 2 mins with the bill without us asking and without offering coffees or drinks. Could personalise the service more. Otherwise excellent.

Always an amazing experience every time I go. The dim sum and specialty cocktails are by far the best part. I'd recommend the general tso's and edamame dumplings and the pork belly buns.

Elegant restaurant with unique style. Loved the design and decoration. The ambiance is relaxing. Food is great and presented beautifully. Must try Edamame dumplings and fried rice. Excellent service.

Incredible atmosphere (maybe a little too loud for some) and good customer service. The foie gras & chicken dumplings were my favorite. They absolutely melt in your mouth!

Busy, trendy and extremely loud environment, filled with suits and money. The food was ok and the service attentive. Was maybe less cool than I remember it from years ago though.

My friends and I went to Buddakhan after wine fest. The ambiance is awesome. The food was good but five of us went and I was the only one who got sick.

Ah May Zing, is really the only way to describe the food and vibe at this Meat Packing district Asian fusion spot. Despite teservations, there's usually a 30 minute wait, but well worth it.

Love this place ... but. They need to bring back the black sea bass dish !!!

The food was amazing. Took my girlfriend here for her birthday she enjoyed it very much. The black building the asian decor set the mood nicely.

The food is delicious. We tried different plates so we could expand the choices and all were excellent. We were in the lower area which is as if in a great Hall. Be sure to see it.

Food and drinks are excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. Now the points to improve: dishes are served at extreme speed. Within one hour you are done. Bill is already presented before you finish your coffee. And the absolute horror are the restrooms. Not maintained at all during service and at 20.00 they were soaked. Sink didn't work.

My taste buds are still singing from our last visit! Everything from the starters to the entrees to the desserts meshed perfectly with my flavor-profile. The waiter did an excellent job. Everything I tried was bursting with flavor. Overall experience: 5 stars.

Across from a more famous Asian fusion restaurant but significantly better food. Nice atmosphere too, and good selection of vegetarian dishes as well as cocktails too.

The experience of the building, music, the grandeur was impressive, but the food was not. Very average but expected a lot.

The service was very good. The menu was varied, but had only a few dishes suitable for my vegan and vegetarian friends. The food was well prepared, but one member of my party said that he had higher expectations.

This is a restaurant that's got everything correct. From the moment you walk through the doors, the staff are very professional & well trained. As for the food, well this is the place. Lobster in black bean sauce, dumplings, chilled noodles & the best stir-fried veges. One of our best NY food experience.

I thought that their food was absolutely amazing! They had plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. The restaurant was gigantic!!! Every turn it just kept going. I loved the dark, mysterious atmosphere of the place.

If you haven't dine here!! Dont wait!! Awesome ambience, food, drinks, they make you feel warm with there service.. Amazing it is...

After being recommended by all my friends I ve decided to try this famous restaurant and I m glad that I ve listened all reviews. Atmosphere is very ambient and classy, probably one of the best interior design and of course the main thing Their dishes, every separate dish it s like a piece of heaven, I can t even properly describe how tasty and fresh they very. 100% it s a must go restaurant for everyone:

I brought my friend here for her birthday and i can say this experience was not exactly what i thought it would be.....it was so much better! The ambiance of this place is unbelievable. The service was exceptional and probably the best service i've had in NYC in a long time. I have experienced many fine dining establishments in NYC and usually they don't live up to the hype but Buddakan definitely exceeded my expectations. Now lets talk about the food! We ordered the lobster egg rolls which have a really good portion of lobster in them, The spare ribs which were falling off the bone and almost seem to melt in your mouth, The vegetable friend rice which was to die for and the Mongolian Lamb Chops. I have absolutely no complaints about my experience there. The restaurant even provided a complimentary birthday treat for my friend which i know alot of restaurants of this caliber don't do. I will definitely be going back to Buddakan in the near future.

There were definitely some great dishes. Staff was wonderful and the setting was nice. But why oh why does that music need.to play so loud? It's almost impossible to have a conversation.
