Poor hotel, quite outdated. Rooms are very spacious though.

Very dirty windows and too slow WiFi internet. Good service, hotel location and view from the highest floors. Rooms are big and equipped as they should be in 4* hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever visited. Theft is not pretty and no good advertising .... But 8456 bus drivers have heard of it and will avoid this hotel. Luckily there are bus driver groups. LG Administrator A Bus Driver Group

I've never had a bad stay here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The view from the rooms on the back side of the building are tremendous. I've stayed here for business many times over the past 5 years and look forward to many more.

The 4 stars are not there, rooms on the edge. Old and lacking in maintenance

Scandalous for a 4 star

Very noisy hotel due to the presence of a nightclub on the ground floor in the establishment and very poor sound insulation. No double glazing, connecting door between rooms as thin as cigarette paper .. we hear the neighbors talking ... normally!
Some rooms are of the size (we were a group of about 40 people) of a monastic cell (very narrow single bed with almost no room to access it .. room of about 5 m2).
Good location all the same in the center next to the station and very good breakfast.
Deserves 2 stars at most.

The standard business hotel with what you need for a night. Tiny room but ok. No amenities, though, that I would expect at that price. Excellent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the Irish pub is right in front and people seem to be leaving all night long - no chance to keep the window open at night.
Despite the fact that I asked for a quiet room to the back I received one to the front. Will avoid them next time.

We only stayed 2 nights ... Breakfast was very good.

Very friendly staff! Unfortunately at night too much noise from the pubs on the forecourt. Holds one up on the 8th floor until 4am.

Just arrived at the hotel. I have being here already and I know the hotel is quite old and needs some good refurbishment (no AC in July it was impossible to sleep). But this time the room I have been given is simply shameful... Hole in the curtain, bath door chipped, bath tap that moves when you try to open it, dirty carpet, closet and furniture discolored/faded, shower tray in bad status...how can a 4 star hotel have rooms like this? Really disappointed. I don t give a one just because the personnel is nice. Still I cannot recommend this place.

Came for a seminar, I found the value for money bad.
Dilapidated hotel: Decrepit paint, damaged mirror, blocked toilet flush, old and decrepit windows, old blinds and rooms.
No air conditioning, Central position but noisy.
Bedding, cushions deserve to be more fleshed out.

The equipment of the rooms is good but nothing more.

Frankly it is a good 3 * but not worthy of a 4 star and the price is not worth the quality of the services.

Conveniences in the room on *** no more, need repairs and upgrades. Breakfast is tasty and varied. Staff friendly and friendly. Magnificent views from the windows to the city and the mountains. Convenient location in the center of the city - near the railway station, shops, cafes and bars.

Close to the cinter shopping and the old City. Near the hotel also good restaurant.

Sorry to mention. But we had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee as there was no one at the reception nor at the bar. There were people even waiting longer.

If you want to celebrate a birthday, any event ... this is the ideal place for an EXCEPTIONAL evening

The cuisine was refined with a magnificent presentation, from the starter to the dessert.
The chef has made very good taste associations.
Not to mention this surprise appetizer which was an excellent explosion in the mouth

All the guests enjoyed this meal, not to mention that your restaurant was the perfect place to celebrate this magnificent event.
Special mention to the two waiters who were particular, friendly, attentive and patient.

Well done to everyone, from the reception, to the hotel staff, in the dining room and in the kitchen.

The hotel needs renovation, especially from the outside.

Hotel near the train station. Large parking. Modular and temperate conference room. Correct catering, optimal service, common area (WC, Stairs, Elevator, hallway, ..) terribly lack of heat.

Very hot rooms. Shower a lottery to adjust the water temperature. Internet slow to not be able to download a photo ...

Everything great, full satisfaction perfect rest after a long and strenuous journey

The hotel must be Samsung, but it is very comfortable and the breakfast is very rich.

Great stay. The staff are charming and helpful. The hotel is very well located in the city center, near the station and the pedestrian street.

A good point is also to give to the breakfast buffet where a local cook is offered. Perhaps the hotel should put more emphasis on local products.

A bit loud in the night from the club downstairs but was ok

Had a single person room which is quite small but big enough. Room was clean and everything was functioning the way it should. The room could use some paint and maintenance to make it look fresh. The bed was very good. Breakfast was great as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The wheel wheels are young. Chassis is old. There is no air conditioning and a fan.
The window can be left completely open.

This is a nice hotel quite close to the Railway station. You can walk thru the mall opposite the Bahn station, that would save you a couple of hundred meters additional walk. I had a room on the east which had a nice view of the mountains. This was peak summer and thankfully the windows would open fully and you get some fresh air. The fan provided in the room was quite thoughtful. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. I would have liked to have fresh coffee instead of the machine coffee for breakfast though.

I loved it, I plan to return with my family and not have to be here on business.

The hotel is in an extremely noisy location but it is central. The breakfast was packed in a cardboard box due to the corona measures, which resulted in a much leaner offer than a breakfast buffet. Nevertheless, the full price was charged. The rooms were shabby. The elevator could only be used with the room card and this only worked very unreliably.
The staff was friendly.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

An old and worn hotel in one of the ugliest buildings in town. But with great views from the upper floors. Small single rooms with even smaller beds. Expensive for what you get.

A city hotel, which is getting old (infrastructure, furniture, etc.) and has the best times behind. By contrast, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Well, single room very small and noisy, with a mattress like a hammock. Relaxation was 0. Location is perfect ie right in the center and near the train station

Sensational morning buffet and view of the city of Freiburg

Nice restaurant, vintage rooms with no a/c, very nice and friendly staff and very good service.

Rooms are large and clean unfortunately only 3 parking spaces for such a large hotel. We parked in the garage next door because the receptionist said it would be 19fr x day unfortunately then 35 paid. Room no climate but for me it was okey

Hotel located in the center of Freiburg (behind Freiburg Center shopping center), well presented, very good food and the rooms are comfortable and very pretty!

It's a place to sleep. Bed is ok, but not good. A lot of noise from the club downstairs into the night. I'll probably look for a new hotel next time. It's best feature is proximity to the train station.
