Wherever I was staying in downtown Seattle, I would like to go there once.
The fashionable atmosphere is exceptionally fashionable even in Uribe's starba.
It seems to be crowded from noon to afternoon, so it is recommended to go early in the morning (around 8 o'clock).
However, I thought that it was expensive for goods, such as drinks and pastries.

Giant mega Starbucks. If the regular Starbucks overwhelms you, there are about a gazillion additional beverage options here. Very personalized sit-down service makes it worth a try. Like coffee? You won't be disappointed.

Amazing place! I dont like coffee (went with my husband who does like coffee) but they gave me a recommendation for something called a cold brew malt. I could hardly taste the coffee, it was delicious!

The Reserve was very open and clean. Every employee was helpful and happy to be there. Very refreshing and the food was very good. Very laid back feel and easy to lounge for a while.

My wife and I love this spot! Such great service every time! Tonight Ben greeted us as we walked in and made us feel incredibly welcome. We ended up purchasing the Chemex and had Will go above and beyond in customer service as well throwing in some free filters due to running out of stock. Great food, drinks, and vibes.

I went here with my 12year old daughter and left after 30mins because my daughter wanted a Frappaccino and at this location you will not find it.

I had no idea because Im not a coffee drinking, but the coffee process here is highly recommended if you enjoy warching the complete process.

We went to look around at 8pm one night. Still open and busy. Friendly staff and as a coffee snob and all round geek, this place was incredible. My only regret was that I didn't try any of the special roasts, but I did part with $80 in merchandise!

Perfect place for a evening hangout. Serves a variety of options and the service is very very authentic. Although the prices are little on the higher side but it accounts for the ambience you recieve. The live display of the process how coffee beans are roasted and prepared for customers was interesting to know.

Talk about a unique and educational experience! All of the staff here are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to answer any questions you have of the entire process. The space is warm and inviting and sure to enhance your cup of coffee, which by the way is sure to be a cup to remember as the brewing methods and roasts are not available outside of these special stores. Be sure to try the siphon method brew just to get a kick out of watching it and talk to the roasters to learn what makes a roast unique! Highly recommend for any coffee enthusiast!

My friend visiting Seattle wants to move here so he can come here everyday (disclaimer: he already was a Sbux maniac before coming, but now he refers to all other Sbux as "inferior" locations)

I was interested in trying a few of the roasts via the Clover Press method. I ordered a flight that included Guatemala El Gigante, Nicaragua Maracaturra, and Pantheon Blend.
All three were amazing and the baristas were attentivce, friendly, and informative. Personally, Pantheon was my favorite; the cocoa and Graham cracker notes complimented the flavor very well.

The only down side was I ordered the flight by myself and there was so much coffee! Definitely recommend sharing with a friend (or a few).

Over-the-top coffee shop...everything about this place is first class including the building, furnishings, food and beverage offerings, staff, and prices. It's very impressive to know if you select one of their featured reserve coffees that it will be freshly brewed from coffee beans roasted that day on site. I won't become a regular Roastery customer, but you have to visit place at least once to experience it.

The most hipster coffee production I've ever seen at a Starbucks, but it's the best way to experience coffee. Beautiful building, friendly coffee lovers serving excellent coffee. This is how coffee was meant to be experienced.

Great trendy place you can buy, eat and drink.

Great trendy place you can buy, eat and drink.
I visited the place today and tried a coffee infused bourbon based drink with, a salad and a piece of tiramisu. It was delicious.
You should definitely come to the place while you are visiting Seattle

You have arrived to the heaven of coffee drinker, tasting room, shopping, fireplace corner, hot and cold drinks, snacks and sitting area right next to you was coffee roasters and large space in the middle of busy downtown.

The distance to the sightseeing spot around is vague, but I was surprised at the store bigger than I thought, twice in the delicious confectionery, and the interior and accessories three times. The coffee shop is open 360 degrees and sells souvenirs. It was a good place to go, and a good number of people.

This is way better than going to the original Starbucks in Pike Place Market. Much less crowded, and you will definitely experience what Starbucks aspires to be - their local roastery roots. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Great ambience.

The Roastery in Seattle has availability of coffees and teas not seen at any other locations. And the food selection was outstanding. Potato pizza? Yummiest pizza ever. Salads, sandwiches and awesome desserts. Don't miss a visit to the Starbucks Roastery on Pike St.

Very chaotic and unorganized place. This "Starbucks" does not have a full menu, like other Starbucks locations. I went up to the counter and asked for a blended frappuccnio, the lady looked at me all weird. It didn't feel like a Starbucks at all.

I felt like a kid in a candy store, in awe and confused as well. Different stations offering different items. I felt lost for the most part because of the crowd. It would've been so helpful if there was someone around to help navigate the place or atleast someone stationed at the door to point out the different stations. Still, loved being there, had the Nitro Mole and loved it. Definitely want to go back and learn more about the coffee process and try the different items of the menu!

It was Friday 10am in late summer, when we got in it was zoo, a bit surprised. The food was delicious but staff was normal compared to my neighbor super nice Starbucks people back home in Japan. If you are religious to Starbucks you will be thrilled like your visit to Disney, otherwise do not expect too much, it is just a large one with long lines with short of service.

Must go experience. Starbucks, that is a decent espresso and not that schweet that you put in your regular stores. I had a volcanic bali espresso and a mushroom pizza that were divine. Service was super proactive and helpful, really enjoyed the experience. You might want to exercise some patience because the store is always full.

It's so beautiful! My husband had to drag me out, I didn't want to go! Food, drinks, and staff were great! The prices are much higher than your average Starbucks, but we prepare ourselves for that so it was fine!
